“Growing Pains” seems full of knowledge and experience. So it does because

all of us have growing pains and also growing gains in our lives.

Growing up is not a very enjoyable time. It means I have to work hard in

studying and in family. Theres always so much homework given by teachers and so

many arguments between the parents and me. The time is fair, but it seems it

gives pains three quarters and only one quarter to gains.

But gains give me power and confidence. Successes and friendship make me

happy and enjoyable. We played with snow in the winter that seldom snows, we

flew kites in the night that usually belongs to homework, we ate several ice

creams that almost made us cold. We picked up leaven that no longer high up!

Although pains are always more than gains, I believe both of them make my

life more colorful

学会生存》是六年级下册第四单元的口语交际课,教材安排这次话题的目的是引导学生学会生存,学会自我保护的本领,培养学生用列举实例表达自己的观点。

上完后,第一感觉是孩子在交流过程中的语速过快,提问的问题没有价值,是值得深思的,我就仔细分析了学生现存的原因有三:

1、对学生已有的知识水平和情感估计不足,在布置前置性作业的时候,教师忽略了学生现有的知识水平,以至于孩子们在谈论后交流时涉及的面就太窄,思路不够广。设计如下:a、你遇到、听到、或从电视、报纸等媒体上了解到的有关自我保护的事情。b、读综合学习中《智慧之花》想到的。c、从电视上看到或者听到的别人是如何进行自我保护的。d、我们可能遇到哪些危险或灾难?应该如何应对?学生课下都做好了充足的准备,查阅了大量的资料。我要求学生分成小组的形式来讨论,结果有些学生不喜欢参与到其中去,或许是孩子们过于紧张,导致个别的学生不敢发言了。学会生存,是一个内容很广的话题,包括的范围很大,学生可以从生活方面入手,可是孩子却仅仅限于走丢,迷路,溺水,地震、火灾、遇见歹徒等等,学生的思路没有更深层次的。

2、教师的语言过于单一,没有什么特色,鼓励和评价的时候忽略了学生的想法。其中有个学那个在讲述自己在迷路的时候,如何解决问题的,教师没有及时评价,而是一句话带过。

3、对教材的把握还不够深入,过于注重教材,而忽略了教材的工具性,忽视了语文学科的工具性和人文性。

4、总结时,设计了一个环节:通过今天这节课的学习,你懂得了什么?自我感觉跟前面的有点重复。

5、前面布置的作业改为:对于“学会生存”这个话题,你想说什么?相信孩子们会给我更多意想不到的精彩?

对于这节课我也有满意的地方可以从以下三个方面来说:

1、积极的参与到学生中,对学生的发言及时作出评价。

2、落实了本堂课的教学目标,让学生知道一人在家遇到事情,运用自己所学的知识去应对,不如说煤气泄漏,骗子等等。

3、把课堂还给了学生,让学生能够大胆质疑,对学生的某个话题全班进行讨论,让学生爱上口语交际,努力培养学生的应变能力。

小学英语作为近几年新增设的科目,在肩负英语启蒙和为以后进一步学习大基础的重任的同时,又面临着检验匮乏,教学对象年龄小,注意力,接受,分辨能力相对较低等重多困难。那么,怎么才能克服困难,有效良好地进行小学英语教学呢?我认为应在分析学生的年龄特征、心理、注意力等特征的前提下,精心设计组织教学。而其中,游戏的运用尤其重要。现行小学英语教材就充分认识到了这一点,在整册教学内容中,几乎在每课都穿插有游戏。

游戏在小学英语教学中有着多方面的重要的作用。

一、 激发兴趣,活跃气氛,吸引注意力

一节好课不是老师一味的讲,学生一味的听,而应是有静有动,动静相结合的,小学设管内的天性是好动的,要让他们端端正正的坐着听四十分钟,是很难办到的。即使做到了也收不到良好的教学效果。同时还可能压抑了他们的个性,影响了他们的学习兴趣,此外,心理研究表明,小学生的注意力稳定性较差。最好的也只能保持30分钟,况且长时的有意注意容易使人感到枯燥乏味,投入程度也不会高,如果在教学中结合教师的讲解,适当地安排一些游戏,为孩子们提供一个动的舞台,把他们的思维和身体从疲劳、紧张中解放出来,使他们涣散的注意被吸引过来,在轻松愉快的气氛中完成学习任务。例如,在学习人身体部位名称时,刚开始学生们觉得新鲜,兴趣很浓,热情还很高,但随着单词加多,听讲和读的时间加长,他们感到很疲乏,觉得没意思了,注意力也不能很好地集中了。这时,我适时地加入了“听口令,做动作”的游戏,一听说要做游戏,孩子们立刻变得活跃起来,注意力又集中了,在随后“touch your head” “stamp your feet” “wave your arm”的口令中,他们一会摸头,一会跺脚,一会挥胳膊,忙得不亦乐乎,最终在笑声中记住了个部位的名称。

二、 创设情景,加深记忆

三、 训练口语,发展思维

英语的学习不仅仅是记忆、理解、书写,还要能够说出来,能够正确流利地说出来。这是重点也难点。对于初学英语的人来说,更是难上加难。他们往往心理紧张,没有自信,不敢开口。更别说在课后生活中运用了。要攻破这个拦路虎,首先必须给学生一个没有压力的轻松环境,消除内心的紧张与害怕,同时,鼓励他们进行语言交流,在运用语言与其他人互相讲话时,学习的内容会丰富起来,游戏就恰恰能够做到这些。游戏给了学生接近生活,轻松愉快的环境,带给他们描述、表达、说明的欲望,在不知不觉中训练了口语,这些都比学生自己读教材重复教师的话有价值得多。

语言与思维之间存在密切的关系,游戏在联系课本词汇的同时,促使学生准确地表达思想感情,把他们所学的语言词汇合理地组织,适当地安排,准确地表达,这个过程,丰富了他们的词汇,丰富了他们的的感性经验,推动了思维的灵活性、逻辑性的发展。

此外,游戏给了学生想象和思考的空间,激发了他们的想象力和思考能力。如在教学“friendship”时,为了让他们深刻理解记忆这个单词的含义,我采用了画图的游戏,就是把这个单词的意思用画图表示出来。因为“friendship”的概念是抽象的,没有实物可以比拟,这样就不能照猫画虎了。只能凭借自己的脑子去思考去想象。有的学生想象了一个有关友谊的故事,画了一幅漫画,有的想到了恩格斯和马克思的友谊,画了两幅肖像;有的想到了一句古诗“桃花潭水深千尺,不及汪伦送我情”,并且惟妙惟肖地画了出来,以次来体现“friendship”的含义这样,学生们充分发挥了他们的想象和思考的能力,深刻地理解了单词的意义,思维能力也得到了进一步发展。

四、 培养情感,发展能力

在教学中,有趣的游戏活动,可以养成学生热爱生活,开朗乐观的生活态度,能够让学生有机会感受生活的多姿多彩,有机会展现自己的生命活力和丰富想象力,创造力,从而树立自信心和自豪感。在游戏活动中,学生与他人合作交流,使其体验到团结、友爱、互助、荣誉感、责任感,进取心等积极的情感。比如,在角色扮演的游戏中,使其学习表达各种社会角色的情感,在画画游戏中进一步发展了他们的美感,此外,游戏中还存在一个如何协调的问题,如何制定游戏规则和如何违反规则进行处罚的问题,学生们需要自主地讨论和解决这个问题。这个过程中他们的组织能力、协调能力等都得以锻炼,同时这队学生的独立性、正义感都有潜移默化的作用。

以上是游戏在小学英语教学中四方面的作用,除此之外,还有其他作用,这根据游戏形式、内容的不同而异,当然,并不是所有游戏都能起到了这些作用。这就要求我们在教学中精心选择、组织,恰当安排,以使其取得最佳效果。

我的成绩就像一场大暴雨,哗哗的直线下降。语文一向是所有科目中我认为最不理想的,虽然没有一点粗心的地方,可是课外阅读题目回答的不是很全面所以不能拿完分。这说明每次上课我没有认真听讲,知识没有理解透彻。还有作文,作文一向是我的弱项,可以说一点都不会写,这次也不例外,所以我以后要多看作文书加强写作水平。

说起数学这次真的是考的太差了。从小学到中学教我的数学老师都说我不是不会做而是太粗心,所以这次我做每一道题目都很细心,一道计算题我在草稿纸上算了三四次,在试卷上又算了一次,自己却还洋洋得意还以为考的不错,但还是有题目因为粗心犯了写错单位的低级错误而被扣分。也许是意外,也许是没有掌握好数学知识;也许是其他原因吧。94分,对于一向数学成绩比较好的我是一种能力的否定、粗心马虎的印证。试卷上那一个又一个鲜红的叉如千万把刀刺着我的心,一刀又一刀,很痛很痛。不明白,同样的试卷,别人能考110,120分,我却不能。说明我对这些知识领会不深,心烦意燥、马马虎虎使白试卷上画上了红叉。

外语是我的弱项,每次都是它拉我的后腿,这次也不例外。每节课我都认真听了,每个知识点我都懂了,可是学了后面的却忘了前面的。这就说明我没有认真复习,所以每次考试都考不好。

生物、地理是这个学期会考的科目,可是这次却也考得不是很理想,知识也有一些没有记牢。

物理是这几个科目中下滑比较厉害的科目,以前还对物理比较感兴趣,随着内容越来越难,有一些知识没有听懂,所以每次听课都不是很认真,因此这次考试从以前的八十几分降到了六十几分。

这次考试之后我发现自己在学习的过程中有很多缺点:一是自己太粗心,这次考试的所有科目都因粗心而失分;二是自己的学习态度不够端正,上课没有认真听讲,该背的内容没有背熟,理解知识不够透彻。这些都是我应该吸收的教训啊!

我要加倍努力,下次考出好成绩。相信自己:我能行!

要写好文章,必须具备大胆的、合理的、丰富的想象力。而想象这种活动,又必须在原有的形象的基础上去展开联想,才会具有丰富的加工和改造的材料。

如果没有联想,那想象便成了无源之水,无本之木了。所以,在写作过程中,想象和联想,往往是综合适用,而不能截然分开。联想,是一种由此及彼的思维活动。其主要方式有相似联想、对比联想及辐射联想等。

如何展开以上联想呢?第一,明确概念;第二,找准相近,相似的事例,以便使这些联想,为我所用。

“相似联想”,即由甲事物想到与其在形态、性质、功能、特征等方面有相似联系的乙事物等等。例如贾祖樟的《南州六月荔枝丹》一文写到鲜荔枝变质快的特点,便引用杜牧《过华清宫》诗中的“一骑红尘妃子笑,无人知是荔枝来”,以说明当时统治者为把鲜荔枝迅速送进京城而不惜劳民伤财;写到单发展荔枝生产以满足人民生活日益提高的需要时,则引用了苏轶的“欲啖荔枝三百颗,不妨长作岭南人”的诗句,明我国岭南盛产荔枝。又如夏衍写的《包身工》一文,在写到包身工遭受残酷的压迫、剥削,为工厂老板创产值多而收获却少得可怜时,自然联想到“墨鸭”而吃的却很少。这便是使用了相似联想。“对比联想”,即由对某一事物的感知、回忆而引起与该事物具有相反特点的其他事物的回忆。如陶铸同志在《崇高的理想》一文中,论述到乡,往往是地主阶级或向往地主阶级生活的人的理想;在资本主义社会,资产阶级的理想是希望钱越赚越多,利润越来越高,而且希望这个人剥削人、人压迫人的社会是“永恒”的。而无产阶级,却是打倒这个“永恒”,把这个人剥削人、人压迫人的社会推翻。在社会主义社会,“为人民服务”,实现共产主义事业,就成为广大人民的共同理想。

“辐射联想”,即以某事物为触发点,向其四周联想到自己最熟悉的生活及各类知识的积累。最典型的要算秦牧的《土地》一文。他以“土地”这一极普通的事物为触发点,骑着思想的野马驰骋于四面八方,联想到了历代的人们对土地的珍惜;想到失去土地的人们的悲哀.想到了土地被剥削者占有时,劳动者的种种不幸;想到了劳动者为保卫土地,争做土地的主人而进行的可歌可泣和不屈不挠的斗争,更想到了劳动者成为土地的主人后,对土地的改造和对自己家园的建设。又如1994年高考作文题为“尝试”。有一考生在作义中写到尝试“留长辫”尝试“迷你裙”尝试“流行歌曲”等,本想“潇洒”一回,结果都不如人意而贻笑大方的深切体会。

许多学生在读一读后由衷地发出了感叹:原来我们的生活中经常用到大数,这些大数末尾的0真多呀,读起来太麻烦了,而且很容易数错0的个数。此时,学生置身于“口欲言而弗达,心求通而弗能”的“愤悱”境地,他们真正体会到改写大数的必要性。他们的心理上生成了一种强烈的认知冲突。认知冲突既会激起学生激烈的思维振荡,又会引起学生学习需要的不平衡,情感领域中便会生成一种乐于学习、主动参与探索、渴求获取问题解决办法的心理倾向,从而为进一步学习在知识、思维、情感等方面蓄积了良好的准备态势,为促进学生在积极参与学习活动的过程中获得主动的、最大限度的发展奠定了坚实的基础。这时,我指出:遇到较大的数,为了读、写简便,我们常常用“万”或“亿”作单位记出来。那么整万的数怎样改写成以“万”为单位的数呢?我让学生自主讨论、相互交流。在后续的学习中,学生一直处于积极主动的学习状态,他们争先恐后地发表自己的想法,然后由学生得出“去掉个级的4个0,写上单位万。”

数据的改写是对数据表示形式的变化,它的大小并没有发生变化。在改写过程中我注重向学生说明改写后为什么要写计数单位的道理。启发学生思考5000000和500万的关系,并把自己看法跟同桌交流,然后把理由说给全班同学听。使学生明确等号左边的数是以“个”为单位,一般以“个”为单位就不写计数单位了。而等号的右边是以“万”为单位,如果这个计数单位不写,那么就会变成以“个”为单位,这样两者之间就会相差很大。这些道理,可以结合具体的情景加以说明,以便学生在理解的过程中减少错误。

数学来源于生活,学生的生活中有许多数学问题,只有让学生在熟悉的、感兴趣的问题情境中,才能感悟、学习、和理解数学知识。因此,在初步探究完如何将一个大数改写成以万为单位得数后,我让学生自主发挥,自己先写一个整万的数,然后将它改写成以万为单位的数,这就大大激发了学生的兴趣,()然后,我又趁势让他们给同桌出一道这样的题,互相交流,互相判断,这就在检验孩子们的知识是否巩固,是否能自主进行正确检查。最后,又让孩子们写一个以万为单位的数,改写成生活中的大数,逆向思维得到训练。这个环节对于突破、重难点起到了很好的促进作用。数学课程标准强调“尊重学生已有的知识与经验”。学习改写成用“亿”作单位的数,学生运用迁移规律,很快就掌握了改写方法。

上周四的月考结果出来了,本班成绩是意料之中的糟糕,从入学成绩来看,我班英语有20几个不及格,这就已经奠定了后来的结果,很多事情真的是大家都心知肚明的。也许,是真的我水平有限,都是从初一接手的新生,差距怎么就这么大呢?

从成绩分析来看,满分有3个,90分以上的20个。差距就在这一部分上,在平时上课提问来看,只有这一部分同学比较积极,而80分以上的有12个,这些同学,需要在平时多加提问和关注,争取到更高的层次上来。70分以上的只有2个,60分的只有一个,中间力量太薄弱了,可以争取的太少了。剩下不及格的,都在十几二十几三十几分左右,真的是太难提高了,而且,这部分同学不光英语不及格,其他科目也这样,我现在束手无策了。不过,我也不能放弃他们,在期中考试之前,多下点功夫,希望能有所提高。英语在现在来说还是比较重要的科目,如果一开始就不及格,就很难再提高了,所以,对那一部分不及格和六七十分的同学,课后补补课,能提高多少是多少吧。

教学反思

上一周我们学校进行了一次月考,试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少,现有人数47,及格44人,满分一人,90分以上28人,70到90段13人,本次试卷是一单元检测题,题目没有做过但比较简单,全在课堂教学训练的范围,通过分析尖子生太少,需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练,提高90分以上学生的做题能力,努力打造70到90段学生,加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始,对学生要求平等,这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异,根据学生成绩,在以后的教学中加强分层教学,减轻学生心理压力,提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯,提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

教学反思

刚刚完成第三单元的口语交际和作文教学,感觉效果不尽人意,没有达到预期的效果。本次说写内容是自我介绍。介绍自己的特点,说真实的自己。教材的安排遵循了从说到写的原则。在整个教学活动过程中,我安排了这样几个教学环节。

一、创设情景,引出话题:

师:同学们,如果现在我们班来了一个新同学,或者你家附近搬来了一个新邻居,或者家里来了一个新客人,彼此想交朋友,认识对方,那就要进行自我介绍。你最想了解对方的是什么?为什么?你最想把自己的什么介绍给他?为什么?

学生纷纷诉说想法。最后教师小结:

自我介绍时可以介绍自己的姓名,家庭地址,以及自己外貌的最明显特点,好让对方在最短的时间内认识你,记住你,找到你。

其次是个人爱好特长优点,这样的话,彼此了解,可以有共同的爱好话题,或者相互取长补短,共同提高。

再是介绍个人的性格脾气,这样可以减少误会,彼此理解对方。最后也可以说说缺点,希望得到对方的帮助等。

这时,老师转移话题:如果把自己介绍给对方一定要面面俱到吗?

同学们纷纷表示反对,但是分析原因大都是笼统地说这样太啰嗦了,这样别人会烦的诸如此类的话语,没有考虑到这样面面俱到的介绍别人反而记不住你。最后还是老师自己告诉大家:你想要交什么类的朋友你就把你这方面的内容做具体介绍。为了让这个特点明显可以举大量的事实说明。

二、尝试介绍,生成话题

教师让学生在座位上自己准备一个特点讲讲,并且把自己介绍给同桌或者前后桌同学,让别人给你提提意见,补充事实材料。接下去的场面可算是热闹,大伙儿交头接耳,议论纷纷。我走到一位同学面前开始了交流。他给我介绍的是他的爱好。我们倆交流地挺不错,从开始时他的迷惑和不好意思交流到最后的满足的微笑,我知道他明白了。起身抬头的一刹那,竟发现好多同学在嬉笑,玩闹。多年的教学经验告诉我,他们刚才一定是扯开了话题在闲聊嬉闹。没有懊恼,没有指责,接着就是正常的师生交流,生生互动的自我介绍

三、聚焦个体,共说话题

教师回到讲台问:谁愿意第一个上来向大家介绍自己。下面是冷场。后面有一个男生站起来做介绍。他说:我介绍的是我的一个缺点:我爱管闲事。我看这个话题不错,就趁机启发:你说爱管闲事是缺点,说不定是你的优点,正是你热心的反映呢!你能把你怎样爱管闲事用具体事例告诉大家好吗?本以为为他打开了思路,没想到他却因为我的参与反而不敢往下说。花了好大的功夫才结结巴巴地,语无伦次地,辞不达意地讲了两句。下面听的同学指指点点,甚至哄堂大笑。他当然是面红耳赤,不敢再吱声。我让其他学生纠正,由于没有认真思考,把自己置之话题之外,当然也说不出所以然。接下去让别的同学来自我介绍,大家都有点紧张与担忧。不知不觉中,时间已过去了大半。教师又怕时间不够又开始了唠唠叨叨个没完:什么在介绍中定要有具体事情啦,意思一定要介绍清楚啦等等等等。可以让课堂闪光的地方却匆匆过场,让宝贵的课堂时间白白流失。遗憾!

这个环节自己感觉是最失败的,是我把课堂占用,没有把其他学生放在首要位置,是我自作多情,自作聪明,包办太多,结果适得其反。口语交际的最大特点应该在交际,让学生在交际中学会表达,在交际中学会交往。在这个过程中生生互动,师生互动才是最主要的。可能是在设计上导语上欠吸引学生,没有调动说话交际的积极性,好多学生没有参与其间,变成了只有教师与站起来介绍的同学之间的事情。这样单一的交流当然到不了学生内心需求。另外,在构建和谐课堂,文明课堂中,老师总会忘却生生之间的尊重与生生之间的评价。现在想想,如果这个环节中,我把皮球替给学生也许会起到比较好的效果。比如:听了他的这一句话——我有一个缺点是爱管闲事,你有什么想说或者想问的吗?当他支支吾吾说不下去的时候,老师帮他一把,或者让同学帮他一把可能比让他当场纠正效果会更理想些。这样,也许他不会尴尬,大伙儿会在更和谐的气氛,以更积极的状态参与其中,效果一定会更好。

i never considered myself unique, but people are constantly telling me, "you are a miracle." to me, i was just an ordinary "guy" with realistic goals and big dreams. i was a 19-year-old student at the university of texas and well on my way toward fulfilling my "big dream" of one day becoming an orthopedic surgeon.

我从未觉得自己与众不同,但人们常对我说:“你的生命是个奇迹。”对我而言,我只是一个普通人,有着现实的目标和远大的理想。我曾是德克萨斯大学一名十九岁的大学生,在通向理想之路上信步前行,梦想有一天我会成为一名整形外科医生。

on the night of february 17, 1981 i was studying for an organic chemistry test at the library with sharon, my girlfriend of three years. sharon had asked me to drive her back to her dormitory as it was getting quite late. we got into my car, not realizing that just getting into a car would never quite be the same for me again. i quickly noticed that my gas gauge was registered on empty so i pulled into a nearby convenience store to buy 2.00 worth of gas. "ill be back in two minutes," i yelled at sharon as i closed the door. but instead, those two minutes changed my life forever.

entering the convenience store was like entering the twilight zone. on the outside i was a healthy, athletic, pre-med student, but on the inside i was just another statistic of a violent crime. i thought i was entering an empty store, but suddenly i realized it was not empty at all. three robbers were in the process of committing a robbery and my entrance into the store caught them by surprise. one of the criminals immediately shoved a .38 caliber handgun to my head, ordered me to the cooler, pushed me down on the floor, and pumped a bullet into the back of my head -- execution style. he obviously thought i was dead because he did not shoot me again. the trio of thieves finished robbing the store and left calmly.

meanwhile, sharon wondered why i had not returned. after seeing the three men leave the store she really began to worry as i was the last person she saw entering the store. she quickly went inside to look for me, but saw no one-only an almost empty cash register containing one check and several pennies. quickly she ran down each aisle shouting, "mike, mike!"

my hallucinations, coupled with my physical problems, made my prognosis still very bleak. however, as time passed my mind began to clear and approximately six weeks later my right leg began to move ever so slightly. within seven weeks my right arm slowly began to move and at eight weeks i uttered my first few words. my speech was extremely difficult and slow in the beginning, but at least it was a beginning. i was starting to look forward to each new day to see how far i would progress. but just as i thought my life was finally looking brighter i was tested by the hospital euro-psychologist. she explained to me that judging from my test results she believed that i should not focus on returning to college but that it would be better to set more "realistic goals."

i thought of those words, and i thought of tom, my family and sharon who believed so strongly in me as i climbed the steps to receive my diploma from the dean of liberal arts at the university of texas on that bright sunny afternoon in june of 1986. excitement and pride filled my heart as i heard the dean announce that i had graduated with "highest honors", been elected to phi beta kappa, and been chosen as one of 12 deans distinguished graduates out of 1600 in the college of liberal arts. the overwhelming emotions and feelings that i experienced at that very moment, when most of the audience gave me a standing ovation, i felt would never again be matched in my life-not even when i graduated with a masters degree in social work and not even when i became employed full time at the texas pain and stress center. but i was wrong!

on may 24, 1987, i realized that nothing could ever match the joy i felt as sharon and i were married. sharon, my high school sweetheart of nine years, had always stood by me, through good and bad times. to me, sharon is my miracle, my diamond in a world filled with problems, hurt, and pain. it was sharon who dropped out of school when i was hurt so that she could constantly be at my side. she never wavered or gave up on me. it was her faith and love that pulled me through so many dark days. while other nineteen year old girls were going to parties and enjoying life, sharon devoted her life to my recovery. that, to me, is the true definition of love. after our beautiful wedding i continued working part time at the pain center and completed my work for a masters degree. we were extremely happy, but even happier when we learned sharon was pregnant.

1987年5月24日,我觉得再没有什么能与此时的快乐相提并论,我和沙伦结婚了。沙伦是我高中时代的女友,风风雨雨九年来,她一直陪在我身旁。对我来说,她是我的奇迹,是我在这个充满困惑和伤痛的世界上拥有的一颗钻石。为了能日夜守侯在我的身旁,沙伦在我受伤的时候放弃了学业。她的爱从未动摇过,她从未抛弃过我。是她的忠诚和爱伴着我度过了无数个黑暗的日子。当别的十九岁的女孩子参加舞会、享受生活的时候,沙伦把青春献给了病床上的我,等待我的康复。对我来说,这就是爱的真谛。在那个美满的婚礼之后,我继续在止痛中心做着兼职的工作,并获得了我的硕士学位。我们非常的幸福,而沙伦怀孕的消息更让我们恩爱有加。

on july 11, 1990 at 12:15 a.m. sharon woke me with the news: "we need to go to the hospital… my water just broke." i couldnt help but think how ironic it was that my life almost ended in a convenience store and now on the date "7-11" we were about to bring a new life into this world. this time it was my turn to help sharon as she had helped me over those past years. she was in labor for 15 hours. at 3:10 p.m. sharon and i experienced the birth of our beautiful daughter, shawn elyse segal! tears of joy and happiness came to my eyes as our healthy, alert, wonderful daughter entered this world. we anxiously counted her 10 fingers and her 10 toes and watched her wide eyes take in the world about her. it was truly a beautiful picture that was etched in my mind forever as she lie in her mothers waiting arms, just minutes after her birth. at that moment i thanked god for blessing us with the greatest miracle of all-shawn elyse segal.

一堂体育课,要求教师精心准备,有着自己一定的教学模式,但在教学过程中,教学设计往往设计不到的事件和问题也有,如何处理这些事件和问题与教师的教学理念、自身素质、教学经验和教学机智有着很大的关系,当出现问题的时候,是教师大显身手的时候,如何解决能反映出教师处理突发事件的能力,处理得当,能变被动为主动,可转化教育的材料,有利于教育和教学活动的开展,处理不当,会影响教学活动的开展,可能会影响教师的威信和师生关系。

准备部分的作用是为了学生在从事某一体育项目时避免心理、生理上的准备不足而对学生造成身心方面的损伤。不同的体育项目对身心方面的要求也不同。传统的体育教学模式重点放在了关节、韧带、肌肉粘滞性等方面,应而表现出来的内容不外乎慢跑、徒手操、游戏等,而这种形式大多数是在教师的指挥下、按照一定的要求进行的。这在一定程度上束缚了学生的思维与行动,对学生参与体育活动产生了一定的负面影响。开放式的准备活动,把主动权让给学生,还学生一个自由发挥、充满想象、富于追求新意的空间。

一、让学生象鸟一样自由的飞翔

学生真的喜欢上体育课吗?这个问题是体育老师困惑和迷茫的,固定的教学模式,木偶式的教学方法,谁都会厌。但是,有了大家思考和创作的空间,游戏课便被注入了生命,它变成了一个载体,一个能让学生自由飞翔的载体。此时的学生不会介意体育课很枯燥,反而做得更好,玩得更尽兴,才是他们的追求。

二、让思维的火花永不熄灭

学生真的没有创造力吗?看看学生的表现,想想自己的做法,确实感慨万千。老师自己习惯于某种定式,学生也会习惯。在习惯的过程中,学生的思维能力在老师的“教导”下萎缩了,原来活泼的学生,变得“老成持重”了,大家的想法日趋统一,最后变成了一模一样“合格”产品。《课程标准》针对传统体育课中教师居于绝对支配地位、反复练习和训练成为主要教学手段的现象,提出要提高教学活动的有效性,强调帮助学生自学、自练和学会合作学习和探究式学习,提高学生的体育学习能力。在这游戏课里,自己的稍一放权力,学生把各种游戏玩法就会换成另一种的花样,比老师安排的好多了,并且在活动过程中提高学生的激情程度远远超过老师事先安排的教学模式。学生的潜能就是一座埋藏在地下的火山,只要老师给个空间,他们思维的火花便会喷涌而出!

三、不要轻易放过机会

体育老师首先是老师,肩负者培养学生的任务,很多老师都知道如何提高学生的运动技术水平,激发学生运动兴趣,往往却忽视了对学生的教育,即使有也只是说教或是拿势压人,学生表面服,心理面一百个不服。当出现问题的时候,正是老师大显身手的时候,如何解决得当,能反映出一个老师处理突发事件的能力。其实,在我们的教学中,有很多这样的机会,我们往往由于没有发觉或是处理不当,是大好的机会白白浪费,甚至出现了相反的结果。

另外开放式的准备部分还为学生在心理方面留有一定的空间,教师可以设置问题情景,让学生积极思维试图回答问题,并引导学生在实际练习中检验,让学生正确理解理论与实践两者的相互关系,体会成功的快乐,培养学生三思而后行的良好习惯。

his home" It is true. Home is the warmest place in the world. Home is the

harbor.No matter where you are, you would like to be back home in the end.

Home is the place which we often need to build. In order to create a kind

of warm and intimate atmosphere, we must respect and understand each other. As a

member of the family, it is not right to demand perfection from each other. The

proper way is to cultivate flexibility, patience, and sense of humor. Parents

can be more open-minded and trust their children, and the children should

understand their parents pains. If we have spare time after supper, we may

often communicate with each other and talk about what happened in the daytime.

This type of conversation, called "small talk", is of great importance because

it often helps deepen the feelings between parents and children.

If we do so, I believe our home will always be sweet.
