failure. Some people think it a heavy blow to fail in achieving something and

星期二的时候争取多了20分钟给学生上了一节相对具体完整的作文评讲课，向他们详细地剖析了作文训练中出现的问题，并且针对这些问题给他们提出了具体改进的方法。而且还以一篇中考满分作文为例，向他们解释了中考作文评分标准细则，希望通过这些材料地展示和解释使他们心中对高分作文有一定地印象，并朝着这个方向努力。设想很美好，但是我发现学生其实感悟并不深刻，一节作文课就这样伴随着学生一脸茫然的反应结束了。那一刻，我确实地感受到人的力量十分有限，初三的学生现在仍然停留在小学水平，审题不清、立意浅薄、语言乏味，甚至语句不通等问题存在大部分学生的身上，一时间不知道向哪方面努力。

在作文教学上，我还有很多东西需要慢慢摸索，幸运的是遇上另一位语文老师崔老师，他在作文教学上十分有心得，常常利用课余的时间给学生补习作文，并且对我们也十分地关照，常常邀请我们去听他的作文指导课，课后跟我们细心地讲解。希望在最后实习支教的两个月里，能够从崔老师身上学到更多地教学方法，指导学生的同时提升自己的教学技能。

学生发现这些数据计量单位不同，很难一下就排好队。如果单位相同的话，就能很快排好队。于是我采取小组合作的讨论形式，让学生展开交流如何把 80 厘米化为（ ）米，学生发现这道题也就是将单名数改写成小数，同时学生通过讨论还发现了两种改写方法：一种是直接利用计量单位的关系，另一种是利用低级单位改写成高级单位的数要除以进率，再联系小数点位置移动引起小数大小变化的规律。大多数学生采取的是第二种方法，其实这两种方法都是可取的，这时应鼓励学生无论用哪种方法，只要方法正确，都是可以的，这里我应该强调一下。

二、鼓励在做中积累经验

将 1 米 45 厘米化为（ ）米，这是属于将复名数改写成小数的情况，这比单名数改写为小数稍微难一些。我没有给他们任何提示，做之前让学生自主探索改写的方法，这对班上中下面学生来说有一定难度，因此我参与到学生的讨论中，及时对部分学生进行帮助，指导学生认真掌握复名数改写成小数改写的方法。通过学习 80 厘米和 1 米 45 米的改写还有一个关键就是要让学生学会归纳改写方法。一个学生不光要学到知识，还要学会表达。

有些事情是可以教的，但创新意识不是靠教师教出来的，是：“做出来的”，是学生在各个学习环节中不断亲身经历、不断锻炼、不断积累而形成的。因此，我们 因坚持在“做”中培养学生的问题意识，从而逐步提升学生的创新意识。

《想北平》属于“月是故乡明”专题中“漂泊的旅人”板块，在本文要着眼于让学生领会故乡施予每个人的深刻的烙印。但是要想用有限的篇幅生动地刻画出一个城市的面貌，实在不是一件容易的事，特别是对北平这样的大城市，就更为不易了。老舍写“我的北平”，采用对比手法，集中地表现了北平最主要特点，给人留下了深刻印象。同时，老舍在文中表现出了对故土的无限眷恋之情，其情缱绻，足以深深打动读者，但是对于生活阅历比较贫乏的学生，对于这种情感的理解是有一定难度的。那么只能指导学生在品读文章的过程中去慢慢地理解、体会。在教法上着重文本研习，不妨充分利用对话栏，让学生课前预习中进行评点，选择合适的问题，全班研习。

另外，本文前半部分写自己对北平难以言传的热爱与思念，以抒发感情为主，学生不易深入体会；后半部分通过对比的方法写出北平的特点，以此表达对北平的热爱，学生易于领会，因此，授课时决定由后半部分入手，调整授课顺序，让学生更好的把握文本。

最后，对本次教学实践中的一些问题加以总结，遗憾还是有的。文章中某些细节的处理还嫌粗糙，如有些生动的描写，正恰到好处的表现作者的感情，但课堂上细细品位不够，教学时各个环节的勾连还有些牵强。

一、声音文件的处理

这是最自责的，真可以说难以原谅。这是一篇很伤情，感动的文章，虽然只在两处用到音乐，可是却是为这堂课增添不少悲伤与感动的好“工具”，可以借助它来激起学生的情感与想象，奠定的感情基调也会更加得悲伤更能引发学生的思维。而笨笨的我却忘记把文件下载下来，这是教训啊，惨痛的教训!

二、提的问题不够简练，精练

在一些提问方式上还不够干脆，比较罗嗦。这其实很忌讳的，学生明白问题了，你还强调它，显得烦琐，浪费时间。所以，在最后我是拖了一两分钟的。

三、想象写话处理的不好

想象写话是在理解课文的基础上，充分发挥学生的自主性，给他们以想象的空间，思维也得到了训练。可实际上，我却处理得不好。因为考虑到后面还有课外的拓展(小诗)，而那时时间也不是很多了，我只能让几个学生来交流交流。本意是在课堂上同桌之间交流一下的，可是我却说出了：同学们，课堂时间有限，我们可以下课后交流。我不知道这是我前几次试教的所形成的习惯还是由于紧张而说错的，可我知道这其实是很不负责任的表现，是为了挤时间啊。这样的效果也是很不好的。

除此之外还有许多地方呢;对学生的反馈不够精细;关键词的出示没有及时;表扬的话语就这么几句等等。

这些问题今后有待改善!

Christmas Day is very popular around the world, which originates in western

country, but now it is celebrated by the world. When this big day comes, there
