这是偶尔在网上看到的某一小学勉励孩子们的一首小诗。该校的理念是：让学生学会学习，让孩子每天像整理家务一样整理自己的学业。

此次活动的时间虽然不长，为了不让我的感触悄悄溜走，我也试着去问自己，我确实需要去理一理我对本次活动的思考与反思。

此次活动的主题是文本重构。先由新联小学的莫艳芬老师上一节汇报课，内容是PEP教材五年级下册Unit 4的 What are you doing?的对话课，随后，张凝老师为我们作了点评，并就文本重构为我们作了精彩而实用的讲座。

本次教研活动，让我感叹最深的是：教师能走多远，学生就能走多远！在平时的对话教学中，我们应该为学生创设一个又一个贴近生活，真实有趣的情境。只有有效的情境创设，才能让学生有重大突破的可能，由老师逼着说转化为情境使然，乐意说。也只有基于文本基础的情境创设才是有效的，才可以优化语言的输出。在充分考虑教学各环节的设计下，让学生的语言是有意义的，让学生的语言是有情感的。由此可见，创造语境乃是英语对话教学的一大核心，如何创造有效的语言情境也是我们面临的一大难题。只重情境再造，而忽略的文本重构，往往会造成教材文本情境的浪费。而张凝老师的讲座，清晰地向我们验证了：教师有多远，学生就能走多远！

反思一：如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出

在英语教学中，要优化语言输出必定离不开优质的语言输入。这种输入必须基于教学目标，合理创设语言情境，才可以让学生更好地接受。而听了张凝老师的讲座，引发了我的诸多思考，如何创设语言情境，优化语言输出，我们需要做到以下三点：一是给学生搭建一个基于文本的语言支架。二是给学生提供基于学情得语料。可以根据学生的兴趣爱好进行补充，可以激活学生的旧知，可以参考学生的生活经验，还可以从学生的心灵体验出发……三是教师要给学生展示各色各样的范本。最简单的莫过于诵读示范了，还可以进行表演示范和体态语的示范。总之，在创设情境时，要多关注学生的心灵，倾听学生的心声，学生需要的，适合学生的才是最好的。

反思三：如何做最好的自己？

课堂上，我必须有一个清晰的自我定位。如果连自己都无法认清自己在课堂上的地位，还怎么去教学生呢？如果自己都感到迷惑了，感到痛苦了，那么很有可能把学生也弄迷惑了，害惨了。教师不仅仅是教案的执行者，更要做一个明白人？

在平时，要极力做一名反思型教师。反思是一种美德，学会自我反思是一个老师的必备素质。两千多年前的孔夫子的就我们教导“吾日三醒吾身”，可见不断反思，才能逐渐进步。

Thanks for your letter which finally caught up with me in London. I suppose youre keen to hear how the trip has been so far. So heres a short description of whats happened.

Well, you remember we left Sydney on Monday and arrived in London 24 hours later. After such a long and exhausting flight the first thing we did was to have a good, long sleep. And after that?a good meal to make up for all that horrible airline stuff!

The first real day of our holiday was spent just walking around London to get a feel of the place. After that, however, we were more particular and planned each day carefully.

First, we looked at all the historical sights, such as the Tower of London, the Houses of Parliament, the British Museum and the National Gallery. Then we visited some other famous places, such as Kew Gardens and Hampstead Heath. Finally, we took a one-day trip to Oxford, which is really the most marvelous town. You should make sure to go there when you visit England.

After we had seen a lot of London, we flew to Paris. A t first, we didnt like the place-I suppose because it was so different from London. Later, though, we began to really love it and started to appreciate its differentness.

The final stage of our trip is a visit to Rome, after which we will be staying in Singapore for two days before returning to Australia.

四年级的学生还处于习作的起始阶段，我将习作教学的主要目标定位为：凭借孩子感兴趣的方式，给孩子以实实在在的指导，降低难度，培养孩子习作的兴趣和自信心，在习作中学会做人。删繁就简、化难为易是我不变的追求。

生活中，我们每天都在和大自然打交道：变化多端的天空、汹涌澎湃的大海、美不胜收的公园……可是，当我们在课堂上让孩子说说印象最深的自然景观时，占主流的往往是这样两种回答：或“记不清楚了”，或“不知怎么说了”。面对这样的情形，即使我们讲再多写景的方法恐怕都收效甚微。那么，我们该如何让孩子笔下的景活起来呢?我的做法如下：

一、观察——让学生眼中有景

写作源于观察，这是尽人皆知的道理。写景的作文尤其离不开观察。上习作课的前一周，我便把观察的任务布置下去：选择自己感兴趣的一处自然景观，进行全面、细致的观察，做好记录。针对现在的孩子在观察方面存在的问题：1、观察粗糙、笼统不仔细;2、观察混乱，缺乏顺序性;3、观察对象比较孤立，观察一点就会做出简单的判断，我在布置学生观察的时候，提出了明确的要求：准确、全面、精细。让学生拥有一双发现美的眼睛，捕捉到大自然的神奇，这是教学成功的第一步。

二、交流——让学生心中有景

习作指导课上，我注重了交流这一环节：讲讲自己印象深刻的自然景观，看能不能让听众也为之心动。我注意选准时机，将写景的方法融入到具体的作文情景中，比如：学生讲到仙湖植物园的全貌时说：“那里有的是树，有的是花，有的是草……”我马上追问：“像什么呢?”学生们便七嘴八舌：“像世外桃源”，“像人间仙境”，“像一个绿色王国”……当学生讲到碧云草的颜色、形状时，我首先肯定他抓住了特点，然后又问：“有风的时候，碧云草又会是怎样的呢?”学生说到了“翩翩起舞”、“说起了悄悄话”等。在交流这一环节中，我将具体的写景方法：抓住特点、考究顺序、动静结合、点面结合、虚实相映、情景交融等一一渗透进去，学生自然而然习得。而学生在表达中出现的语病等问题，更在具体的语境中得以点化。在思维碰撞中，学生心中的景越来越清晰了。

三、动笔——再现心中的美景

作文之所以难教，习作之所以难写，主要原因是被人神秘化了，高高在上，脱离生活实际。其实，“作文即生活,生活即作文”。学生动笔之前，我真诚地对他们说：“你们人人会说话，所以人人都能写好作文。现在就拿起手中的笔，把自己心里的神奇景象记下来，让别人也来分享你的快乐，这岂不是一件很有意思的事情吗?”解放孩子的心灵，他们一定会在阳光下舞蹈。

四、评价——体验习作的快乐

现在的大人孩子大都迷恋游戏，之所以这样，是因为游戏永远给人希望。如果我们的作文课堂始终能给人带来希望，那还有人厌倦它吗?学生辛辛苦苦写出来的东西，如果你说全是废话，相信没有人不沮丧的;点评习作如果能不断地给学生注入成功的喜悦，这样的课堂谁不喜欢呢?我非常欣慰地看到这样一种情形：总有几个孩子缠在我身边问：“老师，什么时间讲评作文啊?”那眼睛里燃烧的是写作的热情啊!身为教师，我要做的就是保护它，让这种景象更加壮观。为此，点评习作时，我让学生以欣赏的眼光看待别人的习作，分享别人的经验;而我更是放大优点，热情鼓励。孩子们俨然自己做了一件了不起的事呢。

五、修改——扬长避短画面活

1、检查卷子要认真。这时有人会说：“你以前不是不检查卷子吗？现在你检查了，应该是进步呀！”我会说：“就算检查了，但检查的不认真，很多错误都没有检查出来，那和没检查有什么两样呢？”有人会说：“就算剩的还有错误，你得分也不少呀。”我会说“就算能多得分，但检查出来的都是小题，得不了多少分。不过是‘丢了西瓜捡芝麻——因小失大’而已。”以后我要认真检查卷子，不放过任何一个错误。

2、要先易后难。这次考试数学，我发现了一道难题，我没有跳过去，而是左思右想，很长时间才做出来了。可是，剩下的时间不多了。我就匆匆忙忙的做了起来，总算在收卷子前做完了，但我却没有来得及检查就下课了。如果我要是先易后难就不那么慌张了，我就能认真的答题，就不会出现那么多的错误。因此，我要做到先易后难。

考试结束了，但学习并没有结束，而是刚刚开始。我要努力学习，争取下一次考出更好的成绩。

[小学考后反思作文：考试以后的打算

“提起作文头就疼”这是同学们的口头禅，对于三年级小学生来说更是如此。那么，作为三年级语文老师应当如何指导学生作文呢？

我本着追求快乐作文的本意，让学生在我的课堂里摆脱畏惧作文、感觉“没有东西可写”的困境。我设计了一节游戏作文课。

一、玩玩、说说、写写轻松又实在

兴趣是学生学习的强化剂，是学习获得成功的必要条件。要想让学生认真写作，喜欢写作，还应培养他们对写作的兴趣。游戏作文是最富有情感性的创造活动，在课堂上我挤出时间让学生尽情地“玩”，这对于激发学生的表达欲望，创造协作心境是大有益处的。在游戏过程中，我把游戏分成三个部分，就是想让学生能够边看、边玩、边议、边说。在每一个部分开始或结束时都让学生谈体会，说看到的、听到的、有意思的事。学生兴趣盎然，纷纷举手发言，写起作文来自然是得心应手。

二、重视学生的口头表达

在游戏作文课中，玩玩、说说、写写是紧密联系，相互相成的。在玩玩、说说的过程中，有些学生只注重玩的过程，而没有注重用合适的语言把玩游戏时，自己或同学的神态、动作、语言说清楚，那样写出来的作文照样也不会生动。所以，在课堂上我认真倾听学生的发言，遇到表达好的学生及时鼓励，给其他同学以榜样作用。如：“你的口才真好，把你的同学逗笑的动作说得逼真极了。”或及时引导表达不具体的学生：“他们玩游戏的姿势是怎样的？能形容一下吗？他们说了什么，做了什么才把你逗笑呢？”等等。在课堂上我还展示学生的习作，使学生感受到成功的喜悦，从各方面激发学生写作的兴趣，点燃学生写作的激情。在尽情游戏、细致观察的基础上，我再引导学生进行具体、形象的描述，这样学生就能创作出优秀的游戏作文。

在玩玩、说说、写写作文课之后，我准备继续将“画画、说说、写写”、“做做、说说、写写”、“读读、演演、写写”等各种活泼、有趣的形式请进我们的作文课堂，让学生越来越喜爱作文课堂，越来越喜爱作文。
