从本次考试所反映的现状来看,今后的教学中应注意:

1、加强听力训练,营造语言环境。课堂上一定要加强对学生的听力训练,坚持用英语组织教学,尽可能利用多种教学资源让学生接触地道的语音、语调,多听英、美人士的录音材料。

一节课下来,绝大多数学生对这篇文章写些什么、怎样写了于心胸,部分学生似乎对如何写好以心中有数,教学达到了预期的效果,令我比较满意。

通过听课老师的评议,结合学生课后的习作,我也发现课堂教学存在着一些不足。如:教师似乎在牵着学生鼻子走,不敢放手让学生谈看法;习作指导游离于本单元课文之外,未体现“读写结合”的理念;名言与名人故事将学生向“崇高”的境界导向,让学生背离心愿唱高调迎合师生;课堂发言面较窄,对学困生关注不够,导致他们的习作依然是“无米之炊”,三言两语难以成文。

如何提高作文教学质量,我们要思考的还有很多……

一、在激趣导入设境环节中,我给同学们猜谜语,看课件,创设浓郁的学习氛围,激起学生们浓厚的学习兴趣。

二、在整体感知内容时让孩子们自读课文,初步感知课文内容,要求:读准生字的字音,认清字形,边读边想,读懂主要词语并让他们对麋鹿的奇特外形和传奇经历有个初步的了解。

三、“理解奇特外形、了解说明方法”是本文的教学重点,为了帮助学生充分理解课文内容,我让学生自主的品词、品句、品读、合作、交流,明白麋鹿奇特的外形即“四不像”— 角似鹿,面似马,蹄似牛,尾似驴。在精读课文第三自然段时,通过抓住“麋鹿的体重可达250千克左右,角型是鹿科动物中独一无二的——站着的时候,个枝尖都指向后方。它的尾巴也是鹿科动物中最长的。它的尾巴之所以长,是因为要在沼泽环境中驱赶蚊蝇。它的蹄子宽大,行动迅速敏捷。它们还经常在水中站立、跋涉、潜游和觅食”的主要内容进行教学,引导学生找画,归纳出这段文字主要通过列数字、举例子、作比较的方法从“体重、角型、尾巴、蹄子、毛色”来说明麋鹿的奇特外形。我自始至终让学生个别读,自主找画,小组讨论、自由发言,充分体现了以学生为主,使课堂成了他们学习的演练场,让他们在课堂上尽情地发言,只要学生言之有理,就给予肯定,培养他们的成就感和自信心,还培养了学生团结合作的精神。

某先生看了一位学生的作文说:"好,有进步,这才像作文。"过些时候,看到另一位学生的作文,说:"太棒了,已经不像是在写作文了。"有学生问:"老师,‘像作文’好,还是‘不像作文’好?"

先生道:"有的人原来写文章,东拉西扯,词不达意,颠三倒四,杂乱无章。经过一段时间摸索,渐渐摸到了门儿,有了章法,上了轨道,所以说它‘像作文’了,就是说,它符合了作文的规范。有的人文章越写越成熟,看上去就和常见的作文不一样:没有常规的套路,不沿袭惯用的话语;或为时而作,或为事而作,是真情的自然流露,有事理的巧思顿悟;似在意料之外,又在意料之中;有章法却不死守定法。这时说它‘不像作文’,是说它对学校作文规范的超越。从‘不像作文’到‘像作文’,是进步,再从‘像作文’到‘不像作文’又是一种飞跃。"

作文可以作两种解释,一是指写文章,这里的"作文"是词组,《现代汉语词典》里对此还作了一个补充说明:多指学生练习写作;二是指学生作为练习所写的文章,这个"作文"是名词。现在通常讲"作文"大概就是指学生习作,"像不像作文"想来也是从这个意义上来说的。

我们现在教作文往往是就作而教作文,课堂上宣讲作文法,然后是出题目练作文,接下来是按作文规则评作文,有的地方还组织学生背作文选。总之,"学作文"、"像作文"的意识太强。一些学校写作教学搞得成功,或是通过读书来带动,或是通过自由创作来带动,在一定程度上淡化作文意识。

有的人能在文章中道出别人看不出、想不到、说不明的东西,这里面有语言上的功夫,为文技巧的功夫,更有学养上、识见上的功夫。一篇文章里可以看出作者非凡的才智,可以看出作者十年、几十年的功夫。功夫表现在文章之内,但却修炼于文章之外。

人们谈健身之道,重在营养和锻炼这两条。我们的语文教育,历来也强调多读多写,与所谈健身之道暗合。目前语文教学的手段,也还不外乎大量的摄入与大运动量的操练这两个方面。不过尽管如此,人们还是发现学生较普遍地患有语文营养不良、发育不正常之症。病根在哪里?恐怕在于补养与练功不得法。这些年来,我们根据"科学配方",采用大剂量的按照"科学法则"提炼的补药加以喂养,丸散丹膏过量,瓜菜米面不足。现在许多学生对文学作品不感兴趣,有的学生虽有兴趣却苦于没有时间去欣赏,还有的学生则不敢萌发兴趣,在好些个中学里各种文学作品都成为违禁的书,仅有的阅读材料便是课本和作文选。另一方面,机械化的操作早已成了包括语文在内的各门学科教学的全部内容。这种教法学法,借一句练功的行话来说,属于意念太紧,训练不当,难免走火入魔。

为文当有法,然而并无定法,优秀的作文就在"有法"与"无法"、"像"与"不像"之间;教育须有模式,然而又不可死守定式,出色的教育大概也在有模式与无模式之间。规则有序的钟摆声和紊乱无序的噪声都不是音乐,优美悦耳的旋律总是存在于有序与无序的和谐配置之中。在即将迈进21世纪的今天,我们的作文教学,乃至整个语文教育,正在呼唤"绿色食物",呼唤产制绿色食物的"绿色工艺",呼唤生长出绿色工艺的"绿色培育思想"。

这是一堂生动活泼的作文指导课,虽然设计上没有什么创新,但很实在,学生真正动起来了,不仅敢说,而且才思泉涌。我想,评价一堂课是否成功,不在于它的形式多么热闹,应该从以下几个方面去评价:

1、学生的收获。即通过这堂课,学生学到了什么。学生是课堂的主体,是课堂的主人,老师的任何设计都应围绕学生的需求展开。我班学生在写作中常见的毛病就是语句不生动,一些修辞手法不会运用,平常再三强调注意描写,但真正写好的聊聊无几,这次上完第三单元“人与自然”,学了那么多写景的美文,接触了精彩的比喻、拟人的修辞,他们需要一次写作实践将学到的知识巩固下来。这次写作指导课,设计中有一段课外阅读,通过比较赏析,学生对描写的作用有了更深刻的体会,再将总结的方法运用在写作中,真正学会了描写。在课后学生的反馈中,大部分学生都明白了如何写景,如何使文句生动,在习作中一些精巧的比喻、拟人已经一改贫乏的面貌,虽然有些还有点嫩,但总是学会了,并且已经开始尝试了,这就说明这堂课是有效的。

2、学生的参与度。学生是课堂的主角,学生的热情决定了一节课的成败。如果一堂课学生反应冷漠,只有老师在唱独角戏,就不成其为课堂。什么是参与?参与就是学生在课堂中是否积极思考问题,是否提出质疑,在讨论中能否谈出自己的观点,简单说就是学生动起来没有。这在很大程度上取决于老师的调动。这节课,在另一个班上时学生反应平淡,在这个班,我实行了分组评比的方式(组别是以前就有的),各组的发言人数及质量都与成绩挂钩,所以气氛非常活跃,学生不仅敢说,也说得好,在发言中就感觉到他们确实开动脑筋,也确实有自己的看法。

3、老师的应变能力。教师的应变能力不是指如何有效地将学生引到自己预先设计的环节中,而是随机地根据学生的需求对教学内容进行调整,将课堂导向深入。在这堂课中,学生对老师给出的范文提出质疑,指出不足,使我诧异于学生的领悟能力,但老师并没有因为它是自己写的就将学生的一棍子打死,而是谦虚地请教,充分得肯定学生,鼓励学生,并由学生的发言将课堂的气氛一次又一次推向高潮,成为一节课的亮点。

有付出才有收获,学生的心 田需要老师精心地灌溉,学生的写作兴趣也需要老师精心地扶植,所以,作文教学任重而道远,需要各位语文教师共同探讨。

这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是:让学生学会学习,让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长,为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走,我也试着去问自己,我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课,内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课,随后,张凝老师为我们作了点评,并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动,让我感叹最深的是:教师能走多远,学生就能走多远!在平时的对话教学中,我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活,真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设,才能让学生有重大突破的可能,由老师逼着说转化为情境使然,乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的,才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下,让学生的语言是有意义的,让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见,创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心,如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造,而忽略的文本重构,往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座,清晰地向我们验证了:教师有多远,学生就能走多远!

反思一:如何创设语言情境,优化语言输出

在英语教学中,要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标,合理创设语言情境,才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座,引发了我的诸多思考,如何创设语言情境,优化语言输出,我们需要做到以下三点:一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充,可以激活学生的旧知,可以参考学生的生活经验,还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了,还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之,在创设情境时,要多关注学生的心灵,倾听学生的心声,学生需要的,适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三:如何做最好的自己?

课堂上,我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位,还怎么去教学生呢?如果自己都感到迷惑了,感到痛苦了,那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了,害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者,更要做一个明白人?

在平时,要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德,学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”,可见不断反思,才能逐渐进步。

最后引用李开复博士的一句话:“有勇气来改变可以改变的事情,有胸怀来接受不可改变的事情,有智慧来分辨两者的不同”,做最好的自己,做快乐的自己,相信自己一定可以成功!
