自从一年级开始，我们就被缘份分到了一(6)班这个大家庭。在那时，我还不懂事，老师对我的良苦用心我却浑然不知，像一只将被猎杀的小鹿一样，对事物很陌生，把学习当成一个游戏，无所事是地看待学习。到了三年级，我的钢笔字写得不太好，您又手把手地教我写字。尽管每一次都把您的话当耳边风，但是您依然一次又一次地耐心教导我，还给了我很多次参加书法比赛和练习书法的机会。如今，您和李艳老师一起教大家写字的田字格本上的那一个个白纸黑字，虽然已经看不出什么来了，但是却记载了那时候发生的每一件事。

２．饮食喜好：正餐不喜欢吃甜的东西；非常讨厌辣，即使是姜或大蒜的那种辣味他也难于接受，如果第一口尝到了一点辣味，他会拒绝吃这碗饭或这个菜。

３.生活自理能力：能自己穿脱裤子大小便，大便还需要帮忙擦屁股。不会用蹲便器，只会用坐便器，拒绝蹲下大小便。左撇子，多数时候用左手拿勺、拿笔等等，请老师宽容对待，不用过多强调必须用右手。能自己用勺子吃饭，直接对着水杯喝水；能自己穿脱简单的衣裤、鞋袜，不会自己扣衣扣或拉链；能独立洗手、洗脸、刷牙，当然，也有洗不干净的时候。

四、健康状况

１.出生以来身体健康，无特殊病史和家属遗传病史，暂未发现药物或食物过敏现象。

3.最近有口臭、手足心发热的现象，我们在调理饮食中，希望在新入园阶段，幼儿园不要多给肉类食物，尽量清淡饮食，多喝水，加餐时多一些去火汤水。
