一、在激趣导入设境环节中，我给同学们猜谜语，看课件，创设浓郁的学习氛围，激起学生们浓厚的学习兴趣。

二、在整体感知内容时让孩子们自读课文，初步感知课文内容，要求：读准生字的字音，认清字形，边读边想，读懂主要词语并让他们对麋鹿的奇特外形和传奇经历有个初步的了解。

三、“理解奇特外形、了解说明方法”是本文的教学重点，为了帮助学生充分理解课文内容，我让学生自主的品词、品句、品读、合作、交流，明白麋鹿奇特的外形即“四不像”— 角似鹿，面似马，蹄似牛，尾似驴。在精读课文第三自然段时，通过抓住“麋鹿的体重可达250千克左右，角型是鹿科动物中独一无二的——站着的时候，个枝尖都指向后方。它的尾巴也是鹿科动物中最长的。它的尾巴之所以长，是因为要在沼泽环境中驱赶蚊蝇。它的蹄子宽大，行动迅速敏捷。它们还经常在水中站立、跋涉、潜游和觅食”的主要内容进行教学，引导学生找画，归纳出这段文字主要通过列数字、举例子、作比较的方法从“体重、角型、尾巴、蹄子、毛色”来说明麋鹿的奇特外形。我自始至终让学生个别读，自主找画，小组讨论、自由发言，充分体现了以学生为主，使课堂成了他们学习的演练场，让他们在课堂上尽情地发言，只要学生言之有理，就给予肯定，培养他们的成就感和自信心，还培养了学生团结合作的精神。

四、在拓展延伸环节中，我让学生结合课外收集的资料，学着讲解员的样子，说说麋鹿的外形特点和生活习性，并评选最佳优秀讲解员。学生积极性很高，在说的基础上更加深刻的体会到麋鹿是珍贵动物，认识保护野生动物的重要性，增强保护野生动物的意识。

总的来说，这节课算是基本完成教学任务，还需要在以后的教学过程中，不断的反思自己，更要多努力学习。

总之，我认为本节课从学生积极性，学生思考回答问题，讨论问题等方面看应该不失为一堂成功的课。最关键的还要在生活中引导学生真正树立梦想，并把这节课所涉及到的有关梦想的理论知识贯穿落实到学生的行动中，进而培养他们良好的思想道德品质，成为一个对国家、社会和他人有用的人。

二、真爱学生，不会将学生的“骄傲”看作甚于“毁灭其自尊和自信”的洪水猛兽，将不吝于对学生的赏识，对学生的优点和长处，始终抱着一颗心上和赞美之心;将小心地呵护孩子的梦，而不会做一个“偷走很多孩子的梦”的小偷，将用赏识为孩子提供梦想成真的自信和拼搏的激情。这份爱心，为学生未来的奋斗岁月里提供阳光的动力，会成为孩子“翅膀下的风”。

三、真爱学生，才懂得“漂亮的孩子人人喜爱，爱难看的孩子才是真正的爱的道理”。素质教育的大旗上有一个大写的“人”字，要求教师们善待每一个生命，尤其是那些曾经遭受到伤害的孩子。《小学英语新课程课堂教学案例》为教师们种下了一个信念--每个人都是天才，没有教不好的学生，只有不会教的老师。

Children’s education has been concerned by the public all the time. As they

are the future and will decide a country’s destiny, so the environment matters

so much to them. Most parents expect the school can provide the children a good

learning environment and ignore the importance of home education.

School provides the children a direct stage to receive education. In the

school, the teachers pass knowledge and educate them the right value. The

children know their task and as everybody around them focus the attention on

study, so they are affected by each other and have the strong desire to

learn.

Home education is easy to be ignored by most parents, they think it is the

teachers’ duty to educate children. Actually, most criminal teenagers have

family issues. Parents haven’t set good example for the kids. Sometimes they are

even the trouble makers. Without love, teenagers won’t grow up as the strong

people.

Both school and family environment are important for the children, and they

need to be nurtured with the good examples and learn knowledge.

I came to the classroom and pushed the door open.

The holiday I like most is to visit Guilin with my parents .Because Guilin is one of the most attractive tourism places in China.Guilin is famous for Li River and Elephant Trunk Hill.They are the symbols of Guilin.People can enjoy the landscape on the bamboo raft and meanwhile talk to the Guilinese.People can learn a lot about the Ethnic Minorities culture there.There are also many delicious local food Guilin,such as Guilin rice noodles,Flowerbridge chilli paste.I really want to try them by my own month with my parents again .I cant wait to go there .I will go there when I have next holiday.

我最喜爱的假期是那次和我父母一起去桂林旅游.桂林中国最迷人的旅游胜地之一.桂林最有名的地方莫过于丽江和象鼻山,人们可以在竹筏上欣赏当地的景致,还可以在和桂林当地人的交谈中了解很多关于那里的少数民族文化.当地还有很多可口的饮食,诸如桂林米粉和桂林花桥辣椒酱.我真的好想和我父母一起再去那里品尝一下,我几乎快等不及了,当我下一次放假的时候我一定要和我和父母再去那里.

苏教版第十册《麋鹿》是一篇说明文，旨在让学生了解珍稀动物麋鹿的外形特点、生活习性和传奇经历，让学生从小懂得保护珍稀动物。对于类似于此的文章，《语文课程标准》也在阶段目标中提到，要能抓住要点，了解文章的基本说明方法。这样的课文，如果只是一味地由教师引导学习，学生很有可能会索然无味。只有让学生产生学习的兴趣，探究的热情，学生才会真正走进文本，感受方法，提升思想，实现三维目标。基于以上的认识，我觉得《麋鹿》的课堂应该是“自主探究、合作交流”的课堂。

在教学麋鹿外形特点部分，我主要要求学生自主探究来学习。比如出示图片并认真读文，找一找文中哪些依据说明图中的鹿不是麋鹿。学生通过自学，能够很容易的找出依据，并且认识麋鹿的外形特点——奇特。

但是，在实践过程中，出现了合作不理想得问题。

虽然在平时的课中也常常小组学习，但是没有注重学生良好的合作学习的习惯，因此出现了老师在讲要求，学生已经是“跃跃欲试”“一团乱”的现象。合作的效果没有预想的好，学生不能够很快的找到有效地信息，不能有效率的进行合作。因此，在以后的课中，合作的习惯应养成与小组中人物的分配要合理。
