外婆把要带的东西放在一个袋子里，好让我拿起来轻松一点。我穿好鞋子，拿起东西就走了。在路上，我边走边哼着歌，十分愉快。突然，我看到了一只大野狗，那只大野狗也发现了我，目不转睛地盯着我。一向来怕狗的我这次也不例外，早已吓得不敢再往前走。可是怎么办呢？对了，找大人，请他帮我赶狗。可是，我四周都找遍了，也没有看到一个人影。唉呀！怎么办呢？我都快急死了。万一被那狗咬一口，怎么办呀？我不停地叮嘱自己：要冷静，要冷静，一定要冷静啊！再想想，再想想。对了，我听大人们说过：遇到狗时，只要蹲下就行了，这样它会以为你要拿石头扔它，就会逃走的。于是，我慢慢地蹲了下来，看着它，准备等它逃走。可是等了一会儿，没想到它非但没有跑开，反而走得更近了。怎么办，怎么办！我十分着急，再加上天气很热，我的头上直冒汗。我的脑袋飞速地运转着，我想到了，以前外婆说过：狗跟着你的话，不要看它，只顾自己走就行了，千万不要跑，不然狗会追你的。虽然我现在不太相信这个办法，但是只有这个办法了，试试吧！我照着外婆说的做，可是，让我现在不去看它，这根本就是不可能。没办法，我只好闭上眼睛，慢慢地向前走去。走了没一会儿，我还是很担心，不禁张开眼睛，向后看了看，那狗没有追上来，而且跑了。我心里悬着的石头终于落了下来，长长地吐了一口气，不禁叹道：“好险啊！”

我把东西送到后，一路小跑着回家，生怕路上再遇到一只狗。
