历经“千辛万苦”，终于批阅完了读后感，有点吐血的感觉。 写作前几周就布置学生要多读几本好书，作文写了，我伤心了。全班的作文放到一起，能称得上是“读后感”的，不足10篇，10篇里头也就5篇上下，还算有质量。剩下的，都算不得读后感。归纳一下问题有这几种：第一种，是无感而做。这是主要问题。很多学生的读后感，其实没有感想，只是因为老师布置了作文，不得不写上一篇。至于感想，这个真没有!也就是把书里头的内容概括一下，然后无病呻吟，空谈感受，喊几句口号。第二种，没有感想。第一情况下，学生还知道要加点“感想”。这种的，就是重复书本内容，甚至于把《序》里的话摘录编纂一番，字数勉强够了，就成了。第三种情况，就是莫名其妙了，书本的内容和自己的议论互不相关，也不知道放在一起做什么。好像也是为了填我给的作文框架而硬凑到一起的。

不得不说，这是一次失败的习作。相比较而言，学生写的一篇电影观后感就相当成功了。那是学生利用周末的时间，看了一部关于候鸟迁徙的纪录片。我没去看，但猜得出来并不是故事性很强的。可是不少学生的习作充满了感情，他们同情鸟儿的悲惨遭遇，为鸟儿的小小胜利欢呼，大家不约而同地呼吁：要保护鸟类，爱护地球。

这样的习作是令我震惊的。它说明，学生并不是写不了读后感，而是我的引导出问题了。带着学生去看电影的班主任老师跟我说，电影过老师跟学生进行了互动，帮助学生深入地理解了影片的意义。这样看来，学生的读后感写不好，主要责任在我。

反思一下，原因可能就是：缺乏对书本的阅读引导。到目前为止，我并没有以任何一本书为例，带领学生有目的的阅读。我只是“散养式”让学生自己随意看，看完了就写“感想”。因为思想方面、情感方面都没有给予适当的提点。学生是真的没有感受。作文时，硬要学生写“感想”，他们只能干巴巴凑些句子给我。所以，我想，我应该重新尝试一下让学生再写一篇读后感。

我感觉，自己的这个课（教案）在贯彻新的课程标准思想理念方面，还是认真的，也努力做到了。下面是这个课例的教学设想和课后思考。

一、体现“以生为本”的新课程标准思想理念，倡导“自主、合作、探究”的学习方式。

对于新课程，我是这样理解的，实际课堂上，教学应遵循“教师引导，学生自主，师生合作，生生合作，共同交流探讨”的原则，应注重学生自主阅读、自觉感悟和主动探究的学习过程，教师不能满堂灌，应将学习的自主权交到学生手中，避免越俎代庖，这样学生学习才越来越有兴趣，才有长进、步入佳境。但也不能忽略教师的作用，教师是教学的组织者、促进者和合作者，应适当发挥引导教学过程、灵活调控课堂气氛等作用，师生都投入了，这样的教学才真正有实效。

本课教学以学生为主体，注重学生自主阅读、自觉感悟和主动探究的学习过程，有别于学生被动接受知识和道理的传统教学。教学过程分“体验亲情、交流感受、表达亲情”三个环节，按下面三个步骤开展：第一，以文本阅读为楔子，引导学生如何捕捉细节、感悟亲情（自主阅读——自觉感悟）；第二，从对文本亲情的感悟中寻找与生活的共鸣点，唤起学生类似的亲情体验，交流感受（师生、生生合作探讨、交流互动）；第三，亲情告白（包括学生写课堂小作文，完成课外综合实践活动的作业）。

在“自主、合作、探究”的学习过程中，特别要珍视学生独特的感受、体验和理解。如，在对亲情的感悟的教学安排上，我选择一篇短小感人、内涵丰富而有张力的阅读材料作为情感的引入，让学生去读，去思考、去体验感悟，在自主学习、自主感悟、合作交流中，学生读懂了语言文字背后的内容，体会到了母爱的真挚、无私、博大、深沉，懂得尊重亲情、珍惜亲情、奉献爱心的道理；下面的环节也重在学生自主发言，师生共同交流探讨，力求沟通融洽。

二、在教学过程中强调听，说、读、写的有效结合，提高口头和书面的表达与交流等语文基本能力。

教学过程中，开展“体验亲情、探讨亲情、表达亲情”等阅读、讨论、交流、写作等教学活动，有效提高学生口头和书面的表达与交流等语文基本能力。首先，以文本的阅读作为唤醒学生情感体验的切入口；第二，通过对文本的感悟、探讨、交流，加深学生对亲情的理解，为下面寻找与生活的共鸣点作铺垫；第三，通过上面的情感酝酿，唤起学生类似的亲情体验，交流感受，进入生活中亲情体验的交流，逐步将学生推向对生命本质认识的高峰，为下面学生抒写自我心灵的真情实感蓄势；最后，水到渠成，让学生捕捉一二生活细节，当堂完成亲情小作文。全程读、说、听、写结合，环环相扣，过渡自然，符合学生认知规律，收到很好的教学效果，从而避免了讨论式教学中出现的空、泛等不实的做法。

三、引导学生关注生活，善于观察生活，对社会、人生有自己的感受和思考。

引导学生关注社会、人生和生活。忙碌的现代生活和紧张的节奏，使我们渐渐地忽略了身边家人的感受，也疏远了与他们的情感，不少学生和父母有“代沟”；这代的学生，多是独生子女，自我意识强，家人的处处呵护已让他们中不少人存在“唯我独尊”“凡事多为己着想少为他人着想”的思想意识，只会享受爱，不懂得付出。通过这堂课，学生能察觉到自身的缺点，并反省，逐步改正。

关注生活中的细节，挖掘其中的情感。我们大多是平凡人，过的是平凡人的生活，生活中固然不乏有轰轰烈烈、惊天动地的爱，但更多的是平凡、朴素、深沉埋在心底、不着痕迹的爱，特别是家人对我们的爱，往往蕴藏在平凡琐碎的生活小事中，不易被觉察。通过交流，培养学生细心观察生活、体味生活的能力，加深对亲情的感悟，提升做人的品位。

从学生课堂上的发言、当堂的小作文来看，学生能顺畅地表达自己真实、独特的个性体验，不说假话、空话、套话，不为文造情。这也是一个闪光点。

唯一感到遗憾的是一节课的时间安排紧些，在“交流感受”部分未能让更多的学生发言，有些仓促收尾。

《一路花香》是一则寓言故事，讲了一只有裂缝的水罐在完好的水罐面前感到惭愧，挑水工却告诉他说，从它的裂缝漏出的水浇灌出了美丽的花。我挺喜欢这个故事，因为这个故事的题目很美，一语双关，既写了花美、花香，还暗含着对浇灌鲜花的挑水工和破水罐的认同。更重要的是告诉学生如何正确地看待自己和别人，帮助学生树立正确的人生价值观：世上任何一件东西一个人，都有其自身存在的价值，我们即不要骄傲自大，也不要妄自菲薄，只要恰到好处地利用其本身的特点，就能充分发挥作用。其蕴涵的人生哲理学生是容易理解的，但对于四年级的孩子，多元解读文本、辩证分析问题却是有一定难度的。于是，在教学这一课时，我把“理解故事所蕴含的真正寓意，学会正确地看待别人和自己。”确定为本课的学习目标。为了更好地达成目标，我将学习目标分解为两个学习任务：

如何让学生真正读懂“我们即不要骄傲自大，也不要妄自菲薄，只要恰到好处地利用其本身的特点，就能充分发挥作用。”为此，我引导学生对课文中的角色惊醒一分为二地辩证地分析：那只完好无损的水罐，它总是能将水满满地送到主人的家，是值得骄傲的!主人家不都需要这样的好水罐吗?但是这只好水罐如果为自己的成就而感到骄傲自满，看不起别人那就不可取了。用同样的方法分析了破水罐，让学生在辩证的思想中揭示了课文的寓意，“收获了一路花香”。这种说话练习锻炼了学生的说话能力，也帮学生树立了正确的人生价值观。

但是教学中还存在这样一些问题：

一、读得形式不够多：

在教学时由于时间紧张，导致给学生读书思考的时间较多，各种形式的朗读和展示较少。语文教学课堂上没有把握好读书的时间，缺乏一定的读的训练，特别是文中的一些重点句，孩子们朗读的不够到位，学生的情感没有在读中深化。

二、牵着学生走：

课上完了，课上呈现孩子氛围较好，但总感觉牵着孩子走的痕迹严重。也是这节课的最大缺陷，因为教师的理性和牵制过多，限制了学生的思维，导致学生思维浮于表面，不能深入思考，课堂上没有生成，所以也没有火花。我感到问题的设计，教师的引导，特别是运用学生的生成性资源，还有待进一步的提高。放手让孩子学感兴趣的人物，让学生多思考、多读书是我下次磨课应该特别注意的地方。

新接到一年级数学，看到那些可爱小不点，我什么都不担心，就怕他们对数学没有兴趣，因为他们对语文的兴趣实在浓厚，七、八岁能洋洋洒洒写出千字文章，爸爸妈妈惩罚孩子的办法是不让他看书，想来都有点害怕！

开学以后，最担心的事也就出现了，班上一部分孩子反映出对数学的“淡漠”，家长也和我交换意见，怎么才能让孩子对数学有兴趣呢？实在的，面对一群聪明的孩子，怎样才能让他们喜欢数学呢？对我真是一个挑战！

接下来的日子里，我要考试的题都会在考前3到5天发布到网上，然后一个一个单独对“需要自信”的学生说：“我们隔2天要考试，题老师已经发到网上，你去下来做吧！老师只对你一个人讲了，千万别给其他人说。”于是他们都回去认真的做了一次，还有家长帮忙，考试时他们再次轻松愉快的做了一次。评讲试卷时，我大大的表扬了一番突飞猛进的同学，那时我分明看到了他们开心的笑容！

一个学生在网上这样写到：“昨天，老师把试卷发下来了，我看了一下，等级是A+，错了两道小问题，分数就说明是95分—99分，我唉声叹气地说：要是得了A++就好了，分数是100，平时上课要专心听讲、积极发言，成绩会越来越好。啊！这真是我最满意的数学试卷啊。”

要知道他们都是数学有点“问题”的孩子，看到她们对数学自信的回归，我心里激动不已。就这样，班里几个上期数学不好的孩子，都“考”到了很好的成绩，上课他们特别的认真，作业虽不算很好，却能较好的掌握新内容。

真正的单元测查更令我高兴，上期班上补考也不及格的A同学也考了84分，他已经成为班上听课认真、积极举手的一员了，也成为了一名自信的孩子。不过我和他的秘密还要进行下去，直到他考得更好。

I get up at six in the morning. Then I wash my face and brush my teeth.

After a quick breakfast, I go to school in my mothers car. It takes us more

than half an hour to get there.

在第一课时的教学过程中，我运用了谈话趣味导入法，问大家有没有写过信，你们一般会告诉亲人什么事情来揭示课题。接下来就是引导学生学习生字，不足的是，在教学生字时，我只是让个别学生起来分享他的识字方法，说完之后就一带而过了，也没有让大家一起重复。后来我请教了师傅，他告诉我说好的方法应该一起分享，一个人说出了不一定其他同学都会，一定要让学生多说这样才能记忆的更牢固，我想了想确实是这样，熟能才能生巧，让学生动嘴给自己深刻印象在以后的书写过程中会立即反应出来这个字的构架。

在讲到"珠"这个字的时候，我引导学生可不可以换一个偏旁组成一个新的字的时候，有一个学生说出可以换成"铢"这个字，我当时直接说了一句没有这个字，就过去了，下来我查了查字典确实有这个字，顿时发现自己备课的时候不够充分，没有认真查阅相关资料，自己的语文功底也不是很足所以犯下了这样的错误。这也给我了一个警钟，应该多阅读不断提高自己的语文素养，在备课的过程中要进行充分的预设和生成。

现在已经是晚上9：00多了，可我才开始写日记。最近这几天，就连周一至周五，我写作业的速度都是接近十点！几乎每次都要让姑姑在晚上等我的作业，因为姑姑要帮我提交每天的作业。

我仔细反思这一事件的经过，得出的结论是没有把握好时间。

因为我经常在三餐饭后看书或控制不住自己去翻看手机上的搞笑视频，当大人提醒要写作业时，还会拿“去浇花了”等理由来开脱。

直到晚上我才会不住的着急、烦躁、发牢骚，时不时在背不出课文时大吼一声，对着窗外小声骂人知道这是这些发泄方式并没有什么用，我便采用网课下课十分钟来写老师布置了的作业。却时常错过下一节课老师讲的几分钟知识，而且并没有什么效果。

我反思过后总结了以下几点：

一、在老师布置完作业后，给自己限定一个时间，在限定的时间内完成作业。若没有完成便适当改动，并限定自己在写作业时能使用与不能使用的东西。

二、适当规定看书与使用手机等做其他事情的时间段，让自己写作业时没有“后顾之忧”。

反思能让人取长补短。在新的一个星期里，我要因为学会反思，成功更进一步，更上一层！

Our college is an ordinary institution of higher learning.

on our campus,there are no skyscrapers,no graceful and imposing

buildings,and no strange houses.All the buildings are common,but they stand in

special relationship to each other,making a nice learning atmosphere for us.The

newest and perhaps largest building is the library.It stands in the middle of

our campus.It is seven storeys high.With its bright,spacious reading rooms and

all kinds of books,newspapers and magazines,it is the place where students like

to go.The next largest building is the Chemistry Department.The rooms in it are

filled with various apparatus.The buildings that the students and teachers live

in are the apartment houses.

Before long,new buildings will be added to our campus and some old ones

Spring is the first season of a year . There are there months in spring : Morch , April and May , The weather is warm and windy . It rains a lot . The trees turn green and all the flowers are coming ont . In spring, I can wear my shirts . I often plant trees and go hiking . So I like spring very much . The Lantern Festival falls on the 15th day of the 1st lunar month, usually

in February or March in the Gregorian calendar. As early as the Western Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 25), it had become a festival with great significance.

This days important activity is watching lanterns. Throughout the Han

Dynasty (206 BC-AD 220), Buddhism flourished in China. One emperor heard that

Buddhist monks would watch sarira, or remains from the cremation of Buddhas

body, and light lanterns to worship Buddha on the 15th day of the 1st lunar

month, so he ordered to light lanterns in the imperial palace and temples to

show respect to Buddha on this day. Later, the Buddhist rite developed into a

grand festival among common people and its influence expanded from the Central

Plains to the whole of China.

Till today, the lantern festival is still held each year around the

country. Lanterns of various shapes and sizes are hung in the streets,

attracting countless visitors. Children will hold self-made or bought lanterns

to stroll with on the streets, extremely excited. "Guessing lantern riddles"is

an essential part of the Festival.

Lantern owners write riddles on a piece of paper and post them on the

lanterns. If visitors have solutions to the riddles, they can pull the paper out

and go to the lantern owners to check their answer. If they are right, they will

get a little gift. The activity emerged during peoples enjoyment of lanterns in

the Song Dynasty (960-1279). As riddle guessing is interesting and full of

wisdom, it has become popular among all social strata.

People will eat yuanxiao, or rice dumplings, on this day, so it is also

called the "Yuanxiao Festival."Yuanxiao also has another name, tangyuan. It is

small dumpling balls made of glutinous rice flour with rose petals, sesame, bean

paste, jujube paste, walnut meat, dried fruit, sugar and edible oil as filling.

Tangyuan can be boiled, fried or steamed. It tastes sweet and delicious. What’s

more, tangyuan in Chinese has a similar pronunciation with "tuanyuan”, meaning

reunion. So people eat them to denote union, harmony and happiness for the

family.

In the daytime of the Festival, performances such as a dragon lantern

dance, a lion dance, a land boat dance, a yangge dance, walking on stilts and

beating drums while dancing will be staged. On the night, except for magnificent

lanterns, fireworks form a beautiful scene. Most families spare some fireworks

from the Spring Festival and let them off in the Lantern Festival. Some local

governments will even organize a fireworks party. On the night when the first

full moon enters the New Year, people become really intoxicated by the imposing

fireworks and bright moon in the sky.

My May Day

hello, today is may day. i and my father, mother and sister went shopping. we bought, lollipops, ice creams, cornflakes, toasts, butter, orange, milk and rolls. and my mother bought toys for me. such as: train, ball, balloon, car, doll, plane and skateboard. after that we went to zoo. i saw rabbit, tigers, snails, and lions, hamsters, budgies and zebras. my sister asked me “what do your like?” i answered “i like skipping rope. that’s very nice.” she said “here is you prize, sunny!” “oh, thank you! i love it!” i shouted. we sat under a tree. after lunch we drank some milk.

俗话说：“一叶知秋。”秋天，许多树的叶子纷纷飘落下来，也有许多树叶换上了新的色彩。因此，在本次作文前，我特意组织了一个名为“找秋天”的综合实践活动，我要求同学们利用双休日和爸爸妈妈一起出去秋游，到野外去，欣赏大自然的美景，收集秋天的树叶，制成标本，带回来仔细观察。意在让学生走近大自然，与秋天零距离接触，通过对各种植物，特别是植物叶子的细致观察，让他们感受到秋天的美丽与迷人。这样一来，对学生来说，就完全不是没有东西可写的问题了，而是如何利用好丰富、鲜活的资源了。

其次，我把自己收集的资源制作成课件在课堂中播放，让学生再次感受秋天的美，唤起了他们表达的欲望。同时，通过让学生展示自己收集的树叶，介绍自己喜欢的树叶，沟通了课内与课外，梳理了学生在表达方面的思路，为学生更好地作文打下了基础。

再之，在指导观察上， 我从观叶色、辨叶形、摸叶片、嗅叶味几个方面来进行，通过视频引发学生想像和联想，学生们一边观察，一边品评，由颜色说到了形状，味道，最后说到了用途，可以让学生引用或借用诗词和名人名家赞美秋叶的优美语句来表达，气氛轻松而热烈。

最后，在动手写作前，明确的对学生提出习作的要求，并进行写作技法点拨，用自己的心灵去体验，用自己的语言去表达，用童心为秋天涂抹色彩。一时间，秋叶、秋风把我们带入了一个五彩斑斓的世界。

让学生深入生活，仔细观察，是写好作文的关键。只要做了，即使是几片普通的树叶，也会在学生们的眼里飘逸成一道风景，美丽、超然、充满想像而富有诗情。

在那异常安静的课室里，谢老师拿着一大沓卷子——一沓同学们都在屏息凝视着的卷子。啊，要发卷子了，马上就可以知道成绩了，但是，万一考差了怎么办？会让老师、家长失望吧！怎么办呢？我心里像挑着十五只水桶——七上八下。“第一名，93分，林孟铠” “第二名，90.5分”……哎，怎么还没轮到我呀？没过90分，至少得拿A吧！我默默地“祈祷”着。忽然，一个熟悉的声音传入了我的耳朵里，呀，终于到我了，原本坐立不安的我从座位上“跳”了出来，匆匆地来到讲台上，接过老师手中的卷子。“呼——”回到座位后，我小心翼翼地翻开了卷子。什么！！87.5分？我有点儿惊讶，连忙翻了翻试卷，看了看错题。认真地听了老师的试卷讲评，我的心这才“稳”了下来。

听过老师的评讲，我给自己也做了个错题分析。在总结中，我发现了自己的不足之处——阅读理解。当然，我也从中总结出了一些做题技巧。语文的提高是一个积累的过程，最最重要的一点就得数看书了。不仅仅要对课本中的知识了如指掌，还得多看课外书，增长课外知识。而做阅读题也是有方法的。阅读理解，当然离不开阅读了，所以首先，得仔细读文章两遍，将它的主要内容和中心思想理清，然后就可以开始动笔做题啦！但是，你以为出题老师会这么容易就放过你吗？不，不可能。在题目中，必定有“陷阱”，因此，在做题的时候，还得不断地返回到文中找有用信息，这样就万无一失啦！哦对了，最后——逃过了老师布下的一个个“陷阱”之后，还要注意书面整洁，所谓字如其人嘛！只要把字写好，再加上卷面的整洁，老师看着就舒服多了。要不，就因为字写得不好，被老师画上了一个圆圆的小圈，那可就不得了啦！

通过这次的语文测验，我也更加了解到自己的不足之处。同时，也知道了自己的水平。虽然这次考的分数不理想，但我相信自己的实力，下一次测验，我一定会更加努力的！

Winter holiday is coming. I am so excited.

“妈，你能给我买一本漫画书吗？求你了！”“宝贝，咱们就在这书店这看吧！”

没有人知道我来到这个书店要那本漫画书的真正目的，但是我自己心里最清楚。我小心翼翼地把漫画书从书柜上取下来，偷偷把夹在漫画书里的一张卡片拿出来，一下子藏进了口袋里，假装什么都不知道，悠闲的翻阅着漫画书。

直到走出书店，我才给妈妈详细讲述了整个事情的过程。听完之后的妈妈，大怒对我说：“你竟然干出这种事情来，你这样的行为和小偷有什么区别？我根本就没有你这样的儿子，你简直让人可恨至极……”说着说着，一巴掌打在我的脸上，红红的手印让我现在还记忆犹新。到了家门口，妈妈告诉我；“你不用进来，好好反思一下自己。”接着便重重关上门，留下我独自在外面悔过。我尝试几次哀求后，妈妈并没有被打动，我茫然了，在家门口恍惚半晌。

这几年我深深地被这件事所困惑，我也懂得妈妈的用心良苦，妈妈的痛斥让我明白不该去偷他人的东西或公共财物，而妈妈也给我上了一堂极具意义的人生课。使我刻骨铭心了好几年，这件事也让我对盗窃这一行深恶痛绝。

妈妈的批评让我这棵歪了根的小苗重新成长。这一巴掌，这些批评，也是妈妈给我最大的礼物！
