对这些现象作深层次的分析熎浔澈蟮脑因如下：其一，多年的应试教育影响。老师们为了追求升学率，往往有意无意地忽视了语文学科的工具性和人文性的特点，没有真正重视作文教学，没有对学生的思维进行发散性的启迪和训练，而把大部分时间花在做应付考试的标准化练习题上。其二，缺少足够的课外阅读。为了应付各种各样的考试，学生自觉或不自觉地远离了课外的文学读物。许多家长和老师把课外阅读当成是看闲书，真正支持的很少，甚至千方百计地严令禁止。这样，学生的大部分时间都在听老师烦琐枯燥的分析，真正能起到文学熏陶的东西接触太少了，可以说成了文学的“贫血儿”。第三，生活的单调。农村学生本来应该比城镇学生活动的范围要大得多，但为了与别的学校竞争升学率，学生在校时间很长，一天除了吃饭就是上课、自习。这样，学生的活动范围就自然被缩小了。试想，一个没有生活感知的中学生，怎么能写出具有真情实感的文章呢？第四，教学观念落后。由于信息交流和教学条件的限制，许多老师的作文观念比较陈旧，几十年一贯制的教学方法严重地制约了对作文教学的更新和思考。

《语文课程标准》的出台，预示着语文教学的春天已经来到了。尤其是高考和中考话题作文的不断推出，为作文教学改革带来了前所未有的良机。作为农村初中的语文老师，我们应审时度势，更新观念，大胆创新，努力走出一条行之有效的作文教学新路子。

首先，把扩大阅读量作为提高学生写作水平的重要手段。

语文老师应当教育学生明确向课外拓展的重要性，想方设法鼓励和指导学生广泛阅读。在课内，老师要敢于放手让学生自读，要充分相信自己的学生有能力读懂课文或课外书，让他们学会学习。在学生充分自读的基础上，老师再因势利导，适当点拨和引导，对学生进行美感熏陶、情感激发；同时，老师要积极鼓励和指导学生利用课余时间广泛阅读有益身心健康的各类图书。在学校图书馆藏书有限的情况下，要动员学生主动去买课外书，或开设班级小图书馆。在提倡“终身学习”、“学会学习”的今天，让学生学会看书无疑是非常值得推广的。只有这样，学生才会有丰富的知识积累，写作时才不会有“难为无米之炊”的难堪。

其次，从培养写作兴趣入手，把加大写作总量作为提高写作水平的根本。

兴趣是最好的老师。我国老一辈语文教育家对于激发学生的写作兴趣和动机有过大量精彩的论述。顺乎自然，让学生写自己平时喜欢写的东西，学生会乐于去写。我们农村有许多活动，像清明节上坟、钓龙虾等，城镇孩子就比不上农村孩子感受深刻，老师可引导学生就地取材。

要想写出好文章，就必须多动笔头，多动脑筋。至于怎么写，那就可以“八仙过海，各显神通”了。老师既要利用每周作文课时间让学生写一些贴近他们生活实际的作文，更要鼓励学生利用业余时间写随笔，还可以通过指导写日记，办手抄报、黑板报，向校刊和校外投稿等形式来练习写作，培养其写作兴趣。同时，对学生作文不可求全责备，要多鼓励，以免挫伤其写作积极性。

第三，鼓励学生多到广阔的社会生活中去汲取写作的不竭源泉。

农村是一个丰富多彩的大课堂，更是一部永远读不完的百科全书。尽管现在农村学生学习负担很重，很少有机会参加劳动，但星期天和寒暑假，还是有相当一部分时间可供自由支配的。每到养蚕季节，可以叫学生去帮父母采桑叶、喂蚕宝宝什么的；一到农忙时节，老师要建议家长们让他们的孩子参加力所能及的农业劳动，体会田间劳动的甘苦。当然，老师要善于引导学生注意观察事物，细心体会万事万物丰富而细致的情感，启发学生善于站在一草一木、一石一鸟的角度去思考问题，感受生活的真谛。这样，学生的思维就开阔了，想像力就丰富了，他们的创作欲望必定会增强，何愁写不出具有真情实感的文章呢？

第四，改革传统的批改方法。

按传统的过程模式组织教学，大多数老师在作文的批改上存在误区。其实作文批改的方式是多种多样的，或全班批，或轮流批；或教师批，或学生批……

作为语文老师，首先自己要转变观念，可以只给些引导和指点；该怎样改，让学生自己去考虑。其次，也要教育学生转变“我写你改”的旧观念，要使他们懂得：作文是难得“一次成功”的，好文章是靠改出来的；一个不懂改文章的人，将永远是一个作文的门外汉。

作为教师与家长双重身份的我，从多年的教学工作与辅导孩子的生活中对作文有了一点浅显的认识。我认为为在小学阶段，孩子至少要学会十一种类型的篇目，才算会写作文。它们分别是：留言条、日记、书信、建议书、看图作文、写人的、写景的（含状物）、写场面的、读（观）后感、缩写、编童话等。当然这是较细化分，如果按体裁，那么则是应用文、记叙文、说明文、议论文这几大类，但是小学阶段不必掌握这么工具性的划分。低年级训练重在前五种，中、高年级在此基础上则重在后六种。

我的这节五年级作文课就是针对年段特点进行设计的。我最初设计的初衷是想让学生学会写人物，然而，在学生以前的作文中我发现他们写的人物近乎白描，一点都不生动，也不够鲜明。所以，我决心一定教会他们写作文，而且，作文虽然已然成了语文学习中的一大黑洞，但是我想通过我的类别作文教学法，让学生学会举一反三、融会贯通。

我觉得这节作文课我借助信息技术的力量，使课讲起来生动、形象，并且直观、全面地让学生明白该做些什么。这是信息技术以外的媒介所不能实现的。而且这次的设计制作是在我学习了国培之后，掌握了较多的多媒体制作和应用技术之后做的，之前一些我不懂和解决不了的技术上的“难题”，也都迎刃而解了。看着自己的幻灯片，那美感极强的画面，让自己也陶醉其中。另外，我的幻灯片不是花瓶摆设，它突出了我要呈现给课堂的所有重要的东西。紧扣作文教学训练的常用步骤：审题 选材 列提纲 打草稿 修改。

就我的教学流程而言，我觉得一切都是那么水到渠成，紧密相联。

第一环节，“审题”的常规训练。关于作文的要求一定要仔细阅读，从中提炼出关键，确定作文题目的类别。

第二环节，“选材”的重要训练。这是写好作文的必要手段和成功的要素。选材时要仔细斟酌、对于文题涉及的内容心中有数。写人物的，就要搜寻记忆宝库中关于某人的外貌、性格等特征。考虑表现出人物的主要事件的各要素。通过事例来表达出对人物的看法。

第三环节 ，“列提纲”的必要训练。列提纲是写作文的预备式。如果提纲列得好，那么整篇作文便可见一斑了。写作顺序确定：总——分，还是总——分——总，或者是平行叙述或描写，确定主次，最后罗列出大致的结构、各部分的意思，确定中心思想。此环节的完成其实也是在平时的阅读教学中积累的，更帮助作者形成了简要的腹稿。

第四环节，“打草稿”的独立训练。这一环节是将对作文的个人理解以文字的形式展现出来的。其实，教学中写草稿也可以像前几项那样以口头的形式交流，也就是口头作文，这样可以启迪思维，有据可依，也可充实和完善腹稿，教学实际中这一方法屡用不尽，效果甚佳。在写的过程中，要分清详、略，运用学过的多种知识：词、句、段乃至篇，借鉴有益的地方，自己也应创造新颖的，杜绝人云亦云。在我的课堂教学中我觉得以后要更多一些地给学生发挥的空间，更多地让他们表达自己与众不同的看法，写出属于他们真正要表达的内心的东西。

修改草稿是第二课时的事，当然这里也要说一说，如果我的课堂上有充裕的时间的话，应当和学生一起修改草稿，面批面改，当面指导及时有效。

综上所举，我认为作文训练的大致过程就是这样的。但是无论是哪种体裁或类型的作文，它都需要借助这样的模式去训练。学习者如果能用心体会，那会久而久之，他们便会举一反三，如将写人的这一篇当中的写外貌部分换成回忆的语气，这篇作文就可以改写成“我难忘的XXX”。

总之，作文犹如春芽初绽，需要蓄积一个冬天的养料；好似大厦落成，必求打下稳固的根基；如同典籍书卷，雕琢排列展现精华。当然，作文更是一种创造，是少不得作者的想像力的，这想像力的培养也如同语言习惯和素养一样，应当在平时加以注意和训练。

重阳节，又称登高节，为农历九月初九。在重阳节这天，传统的饮食是重阳糕、菊花(chrysanthemum)酒、菊花茶。登高、插茱萸(cornel)和赏菊是重阳节的重要习俗。

今天，我们教研组的听课轮到我了。自然，教研组长而已，你不是第一个，谁是第一个？有老师来听课，就像家里来了客人一般，自然要好好准备一下。在上这节课之前，在四班先是试讲了一下。本来四班是打算让学生们来进行复习的，但还是对自己不放心。讲了一下，果然发现课件制作的顺序有点问题，需要再次的进行调整一下。

开始上课是在上午的第二节。由于是常态课，就把常态课中的一些平常的做法拿了出来，先是对作业问题进行了点评，然后是对上一节课的复习提问。再就是进入学习新课的环节。但是在开始的时候，没有设计上教学目标，这是一个存在疑问的地方。运用先学后教，当堂训练的方式，开始了本节课的学习。

本节课的学习中，特别注重增加了一些材料题的练习，让学生在学习中接触较多的材料题，增加对当时历史的认同感。通过出示材料，发现学生的思维还是比较的不错的。例如，本来我以为“阳光下的地盘”，学生会不知道是什么内容，结果，很多的学生回答上来了；再比如，“火星”值得是什么？本以为学生也难以回答的，结果，学生都顺利的回答上了。真是出乎我的意料，看来学生的潜力，需要教师努力去挖掘，只要教师创设好的情境，就一定能够发挥出学生的最大潜力。另外，一个比较得得意的地方就是让很多学生起来回答问题，这也是我慢慢的在探索中得出的一个经验，就是一定要让很多的学生回答问题，这样，才能保持他们上课的专注力。总体感觉还算是比较的流畅、自如。再者，对于拓展的地方，自己也算是比较的不错，例如，讲到了中国参加一战及战后中国的窘境；对于意大利参加一战的的根本原因，也是探讨的很到位的。另外，学习本课的时候，对前后知识的联系，也是尽量的做到温故而知新。例如，英国资产阶级革命的根本原因；飞机的发明者等等。

本节课，尚有遗憾之处，就是，练习的设计上，记得还有一些深刻的题目没有设计上。罗曼罗兰对一战的评价，一些文学家对一战的描述等。都还需要作进一步的搜集整理。课堂气氛还是不够活跃，需要教师个人改进的地方还是很多的。当然，如果，从更高的标准来要求的话，就是对本节课的课堂设计上，基本上是按照课本内容平铺直叙的下来的，内容整合上基本没有。常态课的话还是可以的，如果进行评选的课，是需要作进一步的准备的。

常态课，是教师教学的一种最基本形式，只有将常态课上好了，才能在以后的优质课评选中得心应手，遇到各种评比活动不至于手忙脚乱。
