9月28日周三上午，舞钢市实验小学通过红领巾电视台向全校师生播放了邹越老师的演讲《让世界充满爱》。我们三《1》班在班主任张老师的组织下认真收听收看了这场精彩的演讲。

在演讲中邹越老师把深奥的道理融入到事例当中，通过激情四射、声情并茂的演讲把道理阐述的淋漓尽致。顿时我们班的同学都感动得哭了起来，我也感动得泪流不止。

最让我感动的有两处。

第一处是在马拉松比赛时，一个黑人男孩在赛道上跑，突然一个人投了一个易拉瓶罐子砸住了小男孩的脚后跟，小男孩重重地摔倒在地，可是小男孩并没有终止比赛，他艰难地爬了起来，一瘸一拐地跑完整个赛程，小男孩虽然没有取得比赛的冠军，但当他冲过终点时，热烈的掌声经久不息，人们为他不放弃，坚持不懈的精神所感动。回想我自己，平时自制能力、自理能力差，遇到困难就想退缩，今后，我要向这个小男孩学习，不怕困难，坚持不懈地做好做完每一件事情。

最让我感动的第二处是，有一天老鹰生病了不能出去捕捉食物了，她想：“万一我死了，我的孩子什么也不会做，这可怎么办呢？”于是，老鹰决定教小鹰飞翔。老鹰抱着小鹰飞到山崖上，在一个个小山崖之间教小鹰练习飞翔，小鹰在鹰妈妈的指导下虽然已经飞得很熟练了，可还是没有胆量在高空中飞翔。这时候，鹰妈妈带着小鹰来到最高的山崖，鹰妈妈做出了一个大胆的决定，她猛地把小鹰扔下了山崖，小鹰在危急之时奋力煽动翅膀，翅膀撕裂了，鲜血直流，可小鹰发觉自己真的可以在蓝天翱翔了。鹰妈妈看着飞向高空的小鹰既心疼又欣慰，她想“孩子，为了让你自己掌握一身过硬的本领，获得生活的技能，妈妈必须这么做，相信终有一天，你会理解妈妈的苦心的”！鹰妈妈把对孩子的爱融入到了“苛刻”的训练之中。由此我想到了老师和妈妈，她们不也正像鹰妈妈对小鹰一样的爱着我们吗？

这次听了邹越老师的演讲，更加坚定了我今后在学习之路上不怕困难，持之以恒的决心，听老师、妈妈的教导，练就一身过硬的本领，将来报效祖国，让自己做一个有利于社会，能给他人带去帮助和快乐的人！

As we know, World Reading Day which falls on April 23rd is drawing near. The purpose of the global festival is to promote reading and publishing. Nowadays, a lot of students prefer to spend much time in watching TV and they are crazy about Internet. So, most of them dont have enough time to read books. And still worse, they dont like reading. However, reading is necessary. I firmly think that by reading, we not only enrich our life ,and broaden our horizons but also learn to perfect our personality. Now that reading is good for us, let’s develop a good habit of reading. I strongly suggest that every one of us should read at least one or two good books every term.

“滴滴，滴滴……”的清脆闹钟声把我从睡梦中惊醒。我一骨碌爬起来，看看天空，正在下着蒙蒙的细雨。这一场久违的秋雨，可害苦了我们，我想今天应该不会去长沙了吧？可是，这是我盼望以久的秋游，我还是把吃的东西准备好去学校了。

来到学校，一辆辆公交旅游车正在校门口等候，摆成了一条长龙。我抑制不住兴奋的心情，撒腿向学校奔去。

不一会儿，我们很快整队出发了。一路上，汽车在高速公路上飞快地奔驰，京珠高速两旁是一排绿油油的小树，车一开快，小树就像绿丝带一样从我们眼前飘过。远处，空旷的天野里，偶尔飞来一只小鸟，好像在说：“秋雨真好！”田埂上，成垛的稻草犹如一个小堡垒，从窗外一闪而过，引起同学们的阵阵议论。

一眨眼，长沙就到了。同学们看到目的地到了，喊着“耶！长沙到咯！”在下车时，同学们争先恐后的挤着跳下车。下车后，阵阵冷风向我们扑来，冷得我们瑟瑟发抖。但我们的热情丝毫未减。老师首先领我们来到了游乐处。第一个玩的是“飞椅”。我们坐上去，飞椅慢慢升起来，再加上冷冷的风，别提多刺激了！刚从“飞椅”下来，我们又开始了“激流探险”。水车慢悠悠的开，等到下坡时，像火箭一般直冲下来，溅得我一身都是水。最好玩的最刺激的要数“阿波罗飞船”。我、谢丹、刘涛和刘庆姐姐坐在一块儿，等飞船启动时，每转一个大圈，刘涛总会尖叫或者叫2-3声妈妈，真是笑死我了。最后我们就可以玩“过山车”了，心里好激动喔，真不知道玩的时候心里是什么样的感觉。没想到，过山车居然不能玩！我们大家都大声说：“我们就是为了过山车而来的，我们就要玩。”管理员见了我们这群顽皮的孩子，耐心地向我们解释，我们知道了原由也不闹了，一个个乖乖地走向下一个玩的地方。

快乐的时光总是一纵即逝，一转眼，回程的时间到了，我们带着快乐，留着遗憾，依依不舍地登上了汽车。嘴里还喊道：“我下次还要来，一定要来玩过山车”。我们发自内心的喊声回荡在空中，也回荡在心中。

Everybody needs themotivationto move on, so no matter what kind of difficulties they meet, they can see the hope and stick to the targets. I have set up small targets for myself, so I can make progress step by step. For example, when I jog on the playground for 800 meters, I will finish every 100 meters as the small target, so I can finish my task easily. 《幻城》里曾多次说，“这个世界是千万个世界重叠在一起的世界”，每一个世界都无边无际。如果说真的这么无际，至少，在我们眼前的雪境值得思味，或许世界真的如此奇妙。

我爱雪境，爱那份冷冷淡淡的诗意，爱青松耸立的隐忍，爱少年雪路前行的伟岸……而我更愿那样地在雪海里前行。

写到这里，忽然停电了。屋子里一片漆黑，电风扇也慢慢地停止了转动，我感到十分闷热。于是想到了书里的《神奇的智能建筑》一文，要是我也能住上智能房屋，那该多好啊！当我触摸墙面上的空调图案，窗户就能发出一阵阵的冷气。那可真有说不出的舒服呀！而且永远不用担心有停电的烦恼。

我信步走出了闷热的小屋，真美啊！天空中闪烁着一颗颗可爱的小星星，那一颗快速移动的星星是不是外星人乘坐的飞碟？瞧！那两颗一闪一闪的是不是“旅行者”1号、2号？那上面携带的“地球之音”镀金唱片外星人能收到吗？……

看着看着，我感到有一些疲劳，于是回到了屋中。

晚上，我做了一个奇怪的梦，梦见自己乘上宇宙飞船来到了火星上。一个白胡子老爷爷，用亲切的话语对我说：“我就是科学老爷爷。你要好好学习，将来做一名科学家，到各种星球上去作客。”他还送给我一本书，我拿起来一看，封面是金光闪闪的四个大字“科学之光”。

中国从1985年6月5日开始举办纪念世界环境日的活动，以“青年人口，环境”为主题 。自此之后，每年的6月5日全国各地都要举办纪念活动。1993年北京被选为举办庆祝活动的城市，其主题是“打破贫穷与环境的怪圈”。2014年4月修订公布的《中华人民共和国环境保护法》第十二条：每年6月5日为环境日。
