成比例的量，在生活实际中应用很广，这里使学生学习用比例的知识来解答，在原有认识的基础上，再让学生用其他方法解答同一题目，概括出一般规律。通过解答使学生进一步熟练地判断成正比例的量，从而加深对正比例意义的理解。有利于沟通知识间的联系，也为中学的数学、物理、化学等学科中应用比例知识解决一些问题做较好的准备。同时，由于解答时是根据比例意义来列等式，又可以巩固和加深对所学的简易方程的认识。所以，在教学上要十分重视从旧知识引申出新知识，在这过程中，蕴涵了抽象概括的方法，运用这个概括对新的实际问题进行判断，这是数学学习所特有的能力。

我带领学生把用比例解应用题的方法整理、归纳得天衣无缝，这样的小结对学生的当前解题确有帮助，或许在提示用比例方法解应用题时是不会出错的。但新课程强调的是面向学生的未来，试想想，这样的小结会给学生的将来带来什么？

由于把用比例解应用题归结为这样的四步，学生在解题时按照这样的四步也许是不会错的，但实际上用比例解应用题时，有的也不必一定要按照这样的四步，尽可能简单的列出算式，可以用多种方法列出比例式的题就出不来好效果了。学生的思维训练做不到灵活开放了。()更不用说通过练习提高学生思维的灵活性品质了。

When I was in high school, one of my classmates sit right beside me. His

name is ChenLiang. He is my unforgettable person in my life.

I remembered my mathematics was just mediocre at that time, but he was

extraordinary and excellent in calculating and solving mathematic questions. He

often received perfect scores. Of course, I wished I could reach at his level.

Since we talked all day long, I asked how he could solve those difficult

questions. He was so patient and polite to answer my sometimes ridiculous

thinking. Gradually, I built my confidence at mathematics and finally passed the

college entrance exam.

Now, we are apart, but I still remember his great attitude and willing in

study. I am so obliged to my classmate, who is my friend always and forever.

The first day for me to go to high school, I felt so excited, because I

came into the new stage of my life. The school asked the students to live in the

dormitory, so I had to move out and left my parents. This was such a big

challenge for me, because I never left home before. I needed to learn to be

independent, what’s more, I also learned to get along with others. High school

was like a little society for me and I handed the problems well. The other

challenge was from study. I had to learn so many subjects and fought for my

我把整个教学过程分为几个部分：

虽然自己经过准备，并且做了大量的铺垫，但是在实际教学中学生掌握的情况却并不理想。主要存在以下问题：

1、学生的概念模糊不清。在教学中涉及到“特点”、“身材”、“衣着”等词语。由于我并没有做详细的讲解和比较，许多学生理解模糊，没有弄清楚含义，从而导致了学生到后来不知道该怎么写。

2、教学设环节设计混乱。在教学一开始，我就将“特点”这个抽象化的要领抛给学生，学生在没有深入理解的基础上，一知半解，使得后来我在后期虽然做了大量的讲解，但学生还是没有明白。

3、没有考虑到学生的需要。在教学中给学生设置了较低程度的要求，对学生指导过细对人物描写外貌不需面面俱到。

4、课堂最后一个环节，全班学生一齐观察我，造成学生的作文雷同，思路没有打开，缺乏个性，如果最后分组讨论：你准备写谁？小组交流，全班交流的环节效果会更好一些。

语文课程标准提出：“让学生乐于写作，易于表达。”我们对于三年级的学生的口语交际能力不能提出过高的要求。

First governments should forbid destroying vegetation, rivers and lakes, oceans, as and the atmosphere as well. Second voices should be made to announce the public of the importance of protecting the environment. People are beginning to attach much more importance to their health these days than ever before. They begin to realize that good healthis the most valuable possession a person can have. However, many people dont know how to stay healthy although great efforts have been made in this regard. In my opinion, there are three things we can do if we want to be in good.

First, we should have the right food, because proper nutrition is the most important for good health. Avoid foods with lots of sugar and fat. Eat plenty of high protein foods, vegetables and fruits. Do not overeat. Secondly, we should get proper amount of sleep, because without enough sleep, we will often feel tired and irritable. Allow ourselves at least eight hours of sleep each day. Have a nap at noon if time permits. Finally, we should exercise regularly, because life depends on exercise. Regular exercise strengthens our hearts and lungs . In addition, it prevents us from putting on weight.

三是注重传授学习方法，揭示学习规律。在本节课教学中，我不光引导学生了解意思，也提示理解的方法。如在理解重点词“协调有序”时，学生通过课前预习了这个词的本义，我又引导学生说出了这个词的引申义，即在具体语言环境中的意思，然后再联系上下文理解这个词用得准确。又如：在开课伊始，让学生边默读课文，边思考，边画句子，边理解，学生在实践的过程中有掌握了一种很好的阅读方法。

In our China, we have a variety of festivals, of which celebrating way

extend, we celebrate all the festivals in the same way. Every family will have a

big meal with their family. It is a time for family gathering. No matter what

With the development of technology, today we live in the world with high

technology. People seem to cant live without computer and smart phone, once

to face, the distance between us is so far. The high technology brings isolation

In recent years, many nations have become more aware of the environmental issues each nation faces, such as air and water pollution. The question is, are the environmental issues a national problem or an international problem? It is my belief that the environmental issues have grown to the point of becoming an international problem needing international cooperation to resolve.

Because of the differences in environmental policies, resources and technology, international cooperation could provide quicker results and have a greater impact on bringing resolution to environmental problems for nations of differing environmental policies and of lesser resources and technology. By pooling international resources and technology to address the environmental problems, the disadvantaged nations are provided the assistance needed. Otherwise their environmental conditions deteriorate ultimately affecting the resources and environment of the world as a whole.

One of the difficulities to an international resolution to environmental issues is the difference in individual nations view and policies toward environmental protection. In order for international cooperation to occur and succeed, the nations of the world must submit themselved to international standards and supervision by an international commission elected by the participating nations of the world. All members must agree to abide by the standards established.

The environmental issues facing each country are not unrelated to the well being of the rest of the world. The impact is long term and international in scope. Without international cooperation and agreement to address such environmental issues as glacial melting at the South Pole, depletion of the ozone layer, water pollution, air polution, etc., the environmental conditions of the world will deteriorate to the detriment of every nation, not just those that ignore or lack the resources and technology to resolve their individual environmental problems.

As part of the same planet, it is the responsibility of each individual and nation to protect the global environment. Only international cooperation will provide the timely solutions and the effectiveness needed to stop the deteriorating global environment.

Our Librar is a busy place.It is open every day from8:00--12:00 in the

morning and from 1:30--5:30 in the after-noon,except on Sundays.

The library contains a large variety of books. in it you will find both

literary and scientific and technical books in Chinese and in foreign

languages.In this building too,are reading-rooms with newspapers and

magazines.Perhaps English books account for over a half of those in foreign

lanuages.

We often go there to look for books which we want to borrow or to read

articles which we like to consult.Our library provides all useful reading matter

and reference materials according to our needs.Although we do not subscribe to

any magazines or newspapers,we are well informed about the recent developments

and new trends in the world as well as in our country.The library plays an

important role in our college life.

在小学的英语教案的阅读中，教师有时往往为了培养学生对英语学习的兴趣，经常会利用游戏，因为游戏受到学生的喜爱。课堂上唱唱跳跳，说说演演，形式花哨，十分热闹，使学生在快乐中接受教师预设的价值取向。但时间一久，我们不难发现：很多学生原有的最初的学习热情急剧下降，原始的兴趣正逐渐地不复存在，他们会因为有些游戏的重复，而显得无精打采。在课堂教学中经常会遇到这样的情况：课前教师不遗余力的精心设计游戏组织来吸引学生兴趣；课上学生走来走去，又是叫又是跑，甚是热闹，这样的教学次序直接影响教师的教学流程，教学环节流于形式；往往一堂课后，学生懵懵懂懂，一知半解；长此以往，学生捧着课本迷惑地望着你，不知道自己到底要学习和掌握书上的哪些内容。究其原因不难发现，课堂环节安排不合理，所学的知识没及时巩固，知识没能螺旋上升，直接导致教学的畸形，学生的学习成绩往往大家都不满意。面对如此频频告急的教学危机，这不能不引发我们的反思。

我个人认为，激发学生对学科兴趣的过程中，不能只停留在课堂表面的“活”，“乐”，“玩”中。我们更要注重学科本身，从学得后产生的成功体验来不断滋长兴趣，挖掘学生学习的内驱力。在教学中我们应该做到如下几点：

一、面向全体，分层教学

在游戏教学过程中，不可回避的如何对待优中差生。我们设计的游戏要注重面向全体学生，难度适中，让大家都参与。可以根据学生的个人素质，性格特点，记忆力反应速度等，因材施教，分层要求，以求最有效的激励机制促学生不断上进。

二、组织得法，严谨有序

做好游戏的组织工作，做到有条不紊，活而不乱。小学生天性爱游戏，争强好胜，有些学生做起来容易忘乎所以，甚至在课堂上，有时会情不自禁地高声喊，因此，首先，有开始游戏之前讲清规则。纪律要求，评分标准，防患未然。在游戏过程中即使还出现一些混乱，要能理解学生的心理，不一味批评，而是积极讲清楚，在集体活动中，大家应该遵守规则。

三、适时适度

我认为不能力求面面俱到，游戏过多，而忽略了主要教学内容的讲授和训练，喧宾夺主，把英语课上成游戏娱乐课，那就适得其反了。课堂游戏应该为课堂教学服务，当他成为一种摆设，或者是为游戏而游戏的时候，课堂游戏就失去了他的魅力了。

In my opinion, the schoolwork now being assigned to high school students is

too heavy. While it is true that students need to study, they need other things

as well if they are to grow into healthy and well-rounded adults. High should be

allowed more time for play. Plying is not wasting time, as some think. It gives

them physical exercise, and also exercise their imagination. Which tends to be

stifled by too much study. Finally, the pressure put on high school students by

excessive schoolwork can cause serious stress, which is unhealthy physically and

mentally. I do not advocate the elimination of schoolwork. I do think, however,

that a reduction of the current heavy load would be beneficial to students and

to the society as a whole.

语言和文学的教学反思：语言的学习有助于形成有效的沟通，包括意义上的沟通和形式上的沟通;有助于有效的表情，包括个人作出表情时是对各种内部和外部压力作出内部调节的努力;帮助澄清思想，如帮助学生了解他们对观念的 理解是否清晰到足以用有效的字予以表达的程度。

文学的学习反思：文学的学习有助于大大提高青年人经验，广泛拓展读者的视野，为个人提供一种探索他自己 无力自己参与的人生与生活的机会，而且也为他提供一种有如亲临其景地探索各种情景的机会，从而使其既不受地理条件的影响，也不受他们能够参加的时间，社会阶段，职业种类和社会群体的局限;有助于培养读者感到满足和有意义的阅读兴趣和阅读习惯;有助于增强解释材料的技能;有助于形成鉴赏标准。
