Quickly arrived on August 16th, when the show, we are all in small new star school uniform, neatly walked onto the stage, I stood at the front, loudly with Cinderella (Cinderella) lines, the students with dancing Cinderella (Cinderella) plot, the audience into a piece of applause rang, our class performance is very successful.

This summer vacation is very meaningful. I like to speak English.

漫长的暑假终于过去了，又是一个新的开始。这个没有作业的暑假，可能让很多人欢呼雀跃，玩得很“哈皮”;但也有很多人把它视为小学与初中的过渡期。但不管怎么样，这个暑假已经过去了，大家都不能有半点懈怠，因为——走进初中，一切都是新的。

新的课程——初中可不比小学，那么轻松，那么自在。瞧，光课程就多了好几门：地理、历史、生物。并且，各科的内容也更加深奥、更有难度了，很多知识点都得让我们慢慢地悟、慢慢地记。嘿，我们可得好好为大脑“扩充”一下了!

新的班级——告别小学，走进初中，我被分到了一个新的班级：初一(13)班。在这个班里，我只有为数不多的几位小学同学，其他人也是如此吧。但我相信，时间能让班上所有人彼此熟悉，建立友谊，并且一起努力，为班争光，以班为荣!

新的老师——开学没几天，各科老师陆续“登场亮相”。每位老师都有自己独特的个性和教学方式：语文老师属于比较幽默，上课不死板的;数学老师属于比较自信，并且对教导学生很有耐心的;英语老师属于比较严肃，上课很严谨的……但老师们都一样尽心尽力把知识传授给我们。如果从英语的角度出发，我们可以这样对老师说：“老师，谢谢你，过去时，现在进行时，将来时。”

新的同学——来到新班级，坦白说，压力真有点大。老师选学习委员时问成绩，让我发现有许多同学的成绩都比我要好，况且这还只是自己班上。我以后，不，就现在，一定要加倍努力，向他们发出挑战!

一次，下课铃声——新的下课铃声响起，走廊上立刻热闹起来，还有很多分布在其他班的，我的小学同学的脸在我眼前晃来晃去。汪家琦这样对我说：“看看那些以前的同学，再闭上眼睛，静心感受，好像跟以前没什么两样。”

Many people dream to live a healthy life. But sometimes they do not have a

full understanding of healthy life. In my mind, a healthy life includes physical

and mental health. People need to have a healthy diet and regular exercise to

make our physical more and more healthy. At the same time, people have to

remember that mental health is also very important. People need to find ways to

relax themselves and keep a good mood every day. At least do not be depressed

for a long time. People can have a healthy life only when they keep a good

health between physical and mental.

20xx年告别了无忧无虑的小学时代，我进入到太原师院附中开始了我的中学时代。小学生活和中学生活真是有着本质的区别，让我来介绍一下吧！

小学的课堂是以老师为主，老师在课堂上教什么，我们就被动的学什么，几乎不需要我们自己去动脑筋，老师已经帮我们都总结好了，我们只需要记住背会就基本可以考到很好的成绩，不需要想太多、自己学习太多。其余的时间就可以尽情玩耍了，每天无忧无虑的十分的快乐，但是知识面相对比较狭窄，知识的积累也嫌贵欠缺。

现在，中学的生活却完全不同，老师的教学方法与小学时截然不同。上课时，老师只是把我们领进门，而剩下的知识让我们自己琢磨，这样学到的东西才会更加记忆深刻。学习什么科目也不像小学那样老师教一样自己就学一样，有许多东西需要自己自学，以增加自己的知识量，这样才能更好的增进学习。

中学的生活也更加的多姿多彩，校园生活更加丰富。我们每周二都有一个主题班会，常常还有以小组为单位的集体活动。有一次老师让每个小组做一道菜。作为小组长的我责无旁贷的邀请了小组全体同学来我家一同完成这次体验。我们准备了一道砂锅烩菜，我组织大家销土豆的、洗白菜的、切豆腐的，忙而不乱各司其职共同完成了这道复杂的菜肴，共同品尝时，大家都为共同完成的菜肴赞不绝口。这次的实践活动，不但锻炼了我的统筹协调能力同时也增加了我们小组的凝聚力，这是课堂上根本无法学到的。

参观博物馆也是我们丰富的课外生活的一部分。在太原科技馆的参观一直让我无法忘怀，这里有各种各样的大、小实验，每个实验里都蕴含着丰富的知识，同时也验证着我们课本上所学知识的正确性，这样的体验使我们更容易掌握课本知识，更容易理解更容易记忆。对学习课本知识起到了很好的辅助作用！

虽然中学的学习确实比小学要辛苦许多，经常作业要到晚上11、12点才能完成，但每次学会掌握甚至是完成一道难题后的成就感却让我每每忘记了疲劳，何况还有丰富多彩的课外生活，让我留恋的集体生活！

这样的中学生活我不忍让时光虚度，每天都抓紧每分每秒努力的学习，努力的去体验，努力的增加自己的知识量，这样才能对得起我的青春，才能我的青春无悔！

人生是小径，只有经过坚持不懈的拼搏，才能看到气势磅礴的高山;人生是高山，唯有历经坚贞不屈的考验，才可看到一望无际的大海;人生是大海，唯有经受风吹雨打的考验磨难，才能到达梦寐以求的彼岸……然而，初中生活只是人生的一小部分。在我看来，它是那么难忘，那么令人回味无穷!因为，我们都是为了一个共同的目标——考上理想的高中。为了这个目标，我们拼搏着，奋斗着，只想看到那七色的彩虹!

回想初中生活

一轮皎洁的明月高高地悬挂在天空，这是周末的一个晚上。我打算把书包整理一下。一张张白纸黑字的试卷见证了一个学期的汗水，一页页充满诗情画意的课本记录了我们的知识;看到这书包里的一切，我不禁回想起难忘的初中生活，想起了同学们的欢声笑语……

感受初中生活

开学时，我们不再像小学那样，背起了小书包，而是背起富有个性的包，一张张陌生的面孔使我们感到生疏，一堆堆沉重的课本让我们觉得压力沉重;老师们严肃的表情，课表上繁多的科目……这一切的一切都在告诉我们：我们的初中生活开始了!初中，我们学会了自主学习。因为科目增多，我们也长大了!为了给高中打好一个坚实的基础，从开学第一天，我们就开始自学。老师发学案给我们，让我们到书上自己学习，把问题弄懂。现在，我们已经适应了这种学习习惯。初中，我们学会了承担压力。在初中的学习生活中，不知不觉地会出现一些前所未有的压力。我也感受到“不经一番寒彻骨，哪得梅花扑鼻香”的精神;体验到“退一步，海阔天空;忍一时，风平浪静”的快乐;学习到“黑发不知勤学早，白首方悔读书迟”那组成生命的可贵时间;明白了“粉身碎骨浑不怕，要留清白在人间”的重要……

赞美初中生活

初中生活犹如风雨，让我们在风雨中成长;初中生活又像阳光，使我们感受到老师的.用心良苦和同学的互助互爱……为了我们的梦想，让我们共同进步，把未来的初中生活点缀得更加光彩夺目!
