First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

I went to the home for the aged with my friends on July 30th. As soon as

the eldly people saw us, they were all happy. 1.We sang songs and danced for

them. Then we helped the worker clean the rooms and washes the clothes. They

praized us a lot and said that we were good boys. Although we felt tired, we had

走进大门口，就进入校园。

进校园后，最显眼的就是一个花坛。大花坛上立一块大屏幕，它正对大门口的，上面写着“实验学校欢迎您!”的几个鲜红大字。花坛边上是三块大大的石头，稳稳地矗立着，上面分别写着我们的校训：“健康”“诚信”“博雅”。抬头一看，花坛里还有两棵直入云霄的雪松，显得精气神十足。它们应该上百年了吧，是全校最高最大的植物了。花坛中间是一个混浊的小池塘，池塘里的几条可爱小金鱼正自由地游来游去，它们正享受着呢。池塘边开着几朵不知名的小花花。虽然不知名，但它们色彩斑斓，常开常新，给花坛增添了许多生机。

花坛右边就是一个健身房。说它是健身房，还不如称它是综合馆。走进综合馆后，你会看见一个简朴的大舞台。它是我们学校庆祝活动时带给我很多欢笑的地方，我也在上面表演过呢。舞台正前方是几个羽毛球场地。在这里，你常常会看到有人在打羽毛球。当然，在这里还可以开展其他的健身运动。墙上贴着一面大国旗，几张羽毛球明星的图片，其中一张图片边上写着“羽坛皇后的母校”几个大字。
