1、调整学习状况的重要程度

每次不光是期中、期末，就连周测、月考，都要排行榜和概要成绩，所以重压非常大，由于每次都会有非常大的起伏，假如你不好好的调整心态，被时高时低的名次所左右情绪的话，就真的非常难提升成绩，由于课时快，没复习时间，题量大，困难程度相当中考。所以老师说的好，目前不是你看分数的时候，而是看问题，把要点弄会的时候，要越挫越勇，重视策略战术，题海捞金，个个击破。所以把心态调整好，尤为重要。

2、家长、老师的伴随给大家学习的动力

回到家，我感觉母亲的一句问候，能让我很感动，体谅家长的一片苦心，但有时一句责问，也会让我莫明的恼火，熄灭我攻克难点的热情，后来想想又太不应该。所以，家长也非常理解阴晴不定的大家，伴随大家前行。还有心甘情愿的老师们，更是夜以继日的忙碌，出题，判题，释疑解惑，看到老师心力交瘁，眼圈发红的样子，大家也不忍让她们失望，老师在顷其所有，为大家的将来着想，感谢家长和老师，是你们给了大家学习的动力。

The feeling of being friendless was a constant source of pain to me. Those unhappy grade school days have of course long been over. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

Cartoon is my favorite thing. every day when i get home, the first thing i do is to open the tv and watch the cartoons. maybe someone would think that watching cartoons is a so naive thing, but i dont think so.

人人都喜欢丰富多彩的暑假生活，因为生活里不再只有写作业。比如喜欢吃的我，还可以体验小厨一把。感谢漫长悠闲的假期，我终于可以实现我的愿望。

于我个人的饮食癖好，我喜欢面点，所以今天我给大家展示一下我已经做过几次的小煎饼。

首先准备好原材料：半斤面粉、一袋牛奶、蜂蜜一勺、两个生鸡蛋，半勺橄榄油。厨具：电饼锅、铲子、盘子、勺子。下面就可以按步骤进行了。

在一个干净的碗中打入鸡蛋，搅拌开，加入盐再搅拌。然后加入牛奶和蜂蜜，和准备好的面粉一起搅拌。往一个方向搅拌，不要来回搅，让面糊均匀。

往平底锅里加点油，用铲子把油均匀附着，油不要多，多了不健康，也不能少到粘锅，要控制好度。

等锅热了以后就可以往里面倒面糊了。让面糊均匀摊开，不然堆在一起厚薄不均匀，会有些地方熟了有些地方还是生的，或者厚的地方也熟了但是薄的地方已经焦脆了。

我家电饼锅是上下加热，所以省去了翻面。只需要控制热量档位和时间即可。所以用大档位加热了油之后我都是用中档控制热量。根据饼的薄厚观察，两三分钟饼变了颜色就熟啦。

几点感悟：

1、煎饼做起来简单高效，只要有原材料，自己完全可以胜任，而且还营养齐全。

2、今天这个饼还有很多不足，第一扮相不好，由于我动作不够娴熟，形状不够规则(摆盘那颗樱桃还是我老妈加上去的)。其次呢，我忘记了放酵母粉，如果放了酵母粉稍稍地发酵一下的话呢，饼就不会像今天这样硬邦邦，应该是个蓬松柔软口感好。

最后，做饭是一项非常有益身心的劳动，可以不断创新尝试、提高技艺。它承载着我们对美好生活美的追求。

顺便说一句，这个饼我吃得最多。自己当然要点赞自己。

比赛开始了，我俩都是刹球的姿势，“啪”“啪”“啪”特激烈，忽然他给我一个劫快旋转球，我没留神，球就飞过我的头顶，我输了，大家都笑了。

这次我好惨，好狼狈。这个场面让我想起居里夫人的一句话：“荣誉这像玩具，只能玩玩而已，要是永远守着它将一事无成。”

上了，挥别小学的老师、同学们，我已经是个初中生，所要学习的科目有增无减。虽然偶尔感到疲乏，但其中却也有我乐在其中的课程。

社会活动课它可能不比语文和数学实用，不过就是因为它的非强迫性，让我十足沉醉在上课的时间里。

当初选填单时，我挑挑到静态活动：小说欣赏。原本与四十几个同学挤在图书馆的滋味使我差点有把活动课列在“黑名单”的想法，不过，当可以借书的学生证跳出来解救众生时，知道可以在图书馆外看书，活动课又一跃，跃到十大排行榜之首。

坐在图书馆外的长椅，迎着徐徐的微风，和身旁的好友一同进入书中奇妙的世界，有时和令狐冲并肩作战；有时进入古墓荒原探阴。写着对书中剧情与角色设定的看法，以往对读书心得的厌恶一扫空。上活动课，让我学会自动学习；上活动课，令我通晓各国习俗，甚至让我与自然又更亲近些。

小时候，我想：“为什么要看课外读物？”现在，我说：“为何不多看课外读物？”看书是我从以前到现在的兴趣，但心中的迷思一直到上了活动课才解开：爱看书的人说话比较通顺，知识也较不看书的人丰富。但书看过总是会忘，于是藉着活动课需要写心得，我在写下心得时加深印象。记忆力变好，考试成绩也跟进步。 上活动课真的对我获益良多，我暗自立下心愿：下学期我还要继续参加小说欣赏社。

捧着刚借好的书走出图书馆，和好友一起走回教室，漫步在中庭，忘掉课业的压力，此刻我只想说：“上活动课，真好！”
