2、为学生提供自主学习和直接交流的机会，以及充分表现和自我发展的一个空间。

3、鼓励学生通过体验、实践、合作、探索等方式，发展听、说、读、写的综合能力。

4、创造条件让学生能够探究他们自己的一些问题，并自主解决问题。

二、关注学生情感，创造民主、和谐的教学气氛。

学生只有对自己、对英语及其文化有积极的情态，才能保持英语学习的动力并取得成绩，刻板的情态，不仅会影响英语学习的效果，还会影响其它发展，情态是学好英语的重要因素，因此我努力创造宽松民主、和谐的教学空间，做到：

1、尊重每个学生，积极鼓励他们在学习中的尝试，保护他们的自尊心和积极性。

2、把英语教学与情态有机地结合起来，创造各种合作学习的活动，促进学生互相学习，互相帮助，体验成就感，发展合作精神。

3、关注学习有困难的或性格内向的学习，尽可能地为他们创造语言的机会。

4、建立融洽、民主的师生交流渠道，经常和学生一起反思学习过程和学习效果，互相鼓励和帮助，做到教学相关。

三、加强对学生学习策略的指导，让他们在学习和适用的过程中逐步学会如何学习做到：

1、积极创造条件，让学生参与到阶段性学习目标，以及实现目标的方法。

2、引导学生结合语境，采用推测、查阅和协调的方法进行学习。

3、引导学生在学习过程中，进行自我评价，并根据需要调整自己的学习目标和学习策略。

四、对学生进行有效的评价。

评价可以使学生认识自我，树立自信，有助于反思及调整自己的学习过程，评价或采用测验及非测验形式，平时重视形成性评价，对学生回答学习过程中的表现所改进的诚绩，及反映的情感、态度、策略某方面进行及时的评价，如有口头评价、等级评价、学生之间互相评价等方法，充分发觉学生的进步，鼓励学生自我反思，自我提高，测验以学生综合运用能力为目标，侧重于学生理解和获取信息，能力减少客观题，增加主观题，通过评价学生学会分析自己的成绩和不足，明确努力方向。

新课程改革不是纸上谈兵，后必须要与实践相结合，即将努力学习，积极进取，积极参与课程改革，在课改中不断学习，不断实践，不断反思，愿与新课程共同成长。

一、让学生自主地识字

在初读古诗之后，我让孩子们说说：你想提醒大家读好哪个字?学生就说出了“生”、“当”、“声”要读翘舌音，不能念成平舌音，“潜”是三拼音节。于是我又让学生说说能用什么办法很快记住“潜”，学生马上想到可以运用加一加的方法来记忆，即用三点水加替即为“潜”。那“随”呢，学生都谈了自己的高见。

二、从生活情感中体会诗的情感

只有当学生体会到诗人的情感，才能做到有感情地朗读、背诵。于是我问学生：当春天来了，你发现春雨有什么特点吗?你自己有什么体会吗?这时学生的话可多了，争先恐后地把自己的发现，自己的感受说出来，有的说，春雨细细的，让你感觉不到他的存在;有的说春雨是密密的，春雨中，我们来到屋外，觉得特别舒服。于是我相机地引导学生谈谈春雨的作用，让学生想象春雨来时，大自然是怎样的一番景象，于是教室里热闹极了，有的比动作，有的拿画笔画了起来有的尽情地说道，小草在雨水的滋润下，长得更生机勃勃了。春雨中的桃花显得更红更艳了……在学生尽情地抒发自己的情感后，我及时地引导他们说说诗人在看到雨后清晨的美景时的心情，引导学生体会诗人对春天的喜爱。通过对学生的一番引导，当我们再次朗读起诗时，我感觉到了学生把诗人、把自己对春天的喜爱读了出来，这时我想他们不再仅仅是会读会背诗句了，更体会到了春天的美丽景色。

1、有效指导。缺乏精心指导，再多的训练也是徒劳的。这几乎是常识。说到底，一在于科学序列的建构，作文教学中仅复习过程就可精心设计诸如：读题训练、材料训练、构思训练、成文训练、修改训练、应变训练。如此细密的规划，匠心独运，更有利于大大提高学生的写作能力，终身受益。二在于有效的训练指导的落实。诸如审题、立意、谋篇等写作知识在新课改的“淡化”要求之下，教学实际中已经被忽略了，作文教学更显随意和无序。读懂文题是立意谋篇的第一步。审题不到位造成作文失败的例子并不鲜见。主题不鲜明、思路不清等等问题，与作文有效的规范训练不足有很大的关系。

2、善于选择。学生的作文缺乏生气，缺乏真情，缺乏典型的实例，是因为少了一份智慧的选择。智慧的选择需要教师智慧的引领。教师引领学生去梳理、归类属于自己的生活，引领学生去回味属于自己的那一瞬间的“怦然心动的感觉”，把这些生活细节、心灵感悟形成单元形成系列。我想，学生在整理归类中、在回味感悟中也是一种情感的升华意趣的提升。让学生用个人独特的视角去看自我，去看世界，作文自然有“真意”;学生对自己的生活有了深刻的感受，作文自然有“真情”。

3、真情实感。一定要用真实实例，使作文有血有肉。基于这些反思，我一直把作文教学引导当成了重头戏，也因为自己对写作的爱好吧。所以我看了许多作文教学的资料，也尝试了一些作文教学的方法。因为我觉得让学生写好作文，第一步先是让学生敢写作文，而要写的生动感人，就必须有真情实感，要有真实的生活实例，要有自己的真实感受，不是编造。基于这些思考，因此我的作文教学是从记叙文开始的，我列了几个专题训练学生如何能把身边的小事写细写得生动感人。这当然要借助一些方法，诸如语言、动作、心理、细节等描写方法。所以我的专题就是从这些开始的。

通过听课老师的评议，结合学生课后的习作，我也发现课堂教学存在着一些不足。如：教师似乎在牵着学生鼻子走，不敢放手让学生谈看法；习作指导游离于本单元课文之外，未体现“读写结合”的理念；名言与名人故事将学生向“崇高”的境界导向，让学生背离心愿唱高调迎合师生；课堂发言面较窄，对学困生关注不够，导致他们的习作依然是“无米之炊”，三言两语难以成文。

我觉得这次考试我是可能打96分以上的，为了这个目标，所以以后我就要多多看书，多多读书，记一记古诗，记一记名言，每天晚上睡觉的时候，看一篇作文，中午吃完饭以后就写一篇阅读，如果每天都这样，我的成绩一定会提高，一定会达到我梦想的分数。

《走进田园，热爱乡村》是第八册语文园地六的习作内容，乡村的景物，乡村的趣事，对于乡村的孩子是很熟悉的。所以我选择了这一内容作为研讨课。我首先出示了一幅幅美丽的乡村图，当同学们看到一幅幅美丽动人的乡村图时，惊喜万分，争先恐后的发言：“春天，我们的乡村好美呀，看，粉红的桃花，雪白的梨花，金黄的油菜花，它们争奇斗艳……”

对于孩子们而言，这是一堂快乐的作文课。对于老师而言，也是一堂收获惊喜的作文课。孩子们细致入微的观察，以及喜悦的心情，在习作中都得到了详尽的描述。作文的过程是一个快乐的过程，在本节课得到了充分体现，这节作文课引发了我的如下思考：

一、孩子感到快乐是写好作文的前提

“知之者不如好知者，好知者不如乐之者。”要想动笔习作，首先要喜欢习作，要让孩子从内心深处真正体验到作文是件快乐的事情。观察自己的家乡、做游戏等都是作文课的形式，习作可不是只有一种形式，不是只有一个阵地──课堂。广阔的大自然，应是孩子们学习的大课堂，到操场上去，到大自然中去，让孩子们感到高兴，增加体验，增强学习的信心，这样对于孩子们来讲，作文的过程将是一个快乐体验的过程。

二、知识积累是写好作文的保证

“我们的乡村，无论什么时候，什么季节都是一个五彩缤纷的世界。”“红红的柿子像一个个红灯笼，挂在树上，你挤我碰，等着人们去摘呢。”这些语句，是需要平时在阅读中去积累的，在习作中才能灵活去运用。有的同学在习作中能写出优美的语句，有的同学就写不出来。因此，平时建立一个摘抄本，是解决在写作时腹中空空，无话可写的好方法。在阅读时，把碰到的好词好句随时记下来，积少成多，这样就会在习作时产生下笔如有神，文如泉涌的奇妙境界了。

三、充分利用好身边的资源是作文的源泉

第六单元的习作内容是写乡村的生活，根据学生的生活实际，我组织了学生去观察乡村的田园风光，了解乡村的生活，拍摄乡村的图片，搜集乡村的资料，然后在课堂上介绍自己的乡村，学生讲得生动有趣。有个学生说：“我们乡村有趣的事很多，有时钓鱼，有时放牛等，我们玩得最有趣的是‘西班牙斗牛’……这是一节很成功的作文课，我充分利用了可以利用的教育资源，相信孩子们对于这样的作文课一定会很喜欢。

通过这节作文课，我体会到我们的语文课堂有着广阔的学习空间，让语文学习的外延与生活的外延相接是我们每个语文教师的责任。

when i am free, i will spend time on my hobbies. when i am in a blue mood, i will also do my hobbies to cheer myself up. hobbies can help us improve our moods. many hobbies requires devotion. for eample, when you play a musical instrument, you have to practice over and over in order to perform good music.

after a period if you still enjoy it, gradually it will become a hobby of yours. but, remember: a hobby is like gold under the ground; no hobby will come to you unless you dig it out yourself. if you can treat study as one of you hobbies, learning will be more enjoyable. i hope all of you can find your own hobbies and also have fun from them.
