小学英语的教学反思范文（汇总20篇）

这次习作指导以巴金《给家乡孩子的一封信》为依托，通过开发学生的生活资源，唤起学生对他人的感恩之情。学会以书信的方式，表达感恩之心。现结合学生的习作情况进行以下反思：

1、给孩子一根写话的扶杖和一定的写作依据对作文起步的孩子来说是至关重要的。为此我组在小专题《如何在阅读教学中渗透“写”的训练》中把仿写列为阅读教学中渗透写法的重要策略之一。仿写又分为内容的仿写和格式的仿写。以上案例中就用到了格式的仿写这一策略。也就是让学生仿照巴金《给家乡孩子的一封信》的格式学写感谢信。通过学生的习作来看，大约95%的同学能够按照书信的格式正确表达，达到了预期的目标，对于个别没有按照要求去写的同学，在批改习作的过程中给与指导纠正。

2、为了让学生在习作中有话可说，有东西可写，开发学生的生活资源是最有效的方法。我组老师在小专题研究中进行了大胆的尝试，从观察身边的人和事开始，以小练笔的形式反复练习。本案例中我也借用了这一方法，让学生回忆发生在自己身边感人的事，使学生产生情感共鸣，懂得感谢，学会感恩让习作建立在学生已有经验的平台上，激发学生的表达欲望和习作的兴趣。从学生的习作来看，表示感谢的对象较多，有感谢父母的、感谢爷爷奶奶的、感谢老师的、有感谢同桌的、还有感谢校园清洁工的……从习作内容上来看，大多数同学能按习作要求去写，表达自己真挚的感情，能将感激别人的事情表达清楚，所列举事例感人。存在的问题是：有些作文语言空泛贫乏，整篇内容三言两语说的都是感谢的话，但为什么要写这封感谢信却没有表达清楚；语言缺乏条理，显得杂乱、罗嗦。为了让习作能力差的同学感受一下同伴的优秀作文，在批改完作文以后我把写得好的作文在全班进行了泛读，然后有针对性地让这些同学去评价，说说写得好，好在哪里，指出不足，应该怎样修改。这样在说的过程中，对他们的写作也是一次训练、一种提高。最后我把没写好的作文重新发下去进行修改。仅过这样的反复训练，相信他们的作文水平会不断提高。

Dear Sir,

I am writing to apply for a British Council scholarship to study in Britain. I did my five years basic training in medicine at Shanghai University. After this I successfully completed a one-year postgraduate course in Ophthalmology at the Peoples General Hospital, where I am at present serving a two-year probation in the Eye Clinic.

As a result of the publication in 2003 of my article in New Scientist entitled "Soft and Rigid Contact Lenses ", which was based on a survey of 37 patients over 6 months, I made contact with Dr. Li Ming of the Capital Hospital and Dr. Ma Li of the University College Hospital. I have received their help and advice with my current research project, which is a two-year survey of the acceptance of various types of contact lenses in 200 patients.

And thus began the legend of the beautiful woman in the moon，the Moon Fairy.

The second legend has it that during the Yuan Dynasty，an underground group led by Zhu Yuan Zing was determined to rid the country of Mongolian dominance. The moon cake was created to carry a secret message.

When the cake was opened and the message read，an uprising was unleashed which successfully routed the Mongolians. It happened at the time of the full moon，which，some say，explains why moonquakes are eaten at this time.

我对本节课的反思如下：

首先，一节好课层次的高低首先在于教学设计。合理的教学目标，由浅入深的教学思路，合理的材料，讲练结合的做法，都在教学设计中完成，而这些的优劣决定着这一节课能否成为上乘之作。

其次，要充分发挥老师的主导性和学生的主体性。备课的过程中，既要备教材，备教法，还要备学生，尤其是备学生显得更为重要。因为老师一切美妙的设想都要在学生身上实现。讲课的过程更是如此，老师应该是知识的引导者，要充分尊重学生的认知规律和认知能力，而不能越俎代庖，要让学生自己体验由不会到会，由模糊到清晰，由浅显到深刻的认知过程。

再次，一堂好课应该是具有生成性的课。课堂上，学生被调动起来以后，思维非常活跃，会有一些新奇，甚至奇怪的想法，这些想法很有可能超越老师的预设，在这种情况下，老师应当允许不同想法的存在，鼓励大家进行创新思维，对于学生的想法进行合理的引导，这样才能保证学生思维的鲜活，灵动。否则，如果完全按照老师的想法，对不同意见采取打击压制的方式，学生会最终丧失对语文的兴趣。

以上是我这次做课过程中感触最深的几点，也是我在这节课中力求做到的几个方面。

当然，讲完之后，尤其是听了备课组同仁的评课之后，我也认识到自己这节课中存在的不足，比如课堂互动不够热烈，课堂练习设计有失妥当等等，这些我会铭记于心，在以后的教学过程中吸取教训。

对于从教刚刚八年的我来说，语文教学这条路还很长，我会以这次做课的经验与教训为起点，以更高的标准要求自己，走好以后的每一步，努力做到更好。

第一次实验我把鸡蛋放入清水中，让学生观察鸡蛋在水中的变化，并用一段话以填空的形式让学生说说第一次实验的过程。由观察到说，一点也不困难，学生完成的很轻松。第二次实验我在水中加入了少量的盐，不停的搅拌，等盐融化了，我把鸡蛋放入水中，虽然鸡蛋这一次还是没有浮起来，但是鸡蛋在水中的变化与第一次完全不同，同学用联想把鸡蛋摇摇晃晃地沉入水中的样子写具体，虽然第二次实验也失败了，孩子们有些失望，但是大家都能把鸡蛋在水中的变化写具体。第二次实验开始了，我在水中加入了许多盐，鸡蛋放入水中后，直起身子浮起了，孩子们欢呼了起来，有了前面的积累，孩子们把鸡蛋在水中的变化写得非常生动。有的同学说“鸡蛋像个小水泡摇摇晃晃的升到水面上。”有的同学：“鸡蛋像个潜水员浮到水面上呼吸新鲜空气 。”，还有的同学说：“鸡蛋像个侦察兵浮到水面上看看外面是不是有危险。”是呀，说得多好，在我不断的表扬下，同学们的想象越来越神奇，说出来的句子一句比一句精彩。有的时候我们总说学生不会写作文，我想这是我们教师点拨的不到位，只要抓住时机，正确引导，学生自由表达的机会，你会发现学会写得很精彩。

教育也是有缺憾的，这堂课我的教学重点只放在让全班同学都会写实验的过程，而忽视了那些好学生的自由发挥。如果我能在每一次让学生实验过程的时候，练习的跨越再大一些，给那些好孩子更多的发挥的空间，就会更完美一些，我想这样也是我们今后在设计时应当注意的地方。

在这次教研课上，我收获很多，有同事的帮助，有学生的进步，还有能及时发现自己的不足，我想只有在不断的思索中，不断的反思中，不断的专研中，我的教学水平一定会有进步的。
