《一路花香》是一则寓言故事，讲了一只有裂缝的水罐在完好的水罐面前感到惭愧，挑水工却告诉他说，从它的裂缝漏出的水浇灌出了美丽的花。我挺喜欢这个故事，因为这个故事的题目很美，一语双关，既写了花美、花香，还暗含着对浇灌鲜花的挑水工和破水罐的认同。更重要的是告诉学生如何正确地看待自己和别人，帮助学生树立正确的人生价值观：世上任何一件东西一个人，都有其自身存在的价值，我们即不要骄傲自大，也不要妄自菲薄，只要恰到好处地利用其本身的特点，就能充分发挥作用。其蕴涵的人生哲理学生是容易理解的，但对于四年级的孩子，多元解读文本、辩证分析问题却是有一定难度的。于是，在教学这一课时，我把“理解故事所蕴含的真正寓意，学会正确地看待别人和自己。”确定为本课的学习目标。为了更好地达成目标，我将学习目标分解为两个学习任务：

如何让学生真正读懂“我们即不要骄傲自大，也不要妄自菲薄，只要恰到好处地利用其本身的特点，就能充分发挥作用。”为此，我引导学生对课文中的角色惊醒一分为二地辩证地分析：那只完好无损的水罐，它总是能将水满满地送到主人的家，是值得骄傲的!主人家不都需要这样的好水罐吗?但是这只好水罐如果为自己的成就而感到骄傲自满，看不起别人那就不可取了。用同样的方法分析了破水罐，让学生在辩证的思想中揭示了课文的寓意，“收获了一路花香”。这种说话练习锻炼了学生的说话能力，也帮学生树立了正确的人生价值观。

但是教学中还存在这样一些问题：

一、读得形式不够多：

在教学时由于时间紧张，导致给学生读书思考的时间较多，各种形式的朗读和展示较少。语文教学课堂上没有把握好读书的时间，缺乏一定的读的训练，特别是文中的一些重点句，孩子们朗读的不够到位，学生的情感没有在读中深化。

二、牵着学生走：

课上完了，课上呈现孩子氛围较好，但总感觉牵着孩子走的痕迹严重。也是这节课的最大缺陷，因为教师的理性和牵制过多，限制了学生的思维，导致学生思维浮于表面，不能深入思考，课堂上没有生成，所以也没有火花。我感到问题的设计，教师的引导，特别是运用学生的生成性资源，还有待进一步的提高。放手让孩子学感兴趣的人物，让学生多思考、多读书是我下次磨课应该特别注意的地方。

在这一大周里，我们举行了风筝放飞赛、数学月考这些项目，在这里面我最要反思的是数学月考。

在数学月考中，我认真仔细的答题，做了一面后，我就有点松懈了，就开始有一点儿不认真了，有一题我错了，那一题我读了读，哪里有小短语批注，上面说用乘法分配律写出等式，而我只读了一下大概的意思，便开始做题，考完试后，一直等到分批出来为止，老师仍我们班的任宗琦念分数，我是我们班第一名，老师说：“第一名和第二名还相差三分呢！”，我心里就非常高兴，试卷发下来了，老师让我们自己改题，老师并没有给我说哪里错了，我回去自己读了一遍题，变就把正确答案写出来了，连我们班非常聪明的任宗琦都不会做，改完后，我就给老师看，老师就问我：“我没给你说，你怎么就写错了。”我就不出声了，老师又问我别的，我就说：“我没有认真看题。”回去的时候，我想：如果我那时候认真点的话，我就能考满分了。我心里很后悔，下次我一定要认真答题。

我所讲的课题是人教版七年级语文上册24课《散文诗两首》中的《荷叶母亲》，该篇文章的作者是冰心。授课结束，我受到老师的鼓励、称赞，也得到校领导的肯定，评选结果我获得一等奖。

这堂课的亮点主要有：一、课堂开局比较好，在正式上课前，我让曾在校级朗诵获奖的两位男女同学齐诵《慈母吟》，考虑这首诗和本课的氛围吻合，之后我让学生点评他们的朗诵，给学生营造轻松愉快的氛围。而且全班同学喊出“我自信!我成功!我是最优秀的!”的口号，激励学生自信参与课堂。

由此，我在学生良好状态的情景下导入新课：“一个世纪老人在年轻时曾给她远方的朋友写到：在去年一个月朗星稀、秋风萧瑟的晚上，你的一本书将你介绍给我，你的思想，你的存蓄，你的言语和我的思想合成一缕缕琴弦，奏出飘渺神奇的音乐，这音乐就是爱的音乐，这思想就是爱的思想，请问同学们这个老人和她的朋友是谁?”学生能够猜到冰心，但是她的朋友却不能说出，我就询问《金色花》的作者是谁?学生回答是泰戈尔。这样很自然地导入了新课。

二、教师诵读《荷叶母亲》，让学生读之前，我配乐背诵了整篇文章，这激发了学生学习的热情。教师一定要解读文本，背诵课文就是解读文本，这一点也赢得了大家的赞赏，普遍认为我很下功夫，我总是要竭尽全力，我天资愚笨，只好自己多下点功夫，背诵课文花费了我4个多小时的时间。

三、简笔画的应用，课堂板书我画了一个荷叶护着一朵荷花展现主题，比较直观形象。为了画好荷花和荷叶，我请教了我校的两位美术老师，我掌握了一点技巧以使板书更接近逼真。

四、表现手法“借物抒情”难点的处理。在过渡到这一要点时，我设计了一个问题，毋庸置疑这是篇表现母爱的文章，那么怎样表现母爱有新意?我们平时同学的文章常常是“母亲送我去医院，雨中送伞接我上学”等等题材。但是用荷叶比喻母亲新奇，主要是冰心文学素养深厚，莲花这一事物在中国文化里富有传统文化意蕴，冰心对莲花进行联想、想象，用荷叶表情达意，借物抒情，从而达到讴歌母爱的主题。同时板书“借物抒情”，而且我制作课件解释补充了“借物抒情”的特点。

五、课堂比较紧凑。这一点我没有意识到，后来我询问老师时认识这一点。比如，学生读课文时，我让一学生到黑板写下重点字的注音。在学生没有完成时，我同时让学生谈谈读课文的感受，时间安排紧凑。

这节课的不足之处：

一、配乐声音效果不理想，在进行诵读时，所设计的配乐声音声响过强，没有达到预期的效果，没有及时调控，主要是自己不够熟练，这以后要做好充分准备，计划赶上变化。

二、课即将结束时，《母亲》的歌曲也没有释放出来，声响又太小，也是我操作不熟悉。结果也没有升华成对母亲的爱。总之，多媒体的使用我没有充分使用好，没有使电教手段达到锦上添花的作用，这令我惋惜!

三、授课结尾不够完美。最后，看着不多的时间，心底上还是不够镇静，不能从容自如，临时应变。让学生写作可放到课下指导，准备好的语言应展示。

四、我在让学生赏析4—7小节时，曾让学生先赏析精彩之处，再谈自己的疑问。这里，在教学预设时我没有让学生谈自己的疑问，但是，课堂上却让学生谈这一点，但最后，学生的疑问没有展示，这样的细节问题我处理得不够严谨，这以后要注意!

五、前面解释词语时，一个学生解释“荫蔽”说是遮蔽，这说出了本意，但在课文里的意思还应该解释得确切。这个关键的词语在赏析课文时应再深化。

六、我的普通话虽然有很大进步，但是还不够优美，我应继续练习，语文课应该是美丽的语言，不止在语言内容上，还要在形式外壳上。

七、口语要消失。我没怎么意识到，但是要达到课堂的完美，凡是应该注意的一定要消除!、

这堂课虽然已经过去，但是我要吸取经验，改正不足，让自己有更大的进步。

同时，语文教学要有一种“语文味”，但是我这方面做得还不够。虽然，我很有激情，语言不错，但是还不够有自然的魅力。只是，我的课比较真诚，稍稍丰富点。我深知老师丰富的语言对学生是一种滋养，丰厚的文化底蕴对学生是一种召唤，洋溢着智慧的妙语更是对学生心智的启迪。以后我将以最大的热情投入到语文教学中去!我非常感谢薛主任，在他的博客里，我看到一个多彩丰富的世界。杜郎口的教育模式给我的课堂注入了生机和活力，窦桂梅和孙双金两位专家更是给我丰富的指向。而且在这次讲课的体验过程中，我也在自己的博客里向武风霞老师请教了“创新”的问题。我认识到语文要在丰富的文化底蕴上才有所创新，细读文本，才能解读出与众不同的东西。

要写好读后感，关键在于把握好“读”与“感”之间的关系，尤其是结合实际，写出真情实“感”。

在教学中，我发现了学生写读后感容易出现的一些问题：

第一、“读”和“感”分离。有些同学写读后感，只写“读”而不写“感”，成了这本书或这篇文章的“内容简介”。也有同学写读后感，只写“感”而不写“读”，成为无根底的随意而发的感慨。

第二、“读”和“感”在读后感之中两分天下，这也是不对的。前边的“读”实际上是写文章内容简介，后边发一通感慨。

第三、不会结合实际，。感想很空泛。

针对学生出现的问题，我做了如下的指导：

1、精心细读课文。

首先要指导学生用心地“读”，理解地“读”，有情感地“读”。没有这样的“读”，不可能有“感”。

2、要选好“感点”。

一本好书或一篇好文章的读后感，可“感”的点很多，要写好读后感，必须选好“感点”。感点是由书中某一个地方的内容引起的，引发我们体会的地方，它不是凭空产生的。一篇文章，给学生的感受是多方面的，或者说学生从中得到的体会不止一个。面对众多的感点，我们必须指导学生从众多的感点中选择自己感受最深、角度最新、现实针对性最强、最善于写的一个或几个感点，作为自己写读后感的切入点，不可面面俱到。

3、联系实际谈感受。

读了一篇文章，产生了对现实生活或自己思想上某些问题的思考，于是激发了“感”。首先，是联系个人实际。这个“实际”，可以是自己的思想和生活实际，也可以是别人的思想和生活实际。没有情感的读后感苍白无力，有情感的读后感才能感染人。用作品上的人物、事迹观点，联系实际生活中的人物言行，这样的读后感才是有价值的读后感，这样的读后感才是真实感想。

教学预设与课堂生成的差异

教学中出现了几处与预设不同的情况：首先是学生对所选文章读的不够透彻，对文章整体把握有所欠缺，导致了叙述过程中的不尽如人意。其次是在选择自己喜欢的部分进行习作过程中，没有安排好，使得在讲评过程中没有出现某篇文章的完整读后感。

总之，写读后感要处理好“读”与“感”的关系。可以先叙述文章内容，后集中谈体会，这种写法适于只谈一点体会。还可以边叙边谈体会，“读”和“感”交叉写，这种写法可以谈几点体会。不离开文章的内容，要真切联系自己的实际抒发感想，联系实际一定要实事就是，写出自己的真实感想。

这次的习作要求是在听说读写中培养学生的写作能力，写一篇习作。在对学生进行写作指导的时候，我强调一定要抓住写景作文的主要特征来写，为了使文章能够生动形象给读者留下深刻的印象可以多用一些比喻拟人的修辞，多想像。

由于我是第一次上作文课，在备课时，我准备一节课就把课讲完，听说读写的练习都有，但是一上课我就觉得时间不够用，还是自己的教学经验不足，驾驭课堂的能力有限，以至于到最后作文的写这一部分没有落实到位。

一上课，我出示了几张很美的图片让他们用一句话练习，孩子们一脸的茫然与无奈，后面通过我的不断引导孩子们才想说，才有的话可说，现在在想我要是说在图片上你看到了什么景色，孩子们可能更有话可说。

在选择阅读篇目时，我想贴近学生的生活，所以选择了一篇写校园生活的文章，但是这里写景的地方太少了，和我的知识有点脱节，所以孩子们的兴趣也不高。

最后，我出示了孔雀河一年四季的图片让孩子们说，他们说了，可以由于时间关系，说的不是很到位，我指导的也不是很到位，听课的老师可能觉得那个图片的作用不是很大，没有把图片上的景物说完整。课下我也反思了，其实让学生说完图片上的景物，还有图片以外的东西可以让学生想象着去说，让学生把自己生活中看到的景物都说不出来。

在今后指导学生写景时，一定要再细一些，真正让学生学会习作的方法。在讲解作文时多从他们的身上找一些闪光点，让学生把自己想说的话都说出来，再让他们用上一些修辞书法把句子说的形象、生动，并且发挥出他们的想象能力，把我们身边的景色写的比现实中更美。让他们把写作文当成一种期待，让快乐的情感体验伴随他们的写作。

我的妈妈是一个很和蔼的一个人，我在做错事情的时候，她总是不骂我，而是教导我应该怎么去改正。所以，在我的心目中，她是一个对我非常好的一个妈妈，所以我非常爱她，但是有时会和她吵架，不过我的心却并不想骂妈妈，因为她对我是非常的好。

本次写作教学中，我就是以激发学生的兴趣为主。本次的写作主题是写一个班级里的同学，或是你的好朋友。写之前，先让学生确定自己的写作对象，然后利用下课时间仔细观察对方的外貌特征，以及他的喜好等等。不仅要写出对方的外贸，而且还要写出他的特点，并用小故事来举证他的特点。待到上课时，先不急于下笔，而是先让学生说一说，其余同学做听众，看他说的得对不对？在他说的时候引导他把话说完整，这样他写的时候也能把话给写完整了。

作文不是写完就好了，它还有非常重要的一步，那就是修改与交流。好作文不仅是写出来，更是改出来的。在学生写好作文的时候，要求他们先自己读三遍，自己发现问题，及时修改。尤其是错字和不通顺的句子。然后教上来由老师批改，发现问题即使批注。改好以后全班交流，朗读写得好的文章，让学生听听别人是怎么写的，学习别人好的地方，最后在请大家自己看看自己的文章，再次自我修改。

这就是我自己的写作教学的个人反思。在我的观念里：兴趣是写作最好的老师，只要学生有兴趣，那他就能写好文章。但是光有兴趣也是不够，还需要老师的引导与帮助。只有方方面面的结合才能产生出好文章。

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

opinion that a certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give

purpose to life. Others argue that stress contributes to one’s mental decline

and hence endangers his health. According to them, relaxation, the opposite of

stress, is essential for a healthy mind and body.

Personally, I’m in favor of the former view. I think it is impossible to

avoid stress when one is entirely devoted to the career he pursues. In my

opinion, it is only when the stress gets out of control that it can lead to poor

performance and ill health.

本次英语考试以中考题型命题，加强对基础知识的考查，侧重考查学生综合运用语言的能力。命题材料贴近学生生活，难度适中。其中听力笔录要点和书面表达失分较多。我所教两个班级19班比20班在人平，及格率和优秀率方面稍高。

从本次考试所反映的现状来看，今后的教学中应注意：

1.加强单词听写和课文背诵的落实工作，多关注课文文本知识。

2.狠抓基础知识，加强写作训练。书面表达能客观地反映学生英语基础知识掌握情况，并且一直是学生的薄弱环节。

3.继续注重英语阅读教学。阅读理解在我们的各种测试中所占分值越来越大，而且选材也更趋广泛化。因此课堂教学中要侧重“篇章”，强调“含义”，将语篇教学贯穿于课文教学和阅读理解教学中，利用语篇教学扩大学生词汇量，增强语感，丰富文化知识，提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力。

4.注重兴趣培养，慎防两极分化。从试卷分析中可以看出，每个学校都不同程度地出现了令人担忧的“两极分化”现象。初学阶段一定要注意激发培养学生的学习兴趣，关注学生的情感，营造宽松，民主、和谐的教学氛围，保护每个学生的自尊心和学习英语的积极性。只有这样，掉队的学生才会减少，也才可能大面积提高人平。

5.注重课堂“时效性 ”，在优化课堂组织教学、合理设计教学活动，加大训练强度和密度的基础上，注重因材施教、分层教学。既要使大多数学生掌握好基础的知识与技能，同时注重知识的扩展和规律性知识的总结与归纳，让好学生也能获得充分的发展。

6.加强听力训练，营造语言环境。课堂上一定要加强对学生的听力训练，坚持用英语组织教学，尽可能利用多种教学资源让学生接触地道的语音、语调，多听英、美人士的录音材料。
