紧张了一学期的学生们迎来了寒假。但对初三的考生们来说，距中考还有短短的几个月，寒假是一个查漏补缺的好机会。在这短短的三周时间里，怎样制定复习计划，怎样在有限的时间里提高效率?

通过这学期的几次月考，发现了学生们普遍存在的一些问题，针对这些问题在寒假里进行针对性的训练是很有必要的。

1、单词掌握得不错，却不会在填单词的句子中运用，失分很多。

2、能记住重点句型，但不会灵活变换句式。

3、了解语法，却不会做时态填空。

4、能读懂短文，却做不对选项。

5、知道如何写作文，却在写作时漏洞百出。

6、选择填空马马虎虎。

7、听力很差，失分很高，尤其是分析题。

所以，针对存在的问题，为避免以后重现类似错误，为复习考试奠定一个好的基础，特做计划如下：

1、加强听力训练。希望同学们每天听一套跟中考要求一样的听力材料。就像中考听力一样要求自己。听完后核对答案。看看失分在什么地方。然后合上书再听一遍，锻炼自己的听力。坚持听上一假期，肯定有收获。

2、培养良好的写作习惯。每天背上一篇好的范文，写上一篇类似的作文，用上里边的好词好句，对于连词成句部分，不妨每天写上5个连词成句，摸索里边的规律，在做这个题的时候，先看看里边有什么词组，什么句型，这样写起来就不会摸不着头绪了，集中练上一段时间会有提高的。

3、养成阅读的好习惯。由于阅读在考试中的比重很大，所以要加大阅读的力度。每天都要练习两个阅读两个完形。做完后核对答案，对做错的题分析原因，对里边出现的生词或短语要记录下来，有必要的要背过，以此来扩大自己的词汇量。此外，要限定时间以此来提高阅读的速度和能力。

4、强化重点题型训练。针对单选题和完形填空题错误较多的情况，同学们最好在寒假里把老师上课讲的专项练习好好看一遍，把老师讲的重点例题弄懂弄明白。每个学校都有一本复习指导的书，把书吃透了，里边的题弄明白了就可以了。题要精不要太多。把自己常错的题写在一个纠错本上，经常看看巩固巩固。

5、增加词汇量。有的学生平常的词汇量很少，在做阅读完形的时候看不懂文章，短时间增大词汇量不太容易。但假期是个好机会，可以集中来记忆。可以把几本书拿来把上边重要的黑体字部分的四会单词分期分批地记忆，每单元的重要词组也要背过。再配合着题做一些词型变换的题，学会灵活运用。

6、做几套中考模拟题。要重视往年中考题，在假期里给自己规定时间来做几套中考模拟题，做做往年的中考题有特别的作用。因为每年的中考命题难度相对稳定，风格相对一致，做中考题有助于同学们摸清中考命题的“套路”，明确复习方向，最后找出自己的不足之处，作为下一次的努力目标。

通过这次培训让我对新课程理念下的教学方式与学习方式的变革有了新的理解;让我对做一个富有人格魅力的教师充满了希望;解开了我在语音教学中的存在的迷惑，异文化渗透教学让我更加喜爱英语，为自己是一名小学英语教师而感动自豪，再次疏理了我在撰写教学论文时的一些不清晰的思路，点燃了我对成为一名合格的优秀的小学英语老师梦想，让我知道了如何有效的开发课程资源，更好的利用课程资源进行教学，为培养我们小学英语教师的专业能力指明了方向，并学会了实现自我的价值，改变自己的心态，用阳光灿烂的心态面对工作和生活。实这十天来十几场讲座都很精彩，获益匪浅，这几天我反思了一下自己有以下几点心得体会：

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

通过本次紧张而短暂的培训，让我品尝到了一顿最丰富、最美味、最营养、最有价值的“知识文化大餐”。我要重新审视自己，作为一名年轻的小学英语教师，我要不断的学习，不断的提高自己的专业知识与技能，不断的充实自己，找到自己的人生价值，在教学中通过自身的素养来感染学生，让学生从心底里信服老师。同时在今后的教育教学工作中我要努力实践、开拓创新，积极将本次培训所学的经验及方法运用到教育教学中，不断提高自身教育教育水平。同时，在这里还要感谢学校领导能给我这样一个学习的机会，在今后的工作中我会努力实践、勇于开拓，为我校的小学英语教育事业尽一份自己的力量。

小朋友，愉快的暑假即将来临。在这个暑假里，你们有什么安排呢？我的安排是这样的：

暑假中，我要把舞蹈的基本功抓一抓，至少三天练一次，这样就能让我的身体像“面条”一样柔软。在练好基本功的同时，我还要给自己编一个独舞。把它练得滚瓜烂熟，动作做优美，表情更丰富，然后就可以去比赛了。没准还能拿个金奖呢！

As the summer vacation is coming,our class made a discussion about its plan,and students had different ideas.

Firstly, I decide to try my best to learn english. because my english so poor that it affects my other subject. Secondly, I will give up watching football games because every time it takes me two hours, which makes me not finish my homework. The new term will begin again. I worked out a new semester plan with my mom and dad. Lets see how I plan it.

On the Chinese side, I decided to read an hour after class every day and read an extracurricular book one week to increase my extracurricular knowledge and expand my knowledge. I also decided to read a composition class to improve my composition to an ideal level. In the course of Chinese, I have to take an active part in speaking and publish my own understanding and ideas.

In math, I think Im strong in this area, but I still have to work hard. This semester, I will continue to learn the number of the Olympiad class, improve the number of mathematical abilities. I decided to stick to the 5 Olympiad exercises every day and win the two prize for this years competition. We should listen carefully to the math class, do not speak small words, and also take an active part in speaking.

On the sports side, Im going to train the devil and go outdoor every day after dinner, play badminton, play football, and so on. At home in the evening, we should exercise more, do dumb bells, and sit up and so on. I have to get up early in the morning, the best run and do exercises. Its best to report a track and field team.

my weekends.

My weekends are busy and happy.At weekends I must go to learn Olympic Maths

and English.After these,I can do anything that I like.Sometimes I do my

homework.Sometimes I go shopping with my mum and sometimes I go out to play with

my friends.If I have time,I must play computer.I go online to have a talk with

my friends by QQ.I always feed my QQpet so,it has a high grade.Sometimes I dress

up my blog and make some friends on it.

Im a student.My weekend life is happy.I and my family often go mountain

climbing,enjoy the fresh mountain air.I sometimes go and friends go shopping

Yesterday,I had a happy weekend.In those days,I read books in the sun on

the moring,its so warm and comfortable .And I also played the piano for two

hours.I enjoyed playing it .With my mothers permission I went to the park wit

my friend and went shopping with her,oh how nice it was to play with friends .Of

course,I watched TV in the evening like many others .At night,I had a so sweet

dream,what a happy day it was.

Today is sunday .I am in hainan with my friends now.it is a sunny day,I got

up early at Seven thirty,I watched a movie with my brother in the morning,it was

a interesting film.And in the afternoon,I went swimming with my best friends .I

was tired.But I was happy ,too.Uh...What a wonderful day it is!

I had a nice holiday in last weekend.My friend invited me to play table

tennis with him.It was a relax sport.I would love it if there was no people

smoking there,although the slogan on the wall shows no smoking.There are always

some people whose happiness is built on others misery.

In this weekend,I have a plan,if tomorrow is a sunny day.

Saturday morning,I am going to visit my grandparents.after lunch I have

good friends and I go to the movies and football.At night,I can stay home and

watch cartoons.

Sunday,I will go fishing with dad.After that I will go home to do my

homework.

Last weekend,I went to the city center with my mother.I saw many beautiful

clothes.Mum bought a coat for me at last.She also brought me have much delicious

food.Later,I went to the XinHua book shop.I chose some books for my study and my

mum paid for them.We played happily.

On May 1sh,I m going to my grandmother s home.I think that must be very significative.Because she is too old to visit me and my parents,and she must be very have in mind our.

After shopping,we will have a good rest and have lunch in my grandmother s home.
