冬天的早晨，阳光明媚，空气新鲜。我伸了个懒腰，准备起床。这时，妈妈说：“今天早晨我们来举行一场摊鸡蛋饼比赛吧！”这使我完全没有了睡意。

·盼天，盼地，激烈的比赛终于开始了！为了增加比赛的气氛，妈妈说：“请1号选手上场。”爸爸跑上前去，把平底锅放上，开了火，把油一倒进去，噼里啪啦，像是在放鞭炮。接着爸爸把鸡蛋糊倒进锅里，还在那儿长篇大论：“摊鸡蛋饼要……”“小心别糊了！”到了快好的时候，爸爸竟然跳起了华尔兹。这时，又玩起了杂耍，握着锅上上下下，颠三倒四，好不容易摊完了，“及格！”我和妈妈的评价是：好吃是好吃，但是没有看相。“哼！”爸爸很不服气地坐到了评委席上，“请2号选手上场！”我自信满满地跑上去，但我可不像爸爸一样大胆，我非要把平底锅拿到桌上再倒油，倒鸡蛋糊，终于忙完了再把锅放到火上去，按下二档，然后跑到了八丈远。妈妈说：“你怎么那么像伏击队里放炸药的呢？”“哈哈……”全家人都笑开了。我用二档摊了半天，直到金黄，“良”妈妈爸爸给我的评价是：好吃又有看相，但时间太长。

“姜还是老的辣，看我的！”妈妈上场了，驾轻就熟，先开二档，再开三档，气泡、翻面。熟练的动作让人赞不绝口，“100分！”我和爸爸的评价是：好吃又好看，时间正正好。用一个字来说是“好”，两个字“很好”，三个字“好极了！”

吃着自己摊的鸡蛋饼，我比吃了蜜还甜，一场激烈的比赛就在欢声笑语中结束了。

今天的课堂上，王老师让我们大家来一个课堂比赛，比赛的名字叫“斗牛”，同学们听到后立刻欢呼起来。王老师说“今天的斗牛不是真的“斗牛”，而是找两个同学装扮成牛，我在他们的背上贴一个字，两头牛可以利用各种战术，只要看到对方的字就算获胜。”

老师在两头牛的背后贴上了字后，两头牛就像两只螃蟹似的走上了讲台。“开始！”老师一声令下，两头牛就向两头愤怒的狮子，非要看到对方的字不可。白牛先发制人，猛地向花牛进攻，大家给各方加油，教室沸腾了起来，喊声大得听不见两头牛的脚步声，白牛灵活地钻来钻去，想方设法地看见花牛的字，观众大声地给白牛加油。但是，花牛比白牛胖，她防守得严严实实的，而且还用她的大辫子挡住字，白牛的几次突击都没有看清字，有些同学还给白牛出招。我大声喊

今天下午，我和几个小伙伴约好去踢足球。我们玩得正开心，忽然来了几个女孩子，说要和我们比赛，来一场“男女对抗赛”。这可是破天荒第一次，我们觉得挺有趣，就答应了。

各队派上了５名队员，一场男子对女子的足球比赛开始了。一开始我们可放松了，几个女孩子怕什么。所以４个队员都争当“前锋”，没有一个愿意当“后卫”。守门员以为对方是女孩子，是不可能把球踢过来的，也就在一旁玩。我们几个上去和对方抢球，周旋了好一阵子，对方的一名队员忽然重重地往前踢了一下，我方前面有个队员没拦住。糟了，快回防，但是已经来不及了，守门员也玩得忘乎所以，被对方踢进了球。

这时候，我们这些“男子汉”才从梦中清醒过来，全力以赴，积极配合，传球失误也减少了。最后，我方终于攻入两球，反败为胜。

四月一日下午三点半，我们班和三（6）班进行了一场激烈的足球比赛。

同学们激动万分，有的挥舞着小红旗，有的摇摆着鲜艳的手摇花，有的举着亲手制作的精美标牌。大家都争着为我们班的选手加油。

比赛就要开始了，选手们个个摩拳擦掌，生龙活虎，洪老师也在旁边给他们打劲，助威。

比赛一开始，我们就踢得难舍难分，眼看时间就要过一半了，比分还是0：0，队员们更加卖力，场外的拉拉队也争着为自己班加油。这时三（6）班得到了球，一位三（6）班的女队员抓住了我们班的一个空挡，一脚把球踢进了我们的球门！三（6）班立刻欢呼了起来，我们班的同学虽然很伤心，但是仍然在给我们的队员鼓劲加油。没过多久，他们又进了一球，我们班的队员和同学们的情绪都很低落。洪老师看到这种场景，立马调整我们的情绪。果然，陈阳不负众望为我们班扳回一球！我们都欢呼起来。可惜，比赛很快就结束了，我们带着遗憾离开了操场。

虽然我们输了这场比赛，但是我们很团结，没有输掉我们的气势，以后我们一定要加强体育锻炼，提高我们的能力，赛出我们的风采。

上午，老师告诉我们一个好消息：下午我们要和五（5）班进行一场足球比赛。听到了这个消息，全班立即沸腾起来，我高兴得差点儿没吃午饭。

好不容易熬到了下午，老师选吴枫、李俊杰、胡传运、孟孜宽、沈德仕去参加比赛。其中，沈德仕是当守门员。

又熬了两节课，终于，比赛就要开始了。我们陆陆续续地到了操场，在跑道上坐下。过了不久，五（5）班也到了操场。我们班每一个人都在心里仇视着对方。

“预备，嘟——”比赛开始了。我方所有观赛人员都开始拼命地喊道：“五（8）班，必胜！”席天顺和杨文豪展开“五（8）班，必胜”的条幅。后来，孟孜宽一脚把球踢到了球门里，耶！球进了！不过，由于我方队员的疏忽，五（5）班一名队员又把球踢进了我们的球门里。随即，上半场结束了。

下半场开始了，我们一齐大喊道：“五（8）班，必胜！五（5）班，必败！”哎呀！胡传运摔到了。只见他咬了咬牙，豆大的汗珠，看来一定很疼。不过，他很快又站了起来，继续战斗。随即，他又摔倒了。这一次，我仿佛听着他心中的呐喊声“加油！加油！”然后，他又开始了战斗。沈德仕守住了门，好险啊！球差一点点就进了！然后，他又踢了一球，这一球直接射进了对方的球门里，不过这不记分。

随着这场比赛的结束，老师公布了结果：五（5）班和五（8）班以1比1平终场。

好期待下一次这样激烈的比赛啊！

今天我们要和五(5)班展开一场激烈的足球比赛。

我们班的阵容如下:前锋两名，分别是胡传运和吴枫，后卫两名，是孟孜宽和我。而门将是沈德仕。比赛开始了!队员们个个都热血澎湃，巴不得一口吃下个大胖子。突然，响亮的助威声传进了我们五个人的耳中。“五(8)班，必胜! 五(8)班，必胜!”这喊声此起彼伏，也许是这喊声起了作用，后卫孟孜宽直奔对方球门全力跑去。虽然五(5)班奋起直追，但怎么也追不上孟孜宽，他低平射门，球进了!我们立刻沸腾起来。

五(5)班急起直追，对方的其中一名前锋趁我不注意跑到孟孜宽前面，我往后传球，正好被对方给抢断了，他劲射得分。1:1暂时平局，随后进入了短暂的中场休息。

休息过后，双方交换场地，再战。第19分钟，胡传运挑射击中横梁，对手松了一口气。第25分钟，我方获得任意球，由吴枫主罚，直接射门但打中门柱，对手再次虎口脱险。最终，裁判吹响了全场比赛结束的哨声，比分1:1平。

经过这次比赛的教训，我们吸取了经验，决心下次踢胜五(6)班。

3.Recently, three owls appeared suddenly on our campus. They made me think of my pet from childhood. When I was little, we had an owl at home. It was small, gray, and had two big eyes. aspects.

For one thing, stress is a kind of mental burden caused by nervousness or

anxiety. In modern society, stress is mostly caused by the high requirements or

heavy burden from surroundings or us, such as stress from peers or stress in

economy. If we cannot handle the stress well, we would be easy to be in a

negative mood and lost our motivation and courage to keep going or struggle with

difficulties. In this aspect, stress is a threat for our body and mental.

if we handle it well. For example, when you find that you are surpassed by your

When I was five years old, my mother decided to send me to learn dance

class, at first, I was afraid, because I knew nobody there. But as when I went

寒假的一天

It was a very busy evening, I was doing my homework at my home. My father

was writing a composition in the study room. My mother was interested in

Shanghai opera. She was watching a Shanghai opera contest. The apartment was

very quiet. Suddenly the light went out. It was a blackout, but I liked it very

much. It came and I didnt have to do my homework. We went to the living room

very slowly.

After 5 minutes, we all sat in the sofa. It was a lucky, fortunate day. I

said that lets held a concert. My parents agreed with me. I took out some

candles and lighted up. We were singing, laughing and talking. We had a really

一个万里无云的下午，我们班和五3班进行了一场精彩的拔河比赛。

每班各派8个同学，分成一队，最大力的排在最后。

比赛开始了，随着一声令下，双方用力地往里拉，我方的林一浩使出了吃奶的劲。苏?豪蹬着地，半蹲着，腿稍弯，身子往后斜，紧紧地握着麻绳，表情狰狞。看，何以轩涨红了脸，像一个红红的大苹果，在这红红的“苹果”上流了几滴汗水。我方的大胖墩儿挺着大肚子，瞪着眼睛，像灯泡似的，绳子忽左忽右，对方的啦啦队拼命地喊：“五4班，加油!”绳子拉回来了，我看着都着急，也跟着欢呼。突然，对方有一个队员摔倒了，趁着这次机会，用力一拉，这一局我们赢了!

接着，第二局开始了。欢呼声，笑声，真声游荡在空中。个个拉的青筋暴起，嗤牙咧嘴，场面再次僵住，不分伯仲。我都替他们拧一把汗，巴不得跑上去助他们一臂之力。“加油!加油!”观众们高呼着。啦啦队们都要喊破嗓子了。比赛进入高潮，我方的苏?豪地叫：“一二、一二。”伴着口号，绳子慢慢地移向我们这边。“我们又赢了!”我们欢呼起来。

通过这次比赛，我懂得了一个道理：坚持就是胜利。

今天，我们全体五年级的学生举行了一次难忘的歌唱比赛。

比赛在学校报告厅举行，轮到我们班上场了，大家都十分紧张，心中忐忑不安，正是由于不够自信，导致我们集体跑调了。回想起来真是又惭愧又后悔，比赛结果就可想而知了。唱第一段时，我们发挥得还比较好，可是第二段节奏突然变快了，这下我们全体都乱了阵脚，接下来做什么都慌里慌张的，有些人该做的动作也忘记了，傻乎乎地站着，最后敬礼也不整齐了，仿佛从来没练过似的。当时我脸上就已经觉得火辣辣的了，仿佛看见了老师们失望的表情，就这样，一次好好的比赛被我们演砸了。

我们原本可以发挥得更好，甚至拿第一都没有问题，因为我们在比赛前刚刚彩排过啊。拿到这个比赛结果，我们全班同学都觉得愧对音乐老师和班主任，枉费了老师们陪着我们在报告厅演练了好几次。没有给我们班争光，更是砸了音乐老师的招牌，她可是我们学校最专业的音乐教师了。原本好好的歌曲被我们唱得一会快，一会慢，有时竟然还不整齐。看来就像我们班主任说的“表演时的心里素质和临场发挥能力也需要多磨练啊”。

老师说过，学会反思才能不断进步。虽然这是一次不成功的比赛，但我们知道了团结的重要性，自信的重要性。赛前我们还是没有做到胸有成竹，同时缺乏自信，比赛时又紧张得忘记词和动作，这些原本可以避免的，相信通过磨练很快可以赶上其他班级。虽然如此，我们祝福祖国、为新中国70周岁生日欢呼的初心不变，我们仍旧要大声欢呼“祖国妈妈，生日快乐！”

I have rested for a week。 I began to feel bored。 So I went out with my friends。 They are my best friends in the middle school。 We didn’t go to someplace special。 We just saw the other。 We had lunch together。 While we were having lunch， we were still talking about the new school and new friends。 Yes! So my scores can be better. Besides, I want to spend more time with myclassmates and friends. We have been very good these years. Maybe we cant beclassmates in the future. But, I am still happy that its the last year inprimary school and I am going to junior school.
