曾经看过一本书，叫《不抱怨的世界》，书上写道：“人形成一个习惯，需要连续的21天。”书内附送了一个胶质紫色手环，一看就很耐磨的那种。“每当你抱怨一次时，就将手环换一只手戴上，当它一直呆在你的一只手上连续21天，你就成功了。”

抱着好玩的心态，我开始了21天的挑战。

由于学校规定是不能带手环的，所以我拿一枚硬币代替。刚刚开始第一天，我就发现，习惯真是太可怕了。自上了初三后，老师们就开始各种惨无人道，于是每天一边赶作业一边絮絮叨叨的抱怨上两句已经成为了家常便饭，有时甚至察觉不到自己正在抱怨。一枚硬币被我不停的在左右荷包之间来回，数都数不清换了多少次了。自从有了这枚硬币，我觉得自己身上怨气忒重了，班上同学们怨气也不轻。

大家已经习惯了充满怨气的生活，偶尔愤青一下甚至是议论老师们。习惯之后就很难改变，我每天都在努力的克制自己不要去想，但抱怨就像不受控制似地脱口而出。总而言之，经过了一段时间的改善，换硬币的次数也勉勉强强的降到了个位数，而我也发现了一些改变。

我开始习惯对某些烦心事忽略不计，也习惯了过滤掉班主任那些像耍脾气似的恶言恶语，为了减少抱怨，我习惯了在学校写完作业，车上背书回家好好放松的生活模式，这样不反轻松了许多，过滤掉那些讨厌的东西也让我心情愉快。

在习惯了这些之后，我再次审视以前的自己，发现“抱怨”是个既费时又费力的事，低效不节能也不环保。

不得不说，在各种环境下，我们已经不知不觉的习惯了很多，有些习惯甚至是无意识的，有的习惯会带来很重的负担。如果我们有时间，就应多审视自己的习惯，当你习惯了改变生活，改善自己之后，你会发现生活可以很轻松，很简单。

那次的尝试让我不能忘记。冬天，是个寒冷的季节，这种天气足以让我冻的哆哆嗦嗦的，但，这件事却让我现在想起还有一阵凉意。

那是一个寒假，林老师布置了一次体验作文。《洗一次冷水澡》，我十分的惊讶而又害怕。认为这是一个多么艰巨的任务啊！

我顺手从房间里拿出一条橘红色的浴巾和睡衣，不紧不慢地走进了浴室，迅速脱掉衣服，打开淋浴门，霎时间感到有一阵的凉意，本来想干脆用热水洗时，我还是有决心要挑战毅力！我从淋浴房后侧拿出一个绿色的脸盆，放在淋浴房中央的位置，踮起脚尖，伸出右手去取下高挂在墙壁上的喷头，准备往水盆里装水。接了大约半盆水后，我把左手放进脸盆里时，决心还是开始动摇了：手都感觉这么冷，那不是非感冒不可吗？在一阵犹豫后，我还是决定咬紧牙关试一试！

“呼……冻死我了！”当我站在淋浴房里，一下子把刚才准备好的一盆冷水往腿上泼时，我已经尝到了冷水的厉害。这时，我心里不免责怪起林老师了，于是我想尽快把浴霸开启时，我的双脚竟不听使唤了，行动比较迟缓，但我已忍受不住这冰冷带来的刺痛，只好勉强向前走两步，把手尽力伸长，终于开启了四个供热浴霸的开关，顿时，一股热感通便全身。

原来还是有难度啊，我不再犯同样的错误了，我的头脑里回忆起了闭学式那天林老师教同学们的洗冷水澡的窍门：1、不要马上把冷水往身上泼。2、可以先用热水洗，过一会儿等皮肤适应温度时，再分次将水慢慢调凉。

琢摩方法后，我先把喷头开关调到我平时洗澡的温度，后来分了三次把水调凉，在把水调凉的时候，最艰难的得数胸口这个位置了，我先用手沾点冷水，轻轻地把水拍在胸口上，虽然不会感觉那么冷了，但是在最后洗冷水时，上牙和下牙正在“打架”，全身的寒毛大集中，所有的鸡皮疙瘩都起来了，真可怕。

我记得林老师说过，如果一年四季都能坚持洗冷水澡的话有许多的好处，比如：皮肤紧致，增强抵抗力等等……林老师说自己也是一直坚持用冷水洗澡，这个恰恰考验的是我们的毅力！

这次的尝试让我懂得了很多，凡事都要咬咬牙坚持下来，而并不是轻易放弃。任何大胆的尝试往往会给你意想不到的收获！

Our college is an ordinary institution of higher learning.

on our campus,there are no skyscrapers,no graceful and imposing

buildings,and no strange houses.All the buildings are common,but they stand in

special relationship to each other,making a nice learning atmosphere for us.The

newest and perhaps largest building is the library.It stands in the middle of

our campus.It is seven storeys high.With its bright,spacious reading rooms and

all kinds of books,newspapers and magazines,it is the place where students like

to go.The next largest building is the Chemistry Department.The rooms in it are

in are the apartment houses.

My School Life

The world we live in is becoming more and more intolerable because of environmental destruction. Bird flu and Sars are two typical examples that environmental destruction may threaten our life.
