首先，读书不是平时泛泛地朗读，而是阅读。通过读，分析材料要表达的中心，揭示的道理;通过读，找出材料中最能诱发感慨的方面，及感点;通过读，体会作者要表达的思想感情，尽量使自己的感情与作品产生共鸣，这就是所谓的理解。

并不是光读书就能理解，而是要真正做到以上几点。有些书，我们对它不感兴趣，也是不能体会到它的真谛。所以，我们读书时要全身心的投入道书里，找到乐趣，这才能达到读书最好的效果。“书中自有黄金屋，书中自有颜如玉。”读书的好处是众所周知的，可是那是针对好书来说的，可是我们的生活中并不是只有好书的，选什么书也是一个重要的环节，正所谓我们不仅要好读书，也要读好书。读书要与生活相结合，落实到生活中去，不能光纸上谈兵，这也是读书的必要条件。

在响彻云霄的音乐声和礼炮声中，又迎来了一年一度的阳光体育运动会。

运动会分为上午和下午两个时间段，上午是运动会的开幕式，下午才是正规的比赛。开幕式中有一年级同学表演的找朋友，三年级同学表演的跳绳舞，当然，还有我们五年级同学表演的搏击操。最后，在开幕式四位微机老师的歌声中结束。

下午，激动人心的体育比赛终于要开始了。我们五年级首先举办的是蜈蚣赛跑项目。项目的规则是每个班的男女同学各10人，三个班分成两次比赛。比赛的人需要全部蹲下，用手搭着前面一个人的肩上然后跑到指定的位置。按顺序定名次。这可是我唯一报名的一个项目。准备比赛了，赛场周围被围的水泄不通，三个班的选手也都蹲下各就各位，竖起耳朵准备听体育老师的一声令下。我看了一下赛道，天!这么长!足足有10米!心里不由得十分紧张，两手也开始有些冒冷汗。

“嘘——”体育老师吹响了哨子，比赛开始了。三条大蜈蚣在如雷贯耳的加油声和“左，右，左，右……”的口号声中奋力地爬着。爬到一半时，我渐渐体力不支了，汗珠已经在我的头上一滴滴的滴在地上。我又看了看周围的同学，也都累的有些上气不接下气，不过都在极力坚持着。而二班的大蜈蚣就是看准了这个机会先发制人，超过了我们班和三班的大蜈蚣，夺得桂冠。接下来，三班的同学看见了二班得到了冠军，很不服气，更用力的爬着，一点点超过我们。我们也不想得第三，拼命地向前冲。可毕竟体力有限，再加上平时就没有花太多的时间练习，所以又让三班有机可乘，以一秒之差，博得了第二名。我们则是第三名。

接下来是女生蜈蚣比赛。三个队的队员表情严肃，手紧抓着前面的人的肩。“嘘——”口哨声又响了起来。只见我们班的女生已百米冲刺的速度一马当地先抢在另外两条蜈蚣的前面，渐渐拉开了与另外两队的距离，最后相差了将近一米左右!我不禁屏住了呼吸，看着我班的女生蜈蚣离终点越来越近，越来越近。耶，到了终点!第一名!全班同学都高声欢呼着。

比赛继续进行着，有滑板选手的精彩表现，还有那扣人心弦的4乘以100米赛跑……

校园里回荡着一阵阵高兴的呐喊声和响亮的助威声，运动会在全校同学们那开心的笑脸中圆满的收场了。
