“春天来了”是三年级第三单元的习作练习。为上好这次习作，我在课前带领学生走出教室，来到田野边，来到东方广场寻找春天，学生在游玩过程中兴致勃勃，边看边记录，还不停地相互讨论。回来后，先请学生交流自己课前摘抄的描写春天的优美词句。然后说说在大自然中的所见所闻所感，学生都能充分发表自己的意见，而且由以往的不知从何说起变得滔滔不绝，课堂气氛相当热烈。在交流的基础上学生作文时就十分轻松了。由此，我感受很深。

一、走出课堂四十分钟

课前带领学生走进大自然，去发现春天，去感受春天，去体验春天，把习作与学生的生活体验紧密结合，言为心声，学生只有切切实实走进生活，走进自然，用自己的眼去观察，用耳去倾听，用手去触摸，用心去感受，才会有自己的发现和体验，有了这种发现和体验的快乐，表达的愿望才会激发出来。

二、走进春天的语言世界

我设计了一个课前的“开心词典”活动，学生搜集很多描写春天的词语和句子，抄在开心词典上，上课时，让学生充分交流开心词典上的词句，“春风拂面；花红柳绿；春雨，像春姑娘纺出的线，轻轻地落到地上，沙沙沙，沙沙沙……学生收集的词句相当丰富。学生在和自然的亲近中感受到了春的信息，在交流这些词句中又一次领略了春的美好。

三、走进学科融合的新境界

“诗画同源”，确实绘画和写作在很多方面是相通的，绘画和写作都需要观察，选材，构思，布局，都要表达出自己的感受，学生到自然中去观察春天之后，让他们先把自己观察的春天画下来，这为学生的作文提供了一个凭借，降低了习作的难度，画的过程已经是学生把自己观察所得进行思考、表达的过程，眼中景已变成心中情倾注在画笔上。一幅幅色彩明丽的图画描绘出了孩子们眼中的春天，心中的春天。再让学生用自己的语言来表达时，可以说是用语言进行二次创作。

这节课也存在一些明显的问题。

一、教师要与学生融为一体

我精心设计了一些导语。如：杨柳绿千里，春风暖万家。春天刚刚来的时候，脚步轻轻，若隐若现，羞羞答答，躲躲藏藏……等等，语言确实很美，但是感觉和学生有距离，说的时候像在背台词，没有和学生自然交流的感觉，因而缺乏童趣，师生没有融为一体。

二、学生的发言不是自己真情的流露

虽然课前学生去亲自体验了春天，但是从学生的发言来看，多数学生谈的是自己印象中的或从书本中看到的春天，而不是自己去发现的春天，原因何在呢？我想，一方面和老师的语言创设的交流氛围有关，没有激发学生表达自己发现的春天，另一方面，过早地交流积累的好词佳句也起了一个不好的导向作用，学生以为只要用上那些词语，说的像那些句子一样就好了，而不是说自己看见的，感觉到的春天，不是自己心灵的自然流露。我想，学生在说自己发现的春天时，不要给孩子任何限制，任何暗示，就让他畅所欲言自己的发现和感受，相信每个孩子都会有话可说，每个孩子的感受都会与众不同。在大家充分说的基础上，再交流好词佳句，引导学生把自己看到的春天也用优美的语言表达出来，学生的情感一定能更好地调动。

现在已经是晚上9：00多了，可我才开始写日记。最近这几天，就连周一至周五，我写作业的速度都是接近十点！几乎每次都要让姑姑在晚上等我的作业，因为姑姑要帮我提交每天的作业。

我仔细反思这一事件的经过，得出的结论是没有把握好时间。

我反思过后总结了以下几点：

一、在老师布置完作业后，给自己限定一个时间，在限定的时间内完成作业。若没有完成便适当改动，并限定自己在写作业时能使用与不能使用的东西。

二、适当规定看书与使用手机等做其他事情的时间段，让自己写作业时没有“后顾之忧”。

反思能让人取长补短。在新的一个星期里，我要因为学会反思，成功更进一步，更上一层！

今天晚上我看了中央电视台的“五一”特别节目(我们众志成城)。看完节目，我禁思绪万千：我想到了这个特殊的“五一”节，想到了抗战在治预“非典”第一线的白衣天使们。他们是伟大的，他们以生命换生命，以他们高尚的品质，在这个没有硝烟的战场上冒着生命危险抗战在治预“非典”的第一线。

我曾经在报纸上读过这样一个故事：一个护士放下才生下20天的小孩，义无返顾地上了治预“非典”的第一线。可是不幸的事情降临了，那位护士感染上了“非典”，她躺在病床上，她丈夫日日夜夜地照顾她，后来她丈夫觉得咳嗽、发烧等症状。他自己觉得不妙，可是他为了不让自己的太太有心理的压力，他每分每秒都在忍。当医生发现时，已经晚了，她丈夫先她而去......不久以后，那位护士也走了，留下了才生下20天的小孩。当她的同事接到消息时，都十分痛心，她的同事十分同情那个才生下20天的小孩。

如何让学生真正读懂“我们即不要骄傲自大，也不要妄自菲薄，只要恰到好处地利用其本身的特点，就能充分发挥作用。”为此，我引导学生对课文中的角色惊醒一分为二地辩证地分析：那只完好无损的水罐，它总是能将水满满地送到主人的家，是值得骄傲的!主人家不都需要这样的好水罐吗?但是这只好水罐如果为自己的成就而感到骄傲自满，看不起别人那就不可取了。用同样的方法分析了破水罐，让学生在辩证的思想中揭示了课文的寓意，“收获了一路花香”。这种说话练习锻炼了学生的说话能力，也帮学生树立了正确的人生价值观。

但是教学中还存在这样一些问题：

一、读得形式不够多：

在教学时由于时间紧张，导致给学生读书思考的时间较多，各种形式的朗读和展示较少。语文教学课堂上没有把握好读书的时间，缺乏一定的读的训练，特别是文中的一些重点句，孩子们朗读的不够到位，学生的情感没有在读中深化。

二、牵着学生走：

课上完了，课上呈现孩子氛围较好，但总感觉牵着孩子走的痕迹严重。也是这节课的最大缺陷，因为教师的理性和牵制过多，限制了学生的思维，导致学生思维浮于表面，不能深入思考，课堂上没有生成，所以也没有火花。我感到问题的设计，教师的引导，特别是运用学生的生成性资源，还有待进一步的提高。放手让孩子学感兴趣的人物，让学生多思考、多读书是我下次磨课应该特别注意的地方。
