They sing Happy Birthday to me. My mother makes a big cake for me. I cut the cake into small pieces and give them out.

We sing and dance.We have a good time at the party.

我所讲的课题是人教版七年级语文上册24课《散文诗两首》中的《荷叶母亲》，该篇文章的作者是冰心。授课结束，我受到老师的鼓励、称赞，也得到校领导的肯定，评选结果我获得一等奖。

这堂课的亮点主要有：一、课堂开局比较好，在正式上课前，我让曾在校级朗诵获奖的两位男女同学齐诵《慈母吟》，考虑这首诗和本课的氛围吻合，之后我让学生点评他们的朗诵，给学生营造轻松愉快的氛围。而且全班同学喊出“我自信!我成功!我是最优秀的!”的口号，激励学生自信参与课堂。

由此，我在学生良好状态的情景下导入新课：“一个世纪老人在年轻时曾给她远方的朋友写到：在去年一个月朗星稀、秋风萧瑟的晚上，你的一本书将你介绍给我，你的思想，你的存蓄，你的言语和我的思想合成一缕缕琴弦，奏出飘渺神奇的音乐，这音乐就是爱的音乐，这思想就是爱的思想，请问同学们这个老人和她的朋友是谁?”学生能够猜到冰心，但是她的朋友却不能说出，我就询问《金色花》的作者是谁?学生回答是泰戈尔。这样很自然地导入了新课。

二、教师诵读《荷叶母亲》，让学生读之前，我配乐背诵了整篇文章，这激发了学生学习的热情。教师一定要解读文本，背诵课文就是解读文本，这一点也赢得了大家的赞赏，普遍认为我很下功夫，我总是要竭尽全力，我天资愚笨，只好自己多下点功夫，背诵课文花费了我4个多小时的时间。

三、简笔画的应用，课堂板书我画了一个荷叶护着一朵荷花展现主题，比较直观形象。为了画好荷花和荷叶，我请教了我校的两位美术老师，我掌握了一点技巧以使板书更接近逼真。

四、表现手法“借物抒情”难点的处理。在过渡到这一要点时，我设计了一个问题，毋庸置疑这是篇表现母爱的文章，那么怎样表现母爱有新意?我们平时同学的文章常常是“母亲送我去医院，雨中送伞接我上学”等等题材。但是用荷叶比喻母亲新奇，主要是冰心文学素养深厚，莲花这一事物在中国文化里富有传统文化意蕴，冰心对莲花进行联想、想象，用荷叶表情达意，借物抒情，从而达到讴歌母爱的主题。同时板书“借物抒情”，而且我制作课件解释补充了“借物抒情”的特点。

五、课堂比较紧凑。这一点我没有意识到，后来我询问老师时认识这一点。比如，学生读课文时，我让一学生到黑板写下重点字的注音。在学生没有完成时，我同时让学生谈谈读课文的感受，时间安排紧凑。

这节课的不足之处：

一、配乐声音效果不理想，在进行诵读时，所设计的配乐声音声响过强，没有达到预期的效果，没有及时调控，主要是自己不够熟练，这以后要做好充分准备，计划赶上变化。

二、课即将结束时，《母亲》的歌曲也没有释放出来，声响又太小，也是我操作不熟悉。结果也没有升华成对母亲的爱。总之，多媒体的使用我没有充分使用好，没有使电教手段达到锦上添花的作用，这令我惋惜!

三、授课结尾不够完美。最后，看着不多的时间，心底上还是不够镇静，不能从容自如，临时应变。让学生写作可放到课下指导，准备好的语言应展示。

四、我在让学生赏析4—7小节时，曾让学生先赏析精彩之处，再谈自己的疑问。这里，在教学预设时我没有让学生谈自己的疑问，但是，课堂上却让学生谈这一点，但最后，学生的疑问没有展示，这样的细节问题我处理得不够严谨，这以后要注意!

五、前面解释词语时，一个学生解释“荫蔽”说是遮蔽，这说出了本意，但在课文里的意思还应该解释得确切。这个关键的词语在赏析课文时应再深化。

六、我的普通话虽然有很大进步，但是还不够优美，我应继续练习，语文课应该是美丽的语言，不止在语言内容上，还要在形式外壳上。

七、口语要消失。我没怎么意识到，但是要达到课堂的完美，凡是应该注意的一定要消除!、

这堂课虽然已经过去，但是我要吸取经验，改正不足，让自己有更大的进步。

同时，语文教学要有一种“语文味”，但是我这方面做得还不够。虽然，我很有激情，语言不错，但是还不够有自然的魅力。只是，我的课比较真诚，稍稍丰富点。我深知老师丰富的语言对学生是一种滋养，丰厚的文化底蕴对学生是一种召唤，洋溢着智慧的妙语更是对学生心智的启迪。以后我将以最大的热情投入到语文教学中去!我非常感谢薛主任，在他的博客里，我看到一个多彩丰富的世界。杜郎口的教育模式给我的课堂注入了生机和活力，窦桂梅和孙双金两位专家更是给我丰富的指向。而且在这次讲课的体验过程中，我也在自己的博客里向武风霞老师请教了“创新”的问题。我认识到语文要在丰富的文化底蕴上才有所创新，细读文本，才能解读出与众不同的东西。

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

We have a lot of puppies, but there is a puppy I always forget. It is a lively and lovely puppy, the body yellow and soft hair.

对于小学教学来说,作文成了语文教师的一大难题，习作成了学生望而生畏的科目。为了写好作文，师生都必须付出许多努力，但常常收效不大。前几天听了周龙英老师和修建老师指导的两节作文课，感受颇深。我认为，小学作文教学应注重以下几点：

一、练写观察日记，积累素材

学会观察事物，提高写作能力，从何入门呢？练写“观察日记”就是一种行之有效的方法，也是作文教学重要组成部分和不可缺少的一个重要环节。在丰富多彩的现实生活中，我们每天都能观察到许许多多的东西，如自然景物的状态，气候的千变万化，人物的音容笑貌，社会的各种现象等，而光观察不记录，那么有多少新鲜印象，有趣的事物、生动感人的场面难免会忘记，即便日后能回忆，也是朦胧的。所以，在教导学生养成观察习惯的同时，还要养成练写观察日记的好习惯。正如鲁迅先生所说：“必须如蜜蜂一样，采过许多花，这样才能酿出蜜来。”要提高学生的写作能力，就要提倡“观察教学，”特别是语文教师，在平时，要有意识引导学生去观察.在课堂上要经常指导学生练笔,使每个学生都能练出一双锐利的眼睛，学会观察事物，提高观察能力，养成观察事物的良好习惯。从而使生活周围的人和物烂熟于心，出口成章。

二、多表达、勤交流。

三、 多做游戏，在玩中写，培养写作兴趣。

爱玩是孩子们的天性，用游戏的方法教孩子们写作十分有效，可以激发他们的想象力，提高兴趣，调动积极性和主动性，启发他们的创造性思维。将游戏融入到作文训练中，教学生玩中写作，写中再现玩趣，使作文成为最轻松平常的事。这样，学生有话可写，有情可抒，有感可发，再也不觉得作文是一件痛苦的事。

四、多修改、重指导。

重视对修改习作的指导，让孩子利用自改、互改等形式养成修改习作的良好习惯。

五、多鼓励、重评价。

老师在作文批语中表现出的态度、情感、准确性直接影响学生的写作情绪和兴趣因此，老师对学生的作文要用赞赏的眼光去批改，并通过作文批语使学生得到知识上的满足，学习上的动力，心理上的平衡。

总之，作为语文老师，只要平时勤于培养学生积累、搜集写作材料的良好习惯，并在作文的指导和讲评上下一番功夫，就能让学生有话想说，有话敢说，有话会说。只要语文老师脚踏实地，抓住新课程改革这个良好契机，不断实践、探索、反思，根据新课程作文教学的理念和目标，改进作文教学的方法和策略，努力突破作文教学这个“难区”，总有一天能够帮助学生攻克作文这个堡垒，让学生不再惧怕作文，爱上作文，并写出好的作文。

[小学作文教学反思

期中考试已经过去了，总结一下，有很多好的经验可以继续保持，也有很多值得让我吸取教训的地方。

本次期中考试，基本达到我设定的目标，原因在于我制定了具体的复习计划，把平时不懂的、掌握得不踏实的在考前进行了重点复习，同时，每门考试的前一天晚上，我都把精力放在课本上，精读细读，掌握好基础知识。这是好的一面。

值得吸取教训的地方主要是因为粗心大意。比如数学，我本以为三门主科中数学会考得最好，结果试卷发下来后，我才发现，所有的扣分都是因为粗心大意而导致的计算错误，有的是算少了1或算多了1、有的是少加了零、还有的是看错了数字，最后只考了93。5，如果没有这些粗心，完全可以考100分了。我在试卷上总结了一下，以后务必要完成验算。英语看起来考得还不错，97分，但错的那三分也是不应该的，等老师讲过答案我才发现，一样是没有细心的看题目，句子看似相同，但意思不同，一个是你喜欢什么，另一个是你喜欢干什么，我给弄混了；完形填空中的有一道题我也理解错了，没有看后面的提示。语文试卷还没有发下来，我想也有类似的情况吧。

所以，我要加倍努力，给自己设定更高的目标，我相信没有压力，哪来动力！

《一路花香》是一则寓言故事，讲了一只有裂缝的水罐在完好的水罐面前感到惭愧，挑水工却告诉他说，从它的裂缝漏出的水浇灌出了美丽的花。我挺喜欢这个故事，因为这个故事的题目很美，一语双关，既写了花美、花香，还暗含着对浇灌鲜花的挑水工和破水罐的认同。更重要的是告诉学生如何正确地看待自己和别人，帮助学生树立正确的人生价值观：世上任何一件东西一个人，都有其自身存在的价值，我们即不要骄傲自大，也不要妄自菲薄，只要恰到好处地利用其本身的特点，就能充分发挥作用。其蕴涵的人生哲理学生是容易理解的，但对于四年级的孩子，多元解读文本、辩证分析问题却是有一定难度的。于是，在教学这一课时，我把“理解故事所蕴含的真正寓意，学会正确地看待别人和自己。”确定为本课的学习目标。为了更好地达成目标，我将学习目标分解为两个学习任务：

如何让学生真正读懂“我们即不要骄傲自大，也不要妄自菲薄，只要恰到好处地利用其本身的特点，就能充分发挥作用。”为此，我引导学生对课文中的角色惊醒一分为二地辩证地分析：那只完好无损的水罐，它总是能将水满满地送到主人的家，是值得骄傲的!主人家不都需要这样的好水罐吗?但是这只好水罐如果为自己的成就而感到骄傲自满，看不起别人那就不可取了。用同样的方法分析了破水罐，让学生在辩证的思想中揭示了课文的寓意，“收获了一路花香”。这种说话练习锻炼了学生的说话能力，也帮学生树立了正确的人生价值观。

但是教学中还存在这样一些问题：

一、读得形式不够多：

在教学时由于时间紧张，导致给学生读书思考的时间较多，各种形式的朗读和展示较少。语文教学课堂上没有把握好读书的时间，缺乏一定的读的训练，特别是文中的一些重点句，孩子们朗读的不够到位，学生的情感没有在读中深化。

二、牵着学生走：

课上完了，课上呈现孩子氛围较好，但总感觉牵着孩子走的痕迹严重。也是这节课的最大缺陷，因为教师的理性和牵制过多，限制了学生的思维，导致学生思维浮于表面，不能深入思考，课堂上没有生成，所以也没有火花。我感到问题的设计，教师的引导，特别是运用学生的生成性资源，还有待进一步的提高。放手让孩子学感兴趣的人物，让学生多思考、多读书是我下次磨课应该特别注意的地方。

在1月16日的时候，我们进行了本学期的期末考试。在考试的时候，我十分的紧张。

考数学的时候，我觉得题目并不是很难，考完了之后，自以为考得比较不错，后来听同学们以交流，发现自己错了好几题呢！都是因为不细心而导致的，唉。

后来，我们又考了英语，我最喜欢英语了，阅读短文可是我的强项！很快英语就考完了，与同学们之间相互对了对阅读短文的答案，发现我错了不仅仅是一题，这下我心可慌了！

在中午的时候，魏老师帮我们复习了一下语文，让我们再次巩固一下所学的重点知识。

到了下午1:30的时候，我们进行了语文期末考试，很快我连作文也写好了，便开始认真检查试卷，当我检查到了“大自然的文字”这篇课内阅读的时候，发现有一题没有看清题目，而写错了，便赶忙改正了过来。这时，我意识到了检查的重要性。等到语文试卷发下来才知道，我连最基本的根据课文内容填空，竟然都错了！

通过这次考试之后，我明白了考试一定要细心，不然会导致错很多题的。我们无论干什么事情都要认真、细心，不能马马虎虎的！我要改掉这个毛病，要多审题，多思考，这样就能取得好成绩！

我曾经有过天天给自己画表格，如几点做什么、该怎么做，可是，没有一天实现了，因为我根本控制不了自己的欲望，谁能帮帮我？我曾经一度的想改变自己，一年一年的虚度，我真的非常后悔，父母在警告我，可我心里的欲望在蔓延，怎么办？怎么办？

我曾一度的爱玩、爱闹，可现在，我已经无法自拔了，我可能有选择恐惧症，不知道怎么选择，该怎么做，我心里真的很难受，可谁又知道呢？

在父母面前、在同学面前，当他们一遍遍问我的学习时，我心里真的很难受，不知道我到底怎么了？我希望这一切可以改变，我希望这一切变成真的。

记得我曾经傻傻的模仿其他人，过着他们的生活，像他们那样写字、学习，可我控制不了。我曾经觉得就可以做最真实的我，可是我却一味的放纵，我不知道我该怎么做，我也不知道该怎样弥补这些错，但是，事已至此，你又有什么办法呢？我只能有一次说着这些说过无数遍的誓言：我要从新改过，我要从新学习，我要从新对父母，可是，着多少个重新，已回不到原来的世界了。
