There are many people are deaf among the sixty billion population. They dont have a sound body. They have to face much more difficulties than common people in their daily life. However, there is a big problem they have to face. It is the unfair treatment. As they are disabled, they often looked down upon or teased by others. Many people regard them as useless. 2015年4月高一月考已经结束，学生成绩也已揭晓，根据我们3班学生实际，结合学生的成绩，针对语文学科的具体特点和试卷的具体分析，现反思如下:

1 应重视学生基础知识的训练。根据新课标的具体要求，现行的语文试卷虽然基础知识分值减少，但仍然起到至关重要的作用。如成语题、病句题和同义词的辨析，学生在这次考试中失分较多，尤其是语言表达的两个题，得分尤其低，其原因就是学生进入高中之后，还不是太清楚高中基础知识与初中的区别，以及考试需要注意的答题技巧，所以下一步学习的重点就是加强学生这一方面的训练，力争使学生基础知识这一方面的不足得以改变，向好的方面转变。

2 应该加强学生规范答题的指导。通过认真分析学生的试卷，我发现有一部分试题不是学生不懂或不会，而是学生在答题的过程中，没有按照一定的答题流程去做，以至于被扣分和不得分，如在语文主观题中，必须要求学生按照是什么---为什么----怎么样的规程去做，否则就会被扣分。举一个简单的例子，问这一自然段中作者运用了什么修辞手法，是做具体分析。结果有的学生就简单回答，比喻。而没有按照一定的流程去做，结果可想而知，6分的题目，只能得1分，这一题学生不会吗?不是，为什么不得分原因就是缺乏一定的答题流程。另外，学生答题是眉毛胡子一把抓，不分要点，没有条理性，结果给阅卷造成误解，影响学生得分。这是我教学的下一步中又一重点内容。

3 针对学生的默写和作文中字体的训练应提上一个重要的位置。通过这次考试，我发现默写是我们的一大失分点，一是学生背诵不到位，许多不会填，二是有些会背的内容，错别字现象严重，结果还是不得分。另外在作文中学生的字体还需要有针对性的加强，女生的字体问题不大，都能工整清晰，关键是男生的字体，存在着书写不规范、字体不端正、卷面不整洁等现象，我认为这直接导致作文分值下降，结果是学生总分不高。所以下一步我们会加强学生的练字环节的训练。

总之，我们只有通过反思，才能发现问题，分析问题以至于最后的解决问题，达到我们的教育教学的目的。

2 正确看待成绩。学习的过程就是不断发现问题并解决问题的过程，考试是暴露问题的最佳时刻，成绩不理想的背后是出现了不该出现的错误、这就是问题的暴露，立即采取措施加以改正，必然会带来学习的提高，那么这次的不理想就是下一次提高成绩的催化剂。相反，本来自己学得不好，却由于这次考得很好，使得很多问题被掩盖了，自己还以为没问题了，从而放松学习，必然会导致下一次的落败。塞翁失马焉知非福，如果通过这一次的失败，找出了问题，从而导致下一次的成功，那这一次的失败就是必要的。这次的成功如果让你失去警惕，导致下一次的失败，那么这一成功就显得毫无意义。

3 如何对待做错的题:对试卷中的问题应仔细归类。不能单纯把错误归为马虎。对丢的每一分按如下原因归类:粗心马虎、审题不严、概念不清、基本技能不过关、时间不够、过程不完整、能力不及。。。你就会发现你的真正弱项，也就找到了下一步的努力方向

4 错题归类考试前最有效的复习方法是做过去做过的错题，所以对每次考试中出错的题应重点标注并归类保存

5 他山之石可以攻玉:每次考试你的同学中总有一批表现突出的，有些的确是因为方法得当才导致学习的必然提高，他们成功的经验对你很重要，应诚恳向他们请教，学习上应不耻下问。

教学反思

上一周我们学校进行了一次月考，试卷下发后我进行了深刻反思。我班学生人数相对其他班少，现有人数47，及格44人，满分一人，90分以上28人，70到90段13人，本次试卷是一单元检测题，题目没有做过但比较简单，全在课堂教学训练的范围，通过分析尖子生太少，需要加强对尖子生的培养和训练，提高90分以上学生的做题能力，努力打造70到90段学生，加强对这一段学生的辅导和督促。前一段教学从26个字母开始，对学生要求平等，这次通过成绩发现了学生的差异，根据学生成绩，在以后的教学中加强分层教学，减轻学生心理压力，提高学生学习效率。在教学中注重培养学生[此文转于斐斐课件园 FFKJ.Net]良好的学习习惯，提高学生认真细心做题的能力。

教学反思

俗话说“学以致用”，从外公那里学到的一招一式让我很快地运用到了生活之中。那是一次班干部竞选，每位同学都必须站上讲台，进行一次演讲。开始演讲了，虽然上场前曾一次次告诉自己要冷静，但是，当踏上讲台后，还是抑制不住内心的紧张，我将指尖刺入了手心，攥紧了拳头，突然，感觉脑海中的画面一点点回放，我想到了外公的自信，那是对生活的洒脱，不拘小节的阳光，不要忘了曾经对自己的许诺啊!渐渐地，外公那暖暖的笑容顿时让我多了些许力量，我抬起头，用洪亮的声音完成了演讲，是自信给了我勇气啊!

把自信埋进心底，会有许许多多令人心动的收获，我暗暗地想，今后，可绝对不能缺乏自信啊，我要让它开出最美的花儿!

自信，是一种乐观的精神，可以陪伴我们度过一段段艰难岁月，让我们勇往直前，昂起头，不要忘记“天生我才必有用”的信念，感知因自信而精彩灿烂的生命。

My new years resolution is very easy, only three piece of advice. At first, I want to get good grade. Next,I have studied hard as my math is not good,so I have practiced everyday. Further, I want to take my dance lesson .Because I really love dance. I have already studied five dances since 2011. I just have been a bus spotter. I have not yet ever liked bus like now. I will spend some money for bus model. These are my new year’s resolution, I hope it,really need to work hard,I think I can be successful. I will never give up.

一次失败不代表永远都会失败，一次成功也不能代表永远都能成功。像幸运这种东西不可能伴随着你一生一世，在人生的旅途中，人难免会遇到挫折，坎坷，也难免会在这些挫折与坎坷之中失去信心。比如一次失败会让你失去信心；月考失利会让你失去信心；遇到让你想破脑袋也想不出的事情也会让你失去信心。那么，在失落过后的你会不会有那么一丝丝的不甘，有没有一种想要再考一次的冲动呢?

上一次的月考考试是我考的最差的一次，虽然题目是比第一次的难度系数要高，但是最主要的问题还是考试前并没有复习，做题时粗心大意，不够细心，并且昨晚以后并没有检查，和考完以后的洋洋得意!

之前我对自己的成绩一直都满意，觉得自己已经非常的优秀了，并不需要努力，所以考试之前我都从不复习，在别人努力复习埋头苦干的时候，我却在玩乐，甚至还大言不惭的要和同学比试，因为那个人的学习底子不如我的那么足，所以我就对他说，以25分为界限，多余25分，我赢，少于25分，他赢。当初立下这个约定的时候，我承认，我是有压力的，但是我的自信心让我觉得他不可能考过我，那怕是25分的差距。但是，现实就是这样，就是这么的残酷。在试卷发下来的那一刻，我傻眼了，因为只有一科是及格的，但及格的那一科也在及格线的怀抱中徘徊，那个与我比试的那个人与我相差了15分，我感觉到非常的失落。

Everybody has his or her interest， and interests differ widely from person

to person because of age， sex health and education. To some extent， interest

also reflects ones ability or wish. Interest plays an important part in our

daily life. As a middle school student interest is of great importance in study.

If you want to learn something well， you have to show interest in it， which is

quite possible. Once you have found your way into the subject， you may have also

found a world of curiosities.

In our times， interest may not only result in skill and knowledge but also

lead to great inventions and discoveries. To be a successful person in the world

one should develop ones interest.
