时间在悄悄地流逝着，转眼间又一学期过去了。马上要迎接小学毕业了，我对这学期应该好好地进行一次反思和回顾。

其次，我拖拉，任何事总在最后期限内才完成，如：英语背书星期三截止，我就那天下午背；数学小论文后天要交，我就明天才写；做回家作业也不慌不忙的，先看会儿课外书……这也是个坏习惯，我坚决要改掉它，就应该事事争先，根除拖拉的坏毛病，免得家长老是催促。

对了，我还有个坏习惯：上课不积极举手发言，总是以为自己心中已经有数了，其实，有时只是一知半解。就因为我很少举手，所以老师也会经常为我指出，有时就会有意给我提几个问题。老师如此对我关爱让我深感内疚。新学期，我应该要积极举手发言，因为举手发言既可以使我集中思想，又可以提高我的语言能力。

新年伊始，回顾上学期那些粗心、拖拉和发言不积极的老毛病、坏习惯所给我带来的不良影响，要痛定思痛，要像对付敌人那样坚决、完全、彻底地把它消灭干净。在学习中，谦虚谨慎、戒骄戒躁，奋发向上。

一、成绩方面：

我教的三个班中，学生成绩从62分到111分不等。二班考得较好，及格率在四个重点班中名列第一，平均分也超过四个重点班平均分0.61分;四班成绩和二班相比稍差，这大概和班级调整有关，班内一次进了十名学生，老师和同学一时还不能适应;一班成绩最不理想，相当一部分学生考试不及格。

二、存在问题：

从这次月考中，我发现学生中存在的问题很多，有些学生选择题失分较多;有些学生不会做笔答题，特别是不会运用文学术语;有些学生作文字数不够;有些学生上课不会听课，不会做笔记，卷面不整洁等等。

三、具体应对措施：

面对这种种问题，我该如何去应对?我知道养成良好的学习习惯绝非一日之功， 首先还是要从思想入手，解决思想问题，让他们对语文足够重视。只有重视了语文学科学习，才能投入课堂听课，才能主动学习。目前学生还是缺乏这种劲头。

基于这种现象，在未来的教学中，我要及时对学生的学习进行辅导，通过考查了解学生的学习情况，及时调整授课进度。课堂内巧妙引入能激发学生学习兴趣的内容，有效利用时间。还要多做个别学生的思想工作，避免因为这一次考试的失利而失去学习兴趣!

下一步用什么方法让学生学习语文，而且使他们愿学语文?我想采用鼓励法：当看到学生有点进步时，我大加表扬;当看到学生生字、生词和诗文记得好时，我在全班鼓励;当发现学生能够齐答问题时，我也要大加赞扬……

我以后尽量用课件上课，在每一个幻灯片上尽量多打内容，将课讲细讲透，减少写粉笔字的时间消耗，多增加课堂练习。语文成绩的提高关键靠平时的积累。对此，我有一些想法：

1、一定要让学生动手写，尤其是重点与难点。通过这种形式把应掌握的知识梳理一遍，同时也达到了记忆的目的。

2、重视教学反馈，及时了解学生对课堂教学内容的掌握情况，以及作业完成情况。

3、鼓励他们拓展积累课外知识，提高阅读分析能力和写作能力，以适应当今高考。

我要用老师的“勤”来弥补学生的“惰”，对他们多督促。 我相信只要努力，学生的成绩一定会提高!

合作与奇迹

我这次考试考得不是很好，离A档还是有差距的，这就表示我还要继续加油，努力学习。月考是衡量一个人近期学习的学习情况的，我想若是我每次的成绩都与班上得分最好的第一名学生相比，我也许只能望洋兴叹，自叹不如别人，也许会马不停蹄去追逐那不可能属于我的成绩，也许我会去努力拼搏，争取那一份属于我的骄傲。但是，我也知道，我努力，别人也在努力;我要超越某某同学，某某同学也会有属于他/她的目标，也许我会一直跟在他/她的后面，从而提升了自己的成绩，正如诗中所说，众里寻她千百度，蓦然回首，那人却在灯火阑珊处。也许就是这样，我的成绩慢慢的进步了，虽然一直比第一名低上许多分，但我依旧相信，只要努力，就能获得属于自己的成功。我想，一份属于自己的成功，是不需要大家的认可和同意的。需要的是自己的努力和汗水，需要的是自己的那一份不后悔，正如炮兵连所说，不抛弃、不放弃。我觉得分数不是衡量人的标准，网上有人说，考试的分数，害了许多孩子，让一些诚实的孩子学会了撒谎、作弊。我相信这样的学生不是少数，回家之后报喜不报忧的不单单是个别现象。最近，我看到了一则小故事，故事的内容是，初中的时候，一个女孩子成绩优异，总是第一名，同样在一个班，有位男同学，成绩总是倒数第一，老师每次都是这样的调侃那位男孩子，说，你看看你以后能不能给她当个门卫什么的，找个工作。男孩总是笑笑，不说话。十年之后，女孩子一路考上了重点高中、大学、研究生。。。男孩子在十年里，自己打拼，闯出来一份属于自己的天地。当女孩子抱着厚厚的个人简历来一家公司应聘的时候，发现这家公司的老总正是当年的那个男孩子。也许老师会认为，万般皆下品，唯有读书高。但是，当今这个社会是，一技在手，衣食无忧。也许分数只能代表在学校的应试教育下，成绩的好坏与否。但是，谁也不能保证，十年后、二十年后，那些分数的存在价值是多少，也许一钱不值，也许不值一提。现如今找工作的时候，没有人会再问你，你考试考了多少分，而会问你，你的工作经验。我想，分数的意义也不过就是一个形式罢了。狭路相逢，出宝刀、闪亮剑、勇者胜。我相信这句话是对的，我相信只要努力，成绩就可以提高上去。

一、试卷特点：

本次试卷的命题紧扣了教学大纲和教科书的书本知识,在考察学生英语基础知识的前提下，注重了对学生语言综合能力和知识迁移的考察,注重语言环境及文化背景的设置，减少了词汇、语法等单纯知识性的试题，增加了试题的灵活性、开放性、探究性及综合性。试题以听、读、写的形式，全面地检查了学生应掌握的英语基础知识和基本能力,考题不是很难。

二、学生对各题得分情况分析：

1.听力部分：

此题考察学生是否能正确理解所听的内容，并具备用英语进行释义的能力，用英语回答问题的能力，在特定的语境中进行交际的能力。听力部分共a.b.c.d小节,设计由浅入深,由易到难,循序渐进,从知识到能力,具有一定的梯度。a部分为理解，1-5小题看图听句子，十分简单，学生只要听懂个别单词就能回答出来;b部分为反应：6-10小题根据所听到的句子，从a，b，c三个选项中选出最佳答案。这部分与前部分相对难一点，即要求学生听懂句子的内容又要求选出答案。c部分为对话理解，听对话根据问题选出答案，这部分简单。d部分为笔录要点：根据你所听到的的内容，填写下面的表格。这部分为整个听力的难点。即要听懂句子又要能写单词。总之就整个听力部分而言，略显简单，对于基础较好的学生来说，此套听力题略显简单，小部分都是满分大部分都在18分以上，他们对听力题中侧重的词组及一些英语成语已做到熟练掌握的程度，完全达到了英语教学中对听力的要求。对有一定英语基础，但掌握不扎实的学生来说，听力还存在薄弱的环节，尤其在b部分，c部分和d部 分，句子的理解和写单词对这类学生来说，仍然是个难点，缺乏对整个话题、文章的理解，单词记得不牢，语音、语调、连读、弱读方面还缺乏一定的训练。另外学 生除了对听力的训练不够，答题的方法和技巧也掌握的不是很好。对于英语学习吃力的学生来说，听力是相当难的，成绩也很不理想。

2.笔试部分的单选题：

基础知识题占三分之二，能力题占三分之一左右。此题注重考察词的辨析、语法以及习语等语言知识，在特定的语境中运用语言知识进行交际能力。此题知识覆盖面较广,重点,难点比较突出.注重了语言能力考察,以考察动词为主,兼顾其它词类,并考察句法,考察方式突出了语境.学生在27，31,34小题失分较多，对于人称代词主格和宾格的用法;like后接动词的ing形式的用法;以及let’s的用法都掌握不够。

3.笔试中的完形填空题部分:

紧扣课本中的课文,基本上只要读懂课文就能选出正确的答案，里面包含了介词at和of,以及人称代词的用法,这都是本学期的重点和难点.学生的失分较多.而且向来完形填空就是试卷中的一个较难点。

4.笔试中的阅读理解:

此题考察学生是否具备根据上下文猜测词意进行推理等思维活动，识别选择归纳所提供的信息，探索语篇中的表层含义和深层含义的阅读能力，从而达到获得正确的语言信息的目的。本大题包括a,b,c,d部分,安排的比较合理,由易及难.a部分为三段段文,情节清晰,学生得分较高.b部分为摘录要点和回答问题.摘录要点很简单从文中找出相对的答案，而回答问题就难了既要看懂课文还要有扎实的英语基础回答写出正确的答案.此部分也是一个拉分的部分.整个阅读理解难度不大40%的学生满分，50%的学生20分以上，10%的学生10分以下。

5.笔试中的书面表达:

主要考查学生调查以怎样的方式上?学生写的时候不觉的费力. 但个别同学在语言的灵活应用上欠功夫，不能够把书上的语言恰当的运用到自己的作文中去,且中式英语较重, 语言表达不地道,语法错误较多。这说明学生在日常写作教学中我们还存在着问题，没能在很好的驾御教材的同时注重学生能力的培养。

四、学情分析

总的来说，这次考试成绩不是很理想，优秀率偏低，尖子生还没有发挥水平;低分较多，两极分化的距离还没有缩少。通过整体的分析，反映了学生在复习中，基本上 能领会课堂的要点要求，一些知识点在堂上反复出现的，掌握得较牢固，但是运用这些知识去解决实际问题的能力较差，这与课后的练习有关，说明了部分学生对课 后的练习作业不够重视、缺乏主动性，而且，解题的依赖性强，缺乏独立的思考能力，另外，对于一些相关的语法知识和句子的构成，学生的遗忘率也很高。还有一 个也是最关键的一点就是普遍的学生学习习惯不好，及少的同学能聚精会神的听课，认真完成作业的.

五、今后的教学中应改进的措施。 通过期末这套试卷的分析，我们教师在以后的教学中，应该在以下几外方面进行改进。

1.加强词汇教学,尤其是书中的黑体字部分，一定要学生保证过关。

2.充分利用课本中的听力部分，加强学生的听力技巧训练，善于捕捉听力中的信息，培养学生猜测的能力。

3.尽多的背诵课文，加强语感，有助于学生听力和写作的提高。

4.加强阅读训练，督促学生每天阅读二至三个语段，提高学生的阅读能力。

5.授课时教师要适当渗透语法教学，让学生能够用英语中的语法修改自己做题中的失误，进行知识的迁移和创新能力的培养。

6.班级学生两极分化明显,各班的低下率都在上升,所以教师在教学中要有效地抑制两极分化,对学习有困难的学生进行转化提高.

7.一定要把“抓好学生的学习习惯”放在一切工作的首位，只要习惯好，成绩就自然而燃提高了.

environment, which also wastes precious resources. So we should increase our

awareness of consuming and save rare resources. At the same time, some useful

measures should be taken by the government. Its high time we took action to
