文章不厌百回改。对于处在习作的起步阶段的学生来说，说得好不一定写得就好，写下来就意味着把口头变为书面，就会出现诸如错别字、标点、语句通顺等问题。《课程标准》（2011年版）上对于中年段学生的习作要求是这样描述的：“学习修改习作中有明显错误的词句。根据表达的需要，正确使用冒号、引号等标点符号。”

首先自我修改。学生在完成本身的作品后，只有反复的修改，才能使文章加倍完美。但对于刚刚起步的三年级学生来说，要求不宜过高，可以由易到难逐步地要求。在教学中，可以对自改提出这样的要求：

1、格式是否正确；

2、字体是否美观正确，簿本是否整洁美观；

3、是否有错别字；

4、标点符号是否使用正确。

然后是生生之间的互批。学生对自身习作中的不足与错误必然不能完全修改，而且对于本身的一些优点也不自知。这就需要有人帮他指出来，好的加以发扬，不足的加以改正。但是要求同样不宜过高，学生处在习作的起步阶段，对于修改自身习作已属不易，修改别人的习作到了第三学段才作要求——“修改自己的习作，并主动与他人交换修改，做到语句通顺，行款正确，书写规范、整洁。根据表达需要，正确使用常用的标点符号。 ”

不能忽视的是教师批改。这一学段学生能力有限，自我修改或生生修改必然不能发现作文中存在的问题，有些问题甚至可能是共性的。这就需要教师再批，不但要批作文本身，还要批一批作文的批改。应以鼓励为主，给学生在写作文之初、批作文之初一些信心、动力。教师批完之后还可选出具有代表性的好文章或者有问题的文章，师生再一次共同欣赏或修改，这样不但能激发学生写、批作文的积极性，而且还能提高他们浏览鉴赏文章的水平。

这样的自我批改、生生批改、教师批改，再到师生批改，是一步步对学生的习作进行不断打磨，也是对学生思想的一次次打磨。学生通过参与习作的修改，既训练了他们修改习作的能力，完成在他们能力范围内比较完美的作文，又是一次自信心的提升，对作文兴趣、动力的提升。

高中生“一怕文言文，二怕周树人，三怕写作文”，而我们作为高中语文教师不也一样在这三个方面存有太多的困惑吗？穷则思变。《易?系辞下》：“穷则变，变则通，通则久。”我们作为语文教师要想有所突破，这三座大山是绕不过的。它们就在那里，就在我们的面前。想让我们的学生爬过山，我们自己首先要翻山越岭。

关于作文，我们让我们的学生做了什么。

我们有阅读摘抄本，里面有学生平时的阅读摘除，来源有《名家散文》《读者》《青年文摘》《意林》《高考满分作文选》等，其他还有他们自己的书籍，老师们给引发的阅读材料，试卷中讲评过的文章等。作文怎么写，老师说多读，多做摘抄，写好感悟。

作文写作训练。

两节作文课，我们布置好题目，学生开始写。上交后，我们开始漫长的批改。而后是讲评。选出几篇优秀的作文当堂朗读。主要是鼓励，表扬，为大家作文树立一个学习的榜样。指出其中可取可学之处，主要有审题、立意、语言、结构、修辞、表达、材料等。老师很是苦于批改作文，集中批改难免粗糙，易于疲倦。学生互相批阅，一看老师引导，而看学生程度。好则相互促进，激发兴趣；坏则流于形式，一片喧哗。因为作文出成绩慢，不能立竿见影，因为成绩评比，作文课又靠后站了。两节作文课，有的放羊上阅读，有的做题考试，有的继续讲课赶进度。

除了作文课，就是我们考试试卷中作文的写作以及讲评课中作文讲解。一篇作文，一个分数。老师做好统计，看看学生作文分数如何，有问题的单独找学生谈作文。作文出现的失误：有的审题偏了，跑了题，有的作文“四不像”，有的结构层次不清晰，有的表达不畅有语病，有的罗列材料不知所云，有的开篇老长还未入题，有的引文错误闹笑话，有的错别字连篇，有的标点单一，有的字数不够。总之，作文水平亟待提高。

审题立意怎么办。老师一遍遍讲作文之前先审题。可是，考后还是跑了题。如何审题，领会命题人的写作意图，确定自己的写作突破口，这就要“立纲起草”。关于立纲起草，我已经写了一篇作业，大的方面就是生活、阅读、自然，小的方面就是根据作文题写提纲，打草稿，胸有成竹。比如作文题目、中心主题（关键词）、切入点、结构层次、材料筛选、文体特征、语言风格等。

老师讲得头头是道，有板有眼，学生依旧如故，困惑不已。最后，困惑的还是我们老师自己。功利之心，人皆有之吧。面对作文教学，几多忙碌困苦，几多忧愁烦恼。“穷则变，变则通，通则久”，久了，还要穷。穷则思变。

读了我第一位高中语文老师陈洪昌老师的《写作教学：系统规划创新机制激发热情》，很受启发，此文对写作教学从宏观和微观两方面做了系统阐释，在作文机制上进行创新，在激发学生写作兴趣上努力践行，操作性很强。

我们语文教师在作文教学上，除了备课、批改、讲评外，我们都做了些什么。

为了快速有效地提高语文成绩，有的老师让学生坚持背诵优秀语段，大多出自高考满分作文，短时间内效果明显，成绩显著，但是也存在死记硬背，生硬抄搬，侥幸得高分者；有的老师坚持让学生做摘抄，及时督责，为学生做长远计，但是也存在学生简单抄录，疲于应付，学生直接抄学生的，根本不读书；有的老师进行一句话作文，多是围绕一个主题、一个话题、一个名言展开，课下准备，课前三五分钟展示，同时也是为了督责，一段时间还可以，时间一长，学生就没了兴趣；有的老师带领学生去体验生活，但是安全第一，没谁敢冒风险；有的老师写下水作文，很是令人敬佩，偶尔为之，可以激发学生兴趣，不是真正热爱，坚持下来太难了。

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

刚刚完成第三单元的口语交际和作文教学，感觉效果不尽人意，没有达到预期的效果。本次说写内容是自我介绍。介绍自己的特点，说真实的自己。教材的安排遵循了从说到写的原则。在整个教学活动过程中，我安排了这样几个教学环节。

一、创设情景，引出话题：

师：同学们，如果现在我们班来了一个新同学，或者你家附近搬来了一个新邻居，或者家里来了一个新客人，彼此想交朋友，认识对方，那就要进行自我介绍。你最想了解对方的是什么？为什么？你最想把自己的什么介绍给他？为什么？

学生纷纷诉说想法。最后教师小结：

自我介绍时可以介绍自己的姓名，家庭地址，以及自己外貌的最明显特点，好让对方在最短的时间内认识你，记住你，找到你。

其次是个人爱好特长优点，这样的话，彼此了解，可以有共同的爱好话题，或者相互取长补短，共同提高。

再是介绍个人的性格脾气，这样可以减少误会，彼此理解对方。最后也可以说说缺点，希望得到对方的帮助等。

这时，老师转移话题：如果把自己介绍给对方一定要面面俱到吗？

同学们纷纷表示反对，但是分析原因大都是笼统地说这样太啰嗦了，这样别人会烦的诸如此类的话语，没有考虑到这样面面俱到的介绍别人反而记不住你。最后还是老师自己告诉大家：你想要交什么类的朋友你就把你这方面的内容做具体介绍。为了让这个特点明显可以举大量的事实说明。

二、尝试介绍，生成话题

教师让学生在座位上自己准备一个特点讲讲，并且把自己介绍给同桌或者前后桌同学，让别人给你提提意见，补充事实材料。接下去的场面可算是热闹，大伙儿交头接耳，议论纷纷。我走到一位同学面前开始了交流。他给我介绍的是他的爱好。我们倆交流地挺不错，从开始时他的迷惑和不好意思交流到最后的满足的微笑，我知道他明白了。起身抬头的一刹那，竟发现好多同学在嬉笑，玩闹。多年的教学经验告诉我，他们刚才一定是扯开了话题在闲聊嬉闹。没有懊恼，没有指责，接着就是正常的师生交流，生生互动的自我介绍

三、聚焦个体，共说话题

教师回到讲台问：谁愿意第一个上来向大家介绍自己。下面是冷场。后面有一个男生站起来做介绍。他说：我介绍的是我的一个缺点：我爱管闲事。我看这个话题不错，就趁机启发：你说爱管闲事是缺点，说不定是你的优点，正是你热心的反映呢！你能把你怎样爱管闲事用具体事例告诉大家好吗？本以为为他打开了思路，没想到他却因为我的参与反而不敢往下说。花了好大的功夫才结结巴巴地，语无伦次地，辞不达意地讲了两句。下面听的同学指指点点，甚至哄堂大笑。他当然是面红耳赤，不敢再吱声。我让其他学生纠正，由于没有认真思考，把自己置之话题之外，当然也说不出所以然。接下去让别的同学来自我介绍，大家都有点紧张与担忧。不知不觉中，时间已过去了大半。教师又怕时间不够又开始了唠唠叨叨个没完：什么在介绍中定要有具体事情啦，意思一定要介绍清楚啦等等等等。可以让课堂闪光的地方却匆匆过场，让宝贵的课堂时间白白流失。遗憾！

这个环节自己感觉是最失败的，是我把课堂占用，没有把其他学生放在首要位置，是我自作多情，自作聪明，包办太多，结果适得其反。口语交际的最大特点应该在交际，让学生在交际中学会表达，在交际中学会交往。在这个过程中生生互动，师生互动才是最主要的。可能是在设计上导语上欠吸引学生，没有调动说话交际的积极性，好多学生没有参与其间，变成了只有教师与站起来介绍的同学之间的事情。这样单一的交流当然到不了学生内心需求。另外，在构建和谐课堂，文明课堂中，老师总会忘却生生之间的尊重与生生之间的评价。现在想想，如果这个环节中，我把皮球替给学生也许会起到比较好的效果。比如：听了他的这一句话——我有一个缺点是爱管闲事，你有什么想说或者想问的吗？当他支支吾吾说不下去的时候，老师帮他一把，或者让同学帮他一把可能比让他当场纠正效果会更理想些。这样，也许他不会尴尬，大伙儿会在更和谐的气氛，以更积极的状态参与其中，效果一定会更好。

When I was in grade four in primary school, my father taught me how to use

computer. After that, I was very interested in playing computer. I watched

movies, played computer games, searched the Internet and listened to the music

on computer. Because my father must work in his computer, so he bought another

for me. I was very happy that I had my own computer. It was put in the study. I

am always very careful to use my computer, because I am worried I would break. I

often chat with my net friends. Because of my computer, I make many friends who

have many in common. Of course, I use my computer in study. There are resources

on the Internet. I can learn more after class. It does great help to me.

Dear Mr. Wang,

Thank you for a rapid response to our invitation. Enclosed you will find an outline of events to take place during International Week here at the University of Montana. I will also list a number of possible speaking engagements so that you can choose those things in which you are most interested. As far as topics are concerned, the topics for classroom visits are generally determined by the professor, but most professors are very flexible. We have approximately thirty-five faculty members that teach courses in Asian Studies, ranging from language and culture to history and economics.

Here is a tentative schedule:

Sunday, April 8th

10 am - Cultural Exhibition opens

12 am - International Festival begins with a speech by the university president and an introduction of visiting dignitaries

1-5 pm - Opportunity to visit festival, interact with student performers, taste foods

6 pm - Dinner with Director of Mansfield Center Phil West, Ambassador Mark Johnson, and staff of Mansfield Center

The time of middle school is short and precious, but for some students,

they sit in the class and dont show any passion to learn knowledge. They like

to do something that is against what teachers tell them to do. Such as when the

teacher is presenting knowledge, they choose to read novel, or when it is the

time for them to do some exercise, they sleep. They dont care about study. It

is so negative for them to treat study. We are young and should be full of

energy. It is the best time for us to gain knowledge. What we learn today will

help us to realize our dreams, so lets fight for our goals.
