In recent years, many nations have become more aware of the environmental issues each nation faces, such as air and water pollution. The question is, are the environmental issues a national problem or an international problem? It is my belief that the environmental issues have grown to the point of becoming an international problem needing international cooperation to resolve.

Because of the differences in environmental policies, resources and technology, international cooperation could provide quicker results and have a greater impact on bringing resolution to environmental problems for nations of differing environmental policies and of lesser resources and technology. By pooling international resources and technology to address the environmental problems, the disadvantaged nations are provided the assistance needed. Otherwise their environmental conditions deteriorate ultimately affecting the resources and environment of the world as a whole.

One of the difficulities to an international resolution to environmental issues is the difference in individual nations view and policies toward environmental protection. In order for international cooperation to occur and succeed, the nations of the world must submit themselved to international standards and supervision by an international commission elected by the participating nations of the world. All members must agree to abide by the standards established.

The environmental issues facing each country are not unrelated to the well being of the rest of the world. The impact is long term and international in scope. Without international cooperation and agreement to address such environmental issues as glacial melting at the South Pole, depletion of the ozone layer, water pollution, air polution, etc., the environmental conditions of the world will deteriorate to the detriment of every nation, not just those that ignore or lack the resources and technology to resolve their individual environmental problems.

As part of the same planet, it is the responsibility of each individual and nation to protect the global environment. Only international cooperation will provide the timely solutions and the effectiveness needed to stop the deteriorating global environment.

We all know that it is not easy to find a suitable work in the present society. But at the same time, more and more companies say the phenomenon of the brain drain is very serious. I think both the employee and employer should take the responsibility. But employer should take the most duty. If the company can offer a considerable welfare, there will be less staff leave their position. 在我的家乡也一样，每到这一天，家家户户都忙得不亦乐乎，大家都在为过节准备。端午节的前两天，就看到奶奶，去市场买粽叶，糯米，回到家以后，奶奶先把粽叶放到一个盆子里，用水浸泡，使它变柔软，然后把糯米洗净，用水浸泡，经过一段时间的浸泡后，奶奶开始包粽子了。

首先先拿起一片粽叶，把它卷成一个椎体，然后再把糯米填到这个椎体李，填满以后，用其余的粽叶把它紧紧的裹住，接着用麻线把它困起来，奶奶就像这样一个一个的包着，不一会，一串粽子就包好了。终于到了端午这一天，妈妈一早就出去买菜了，奶奶从冰箱里取出之前包好的粽子，放到锅里开始煮，妈妈不久也回来了，这时妈妈拿出在市场买的艾叶，把它挂在门上面，然后准备菜肴。

经过了一天的准备，我们的晚餐开始了，我们一家人围坐在饭桌前，为先人屈原祈祷后开始用餐，这是电视里也在播放赛龙舟的画面，我不由得想起屈原，希望他能听到我们的祈祷，不会刚到寂寞。

咦?他们在干什么?小溪上吊着几条绳子，人们一个接一个的从这一头走到那一头。好奇心导致我也想去试一试，可是我看到由于这次上的人太多，绳子都被压得都到小溪里了，当人们走到河中央时，呵呵，他们的裤子和鞋子全都被洗了，在旁边看热闹的人都哈哈大笑起来。我也庆幸自己没有跟着他们一起走。妈妈推着我让我去玩，我赶紧跑到一边，我可不想变成“落汤鸡”。瞧，那边又有两个大人上了这个绳子，说起来也真倒霉，其中一个胖叔叔，才走了六分之一的路就被洗了鞋子，他只能一步步往回退，我估计如果他还往前走，肯定能洗个澡。

接下来我们来到了田地里，妈妈准备采些马兰包饺子，这时，我看到好多叔叔阿姨都在采一种毛毛的菜的尖头。哇!他们都采了一大袋子了。阿姨告诉我，他们无锡人都叫这种菜“毛尖头”尤其是野生的，特别鲜。于是我和妈妈也跟着采了起来，茶树下，这种菜特别多，妈妈说可能这菜就是茶树的附属品吧。有一些菜都长上了又黄又大的花，阿姨说这个也可以吃，我沉浸在自己采摘的快乐中。我们也采了满满一大袋子，准备回家凉拌着吃。

爸爸像个老顽童，在游乐场里玩踩高跷，结果一屁股摔在了地上，在爸爸的搀扶下，我第一次玩踩高跷，它比我想象的难多了，脚就是带不动只能用手一点点的提起来走。如果没有爸爸搀扶，我早就摔了一跤了。

我在踏青农庄找到了春天，这里的春天桃红柳绿，万紫千红，每种颜色都散发着春天美好的气息，充满了生机与蓬勃。其实只要用心体会，春天就无处不在。

到了周六，我先给我好朋友打了电话，约定好和他去老家的菜地旁玩游戏。

到了菜地里，我看到萝卜都露出了可爱的“帽子”，心血来潮地想搞一场恶作剧：为什么不去偷两个萝卜吃呢?我先环视四周，看看周围有没有人，东瞧瞧，西看看，确定没人路过后，便开始拔萝卜了。我仔细检阅着每一个萝卜，恩，第一个好像很瘦小的样子，还是拔个大点的吧。就当我想跨过它时，不料，却被萝卜绊倒了、气得我火冒三丈，心想：不就是个萝卜吗，我一定要拔掉你!

于是，我便蹲下身子，用手紧紧攥住茎叶向后拔，萝卜下像是有个吸盘似的，紧紧的吸住大地，我使出全身力气拔了好久，可是萝卜依然纹丝不动，吸在土里。我只好用我的杀手锏了，我取来铲子开始挖萝卜。出乎意料，用铲子也不行。我只能先将萝卜周围的土稍微挖去一点，再使劲拔，“哐当。”我一下倒在了地上，我想：终于被我拔出来了!正准备炫耀一下，可是定睛一看，不但萝卜没拔出来，连茎叶都被我拔碎了。

怎么办?我突然想到了一个方法。我找了一个小水桶，到小溪边打满水，便飞快的跑到了萝卜地里，把水都倒进了我要拔的萝卜旁。过了一会儿，我捏住萝卜茎，拔呀拔，摇呀摇，费了九牛二虎之力，终于把那萝卜拔出来了。而我的小伙伴，也在和萝卜战斗呢。我便按我的方法，也给他拔了一根萝卜。我们两个去河边洗了一下萝卜，便津津有味的吃了起来。

虽然这是一件小事，但还是让我记忆犹新，难以忘怀。

In the past, we just took it for granted that a teacher s aim was to teach the students all that he knew and solve all the problems for them. Therefore, students could mot judge things on their own under this circumstance. Thus students gradually lost the ability to learn by themselves. In addition, they were only equipped with the knowledge that were taught in class and made the same judgement upon every problem which might crop up. Of course, they would find their knowledge not enough to solve practical problems.

So it is time to change the teaching method. A teacher s goal is to help the students develop not only the ability to learn by themselves but the skills to make judgements on every aspect on their own. It s not necessary for the students to turn to teachers for help while meeting with difficulties. The first thing is to develop the students abilities to make sound judgements upon any problem and overcome difficulties.

All in all, the aim of teaching is to liberate, but mot to fetter the students innate powers of making sound judgements.

春，是呼唤。她似一位贤惠又温柔的妇女，在沉睡着的孩子身边轻轻呼唤，声音轻而柔，如空姐那般甜美，努力想叫醒他，却又不忍将他吵醒，只愿孩子能梦中隐约听见母亲的呼唤而渐渐苏醒。

“春眠不觉晓。”在春天做着美梦的孩子总不容易醒来，万物也是如此。何况那位春神又不忍将他吵醒呢!于是，万物一直沉睡着，而春神却不气馁，还在他们身边不断地呼唤着，功夫不负有心人，有朝一日，万物必将苏醒……

春，是起点。俗语有云：“一年之计在于春。”春天是一年中的首季，虽然刚开始，却不忍输给任何人，似接力赛跑一般，努力为未来打下基础，开个好头。

于是，在春天，人们便开始劳碌起来，都去干自己该干的事了。农民，在田间辛勤地耕作，鸟儿用歌唱来颂美他们的勤劳;工人，在工厂操作，机器的轰声编成一曲交响乐来歌颂他们的贡献;学生，在学校认真地学习，鲜明的分数预告了他们的成果。总之，在春天，人人都在这起点出发，急速奔跑……

春，是呼唤;春，是起点;春，是希望;春，更需耕耘。因此，我们要把握好我们现有的青春，让心灵呼唤起沉睡的斗志，让怯懦的双腿站在希望的起点上，用青春耕耘人生，让那一片希望在春播种，在未来收获。
