转眼间月考已经结束，面对月考成绩，我深深的反思自己，发现教学中存在的问题，在今后的工作中将努力做到扬长避短。

一、存在的问题

1、语言积累贫乏。比如，在作文中可以看出学生的语言平铺直叙，大多数学生的作文中，语言相对比较贫乏，修辞手法基本上少见，缺少语言所应有的美感。

3、阅读理解上，审题不严，表达不完整，思路不清晰。语言罗嗦、拖沓。这里主要是阅读习惯不好，可能有学生并未真正读懂文章，就仓促地去答题，结果答非所问。也有可能是答题习惯不好，对题中的问题不能理清，不能一一对照要求去解答。表面上是问题表述不清，实质上看出学生思维的不缜密。

4、对学困生缺乏有效、有力的教育手段，这部分学生在平时的教学活动中所起的负面影响也很大。

二、改进的措施

1、注重积累，该会背的要背，该会写的要会写，这一点，我们将毫不犹豫地坚持下去。字词教学是语文教学的重要内容之一，是阅读和写作的基础。要学好语文，首先要识字，重视字词教学 ，要掌握一定数量的字和词。要提高学生的成绩，首先应重视字、词的过关。更主要的是，我们要让学生实现从“死记硬背”到“学以致用”的跨越。当然，这还不是最高境界，将来我们根据学生的发展实际，看看是否在此基础上再有创新。比如，我们将硬性规定，每篇作文中，不得少于3个成语。一段时间后，再逐步加入名人名言、修辞、写作手法等，在循序渐进的学习中，厚实学生的语文积淀。具体做法，除了在课堂上讲读所谓的课文外，我们还把名著纳入阅读范畴，并做到边读边摘录，适当补充一些名言警句和古诗词名句，也要求背诵。

2、答题方法的指导，这是我们下一阶段的重点。也就是我们将在从现在到期中考试期间，重点训练学生的答题方法，也许还要更长的时间。提高阅读能力，从试卷结果来看，阅读题的得分率是最低的，说明了学生阅读的能力还不强。其实本次试卷的阅读题并不难，只要学生认真阅读短文，是很容易找到答案的。语文学习既要“举一反三”，但真正掌握一个方法、技巧还要“举三反一”。简单地讲就是“问什么”、“答什么”、“怎么问”、“怎么答”。答案的正确率固然重要，但那是在真正读懂的基础上的，而我们现在首先要让孩子养成良好的答题习惯，强调的是“完整”和条理清晰。比如，注意圈点勾画，注意标上序号等等。

3、引导学生学会到生活中去“找米下锅”，多观察，多留意，多思考，以拓宽视野，丰富作文的素材。学语文，最头痛的就是写作文，学生习作时常常觉得无事可写，无话可说。培养学生的写作能力，要采取多种方法，激发学生的写作兴趣，使学生不断获得写作的动力。语文与生活的外延是相同的。比如，学生每天看的新闻联播和新闻报纸，都将是我们写作素材的源头活水，也是写作方法的鲜活示范，我们要充分利用。我们将采取一些“非常举措”，如规定学生不得写诸如考试和助人为乐之类的题材了，鼓励学生把目光伸向更为广阔的外面的精彩世界。当然，在命题上，我们也将尽量给学生有表达的空间，让学生能够“以我手写我心”。

4、要注重培养学生课外阅读的能力与习惯，指导和督促学生有效地进行课外阅读，训练学生的阅读速度，提高学生的语文素养。

成功是在不断的吸取失败教训的基础上得来的，通过这次月考，使我们找到了自身存在的问题和差距，相信我们能以此为鉴，一定能创造更好的成绩。

I study in a high school, the school is far away from my home, so I have to live in the school. 3.名词单复数问题

正 my father and my mother are both teachers.

4.缺少动词

在汉语中没有动词的句子是允许的，但英语中每个完整的句子都必须有动词来构成，如：我累了。这个句子没有动词作谓语，而用形容词，但英语形容词不能作谓语，一定要写成：im tired.

正 i am happy i can come to beijing zoo.

误 the apples cheap. ill take some.

正 the apples are cheap. ill take some.

5.缺少介词、冠词等

还有一些考生因为没有熟练掌握介词或者冠词的用法，不了解中英文语言习惯的不同，也会出现明显的错误，造成丢分现象。

误 because heavy rain we cant hold the sports meeting.

正 because of the heavy rain we cant hold the sports meeting.

6.代词的误用

英语中代词的形式很多，包括主格、宾格、物主代词、反身代词等。而汉语中没有主格和宾格、形容词性物主代词和名次性物主代词之分；此外汉语中很多时候不用物主代词，而英语中物主代词是不可省略的，代词的误用是考生最容易发生的错误。

正 my mother and i went to the shop to buy a present for my father.

7.句子不完整

有的考生因为对句子结构认识模糊，所以出现只写半句的现象，这也是造成失分的原因之一。

误 many students have a hard time passing all the tests to get into college. for example, my friend in high school.

(这段文章的第二句话没有动词，他不能独立构成一个句子。这是一个非常常见的错误，修改的方法是将两个句子连接起来。)

8.前后不一致

所谓不一致，包括数的不一致、时态不一致及代词不一致、主谓不一致等.

例1. when one have knowledge, he can do what he want to do.

(人一旦有了知识，他就能想干什么就干什么.)

剖析：one是单数第三人称，因而本句的have应改为has ;同理，want应改为wants。本句是典型的主谓不一致.

改为 when one has knowledge , he can do what he wants (to do)

9.时态、人称和数的搭配错误

汉语动词无时态、人称和数的变化，而对英语来说，这些都至关重要。例：

误 when i get to the station the train leave.

正 when i got to the station the train had left.

10.综合性错误

综合性错误是指单词的大小写和标点符号的错误等，以及形容词和副词的混淆、连词的误用等等。这些都是靠考生平时知识的积累，所以考生应该从平时练习出发，每天坚持写英语日记，多读适合自己英语水平的原版著作，提高自己的英语素养。

The origin of the Chinese New Year itself is centuries old - in fact, too old to actually be traced. It is popularly recognized as the Spring Festival and celebrations last 15 days.

Preparations tend to begin a month before the date of the Chinese New Year (similar to a Western Christmas). During this time people start buying presents, decoration materials, food and clothing. A huge clean-up gets underway days before the New Year, when Chinese houses are cleaned from top to bottom. This ritual is supposed to sweep away all traces of bad luck. Doors and windowpanes are often given a new coat of paint, usually red, then decorated with paper cuts and couplets with themes such as happiness, wealth and longevity printed on them.

The end of the New Year is marked by the Festival of Lanterns, which is a celebration with singing, dancing and lantern shows.

At the Festival, all traditions are honored. The predominant colors are red and gold. "Good Wish" banners are hung from the ceilings and walls. The "God of Fortune" is there to give Hong Baos. Lion dancers perform on stage continuously. Visitors take home plants and flowers symbolizing good luck. An array of New Years specialty food is available in the Food Market. Visitors purchase new clothing, shoes and pottery at the Market Fair. Bargaining for the best deal is commonplace!
