For the working people there were only dark, unhealthy rooms in old buildings and huts in narrow muddy streets. Nearly everyone was poor and many had no work.

Everything has changed since liberation. The people, led by the Party, have got rid of the mud and dirt. They have put up schools, theaters, shops and flats. They have an assembly hall and a hospital. Along the river they have built offices, hotels and parks. A lot of factories have sprung up. On the river, streamers and boats come and go busily, day and night. They carry the products of our industries to all parts of the country.

I love my hometown, and I love its people. They also have changed. Healthy and happy, they are going all out to build socialism.

In my mind, the hometown of the four seasons is the most beautiful.

Spring, the weeping willow germination by the river, peach blossom, also the water in the river is flowing quietly. "Quack" to call the frog, birds in the branches sang excitedly. My brother and I just want to skip stone, a fragrance fragrance pubi, aunts, what flowers? We ultimately, oh! It was the white pear flower opened in the yard.

Summer, lush trees, cicadas keep call, home of the "dark" have to put the pink tongue out. Stream of lotus opened, open very fragrant, so gorgeous, like drops of water drops are rolling dew on a lotus leaf, like a broken line pearls, like a fish out of a bubble.

在我的心目中，家乡的四季是最美丽的。

春天，河边的垂柳发芽了，桃树也开花了，小河里的水静静地流淌着。青蛙在“呱呱”地叫，鸟儿们在枝头兴奋地唱着歌。我和哥哥正想打水漂，一阵香味芬芳扑鼻，姨，什么花开了?我们顺藤摸瓜，噢!原来是院子里的雪白的梨花开了。

夏天，树木茂盛，知了叫个不停，家里的“黑黑”不得不把粉红色的舌头伸出来。小河里的荷花开了，开的那么芬芳，那么绚烂，荷叶上的滴滴水珠像正在滚动的露珠，像断了线的珍珠，像鱼儿吐出的泡泡。

秋天，果实累累，枣树上的枣子熟了，露出了甜甜的笑脸;苹果红彤彤的，小孩子吃了以后，脸蛋也红了;柿子树上的柿子熟了，像一火红的灯笼……农民伯伯乐得合不拢嘴，挎着篮子摘果去。

冬天，鹅毛般的大雪从天而降，这时候，调皮的小孩子在雪地里玩耍。忽然，雪的兄弟姐妹多了起来，雪花落到你的衣襟上，鞋上……当你擦掉着调皮的小雪花时，它却变成了小水珠。

我爱家乡，更爱家乡的四季!
