对于小学教学来说,作文成了语文教师的一大难题，习作成了学生望而生畏的科目。为了写好作文，师生都必须付出许多努力，但常常收效不大。前几天听了周龙英老师和修建老师指导的两节作文课，感受颇深。我认为，小学作文教学应注重以下几点：

一、练写观察日记，积累素材

学会观察事物，提高写作能力，从何入门呢？练写“观察日记”就是一种行之有效的方法，也是作文教学重要组成部分和不可缺少的一个重要环节。在丰富多彩的现实生活中，我们每天都能观察到许许多多的东西，如自然景物的状态，气候的千变万化，人物的音容笑貌，社会的各种现象等，而光观察不记录，那么有多少新鲜印象，有趣的事物、生动感人的场面难免会忘记，即便日后能回忆，也是朦胧的。所以，在教导学生养成观察习惯的同时，还要养成练写观察日记的好习惯。正如鲁迅先生所说：“必须如蜜蜂一样，采过许多花，这样才能酿出蜜来。”要提高学生的写作能力，就要提倡“观察教学，”特别是语文教师，在平时，要有意识引导学生去观察.在课堂上要经常指导学生练笔,使每个学生都能练出一双锐利的眼睛，学会观察事物，提高观察能力，养成观察事物的良好习惯。从而使生活周围的人和物烂熟于心，出口成章。

二、多表达、勤交流。

在习作指导时不但要重视师生之间的交流，更要重视学生之间的交流，并在作文要求允许的最大范围内给学生表达的自主权，以培养他们作文的创新精神和求异思维能力。

三、 多做游戏，在玩中写，培养写作兴趣。

爱玩是孩子们的天性，用游戏的方法教孩子们写作十分有效，可以激发他们的想象力，提高兴趣，调动积极性和主动性，启发他们的创造性思维。将游戏融入到作文训练中，教学生玩中写作，写中再现玩趣，使作文成为最轻松平常的事。这样，学生有话可写，有情可抒，有感可发，再也不觉得作文是一件痛苦的事。

四、多修改、重指导。

重视对修改习作的指导，让孩子利用自改、互改等形式养成修改习作的良好习惯。

五、多鼓励、重评价。

老师在作文批语中表现出的态度、情感、准确性直接影响学生的写作情绪和兴趣因此，老师对学生的作文要用赞赏的眼光去批改，并通过作文批语使学生得到知识上的满足，学习上的动力，心理上的平衡。

总之，作为语文老师，只要平时勤于培养学生积累、搜集写作材料的良好习惯，并在作文的指导和讲评上下一番功夫，就能让学生有话想说，有话敢说，有话会说。只要语文老师脚踏实地，抓住新课程改革这个良好契机，不断实践、探索、反思，根据新课程作文教学的理念和目标，改进作文教学的方法和策略，努力突破作文教学这个“难区”，总有一天能够帮助学生攻克作文这个堡垒，让学生不再惧怕作文，爱上作文，并写出好的作文。

I was a shy girl and I never dared to make performance in the public, but

everything will have the exception. Last week, our English teacher gave us a

job. All students needed to make performance in group. I was chosen to be the

protagonist in my team. At first, I told them that I couldn’t make it, but they

believed that I was the suitable person. So I practised hard and tried to get

over my fear. It was my stage. I stood in front of my classmates. With my

teammates, I finished my job. I felt so cool and dared to face so many

people.

We are students now，so we all have learning habits ourselves，whether or not they are good，let‘s share with everyone. I have some learning habits too.In the evening，i sometimes read alond .textbook，then memorize them.When i take class ，i listen to teacher carefully，and i learn some knowledges from teacher ，then ，i will take notes，i always keep to doing that every class.In the afternoon，i try my best to finish my homewotk，because i want to have long time to review what we have learned in the evening，but i do my homework so hard，when i meet the problems ，i will ask my father to solve them，so every evening，i will learn useful enough knowledge，i always feel very happy when i understand them.But i think it’s important for us to be interested in studying，i think we have to make friends with study，then we could help other classmates to study，because we can exercise ourselves by helping them. A Happy Day

Today is Saturday， my family and I go to have a picnicin the park， I feel so excited， because our family does not have the activityfor a long time. At first， I go to see the park and play for a while， then Icome back to my parents， and join them. I play games with my parents， theylaugh happily. Today is a happy day for me.

Today, I had an interesting Christmas. In todays morning song, the teacher told us about the story of Christmas and the legend of Santa Claus, and so on.

不足之一：作文教学缺乏目的性

在平时的作文训练中，大多带有明显的随意性。先从作文题目的拟定说起，大多情况下，作文题目的拟定比较随意和盲目——要写作文了，才去找题目。而题目又往往从网上搜索或从往年做过的题目找，找到什么就写什么。这样的作文命题方式就造成了作文教学的盲目性。学校规定每两周要做一次作文，所以往往每周连堂的语文课就用来写作文，这样，只满足于作文的次数，根本不去管学生的作文水平提高多少或是会造成什么样的后果等等。一句话，作文教学没有方向性，没有设定明确又科学的目标。

不足之二：作文教学缺乏系统性

与作文教学的随意性相伴而生的，是作文教学缺乏有序性和系统性。大多教师没有作文教学计划，作文教学无序化无系统性。这样，上作文课也没有具体的教案，只是布置一篇作文让学生去写，然后批改然后讲评，至于效果如何则另当别论。试想一想，作文教学没有明确的目的和明确的难点、重点，不是循序渐进，而是随心所欲，这样进行作文教学只能使学生成为完成作文任务的机器，很难明白自己作文的长处与缺点，很难有针对性地进行作文能力训练使自己的写作能力有所提高从而激起自己写作的动力。
