继续完善以最低生活保障为基础，以灾民救助、五保供养、医疗救助、低收入家庭认定、流浪乞讨人员救助为主要内容，以临时救助为补充，覆盖城乡的社会救助体系，保障和改善困难群众的基本生活。

二、加强灾害应急体系建设，提高灾害救助能力

practice with my friends. Though high school life is very busy and I have to

learn so many subjects, I still keep taking exercise everyday. Sports meeting

time is my favorite time in the semester. I can take part in many activities,

母亲是1976年参加工作的，她在一家机械厂当车工。母亲进厂后，她所在的工厂每年国庆节都会组织文体活动，活动结束后厂里还会给职工发放点福利。国庆节职工还是照常上班，下了班后工会就会组织职工去厂里的大礼堂参加活动。所谓文体活动不外乎是拔河比赛、歌咏比赛、猜谜语、趣味体育比赛等。母亲在歌咏比赛中总会唱自己最喜欢的歌，比如《花儿为什么这样红》、《唱支山歌给党听》，往往会赢得台下的一片掌声。母亲说上世纪七八十年代物质并不丰富，职工最看重的是参加完活动后工厂发的劳动节福利。七十年代厂里国庆节福利发得最多的是白砂糖、芝麻糕、猪油、脸盆，到了八十年代厂里国庆节发过洗发液、保温杯、台灯，有时还发代金券。有一年厂里效益好，母亲在国庆节集体活动后得了一部当时很时尚的随身听，惹得邻里羡慕不已。母亲在国企工作了一辈子，捧着“铁饭碗”朝九晚五度过了自己的青春岁月，母亲记忆中的国庆节虽单调但有人情味，还夹杂着工厂机器的轰鸣声。

我是独生子女，从小就是父母的掌上明珠，前几年才进入职场，国庆节公司多多少少也会发点福利。像我这样的公司年轻人其实不太在乎公司发的国庆节福利，我们更看重的是十一可以放一个小长假。平时工作忙，压力也大，我可以利用国庆节的小长假好好放松一下，休息一下身心。小长假我会跟朋友、同事一起去不太远的地方旅游，自驾游或者跟团游都体验过，去旅游景点散散心，带点旅游纪念品回来，这样的国庆节非常惬意。国庆节小长假也成了我这个“吃货”去品美食的好日子，老公也乐得陪我一起去，要是平常他总会劝我别在外面瞎吃了，减肥事大。现在的商家都有生意头脑，国庆的促销活动铺天盖地，我会忍不住拉着老公去逛街血拼，那样的购买热情，拎着大包小包走出商场，真是不把私家车的后备厢塞满不回家，国庆节恍惚成了“购物节”。

One day,I went to school as Usually. All of a sudden,I heard a voice

crying.I knew there were something wrong . So I walked towards the direction of

the voice .Then I found a child and his mother wandered off.My heart full of

Today is National day, but I don’t feel any happy at all, just no reson. Last night I download the English Paper till 3AM ,sometime I want to give up.but in order to accomplish my dream.I can handle it.

This afternoon I go to shiqi to visit a respectful teacher. On the way to shiqi, the street don’t crowd .I think it would be full of crowd of people in Festival. perhaps personal travel is encouraged at present.

About 3:00PM I get to the destination---shiqi shiyan xiaoxue where she is a vice president .When I get to this place .I feel comfortable(My dream is to be a teacher) while I meet her .My teascher is get older.
