(1)认真审题，确定时态人称，同时关注题材格式

时态：故事性文章一般用过去时，其中表达感受时可用现在时。说明性或议论性文章一般用现在时，举例时可用过去时。根据题目要求也会出现时态的交错使用，如过去和现在的对比等。如果句中出现了时间状语，时态则要遵循时间状语。

如ago，last…过去时;next，in…将来时等

人称：注意在句子中人称的统一。

例如：

Thanks to the teachers， we have improved our English.

其中we和our就是人称的统一。

格式：注意书信格式的开头和结尾。

(2)找全信息点，紧扣主题，突出重点

切忌只看表格中或所列1、2、3中的信息点。一定把题读全，找齐信息点，建议用铅笔标出，写完后再涂掉。根据题目，可适当增加合理内容。特别注意文章要有开头和结尾。

(3)成文时表述正确，文字流畅

切忌与汉语提示的一一对应，使用所学表达方法将语义表达出来即可。首先考虑句子结构(如主谓宾，主系表等)。同时注意短语的正确使用和单词的拼写，最好使用课本上学过的短语和句式。

(4)文章结构清晰，重点句型画龙点睛，可使文章在得分上提高一个档次，考虑文章的篇章结构，使用适当的连接短语，使文章结构紧凑。

(5)认真检查，检查信息点是否全面，时态、人称是否一致，句子结构是否清晰，短语使用、单词拼写是否准确等。

决赛要开始了，我们站在了赛场上“预备，嘟。“我们咬紧牙关，黄豆般的汗珠直往下流，红色标记一会儿偏向我们一会儿偏向对方，周老师和同学们在一旁呐喊助威，似乎嗓子都喊哑了，我们的手红了脸涨的通红“嘟，四二班胜利。“太好了，我们连胜两局。

哎!我们只得了第三名，我们那双渴望冠军的眼睛给拔河比赛画上了一个美好的句号。

我太胖了，妈妈告诉我游泳可以减肥，所以这个假期我去学了游泳。

课程结束以后我还是坚持每天去游一个小时，突然有一天教练看见我，让我叫上妈妈一起过去一下，说有事找我们谈。我立刻把妈妈找来，教练问我们愿不愿意参加游泳比赛，我不假思索，立刻答应了。教练说那从现在开始要认真练习了，我一个劲的点头。从那天开始我把每天练习一小时改为每天两小时。

我练呀练终于到了比赛的日子，我还让奶奶从乡下赶过来看我比赛，我们早早来到了比赛场馆，没想到别人比我来的更早，过了一会教练就吹响了哨子，让我们集合，根据我们的年龄，把我们分为AB两组，教练说今天是预选赛，我在A组，我们A组又分两组，我在第二组。我们分完组比赛就开始了，先是A组第一组，一声哨响选手们刷刷的跳入水中，像离弦的箭，飞速前进，我拼命的帮我队友加油，看她要超过其它选手的时候，我紧张的不得了，恨不得我自己去推她一把，在最后冲刺阶段没能超过别人，然后纶到我们组比赛了，我紧张的不得了，教练说预备，还没等他吹哨我啪的一声跳入水中开始游了，我仿佛听见大家在笑，当我回过头看的时候我才明白是怎么回事，我赶紧回到起点。这一次我等哨声吹响以后才出发，可是我发现好像没有刚刚有劲了，但是我还是拼命的游，我第二个到达，我迫不及待想知道我的成绩能不能进决赛，妈妈告诉我在刚刚的比赛中由于我急于求成，反而没有平时练习时的快，这时我的心凉来半截，等全部比完以后教练宣布决赛名单时，我还是抱希望能决赛，教练说A组4人B组4人。

当报入选名单时，我心里一直默默祈祷是我是我，可是第一个不是，第二个不是，第三个不是，当报第四个的时候我都没心情听了打算转身的时候，好像听到了我的名字，我立刻问妈妈是我吗？是我吗？妈妈笑眯眯点点头，说是你是你，我激动的跳了起来，教练说祝贺你们八位进入决赛，回去好好练习，准备接下来的比赛，我兴冲冲的回去了。打算把这个好消息告诉爸爸。
