1、记“成功”之举

教学过程中达到预先设计的目的、引起教学共振效应的做法;课堂教学中临时应变得当的措施;层次清楚、条理分明的板书;某些教学思想方法的渗透与应用的过程;教育学、心理学中一些基本原理使用的感触;教学方法上的改革与创新等等,详细得当地记录下来,供以后教学时参考使用,并可在此基础上不断地改进、完善、推陈出新。

即使是成功的课堂教学也难免有疏漏失误之处,对它们进行回顾、梳理,并对其作深刻的反思、探究和剖析,使之成为以后再教时应吸取的教训。

3、记教学机智

课堂教学中,随着教学内容的展开,师生的思维发展及情感交流的融洽,往往会因为一些偶发事件而产生瞬间灵感,这些“智慧的火花”常常是不由自主、突然而至,若不及时利用课后反思去捕捉,便会因时过境迁而烟消云散,令人遗憾不已。

4、记学生见解

在课堂教学过程中,学生是学习的主体,他们总会有“创新的火花”在闪烁,教师应当充分肯定学生在课堂上提出的一些独到的见解,这样不仅使学生的好方法、好思路得以推广,而且对他们也是一种赞赏和激励。同时,这些难能可贵的见解也是对课堂教学的补充与完善,可拓宽教师的教学思路,提高教学水平。因此,将其记录下来,可以作为以后丰富教学的材料养分。

5、记再教设计

一节课下来,静心沉思,摸索出了哪些教学规律;教法上有哪些创新;知识点上有什么发现;组织教学方面有何新招;解题的诸多误区有无突破;启迪是否得当;训练是否到位等等。及时记下这些得失,并进行必要的归类与取舍,考虑一下再教这部分内容时应该如何做,写出“再教设计”,这样可以做到扬长避短、精益求精,把自己的教学水平提高到一个新的境界和高度。总之,写课后反思,贵在及时,贵在坚持,贵在执着地追求。一有所得,及时记下,有话则长,无话则短,以记促思,以思促教,长期积累,必有“集腋成裘、聚沙成塔”的收获。

这可难到我了,我一个长假,同一个星期天一样,无聊的过完了。为了完成老师给的任务,我努力回忆,想想一个五一长假中的收获。收获应该是从做过的事情总获取的吧!我五一又做过些什么事呢?做作业,玩游戏。一个五一我就这样单调的过完了,这能有什么收获呢?

为了完成任务,说什么我都得说两个收获吧。哪怕再垃圾也好。我就在那篇作文中写到“一个五一我做了很多作业,认识了很多题型,为中考打下基础。”说了一堆毫无意义的话。当我写完那篇作文的时候,我又突然醒悟了,我都收获不正是如此吗?收获总能在做过的事情中找到的。想到这,我又想想五一做的另外一件事情——玩游戏。游戏我从小完到大,在五一中玩游戏,我又获得了什么东西呢?我完游戏已经玩得无聊了,还能有什么呢?“为什么你老玩游戏,不出去郊游什么的,本想带你出去耍,你还不去。”妈妈对我这样说。对了!正是一天到晚玩游戏让我如此的无聊,觉得生活无意义,没有什么可做的,人生没有乐趣。原因我的课外生实在是太单调了。游戏让我没有办法在一个假期中找到我的收获。对了!这就是我五一玩游戏的收获。

说明文阅读是三大文体阅读中考点也不少,难度最浅的现代文阅读。但总观教学效果,并不是很理想。

教学设计都是由知识到技能,由浅入深。授课时先介绍说明文的文体知识,再开始技能训练。在讲评中修正学生的答题思路。在材料选择上,都是典型的说明文,文后考点都是相同的两个考点,一是概括说明内容,二是指出某段运用的说明方法及作用。教学设计及训练程序,看似不存在什么问题,可学生难以领会,原因在哪呢?

首先是学生对说明文的阅读量不大,还不能准确地把握说明文的特点,对说明对象的特点不能精确地把握。

其次是教师评讲过程中,不能抓住关键环节,特别是涉及到答案的细节积累。如某种考点的提示语,相同的句式,以及在文中的位置,甚至题后的分数的暗示作用,学生在答题技巧上积累不多,得到的答案就不够精确了。

另外,学生对说明文的名词术语理解不透,胡乱写答案。如问说明方法的,学生就不去辨别,不从说明方法的定义上去理解,想到什么就写什么,心中无底。

还有是说明文的练习量不够,以为简单就可以少训练,在学生记忆中没有形成“定势”,常常会与“议论文”相混淆。

基于以上情况,以后说明文阅读训练可作如下调整:

(一)多读一些典型的说明文,加强学生对说明文的感性认识。

(二)一节课只讲一个考点,强化学生对该考点的训练。

(三)让学生积累一些答题技巧。这些技巧知识可在训练前听写,以加深印象。

(四)训练形式要多样化,可尝试让学生自己出题作答,以增加趣味性。

(五)进行阶段专题测试,以便发现问题,及时修正。

小学教学最难的莫过于作文教学。关于不能有助于培养孩子们的写作能力,这让我想起了前一段时间,校长组织我们去春游,回来后要我们每位老师交一篇心得。于是个个退缩,不得不交时,有的请人代写,有的上网下载,有的东拼西凑。总算过了关。想想校长只是要我们交心得,并没有提要求,什么一定要生动形象,要具体,要有真情实感,我们都亲身去经历了的,尚且如此。学生们呢?我们要求他们写的人和事,他们都经历过吗?恐怕大部分没有,再提出要写生动,语言要优美等等,他们能做到吗?我想除了背作文,到作文选上去七拼八凑,别无其他快捷的提高孩子们写作水平的方法。那么这样得来的“好”作文算是提高了学生的写作能力了吗?肯定不能。相反还影响了孩子们的写作兴趣,产生了厌恶写作的心理。我们老师自己写作文其实就是一个极好的例子。而课本上呢:它只要求孩子们能运用语言说清自己要做的事情,学会一种应用文体,如果我们老师评价得当,应该能激发孩子们的写话热情。于是在这里,我又不得不说一句:不要对小学生的作文提太高要求,特别是考试作文。为什么不把作文的分数放得高一些呢?小学语文作文教学重在培养兴趣,压低分数我看除了打击学生写作积极性,对写作产生害怕心理外,实在看不出有什么好处。

一、用好教材,让孩子们爱上作文。

写好作文,一方面要有大量的素材积累,还要有自己本身的语言积累。俗话说:“文由心生”。自己没有写的欲望,怎能写出好文章呢?同时我还觉得在小学阶段要求每个孩子写出好文章是不现实的,但要求孩子写清自己的建议、想法、记下会议或事情讨论的情况,还是有可能的,同时对孩子们的将来来说也是有用的,因为我们中间大部分人都是普通人,作家文学家毕竟是少数,我们不能因为少数,而要求大部分都做到。

另外,如果我们老师细心的话,就会发现,我们练习中的口语交际也在为本次的习作作进一步的准备。像习作四的口语交际:讨论班级公约。为习作四记下讨论会的主要内容,和精彩、有效的发言,做了一个实践,让孩子们在实践中写作,这样会有内容可写。相应的还有:练习一中的“推荐和自我推荐”是让学生建议班级中哪些同学能担任班委,同时又为习作二的推荐提前作个准备。所以好好上好口语交际,对学生写好作文是有很大帮助的。

二、少一些限制,多一些心灵的交流。

让学生说自己想说的话,写自己想写的事,抒自己想抒的情。同样我们也能从孩子们的作文中发现生动鲜活的东西,那是非常感动人心的东西。如前一段时间读到的《种太阳》“奶奶说种瓜得瓜,种豆得豆,今天我种下妈妈的照片,希望能得到我亲爱的妈妈。”这是一个小朋友写的,多生动,多感人啊。如果我们的作文是告诉孩子们用自己的笔写出自己的心情,那我们不仅能让孩子爱上写作,同样也会看到出乎我们意料的动人心弦的好文章。

想起在行知小学杨校长带回的新加坡孩子在行知基地活动的作文,非常朴实,有些甚至是流水帐,可是你从中读到的是一个个鲜活的生活片断,那些只有孩子才说出来的话打动着你的心房,可是如果让我们的老师来打分的话,那一定分数不高,如果再评讲一下,那恐怕孩子的作文是一无是处了。不过新加坡的老师什么也没做,他们只是把孩子们的作文装订成册,放在那里,让孩子们自己去读,并送给自己的好朋友,他们呵护的是孩子们的一份真心,一份兴趣。无论孩子写得怎样,那都是他们真实的想法。那都是我们应该保护的,因为我们保护的是一个个稚嫩的心。这就是所说的“原生态”作文了,让学生说自己想说的话,写自己想写的事,那些作文少了精巧的结构,优美的词语,深刻的思想,但却多了很多清新自然,触动你灵魂的东西。而这正是我们老师要去呵护、培养的东西。

三、让学生多读书,多积累,厚积而薄发。

阅读有助于学生积累语言,课外阅读可以开拓学生的视野,增长他们的见识。在阅读时要培养学生的动笔的习惯。可以让他们摘抄一下好词好句好段,同时呢让学生写一下心得体会,读后感啊。比如在本班专门设立有图书角,每天中午学生都自觉的拿图书来看,自然而然学生们就养成了喜欢阅读的习惯。另外,我们也搞了图书漂流的活动,学生们可以把自己喜爱的图书拿到学校里来,与其他同学分享。

另外,对学生的读书习惯我们做了一个专门的调查。在对本班五十名学生的阅读兴趣调查中,发现:

喜欢童话故事书:20人

科普知识:18人

幽默故事:12人

历史故事书:18人

神话故事:25人

美术音乐:10人

学生对故事类的书籍兴趣最大。

四、多一点呵护,少一些打击。

有的学生对作文一直头疼,甚至感叹:作文难,难于上青天。而有的老师对学生的要求也严格。我们应该多鼓励学生写一下他们喜欢的东西,哪怕写错了,作文中出现了这样那样的错误都不要紧。从学生出发,多一点呵护,少一点打击。

随着考试制度的改革,近些年,作文在语文试卷中的比重越来越大,150分的试卷,作文占60分,作文成绩的高低直接影响语文成绩。而现在的初中学生,因为中考压力,对语文学科不重视,平日也很少有读书的习惯,积累少,阅读素养差,思想水平低,表达能力弱,在写作上反映出思路不开阔,重点不突出,层次不清晰,主题不鲜明,描写不具体,讲故事不生动,不会构思立意等问题,所以作文成绩总是在30-40分之间,无形中使语文总分降了20-30分,这怎能有竞争力?所以在语文教学中训练学生的写作能力就显得尤为重要了。

在初一时,因为学生负担不重,所以在作文教学上我主要以日记形式训练学生的写作能力,以每日见闻、学习心得、读书感悟、仿写片断、生活随笔等内容要求学生每日写,要求做到观点鲜明,表达流畅,内容充实,情感真切,有一定的写作速度。经过一年的训练,学生颇有收获,不怕写了,半小时能写400-500字,语言也较流畅。

到了初二,功课多了,学习繁忙了,我将日记改为随笔,一星期写二至三篇,内容随课文和生活而定,学生生活阅历少,感悟少,加之作业多,写作态度不端正了,随笔字数少了,内容空洞了,书写也越来越凌乱了,加之我工作繁忙,批阅的次数和评语少了,学生的写作停滞不前。

进入初三,随着中考的临近,训练学生的写作能力也越来越迫切,在课时紧的情况下,我每星期安排一节作文课,前一天或当堂命题,布置08年中考作文题,并进行构思立意选材的讲解指导,有时还念范文让学生模仿,通过十多次的训练,有效的指导让学生觉得话题作文有话说了,材料作文会立意了,命题作文也能出新了。但毕竟生活阅历少,认识水平有限,积累少,要写出立意深刻有见地有个性的文章不容易。学生写作的质量和积极性仍不够高。

所以我想,要想提高,首先要抓学生阅读,多读书,多感悟,多模仿,才能如源头活水,给作文教学以生机和活力。可给学生定期推荐好文章,引导学生欣赏评价,既给学生提供写作素材,又提高学生的欣赏水平。第二,紧扣生活,多给学生启发引导,交流教育,提高学生的思想认识水平,来加强作文的思想性和个性表达,来提高作文的深度和新意。第三,有意识地训练学生讲故事的能力,要求讲解加入具体细节,做到细致生动,能引人入胜;适时在班上开展一些讲故事比赛,激发学生积极性。第四,平日注重对学生进行就材料提炼观点、概括故事内容的训练,提高学生的提炼概括能力。第五,增加作文批阅的次数和激励性的批语,激发学生写作的积极性。第六,增加作文面批指导的次数,有针对性地指导写作,提高学生写作能力。第七,增加训练次数让学生多写多练,以提高写作速度。

总之,只要在主观上重视学生的作文教学,多思考,多学习,多实践,学生的写作能力定会有提高的!

教学本课,我的初衷是把它 设计定位为一节关于对联知识的普及课,目的在于让学生在轻松愉快的氛围中感知传统文化的魅力,学习鉴赏对联,学习基本的对句,提高驾驭语言文字的能力和创新能力。

我的优点是思路清晰,循序渐进,重点突出。贯彻新课程理念,构建开放、有序、富有活力的语文课堂,引导学生自主——合作——探究学习,课堂以教师为主导,体现学生主体地位,“让学生在做中学”。让学生人人参与,人人享受学习。

亮点为:

1 、教学引入部分,设置情境,联系生活,且富有语文气息。从学生关注的社会大事——高考改革说起,先引起注意,激发学习兴趣;再明确学习任务,让学生有方向性。选取焦点话题引入,内容新颖,学生处于轻松、好奇的状态,在此情况下自然导入本节课学习内容——对联。兴趣是最好的老师,抓住学生兴趣,可引导学生快速进入学习状态。相信良好的开端是成功的一半。

2 、拟写对联部分的设计充分考虑学情,先示例,再做基础练习和能力提升练习。纸上得来终觉浅,绝知此事要躬行。通过对联“读——补——改——写”这样一个循序渐进的过程让学生一步步感知对联的特征,为进一步的学习奠定基础。学生动手动脑,学以致用,把死的知识转化为灵活运用的能力,这是教学成功的关键。设题难度较小且循序渐进,好比低处的果实,学生“跳一跳”,就能够到,从而品尝到成功的喜悦。关注全体学生,调动学习热情,人人参与,享受课堂。 驾驭语言文字的能力非一朝一夕练成,对对联,先入门是关键。在能力提升环节链接高考,以引起学生重视。

我的不足是课堂评价较为单一;对名联趣联内含的传统文化涉及不够,欣赏部分可稍加大比重,拟写部分稍稍压缩,或可尝试,这将又是一个新的挑战。

这次的习作要求是在听说读写中培养学生的写作能力,写一篇习作。在对学生进行写作指导的时候,我强调一定要抓住写景作文的主要特征来写,为了使文章能够生动形象给读者留下深刻的印象可以多用一些比喻拟人的修辞,多想像。

由于我是第一次上作文课,在备课时,我准备一节课就把课讲完,听说读写的练习都有,但是一上课我就觉得时间不够用,还是自己的教学经验不足,驾驭课堂的能力有限,以至于到最后作文的写这一部分没有落实到位。

一上课,我出示了几张很美的图片让他们用一句话练习,孩子们一脸的茫然与无奈,后面通过我的不断引导孩子们才想说,才有的话可说,现在在想我要是说在图片上你看到了什么景色,孩子们可能更有话可说。

在选择阅读篇目时,我想贴近学生的生活,所以选择了一篇写校园生活的文章,但是这里写景的地方太少了,和我的知识有点脱节,所以孩子们的兴趣也不高。

最后,我出示了孔雀河一年四季的图片让孩子们说,他们说了,可以由于时间关系,说的不是很到位,我指导的也不是很到位,听课的老师可能觉得那个图片的作用不是很大,没有把图片上的景物说完整。课下我也反思了,其实让学生说完图片上的景物,还有图片以外的东西可以让学生想象着去说,让学生把自己生活中看到的景物都说不出来。

在今后指导学生写景时,一定要再细一些,真正让学生学会习作的方法。在讲解作文时多从他们的身上找一些闪光点,让学生把自己想说的话都说出来,再让他们用上一些修辞书法把句子说的形象、生动,并且发挥出他们的想象能力,把我们身边的景色写的比现实中更美。让他们把写作文当成一种期待,让快乐的情感体验伴随他们的写作。

Dear Sir,

I am writing to apply for a British Council scholarship to study in Britain. I did my five years basic training in medicine at Shanghai University. After this I successfully completed a one-year postgraduate course in Ophthalmology at the Peoples General Hospital, where I am at present serving a two-year probation in the Eye Clinic.

As a result of the publication in 2003 of my article in New Scientist entitled "Soft and Rigid Contact Lenses ", which was based on a survey of 37 patients over 6 months, I made contact with Dr. Li Ming of the Capital Hospital and Dr. Ma Li of the University College Hospital. I have received their help and advice with my current research project, which is a two-year survey of the acceptance of various types of contact lenses in 200 patients.

Despite their help, I feel that I cannot make real progress in this field unless I can actually have day-to-day contact with these specialists. I would therefore like to continue my research at either the Capital Hospital or the UCH as soon as my probationary period here is completed, and I would like to study in Britain for two years.

I enclose a detailed curriculum vitae and an offprint of my article, together with two letters of recommendation from Dr. Li Ming and Dr. Ma Li.

The most important activity of this festival is the Dragon Boat races. It

rice). Zongzi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and

With the changes of the times, the memorial turns to be a time for

protection from evil and disease for the rest of year. People will hang healthy

herbs on the front door to clear the bad luck of the house. Although the

significance of the festival might be different with the past, it still gives

the observer an opportunity to glimpse a part of the rich Chinese cultural

heritage.
