高一英语月考总结与分析报告【实用20篇】

我于1988年9月参加工作，2003年 7月加入中国共产党。参加工作以来，先后在贵阳供电局修试所工作，1996年10月调入贵阳供电实业公司先后担任变电班班长、金辉实业公司安监室主任。

在贵阳金辉公司的党性分析、民主评议会议以后，根据同志们提出的意见和建议，特别是党组织反馈意见后，自己又重新进行了认真的学习和分析，对个人存在问题的原因以及危害进行了更深层次的剖析，以期达到自我教育、自我提高、自我完善、修正缺点、增强党性的目的。

一、学习情况及体会

按照"金辉公司党支部的安排，通过学习系统全面地了解了有关领导的讲话精神、中国共产党员有关条例政策，重温了入党誓词，观看了影像资料世纪伟人毛泽东和周恩来，写了观后体会、读书笔记等20000多字。深刻的认识到这次在全党开展的保持共产党员先进性教育活动，是党的十六大作出的重大战略部署，是在新的历史时期贯彻落实"三个代表"重要思想，加强党的建设的重要举措。是一项大规模、广泛性、深层次的党内思想解放运动，是一次党的肌体自我修复、自我完善的创新过程。自己经过学习、反思，进一步武装了头脑，更新了观念，振奋了精神，政治素质有了进一步的提高。同时对照党政机关事业单位党员先进性标准和党组织的希望和要求，对照党的先模人物，看到了不足，找到了差距，确有脸红心热的感觉，增强了发展的紧迫感和自觉性。

二. 个人存在的问题和不足

对照《新时期共产党员先进性标准要求》、《党政机关共产党员先进性标准》等内容，我本人已经认识到的突出问题主要有以下几个方面:

1、政策理论水平不够高。虽然平时也比较注重学习，但学习的内容不够全面、系统。对政治理论钻研的不深、不透。有时只注重与本身业务有关的内容，跟业务无关的涉猎较少，对很多新事物、新知识学习掌握的不够好，运用理论指导实践促进工作上还有差距。导致自己虽然是一名共产党员，对时时处处保持先进性这根"弦"绷得不够紧，有时放松对自己的要求和标准，满足于过得去、差不多。

2、全局意识不够强。有时做事情、干工作只从自身业务或本部门业务出发，对金辉公司党支部作出的一些关系发展全局的重大决策理解不透，尽管也按领导要求完成了要做的工作，心理上还是有一些其他的想法。

3、创新意识不足。有时想着自己参加工作十多年，拼也拼过，干也干过，立过功也受过奖，一度放松了对自己的要求，工作上放不开手脚。对新知识、新技术的学习上热情不够，工作标准上有时不够严格，不能从尽善尽美、时时处处争一流的标准上去把握。

4、在处理某些问题上不够冷静，过于急于求成。导致在实际工作中有时脾气不好。

三. 存在的原因和危害

1、思想上有待于进一步提高。作为党员干部，应当具有较高的思想修养，才能起好先锋模范作用。回顾反思自己存在的一些问题，主要原因在于党性锻炼不够，思想修养不够。在日常工作和生活中，虽能维护班子权威，与班子成员、部门领导团结共事，齐心协力推进各项工作开展。能强化自身政治修养和品德素质教育，坚持秉公办事，公正处事。但在一些方面仍存在差距:一是共产主义的理想信念不如入党时那样坚定了，缺乏为共产主义事业奋斗从现在做起，从我做起的激情。二是全心全意为人民服务的宗旨有所松懈，群众观念有所淡化。三是有时还不善于从政治的高度去观察和处理有关问题。四是搞好班子团结的主动性有时不足。五是做耐心细致的思想政治工作有时不够仔细。六是开展积极的批评和自我批评有时不够深入。

2、学习上有待于进一步加强。一是学习主动性不强、热情不高，虽然主观上要求自己加强学习，但事务性工作太多太杂，感到时间和精力不足，造成学习面不宽，学习内容不系统，学习效果不明显。二是联系实际不够好，因为对学习的重要性和必要性认识不足，学习处于被动应付状态，往往是为完成学习任务而学习，有时造成理论学习与实际工作脱节，事倍功半，更谈不上学以致用。三是深入基层调查研究不够深入。虽然任职以来经常深入基层调查研究，为群众办了一些实事、好事和急事，但了解和掌握履行职责所必须的情况和资料有限，有时对某些问题的深入分析和研究不够，所提意见和看法不够准确，针对性不强，离"三个代表"的要求还有差距。

3、工作上有待于进一步强化。虽然任职以来自认为当好了助手，守职尽责，抓好了班组安全工作、宣传安全管理工作、分管的部门工作。但由于分管工作面宽量大，而个人精力有限，因此在工作中对一些班组关心不够。同时在发挥部门和其它同志的积极性和主动性上还应进一步加强。

四、按党性修养要求，积极整改，完善自我

1、不断增强党性修养，保持政治思想纯洁，提高品质和能力，永葆共产党员的先进性。具体地讲应主要从以下几方面去努力。一是坚持正确的政治立场、政治观点、增强自己的政治敏锐性和政治鉴别力。在讲政治上狠下功夫，坚持正确的政治立场、政治观点，严格遵守党的政治纪律，始终在思想上政治上同党中央保持高度一致。对新形势下一些复杂的社会现象，也必须保持高度的政治警惕，增强政治辨别力。二是培养高尚的道德情操，脱离低级趣味。自觉地加强道德修养，把自己真正培养成为一个高尚的人，纯粹的人，有道德的人，脱离低级趣味的人，一个有益于人民的人。为此，必须做到襟怀坦白，大公无私，淡泊名利，过好权、位、名、利、色这"五关"。三是培养艰苦奋斗的精神和朴素的作风。胡锦涛总书记去年12月6日在西柏坡讲话中再次强调要坚持"两个务必"。坚持艰苦奋斗的作风是一种精神境界，是共产党人风范的体现，是完成我们事业所必须的。必须居安思危、励精图治，在人民群众生活水平普遍提高的情况下，我们共产党员的生活条件不断改善，这才是正常、合理、理所当然的。

2、坚持党员干部做人必须"己身直，以正人之曲"和做事必须"己身先，以率人之行"原则。一是立身有本，保持实事求是的本色。实事求是是马克思主义的精髓，对于共产党人来讲，是最平常最普通的道理，更是党员干部最基本的行为准则。首先，讲实事求是必须树立公心。树立公心就是要讲奉献。树立"公心"就是要做到"权为民用、情为民系、利为民谋";就是要从内心深处形成一种自觉奉献意识，富有"爱民之心、惜物之怀";就是要大公无私、秉公办事，自觉克制私心、私欲、私利。第二，讲实事求是必须奉献真心。每一个党员干部必须有为群众服务的真心。作为最广大人民根本利益的忠实代表，听民声、达民意，是对党员干部的基本要求。第三，讲实事求是必须保持热心。党员干部要始终保持服务群众的热心，作群众冷暖的知情者，时刻以饱满的热情，昂扬向上的进取精神，扎实做好本职工作。在全面建设小康社会的实践中，保持服务群众的热心，是党员干部先进性的最好展示。二是立行有度，增强超越自我的信心。古人说:"破山中贼易，破心中贼难"。在新的历史条件下，抵御诱惑和考验，必须有超越自我的信心。如何在考验和困难面前抗住诱惑、顶住干扰?最重要的是加强党性锻炼和道德修养，加强世界观、人生观、价值观的改造，自觉做到慎独、慎初、慎微、慎终，堂堂正正做人、踏踏实实做事、清清白白做官。三是立志有向，树立与时俱进的精神。必须树立与时俱进、敢为人先、勇争一流的远大志向，并坚定信念，为之奋斗。一要不断提高理论修养。只有理论上清醒、坚定，政治上才能清醒、坚定。二要不断提高文化素养。既要加强对履行当前岗位职责所必需的专门知识和技能的学习，又要广泛涉猎，学习一切反映当今世界文明进步的新知识、新经验，做到"专"与"博"相结合，求知与修身共进步，使知识结构更趋全面，个人素质全面提高。三学无止境，要提高对自己的修养，遇到问题冷静处理，改正急燥的脾气。要做好人，要官无所求，要讲奉献。

One day three men got a bottle of wine. But the wine was not enough for the

three and each of them wanted to drink the wine alone. Then they all agreed that

上周七、八年级进行了月考，月考卷阅完后，我认真分析了八(1)班的卷面情况，总结了如下几点问题：

一、内容的抽象性，造成了学生理解上的困难

初二力学七、八章是力的基础部分，包括重力、弹力、摩擦力的认识和力与运动的关系，内容抽象，且与生活现象不易联系，学生生活中的常识往往与理论知识相抵触。

如牛顿第一定律的推导，实验是不能呈现结论的，而是在实验基础上经想象推导出来的，与生活脱节，学生单靠想象难以理解。再如惯性问题、力与运动的关系。都存在着与学生已有生活经验相抵触的情况，学生在这些题目上丢分严重。

二、内容的互扰，造成学生知识的混淆

这一部分内容涉及到重力、摩擦力、惯性等概念，在日常生活中这些现象随处可见，讲解时有一种模式：如力的三要素，举生活中的现象，想象假如没有这些力或惯性，会有什么现象发生等，学生在单独讲授时举例情况很好，但混在一起现象就混淆了。

三、认识问题的片面性，问题的不集中体现

八(1)班从卷面上表现出来的问题突出集中在共性问题极少，个性问题较多，卷面上的题目在授课过程中基本都涉及过，所以共性问题较少，而每个学生对知识掌握的片面性就体现出来了。八(1)班学生在平时学习方式上爱讨论、爱交流，缺乏独立思考的习惯，讨论中认为自己掌握得挺好，但实际对知识的饿理解并不深入，考试中问题就显现出来了。

针对以上问题，我采用的方式就是单独辅导，逐一攻破。尤其对前几名的学生问题逐一面对面的找寻他们的问题症结所在，并加以解决。同时要加大卷面考试力度，减少课下讨论机会，要求学生逐渐养成独立思考的习惯。
