对春联丰富多彩、情致美好的内容之美的欣赏以及对春联对仗之美、声律之美的品味，都要建立在学生对春联阅读、感悟、体验的基础上。在学生找到课文中的春联后就尽情地诵读这些透着美的文字，插上想像的翅膀，借助绚丽的图片，将春联描写的美妙意境描述出来，这是以读促悟。再引导学生带着理解读好这些对联，这是以悟促读。在读中领略春联所表现的丰富多彩、情致美好的内容。再接下来，让学生按照春联的内容来送春联就水到渠成了。在美美的朗读中，学生自然体会到了春联讲究对仗及具有声律美的特点，这时，教师只要引导学生将这一点上升到理论的高度即可。语文的教学重在让学生积累，在本课教学中教师有意识地为学生创造和提供积累优美语言文字的机会。

三、自主探究，把学习的权利交还给学生

学完课文，我们应安排一系列练习，以巩固今天的所得。本课教学中安排了几个有意思的练习，在练习中学生进一步体会到了春联内容丰富，对仗工整，读起来抑扬顿挫的特点，并掌握了使用文字的一些技巧。在练习中给学生一些思考的时间和空间，给学生一些自我表现和尝试成功的机会，让学生在自由平等、自主探究中自己去获取知识，解决问题，求得发展，他们学习的积极性更高，教学效果更好，更能激发他们课后再学习。

四、拓展延伸，在联系中建立语文大课堂

好的结尾会产生余音绕梁、三日不绝的效果。结尾处要令学生对本课内容咀嚼不已，欲罢不能，促使他们在课后开展拓展阅读，使他们的文学品味得以提升。所以，学完课文，在学生掌握了课文内容的基础上，我们要引导学生充分地开发和利用课外学习资源来充实对文本的解读，拓宽语文学习的内容、形式、渠道，让学生在更广阔的时空学语文、用语文，把生活看成是学习语文的大课堂，使学生获得的知识和产生的情感更加立体、丰厚、久远。

The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my

homework equally according to the holidays so that I can finish all of them in

time. And during my winter vacation, we welcome the most important festival in

China—Spring Festival, it’s also called Chinese New Year by lots of

foreigners.

At that night, our family came together and had a big meal. Of course we

had dumplings that night, because that is our Chinese traditional. We then watch

the CCTV spring festival evening party together and watch the beautiful

fireworks. That’s the happiest time in this world! The winter vacation I had

dreamed all year around was finally coming. And I really enjoyed a lot from

it.

The first thing I did was I made a plan for my study. I assigned my

Secondly, I took some extracurricular activities and read some English original

reading. My favorite book is , written by Sherlock Holmes. Among all the

classical movies, the Sound of Music was the most exciting one. During my

holidays I also made some assistance for my physical class teacher, surely I met

lots of difficulties in this stage and from which I knew what perseverance

really was. Lastly, I went to the temple fair and was lucky to taste several

Chinese traditional dishes; “Jiaohua chicken” is one of them. It is said it

originated from Hangzhou centuries ago, made by a famous beggar Hong Qi Gong,

the senior leader of Beggar Gang.Steamed with fresh lotus leaf wrapped up,it is

famous for its special aroma and taste. Now that the holiday is ending and a new

semester is coming, I need to fresh up and get started to embrace the upcoming

challenges.

这堂课总得来说是较好得完成了教学任务的。整堂课各个环节的设置合理，上课环环相扣，每个环节之间的过渡都非常自然。而且我在上课的始终都保持着一种高昂的情绪，这种情绪一直带领着学生从课堂的开始到结尾。这堂课我自己感觉最值得珍藏的一点便是学生的朗读，从学生一遍又一遍的读书声中，我们似乎已经可以体会到学生从诵读中享受到了快乐。特别是在教学第四自然段的时候，我先让学生默读，勾出自己喜欢的句子，然后有感情的把这个句子读出声来，之后读给你的小伙伴听，接着指名读他(她)喜欢的句子，一边读还一边做朗读指导。这个自然段的教学我引导学生运用了多种读书的方法，从第一次读到最后的一次读，学生实际上已经在不知不觉中经历一个精读的过程了。

当然，这堂课也让我暴露出不少自身的不足，这些不足带领着我进行更多的思考。首先，在教师基本职业素质方面，我感觉自身的语言表达能力还不够强，除了课前设计过的一些过渡语和叙述性语言外，其余在课堂临场发挥的语言都缺乏感染力，不够美!这一点也直接牵扯到我对学生的评价语。所以，第二点便是评价语单调，对孩子没有起到实际性的激励或纠正的作用。第三，面向全体学生，注重学生全员参与的深度和广度没有体现出来。这些都值得我深深地思考。

这堂课让我积累了不少宝贵的教学经验，通过这堂课的反思与感悟，我想自己会在教学道路上前进一步的。

一次次的失败，一次次的总结，但每次结果却没什么大的变化。成绩的不见好转，说明我自己在思想上存在问题，所以当务之急并不是解决成绩，而是思想上的问题，因为这将关系到我一生的命运。

成绩问题的确很让人头疼，不过路是自己选的，问题也应由自己来承担，针对单科存在的问题还是应该系统的分析。

这次考试语文试卷得了104分，放在高一高二的确是个高分，但对于高三来说，语文110分以下的成绩都是低分。汉语作为母语，每个人在思想中都已形成了一种固定的模式，所以要人为的改变这种模式确实有点困难。语文卷总的来看，影响成绩的还是选择和作文，这就涉及到一些基础知识，基础知识丢分，我个人认为还是比较好弥补的。我还是很有信心在第二次月考中突破110分的~

数学自古以来就是文科生的弱科，但这个社会又是一个弱肉强食的社会，如果你不强，就注定被人吃掉。所以我还是选择无条件的提升数学成绩，针对此次考试，数学卷子综合来说还是比较简单，但因马虎未审清题意，所以丢了许多不该丢的分。此次数学考试，就我个人看来124分是正常分数，因为这124分都是基础分，最次也得过120分。上高三以来我的数学成绩一直是教室里最好的，但这次的失误令我十分懊悔，希望没有令数学老师失望，下次月考，我会拿回本属于我的东西。

英语常被中国人看作第二种语言，但在经济发达、国际交流日益频繁的今天，英语早已成为了中国的第二种母语。汉语、英语不过关，很难在社会上生存，此外还必须掌握日语或法语第二门语言。香港大学的面试更是以英语为沟通方式，由此可见，英语对于我们这些90后来说非常重要，必须无条件的学好英语。

政史地一直被人们视为小科，但自分文理以来，政史地就已占据了半片江山，想要考高分，政史地绝不能缺腿。可我现在还仅仅是拘泥于及格…首先在基础上我就很不过关，所以受题的难易程度影响很大。感觉基础上的问题是最好解决的，只要付出时间与努力就应得到相应的收获，但事实证明，并没我想得那么简单。上高中以来，欠下了太多的债，现在想一次性还清的确很不现实。现在我所能做的就是坚持，不屏弃。正如政治说的那样“做好量的积累，抓住时机，促成之变”。

已经在路上，就不要忘记出发时所说的话。是否还记得当初许下的承诺，是否还记得当初夸下的海口。做人应做到“无悔”，已经到了这步田地，结果怎样，已经不重要了，重要的是过程，我们到底为人生积累的多少的财富。从高考考场走出，是否敢对自己说“我无悔”，如果能，那就没有对不起这三年的努力，就不会给自己的人生留下遗憾。

知识没能学会，但做人我们还总是要学会的。所以说思维方法很重要。

我们现在所做的一切都是在为自己的人生积累财富，不要放过每次学习的机会，知识无处不在，我们应该懂得探索。每个人都应有自己的追求，不然这真是一个失败的人生，锁定目标，专注重复，永不言败。

人的一生就好比在拍一部电影，有的人把自己看成是电影的观众，享受着无穷的乐趣，沉浸在那虚幻的世界中;有的人把自己看作电影的主角，主演着人生的点点滴滴，将自己的“力量”发挥到极限;而我将自己视为电影的编导，影片的剧情由自己决定，因为我不想做那无知的观众，也不想做那失败的演员，我要导演自己的人生，拍好这部电影，因为我不想给自己留下遗憾，因为我要做到真正的无悔。

一、问题提出：

在作文教学中，有不少学生感到“没有东西可写”，反映在习作中就是内容贫乏，加上传统作文在命题、题材上的局限，常常逼学生“闭门造车”。，针对这种情况，我们教师应为学生创设条件，俗话说的好“巧妇难为无米之炊。”所以应该让学生多接触生活，在生活中丰富自己的素材积累。

因为学生上作文课时是坐着想，是“挤牙膏”式的写作文，自然文章无情而言，无理而道。针对作文教与学的现状，“解决学生写作的‘米’”成了作文教学的首要问题，活动型作文教学正是探索解决这首要问题的模式之一。也就是说，教师设计讨论会、诗歌朗诵、课本剧编演、手工制作等各种活动，然后要求学生根据活动，在老师的引导下进行写作。

二、个案表述：

（一）通过活动让学生感受生活，为写作提供素材。

针对学生“无话可说”的现象，面对初中学生尤其是初一的学生，我们经常利用课内外开展活动，让学生去感受，观察，然后就此畅所欲言地进行写作。如我们曾设计这样一种活动型作文教学的案例，现表述如下：

1、教师布置活动内容：

本次活动内容是“竞选班干”的同学到讲台上大声讲竞选宣言。内容可以说出自己心愿，可以谈自己的优点，可以提计划，也可以说理由等等，但要求真实、健康、简明，并且一定要出自内心。

2、学生活动准备：

请大家先思考5分钟，不要形诸笔端，然后按竞选顺序上来说，如果你认为上台的同学说得好，请你给他掌声鼓励，最后大家根据每个人说的内容、说的表情等方面综合评价，无记名投票选出优胜者5名。

活动开始进行后，教室里气氛热烈，掌声阵阵，不时有笑声传出，看来同学们非常投入。

活动结束，进行评比。教师提出作文任务：

在刚才这项活动中，我们根据同学的参与，而且都全身心地投入到了这项活动中，大家有感受、有体会。今天我们就以这次活动为素材，写一篇作文。

（二）引导学生挖掘素材，积极开展写作：

1、教师引导拟题：

同学们，现在我们就这次活动写作文，请根据你的体验、感受、想法，给自己的作文先定个题目。如：我第一次上讲台讲话；台上一分钟，台下十年功；我的建议；谢谢掌声；难忘的时刻；一次有意义的活动；难忘的作文课；话说勇气等。

2、教师引导立意：

根据这次活动，你们都确定了自己的作文题目，那么你准备写些什么内容来表述点什么呢？

3、教师提出构思要求，布置学生当堂习作。

习作批改结束后，发觉全班同学都有东西可写，且写的篇幅比较长，是前几篇习作不能比的，最少的同学也写了近600字，内容较丰富，选材角度多，如：

（1）描述自己上台的心理，表达干什么事要有勇气的中心。

（2）上台竞选，其实很不容易，他需要勇气、胆量，更考验了我们的口头表达能力。

（3）写这次活动欢乐的场面，表达我们班活泼、团结的中心。

（4）我为什么要说这三句话，表达我对某一问题的看法和见解。

（5）写这次作文课的生动，表达我们喜欢这种作文课的心情。

三、个案分析：

从活动的选择来看，“竞选干部”对于部分学生来说还是第一次，要讲什么样的话，学生肯定会积极主动地去思考，这样就让学生在活动开始时就进入了角色。

从活动的效能来看，这次活动能为学生活动后的作文提供素材，因为每个学生都要上台讲，所以每一个学生都要有准备，都有一个参与的过程，每个学生都实实在在地去做了，不是一个旁观者，所以活动后，每个学生都有亲身的感受和体验，自然不愁写作素材。

从指导的目的看，活动后的指导注重了学生发散思维的培养。就“竞选干部”的活动素材，让学生从各个角度来描述、体验、感受这次活动，不定框子，不加限制，让学生自由命题、自主立意，只要合理，就可以写，从而让学生的思维得到了一定程度的发散训练。

从习作的结果看，这次活动确实为学生找了“米”，学生有东西可写，且能够从素材中挖掘出新意。

四、几点思考：

1、活动型作文教学应以“活动”为特征。这里的活动可以指课上的活动，也可以指课外的活动；既可以教师创设活动，也可以学生自主活动。在组织活动中，教师要明确提出活动要求，要充分调动学生的各种感官，使之活跃起来，全身心地投入，完全进入角色，同时在组织活动中要力求全员参加，并且让每个学生都唱主角，这样才可以使每个学生在活动中有体验、有感受。

2、活动型作文教学毕竟是有限的，它不可能覆盖所有的文体，所有的内容，而且操作起来有一定的困难，我们教师应通过有限的活动培养学生观察生活的意识，引导他们做过生活的有心人。同时我们更应鼓励学生通过阅读去积累更丰富的素材。

老实说，这次期末考试我考得确实不好，尤其是语文，竟与上次期中考试的成绩一模一样，没有半点进步。这到底是为什么呢？

首先，我觉得是因为粗心，比如把“已经”的“已”写成“自己”的“己”；作文里通篇的错字……那么多的0·5分离我而去，怎能不让我心疼？可是我却没有办法， 只能在心里默默地说：“下次一定要细心，一定要细心啊！”

老师说过，我们最大的问题就是不爱审题。许多同学都在审题方面上丢了分，我也是其中一员。《那片绿绿的爬山虎》里有一句话：“刚进里院，一墙绿葱葱的爬山虎扑入眼帘，夏日的燥热仿佛一下子减去了许多。”阅读题里有一道题就问“一墙的爬山虎使肖复兴感到……”我想都没想地填到：凉爽，便放心地去做其它题了。但试卷发下来，这道题却是错的，我百思不得奇解，还是等到老师讲了以后，才知道应该写舒服。唉！那就更不用说了，明明是写自己玩的，我却把玩的规则写了一大堆，罗罗嗦嗦，到头来整整扣了三分, 好后悔啊!

每次考试后我都是后悔再后悔，可是世上没有后悔药，所以我以后要细心、要审题，那样才能取得好成绩。

一、整篇文章的描写重点是莲花，作者从自家院子的莲花开始，写到了祖父赏莲，之后重点写了风雨中红莲的变化过程，主角俨然是红莲，那我把题目改成红莲好不好？（明确：不好，写红莲是为了写荷叶，写风雨中红莲的变化即荷护红莲，很自然就让人想起母亲爱护儿女的情感。歌颂母爱）

数学来源于生活，学生的生活中有许多数学问题，只有让学生在熟悉的、感兴趣的问题情境中，才能感悟学习和理解数学知识。因此，在初步探究完如何将一个大数改写成以万为单位得数后，我让学生自主发挥，自己先写一个整万得数，然后将它改写成以万为单位得数，这就大大激发了学生的兴趣，然后，我又趁势让他们给同桌出一道这样的题，互相交流，互相判断，这就在检验孩子们的知识是否巩固，是否能自主进行正确检查。最后，又让孩子们写一个以万为单位得数，改写成生活中的大数，逆向思维得到训练。这个环节对于突破、重难点起到了很好的促进作用。数学课程标准强调“尊重学生已有的知识与经验”。 从上课学生的反映来看，大家对这部分知识的理解是比较轻松的。在教学中，我始终将学生当作学习的主人，从学生的生活经验和已有知识出发，紧密联系学生的生活实际，使学生通过亲自实践，掌握基本的数学知识和技能。学生是在充分的实践操作和自主思考的基础上，感知知识和发现知识的学生的，思维有实际经验支撑。实践证明，这样的教学切实有效。

对于本堂课的遗憾是，教师本人操作不到位，在改写整亿数时，一定要前后比较两个数的大小和计数单位，改写后计数单位发生了什么变化？是在上课时漏讲了。比如在整理数位顺序表时，要让学生亲自写一写亿级上的计数单如漏写单位，或多去、少去0等问题。这需要学生对数位顺序有非常熟练的掌握。

小学教学最难的莫过于作文教学。关于不能有助于培养孩子们的写作能力，这让我想起了前一段时间，校长组织我们去春游，回来后要我们每位老师交一篇心得。于是个个退缩，不得不交时，有的请人代写，有的上网下载，有的东拼西凑。总算过了关。想想校长只是要我们交心得，并没有提要求，什么一定要生动形象，要具体，要有真情实感，我们都亲身去经历了的，尚且如此。学生们呢？我们要求他们写的人和事，他们都经历过吗？恐怕大部分没有，再提出要写生动，语言要优美等等，他们能做到吗？我想除了背作文，到作文选上去七拼八凑，别无其他快捷的提高孩子们写作水平的方法。那么这样得来的“好”作文算是提高了学生的写作能力了吗？肯定不能。相反还影响了孩子们的写作兴趣，产生了厌恶写作的心理。我们老师自己写作文其实就是一个极好的例子。而课本上呢：它只要求孩子们能运用语言说清自己要做的事情，学会一种应用文体，如果我们老师评价得当，应该能激发孩子们的写话热情。于是在这里，我又不得不说一句：不要对小学生的作文提太高要求，特别是考试作文。为什么不把作文的分数放得高一些呢？小学语文作文教学重在培养兴趣，压低分数我看除了打击学生写作积极性，对写作产生害怕心理外，实在看不出有什么好处。

一、用好教材，让孩子们爱上作文。

写好作文，一方面要有大量的素材积累，还要有自己本身的语言积累。俗话说：“文由心生”。自己没有写的欲望，怎能写出好文章呢？同时我还觉得在小学阶段要求每个孩子写出好文章是不现实的，但要求孩子写清自己的建议、想法、记下会议或事情讨论的情况，还是有可能的，同时对孩子们的将来来说也是有用的，因为我们中间大部分人都是普通人，作家文学家毕竟是少数，我们不能因为少数，而要求大部分都做到。

另外，如果我们老师细心的话，就会发现，我们练习中的口语交际也在为本次的习作作进一步的准备。像习作四的口语交际：讨论班级公约。为习作四记下讨论会的主要内容，和精彩、有效的发言，做了一个实践，让孩子们在实践中写作，这样会有内容可写。相应的还有：练习一中的“推荐和自我推荐”是让学生建议班级中哪些同学能担任班委，同时又为习作二的推荐提前作个准备。所以好好上好口语交际，对学生写好作文是有很大帮助的。

二、少一些限制，多一些心灵的交流。

让学生说自己想说的话，写自己想写的事，抒自己想抒的情。同样我们也能从孩子们的作文中发现生动鲜活的东西，那是非常感动人心的东西。如前一段时间读到的《种太阳》“奶奶说种瓜得瓜，种豆得豆，今天我种下妈妈的照片，希望能得到我亲爱的妈妈。”这是一个小朋友写的，多生动，多感人啊。如果我们的作文是告诉孩子们用自己的笔写出自己的心情，那我们不仅能让孩子爱上写作，同样也会看到出乎我们意料的动人心弦的好文章。

想起在行知小学杨校长带回的新加坡孩子在行知基地活动的作文，非常朴实，有些甚至是流水帐，可是你从中读到的是一个个鲜活的生活片断，那些只有孩子才说出来的话打动着你的心房，可是如果让我们的老师来打分的话，那一定分数不高，如果再评讲一下，那恐怕孩子的作文是一无是处了。不过新加坡的老师什么也没做，他们只是把孩子们的作文装订成册，放在那里，让孩子们自己去读，并送给自己的好朋友，他们呵护的是孩子们的一份真心，一份兴趣。无论孩子写得怎样，那都是他们真实的想法。那都是我们应该保护的，因为我们保护的是一个个稚嫩的心。这就是所说的“原生态”作文了，让学生说自己想说的话，写自己想写的事，那些作文少了精巧的结构，优美的词语，深刻的思想，但却多了很多清新自然，触动你灵魂的东西。而这正是我们老师要去呵护、培养的东西。

三、让学生多读书，多积累，厚积而薄发。

阅读有助于学生积累语言，课外阅读可以开拓学生的视野，增长他们的见识。在阅读时要培养学生的动笔的习惯。可以让他们摘抄一下好词好句好段，同时呢让学生写一下心得体会，读后感啊。比如在本班专门设立有图书角，每天中午学生都自觉的拿图书来看，自然而然学生们就养成了喜欢阅读的习惯。另外，我们也搞了图书漂流的活动，学生们可以把自己喜爱的图书拿到学校里来，与其他同学分享。

另外，对学生的读书习惯我们做了一个专门的调查。在对本班五十名学生的阅读兴趣调查中，发现：

喜欢童话故事书：20人

科普知识：18人

幽默故事：12人

历史故事书：18人

神话故事：25人

美术音乐：10人

学生对故事类的书籍兴趣最大。

四、多一点呵护，少一些打击。

有的学生对作文一直头疼，甚至感叹：作文难，难于上青天。而有的老师对学生的要求也严格。我们应该多鼓励学生写一下他们喜欢的东西，哪怕写错了，作文中出现了这样那样的错误都不要紧。从学生出发，多一点呵护，少一点打击。
