今年四月到六月，我参加了20xx年“希望之星”英语风采大赛。这可是全国性的比赛哦！必须要闯过海选、市赛和省赛三关，才能去北京参加中央电视台的总决赛。

参加市赛的早上，我和妈妈坐车到了目的地。当时，太阳特别大，天特别热，而且人山人海。我们到了之后赶紧报到，接着就排队去比赛了。因为我是最后一个，等了好久才轮到我，裁判先让我抽图，准备看图说话，再自我介绍。我觉得自己前两个环节表现得挺好的，最后是回答问题，这个环节有点难，四个题中我只答出两个。紧接着裁判宣布结果，我心想：肯定有我！肯定有我！结果，真的有我！我拿了市赛一等奖，进入了省赛。

省赛的准备过程是非常艰难的，又是背台词，又是准备自我介绍，还有模拟考试。仅仅是看图说话环节，一训练就是一上午……

终于迎来了省赛。我怀着紧张的心情走进赛场，里面很安静，选手们都在努力地背词，我也不甘示弱。自我介绍环节，我们都做得非常好，看图说话环节就比较惨了，得知成绩后，我的心情非常低落，爸爸妈妈安慰我，要我别泄气，要我在下午最后一个环节加油，还特意给我复习了几遍演讲内容，我的心情又明朗起来。下午的比赛开始了，轮到我上场了，我站在台上，信心十足地完成了演讲，最后的分数还不错哦！

我的20xx年“希望之星”英语风采大赛结束了，虽然我没有踏上国赛舞台，但是我虽败犹荣！这个过程中，我见识到了那些高手们的厉害！我一定要好好学习英语！我一定会回来的！明年再战！

我们文三街小学，每学期都会举办一场特别的比赛——三跳比赛。就在这个星期二，三跳比赛又举行了。

我们抱着椅子，这次决战地点是下午社团时间的大操场。我们怀着忐忑的心情坐在了红色跑道上。

终于每个班的一号单挑选手抢先出战了，我们班的杜元浩也随之出场。从他的表情上我看出他还是有那么一点紧张的。随着口哨“去”的一响，杜元浩立马“哗哗”地跳了起来。全班人立刻为他喊“加油”助威，那声音真是震耳欲聋。“155、156------192、193、194”口哨又“去“的响起，杜元浩停了下来，他的成绩是194个，虽然不是很多，但他给了后面的同学莫大的鼓舞，以致他们都跳出了一个个的好成绩。

除了杜元浩，我印象最深刻的就是由16人组成的大绳队了。他们为了保持平时状态，不发挥失常，还做了赛前准备，这样的队伍，我就不信他们会输！他们有的眉头紧锁，好像心里还没有底；有的神态自若，似乎有必胜的信心；有的若有所思，好似在思考如何配合才能战胜别的班，直冲第一；有的双手握拳，昂首挺胸，似乎口哨一响，就会带着队友跳过那根一指多粗的大绳------。我真想对他们呐喊：“你们是最棒的，是最快的，加油，四年级第一非你们莫属！”

口哨一响，大家就挨个挨个地跳了过去。我想：三分钟的时间，足够了！我想着，他们也跳着，踏踏的声音，有节奏的脚步，让人看了觉得他们是必胜的队伍，其实时间很快，不一会儿就到了，成绩是322个，虽然是第一，但我们并不骄傲，因为谦虚使人进步，下次我们一定会跳的更好！

三跳比赛虽然很有趣，但时间不长，我期待着下一届的三跳比赛。

第一局给力，我们赢了，到第二局就不简单了。同学们不停地喊加油，嗓子都快哑了，还有人拿着话筒猛喊。可双方水平不相上下，僵持了将近两分钟，突然我班队员脚下像抹了油在滑，越滑越快，简直像个肥大的泥鳅，一眨眼输掉了第二局。马上到了决胜局，老师也来了，站在队伍旁边，仿佛一下子又有了一股子劲。开始都还好，不一会儿又僵持了，我知道没好事，便大声地喊着加油啊!可事与愿违，最终得了个第三名。

虽然输了比赛，心情不好，但让我们知道：只有坚持和团结才会赢。反过来说，如果初赛不加把劲儿，我们可能连第四名也得不到。这真是一场激烈又难忘的拔河比赛。

开学不久，我们终于等来了盼望已久的拔河比赛，心里感到无比的激动，很幸运我是参赛队员，能为班级出力了！

那天，老师带领我们来到操场站好队，准备参赛，我暗暗为三年十班加油鼓劲儿。我们第一个对手是三年十一班。来到比赛场地，我心里激动极了，只听体育老师说：“拾绳。”我们就赶紧把绳子拿到手里了，“比赛开始”我们憋足了劲儿使劲儿地往后拉，拉拉队员也为我们呐喊：“加油，加油。”我们脸涨得通红，使出了浑身的力气，终于赢了！可出乎我意料的是我们第二个对手竟然是三年五班，只见他们一个个长得虎背熊腰，昂首挺胸地走到赛场，连平早小巧玲珑的女生也像一只只大老虎似的。我们跟他们比，小得可怜。来到赛场，老师一说：“拾绳。”我们就使劲儿地往后拉。可是他们往回一拽又回到了原位，两个回合后，我们又奋力地往后拉，一双双小手被粗粗的绳子勒出了一条条深红色的痕迹，但我们毫无知觉，因为我们心中只有两个字“胜利”，我们连吃奶的劲儿都用上了，趁对方一不留神，我们一使劲儿，胜利终于属于了我们！

拔河比赛，让我明白了一个道理，只要齐心合力，再难的事情也能做到。

早上，老师告诉我们一个好消息就是下午要举行拔河比赛，顿时班上一片欢呼雀跃声，同学们都沸腾起来了。

时间不紧不慢的来到了下午。此时的太阳西斜，微风轻轻的吹拂着我们的脸，好像在为我们助兴。

我们排着队来到了操场，只见一条“大蛇”压在操场当中的红线上，“大蛇”的中间扎着一块红布。老师把我们分成了两队，按照比赛规则，谁先把红布拉过自己的白线内，谁就获得胜利。

“预备”裁判员大喊一声，双方队员迅速地抓起绳子。“嘟—”哨声响起，比赛正式拉开了序幕，满心欢喜的我内心觉得这次比赛我们一定不会输，因为我们的队伍这么强。同学们的身子离地面只有50多厘米，我们都使出了九牛二虎之力，眼看就要得分了，但我们的力气已经不够，于是我们松懈了下来，对方抓住了这个机会，猛的一用力，对方率先得了一分。

吸取上次失败的经验，发现前面我们输的原因主要是我们的脚步不一致，我们太自信且轻敌，有了前面的失败经验铺垫，相信后面我们肯定能奋起直追。

比赛的哨声再次吹响，这一次我们动作一致，同心同力，“大蛇”偷偷的向我们这边移动，慢慢的向我们靠近，最后同学们用力一拉，双方的赛局来到了1：1。

通过这一次的比赛经历，让我们明白了一个道理，那就是不管做什么事，都要心往一处想，劲往一处使，简言之就是团结一致，团结的力量。

不一会儿，老师拿出了一条长绳，中间系着一条红巾。比赛规则很简单，看哪队能够把红巾拉向他们那队，就算那队赢。比赛就要开始了，我们个个都信心十足。当老师喊“开始”的时候，我们就用力往后拉，我不小心踩到世仁的脚，他生气了，也踩了我一脚，我们彼此互相踩来踩去的，没留神，红巾被二班的拉走了。第一局输了。

同学们都指责我和世仁，我们两个羞愧地低下了头。我们老师走过来了，鼓励我们说：“不要灰心，失败乃成功之母，我们还有机会，只要我们团结一心，就一定能胜利的，你们说对吧！”

我们都应了声。第二局开始了，我们上下团结一致，用力地往后拉。红巾已经往我们这边来了，我们更加用力，有的甚至咬紧牙关。在同学们的同心协力下，我们终于取得了第二局的胜利。

还有最后一局，这一局十分重要，要是我们输了，就再也没有机会了。老师过来对我们说：“这一局，我们一定要像上一局那样，同心协力，知道了吗？”大家不约而同地说了声：“知道了。”

比赛开始了，我们都用力地往后拉，二班的也不甘示弱，他们好像也注意到了这局的重要性，也都用力地往后拉。突然，二班后面的同学发生了争吵，我们班乘虚而入，用力地往后拉，最后，我们班取地了拔河比赛的胜利！我们个个都兴高采烈，神采飞扬。

这次的拔河比赛，不仅给了我一次胜利的喜悦，还让我懂得一个道理“团结就是力量。”

My hobbies

Different people have different hobbies， I often cycling to play with my classmates. It is especially good for health. It is good exercise.and its one of my hobbies,I enjoy reading very much.For reading books,I can get lots of knowledge from reading,and get a sense of the outside world,its wonderful.我的爱好

不同的人有不同的爱好。我经常骑自行车玩和同学一起玩。它特别对健康有好处。这是很好的锻炼。除此之外读书是我的另一个嗜好，我很喜欢读书。至于读书，我可以从中学到很多知识，并且对外面的世界有了了解，那真是太美好了。
