寒假里，妈妈让我教弟弟学英语。这可真是一件苦差事呀!因为弟弟英语不太好,他平常又不用功。

那天中午，我开始教弟弟学英语了。我说：“Glad to see you。”弟弟却说：“Glag to she you。”我听了很生气，说:“不是‘Glag’,‘Glad’，另外不是‘she’，是‘see’。”弟弟虽然把“Glad”改过来了，可是“see”仍是改不过来。我说“see”，他呢，偏偏说“she”，好像成心气我似的。我让他看着我的嘴，看看我是怎么发音。他看了一会儿，改了过来。可是过了一会儿，又读成“she”了。我说：“不是读‘she’，而是‘see’,把舌尖稍微翘一点，舌头的两边放到牙齿的两侧，牙齿的中间留一点空隙，开始发音，就发出‘see’了。”

弟听了，似乎明白了，好不容易发出了“see”。过了一会儿，我又指出“see”让弟弟读，弟弟读出了“see”，我高兴的说：“弟弟终于改过来了，这可真是太好了！”

又叫了一会儿，弟弟不耐烦了，吵着说不学了。我灵机一动：要不学着英语老师那样，一边讲，一边做游戏。于是，我就把我的想法说给弟弟听，弟弟拍手赞成。顿时，他想变了一个人，一下子有了精神。经过半个小时的努力，弟弟不仅把课文读会了，而且还背会了呢！

通过这件事，我明白了：当老师是多么不容易，我们应该懂得老师的良苦用心，老师说什么，我们做什么，做一个听话的好孩子。

我国著名心理学家林崇德提出“优秀教师=教学过程反思”的成长模式。叶澜教授说：一个教师写一辈子教案难以成为名师，但如果写三年反思则有可能成为名师。而且，专家们都说写教学反思，贵在及时、贵在坚持。诗歌单元的教学感觉收获比较大，这里反思一下，做个记录。

一、对课堂教学的处理及反思

在课堂教学时，我采取学生有预习和没预习进行不同的教学设计的方法，效果不错。

具体做法是：

教学《沁园春长沙》，三个班级三个上法。

没预习的。先背诵《沁园春?雪》，把握沁园春这一词牌的词的格律节奏。具体做法是先划分《长沙》的节奏，然后集体朗读，找出朗读不规范的地方，再请一个学生朗读。因这个学生朗读没有读出《长沙》的气势，于是，转入分析该词的意境。为了更好地理解意境，我背了一首马致远的《天净沙 秋思》，学生也很喜欢这首词，都会背诵。师生一起背诵完这首词，然后一起分析比较这两首词的意境。分别抓住这两首词里“鹰”和“乌鸦”，“湘江”和“小桥流水”两组意象进行分析，一个豪迈开阔，一个幽静凄凉;一个抒写报国之志，一个抒发思乡之情。明确了意境之后，再进行朗读。这是以朗读来带动意境的分析，以意境的分析来指导朗读。

第二种处理，有布置预习。先背诵全词，然后纠正个别句子节奏。要求学生拿出纸笔，选自己喜欢的句子或者个别字词或者上片或者下片，进行鉴赏，把鉴赏内容写出来。不懂鉴赏的，把你的问题提出来。鉴赏过程中遇到问题的，也把问题写出来。这么做，主要是了解学生预习的程度，到底通过自己的预习，已经掌握了多少内容，还存在多少问题，同时，笔头的交流，可以促进学生思考，避免思维偷懒。十分钟之后，把这些纸条收上来，表扬鉴赏很好的同学，并把他们的鉴赏读出来，老师再做点评补充。重要的知识点落实好之后，再看学生的问题。学生的问题，先交给学生，讨论不出结果之后，再由老师讲解。学生的问题相对集中于这首词的写作背景。由此再引出知人论世的鉴赏方法。

第三种处理，把毛泽东诗词背诵放在前面，通过了解毛泽东多首诗词之后，再具体探究《长沙》。课前直接先提出问题，老师按照学生的问题来组织教学，然后再把重点的知识点落实清楚，最后再归纳诗歌鉴赏的方法，并引导学生鉴赏其他诗词。

教学反思：

一二两种的处理感觉都比较好，师生互动比较和谐。第三种处理课时用得少，但互动效果不好，上课下来比较累。看来，在多样化的学习方式中，新课程突显自主、合作、探究的学习方式是有其道理的。

二、对将比赛引入语文课堂教学的反思

第一单元的教学，有两次尝试。一次是组织毛泽东诗词背诵比赛。一次是小组讲解诗歌比赛。

毛泽东诗词背诵比赛。课前布置，要求组长负责组织好准备工作。比赛内容分两项，一是诗词背诵，二是名句背诵。9班张心瑜同学一口气背三首，10班的李舒恬同学一口气背六首，13班的邱婧熹同学一口气背7首。这些同学的表现让其他同学十分钦佩，掌声热烈异常。她们的积极表现也带动了其他同学，其中，10班的李舒恬同学那一组几乎每位同学都至少发言一次，一个小组表现出昂扬的斗志。这种竞争的方式，直接带动了学生学习的主动性，同时也为准备充分的同学提供了展示的舞台。

教学反思：

小组讲解诗歌比赛，三个班级只有一个班级做得比较好，大部分小组准备不够充分，与预期目标差距很大，最后还是要由老师来讲解。但准备充分的小组，学生讲解的效果会比老师讲解更好。如果课前老师能够过问一下小组长的组织情况，或者多进行督促指导，可能效果会更好一些。

三、对于开展语文第二课堂的反思

根据第一单元诗歌学习的特点，提出让学生制作自己的诗集活动作为语文第二课堂的主要内容。

诗集要求自己设计封面;然后在封二贴上自己的照片，照片可以是卡通画，自画像，或者生活照、大头贴等;在照片下要写上作者介绍，介绍文字可长可短，风格不限，可以庄重严肃，可以诙谐幽默，可以亦庄亦谐;然后为目录，目录要求有四个栏目，即“我所喜欢的诗歌”“我所创作的诗歌”“我所翻译的诗歌(要求附原诗)”“我所仿写的诗歌(要求附原诗)”，各个栏目底下不规定几首;诗歌长短不限制，空白之处可以画插图。诗歌单元开始之时布置，结束之时上交。

从交上来的作业看，可以归纳出几点成功的地方：

1、写诗歌特别认真，因为这是他们的第一本诗集，即使诗歌不是写得很好，但已经迈出了独立创作诗歌的第一步。9班李苗同学自创作诗歌11首，是三个班级里创作诗歌最多的学生。

2、学生自己编辑诗集，自己写序。13班邱婧熹同学写了一千多字的序言，写的非常好。

3、排版设计的过程中，注意到了排版技巧。

4、封面的设计也让学生尝试到了设计的喜悦。

5、装帧创意。一些学生很有创意。不用订书机，而是穿孔，然后用细纸条穿联，十分精致。例如9班江澍怡的集子。还有，9班曹璐同学的诗集也十分精美，采用云朵状的外形，并配以彩色插图和花边镶嵌，用中国结装订。

6、一些爱画画的学生，还在他的诗集上画上了美丽的插图，不会画画的，他们就采用贴图，也很有创意。

教学反思：

这个活动充分调动了学生学习诗歌，创作诗歌的积极性，同时还培养了学生的创新精神和动手能力。学生对这个创意活动很感兴趣。

总之，中外好诗不可胜数，教材里的诗歌只是举例性质的，无法反映中外诗歌的全貌，教师除了在教学中要善于延伸拓展，指导学生举一反三之外，阅读更多的中外名诗，提高诗歌鉴赏力。但是课时不够，我们不能做过多的拓展。课前安排学生推荐鉴赏两首诗歌，将有利于诗歌学习的拓展。从这些活动中，我们发现学生充满着无限的创造力，关键看老师的引导了。

1 、教学引入部分，设置情境，联系生活，且富有语文气息。从学生关注的社会大事——高考改革说起，先引起注意，激发学习兴趣；再明确学习任务，让学生有方向性。选取焦点话题引入，内容新颖，学生处于轻松、好奇的状态，在此情况下自然导入本节课学习内容——对联。兴趣是最好的老师，抓住学生兴趣，可引导学生快速进入学习状态。相信良好的开端是成功的一半。

2 、拟写对联部分的设计充分考虑学情，先示例，再做基础练习和能力提升练习。纸上得来终觉浅，绝知此事要躬行。通过对联“读——补——改——写”这样一个循序渐进的过程让学生一步步感知对联的特征，为进一步的学习奠定基础。学生动手动脑，学以致用，把死的知识转化为灵活运用的能力，这是教学成功的关键。设题难度较小且循序渐进，好比低处的果实，学生“跳一跳”，就能够到，从而品尝到成功的喜悦。关注全体学生，调动学习热情，人人参与，享受课堂。 驾驭语言文字的能力非一朝一夕练成，对对联，先入门是关键。在能力提升环节链接高考，以引起学生重视。

我的不足是课堂评价较为单一；对名联趣联内含的传统文化涉及不够，欣赏部分可稍加大比重，拟写部分稍稍压缩，或可尝试，这将又是一个新的挑战。

Lantern Festival The 15th day of the 1st lunar month is the Chinese Lantern

Festival because the first lunar month is called yuan-month and in the ancient

times people called night Xiao. The 15th day is the first night to see a full

打开学生的习作簿、作文试卷，我们不难发现，学生写的是生活中真实的东西，但表达上出现了很多问题。

1、语句表达不流畅。学生习作中的语病首先表现为语句不通顺，意思不明确。如前后搭配不当、成分残缺重复、句式杂糅等。在学生的习作中有这样一段话：“洋槐树的枝像小树苗一样翠绿，河边一些花草，就像在小草原上一样，既美丽又漂亮。”文中“枝像小树苗”用同一种事物作比本身不合规范，加上“枝”的特点为“翠绿”就更不符事实。下一句“花草”“就像在小草原上”意思表达明显不通畅，“美丽漂亮”同义词连用重复累赘。其次是句与句之间承接不自然，意思不连贯。例如“过山车慢慢地出发了，耳边只听见呼呼的风声和尖叫声。”这两分句之间至少得加上“爬到最高点时突然飞速而下，这时”，这样才显得承接自然，意思连贯。

2、描写事物无顺序。一位学生在介绍自己的家乡时，写出了这样一段话：“走进果园就会看到很多水果，走出果园就是我家的厨房。那里还有广播电视塔，也是一个很好玩的地方。只要你过那条小河，就有很多好玩的东西了。”这里写到了自己的家、果园、电视塔、小河，可这几样景物分别在哪个方位，它们之间的位置是怎样的一种关系，叫人看了很不清楚，主要问题是这位学生没按一定的顺序来写。

3 重点内容不具体。学校庆“六一”开展了活动，按理说，学生对于亲身经历的事应该能写得头头是道。有位学生是这样写的：“我玩的第一个活动是‘贴鼻子’，工作人员用毛巾把我的眼睛蒙住。我把鼻子贴到右边脸上去了。我第一样活动没有得到奖品。我玩第二个项目‘掌上明珠’，我走了四圈，老师给了我一把尺子。”这是典型的“记账式”作文，对于每一项活动的具体过

程缺乏描写，活动的趣味得不到显现。

古诗文是一种审美文化，一种艺术文化，是浸透着礼乐精神的文化。中国古典诗词内涵深刻，意存高远，包含许多哲理，学一点古典诗文，有利于陶冶情操，加强修养，丰富思想。孩子们从小就接受古诗文的熏陶，可以引领他们走进宏大、开阔、高尚的精神世界，帮助他们有力地抵抗丑恶，改造贫乏和平庸，远离虚无和轻浮，同时获得对古典美、传统美的认识与理解。小学阶段的古诗文教学，我们应该注意些什么呢？

一、不要拘泥于教材中的诗歌，要进行组诗教学，培养诗趣

课改提出的新理念，“不能教教材，而要教材教”，即要创造性地理解、使用教材，积极开展课程资源，灵活运用多种教学策略。我们更不能就诗教诗，要和学生一道开发和生成开放、富有活力的语文课程。尤其是高年级的学生，当有了一定数量积累后，完全可以跳出教材，进行组诗的教学。四古诗《江雪》的学习中，巧妙地整合了一个“垂钓系列”——《江雪》《秋江独钓图》《小儿垂钓》《渔歌子》，重点学习《江雪》，对比略读《秋江独钓图》，推荐阅读《小儿垂钓》《渔歌子》，这样的整合对比学习，既有利于在对比中深化理解，又对中国文人历来的“垂钓”文化进行了一次探索，同时，增加了学生的古诗词阅读量。还可以用复习的形式引导学生对已学的古诗进行题材分类——咏物诗、送别诗、思乡诗、爱国诗……自然过渡到本课两首诗《冬夜读书示子聿》《观书有感》的题材特点——哲理诗。然后将两首诗整合对比学习，同中求异，在比较中引导学生发现两首诗说理的不同方式——直接说理、借喻说理。这样的整合对比学习，节省了教学中无效的环节，对“哲理诗”这一古诗题材有了一个较深入的探究，事半功倍。

二、重视诵读，把古诗文教学的课堂推向高潮

为了优化古诗文的外部环境，我把古诗文的诵读积累与学生的生活实际结合起来。比如“古诗文朗诵会”，学生或配乐朗诵，或浅吟低唱，教师则负责评选优秀。“古诗文游戏”，师生在拍手和跳牛皮筋的活动中把《望天门山》《如梦令》《三字经》等古诗文当口令吟唱。“演唱古诗文”，将已经有人谱曲的古诗文歌曲在校广播中反复播放，并在音乐课中由音乐老师教唱。对于其他的古诗请校音乐老师谱曲后再指导学生演唱。另外，还有“个人背诵”“合作表演”“现场作诗”等活动，把古诗文的诵读积累推向了高潮。

三、要求学生品读体会，教师也需适度地讲解

highly of the delicious food when they come to this big country. For me， I like

spicy food， so hot pot is my favorite. I can eat what I like and put the food in

一是培养学生的学习兴趣，要抓住小学生的心理，成为他们的朋友、知己，让孩子们喜欢上你，爱屋及乌般的喜欢上你教的课程，产生学习的兴趣，活跃课堂气氛。让孩子们融入到课堂气氛中，让他们自觉的思考，开发他们的智力。

二是要尊重、信任和欣赏每一个孩子。现在的孩子都是家中的小皇上、小公主，作为小学教师，即要成为师长，还要有父母之爱；有伙伴、朋友之谊，用爱、情去关心、理解孩子。要时时刻刻记住眼前的是一个活生生、有个性、有思想的人，否则会给学生造成逆反心理。同时，教育必须面向全体学生，对后进生不但不能歧视、讽刺、挖苦，而要更多的帮助他们，要走进他们的心灵世界，了解他们的内心需要，消除他们的心理隔阂，尊重他们的人格。还要善于寻找和挖掘他们身的闪光点，要以正面激励为主，让学习困难的学生充分意识到他们的进步，增强他们的信心，心情舒畅的去学习，让他们在愉快的气氛中点燃进取得的火把，萌生向上的力量。

三是向课堂40分钟要质量，提高课堂听课效率的关键是营造良好的课堂氛围，让学生注意力高度集中，让学生的思维在老师的诱导下慢慢展开。同时要与现实生活密切联系。曾记得有一次问一个小朋友10—3=？，那孩子摇了摇头，我又问那你有1元钱，花去了3 角，还剩几角钱时，他马上回答7角。可见，只有把教学与生活实际有机的联系起来，才能让孩子更好的理解和掌握。

四是学校教育与家庭教育相结合。家长都有同样的心理：望子成龙，望女成凤。所以无形中家庭教育中出现了对孩子过高的期望、过高的指责、过多的爱和过多的保护，这只能带给孩子的无望、无措、无情和无助。家长和教师应同时看到孩子的成长比分数更重要。所以，在平时应该多与家长交谈、沟通，找出孩子的心理压力，帮助家庭和孩子走出困境。

总之，小学教育要用心、用爱去关注幼小的心灵，培养出良好的心理素质，教育事业一定会蒸蒸日上，蓬勃发展。

在这大周我要反思的地方有很多，当然收获的也不少。

在这大周的时候我们进行了四年级下册的数学月考，在这月考当中我考砸了，这张卷子不难，饶宇鹏能考98·5分，虽然我考不了这么多，那也不能差吧，结果一发下来卷子，却发现有好多好多的分都是因为我粗心大意而造成的，这说明这什么？实在考试的时候根本就没有抱着一个沉着冷静的心态去答题，还有卷子上有一两道题是我不会的，我后要是老师在讲这道题的时候，我要是不会就要举手问个明白，不能不懂装懂，在背笠翁对韵的时候，我都没有背的很快，我要努力了，只要一有时间我就背。

我这大周的收获就是，在风筝比赛的时候，我有了很大的收获，我以前在风筝比赛的时候，当的全部是助飞手，但是这次我当了一次放飞手，虽然在最后的时候风筝落下来了，但是我也是挺高兴的，因为我这次比以前敢于去尝试了。

我要把我反思的地方去改正改正，把收获的继续保持。
