随着国庆大幕的落下，初三的第一个月也已经向我们挥手告别。在这每天两点一线的紧张生活中一个月的时光已经悄悄流逝。在新学期开学时也为分班的事情着急，就更加坚定了初三这一年提高成绩的决心。对于新的环境，新的老师，新的课程安排等等，经过这一个月的学习也已经逐渐适应。本次月考成绩相对于前两年也有了提高。更重要的是在老师们的指导下学会了知识更好的应用而且进一步养成了较好的学习习惯。

语文：一贯的弱项，做能力语基题还是不够硬，连连失分。而这次这次考试最大的失误，居然是被普遍认为很简单的阅读，我一看到是写韩寒，高兴过度，以致把什么答题思维技巧什么都忘了，人人都得8分的选择，我仅得3分，刚好是和平均分的差距。诗歌鉴赏方面需多加强，不然，看得出来的就得高分，看不出来就差点零蛋，方差太大，是基础弱的表现。还有，要多加强作文素材积累。

数学：开学以来主攻的科目，时间精力的投入收到了一定效果。要坚持下去啊。不过，一个问题很严重，除了最后的9分，其他的我都会，这些分怎么都失了呢，细节!一张试卷，被划了三次类似≥只写>的问题，你有没搞错?

英语：作文这次还可以。阅读方面没得说，英语练习分学校的和自己的，而我，自己做的基本为零，光靠学校的。而别人自己做的量都比学校的多，你还不好好反省?多挤时间出来做完形阅读，得阅读者得天下!

物理：这次月考，第一道大题第一问就数学计算错误，然后第二问还拿着错误答案算得起劲，哎，小心点，细心点。做题不多，高考难度降低，别钻难度大的题。老师不错，跟着老师，管饭!

化学：开学主攻科目之一，无奈基础薄弱，需要更加努力。这次考试居然出现了正确答案明明就在自己脑海中飘而我却写了别的答案，失了N分，都是复习得不牢固不够细的结果。多背多思考多问!

生物：弱项之一，这次算是逃过一劫，比想象中好些。即使对你来说学起来没什么兴趣，但你一定要认真听课，认真把作业完成。这科跟老师走完全可以解决，只是你付出不够罢了。另外，想太多，明明答案出来了，你还理所当然滴写了几次你认为可能但有点自相矛盾的答案。还有，填空题表述仍不够规范。

在今后的学习生活中，仍然有一段很长的路要走，良好的学习习惯是成功的保障。我的目标就是在所有考试中不丢让自己觉得遗憾的分。学习而不思考，等于吃饭不消化，我相信对于学习中的问题，有了好的学习态度，在经过自己的思考和总结一定会提升自己的学习质量。

The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

这次月考相较开学考试有很大进步。分析试卷我还是能看出一些不足。

数学因为自己特地补习过三角函数，所以没有在上面失分，但却丢了复数题，解答第一题的分，以后要重视复习到位，避免送分题拿不到分的情况。导数我还是有些惧，会有没思路的情况。

措施：一天做一道导数题，做到吐为止。

语文和英语没有发挥应有的水平，作文扣分较多，背诵、文常等基础题也不该扣分的。

措施：多积累英语句式，能够熟练造句;多背作文中的佳句，了解时事

物理考得比较糟糕，有一道大题在刷题练习册中做过，但考试时还是没做对，可见题海战术确实能提升题感，但只做题不思考总结，不把题吃透，做了就等于白做。

措施：做题不要追求速度，完成计划，适当放慢步伐，要保证完全弄懂这道题的方法，揣摩出题意图和涉及到的知识点。遇到不会的、文字多的大题，尽量尝试读懂，能写几步写几步，不可以放弃。

化学和生物都是审题问题，生物的文字多，要想理解题意很难，所以更要静下心慢慢读，理解实验目的，自变量因变量等等。化学则是考细心，有一题把“氧化物”看成“氧化剂”就是因为太粗心啦。有十多分是因为审题原因丢的。

措施：培养划题干的好习惯，选择题中“正确”还是“错误”;实验中的酸碱环境，无关变量都要标注出来。

我从未考得这样糟糕过，我仔细分析了一下考试考不好的原因：

1．失去信心

“不知道怎么回事，一上数学课就觉得没劲，但又觉得自己应该认真听讲，所以有些惧怕。上数学课感觉心里很烦躁，上课效率也减半了。”

“多次以来，数学考试成绩都很不如意，我对数学失去信心了。甚至开始害怕数学，有时也对老师产生一种莫名的害怕。”

2．不努力，不认真

4．时间不够

本次月考试卷只有笔试部分共十个题型包括单项选取，补全单词连词成句，阅读理解，口语运用，句型转换，书面表达等。既考查了学生的基础知识和基本技能，又考查了学生的交际运用潜力，但从学生成绩来看并不能到达大部分学生成绩优秀，结合学生的实际状况，反思自我的教学行为，我想就应从以下几个方面努力：

1。针对单选题及句型转换题中出现的错误，我感觉自我对学生的英语基础知识把关不够严。在以后教学中要狠抓基础知识，多提问多听写，充分利用早读让学生在有限的早读时间内掌握所学知识。

2。阅读理解是学生英语综合潜力的一种体现，是学生的弱项。加强英语阅读方法的指导以及阅读训练尤其提倡学生进行课外阅读让英语阅读成为一种习惯对学生的英语阅读潜力的提高将会有很大的帮忙。

3。英语是一门语言，语言是用来交流的工具，因此英语的交际性显得很重要，在以后的教学中能够进行课前五分钟自由对话，在运用任务型教学法，游戏教学法等多带给给学生一些交际英语的机会。

4。这次英语考试成绩基本能够，但有两极分化的趋向，在英语教学中应对全体学生关注每一个学生的成长尤其是后进生是预防两极分化的重要途径，还能够成立“一帮一”小组帮忙后进生在尽可能短的时间内提高英语成绩。

总之，每次考试都是对自我教学工作阶段性的“评价”。要及时透过考试反思自我的教学中存在的问题，在总结与反思中不断进步，不断成长这样才能在三尺讲台上表现的更精彩些!

There was a man who had four sons. He wanted his sons to learn to not judge

things too quickly. So he sent them each on a quest，in turn，to go and look at a

pear tree that was a great distance away.

The first son went in the winter，the second in the spring，the third in

summer，and the youngest son in the fall.

When they had all gone and come back，he called them together to describe

what they had seen.

The first son said that the tree was ugly，bent，and twisted. The second son

said no - it was covered with green buds and full of promise.

The third son disagreed，he said it was laden with blossoms that smelled so

sweet and looked so beautiful，it was the most graceful thing he had ever

seen.

The last son disagreed with all of them;he said it was ripe and drooping

with fruit，full of life and fulfillment.

The man then explained to his sons that they were all right，because they

had each seen but one season in the tree‘s life. He told them that you cannot

judge a tree，or a person，by only one season，and that the essence of who they are

- and the pleasure，joy，and love that come from that life - can only be measured

at the end，when all the seasons are up.

If you give up when it‘s winter，you will miss the promise of your

spring，the beauty of your summer，fulfillment of your fall. Don’t let the pain of

one season destroy the joy of all the rest.

去年暑假，我和妈妈、爸爸一起去到琼山的大伯家玩。到了琼山的大尼山村镇，天气已晚，已经接近黄昏了，大伯说：“明天我带你们一起到我家鱼塘里捉螃蟹吧!”我们齐声说：“好的。”

第二天，天一亮，我们准备出发了。一场惊心动魄的捕捉螃蟹行动开始了，大伯以飞虎队队长似的说：“现在可以出发了，”我们提水桶，拿着箩筐坐在摩托车上，鸟在枝头欢快地唱歌，我们略过一片片稻田。不久，到了大伯的鱼塘，展现眼前的是一片宽阔的鱼塘，我的好奇心来了。一个想法从我的脑海中跳了出来，对大伯说：“我想观察一下螃蟹为什么会横着走路。”大伯朝着我笑了笑，摸了摸我的头，“好的，我支持你，但你要注意螃蟹的大钳。”我既然说了这句话就要做到。我这举动得到了爸爸的小看说：“你呀你，我劝你不要不知天高地厚，不要去惹它，它那锋利的钳子一夹，你就会疼得大叫一声，疼啊!”

我听了爸爸的话，准备想打退堂鼓。想到黄老师常对我们说“不要面对困难就打退堂鼓”一想到这里，我一声不出走到螃蟹洞旁，守株待兔等侍螃蟹的出动。这时，我一只螃蟹横着走出来了，探了头，四处观望走出了洞口，你看它的样子，好可爱!我眼疾手快一下子就就捉住了它，我高兴地对爸爸说：“你看，这不是轻而易举的事吗?”可是，我高兴地太早了，它一下子就夹住我的手。疼得我哇哇大叫，我用力一甩，就把可恶的螃蟹甩去一边了。我想它一定会回到洞里。没想到，它既然歪打正着扔进我的放螃蟹的盆里，我创了一个奇迹，乐得我，高兴跳了起来。

到了中午，我提着装螃蟹的篮子一起回到大伯家。路上我问爸爸螃蟹为什么会横着走路。爸爸说：“是螃蟹的每只脚都由七节组成，关节只能上下活动，大多数螃蟹头胸部的宽度大于身子的长度，因而爬行时只能一侧脚弯曲，用足尖名够到远处的地面时便开始收缩了，所以螃蟹会横着走路。”我问爸爸您为什么会懂得这么多知识。
