黄金周，本是度假旅游的好日子，可是——一位幕后杀手却把我们的兴致扫了个精光。

原本，我们看上了块“风水宝地”——美丽的福州左海公园，由于我软磨硬泡，妈妈奈不住我，终于点头了。正当要下车时，只闻见一阵阵恶臭从脚下扑鼻而来，绿头苍蝇三五成群地转来转去，令人“目不暇接”，往前走几步，只听“啪嚓”一声，我意识地低头，哇，场景可谓壮观：花花绿绿的塑料袋“均匀”地分布在各个地方，垃圾满地都是，臭气熏天，一些玻璃渣如防“贼”似的，像宝剑一样立在地上，不知来源的污水满地都是，还夹杂着一些污垢。周围熙熙攘攘的人群变得冷冷清清，只剩下一些和我们同行的旅客在那咒骂着。为什么会这样呢？原来，站台不知被那位“英雄好汉”首先改成了垃圾场，每天店铺、居民们争先恐后的往这扔，而有围墙的垃圾场却在前面不远处，人们为了图方便，随手将垃圾抛了出去，而自己却若无其事，挥袖而去。这是多么下流的行为啊！

再往前去，我正想去附近的河边玩时，我愣住了：原本清澈见底的小河被搞浑浊不清了，还是垃圾浮在上面，汽油、工业污染物全聚集在这，似乎要搞个“大团聚”黑色的水静静流淌着，这一刹那，我分明听见原本欢快唱歌的小河现在正痛哭流涕，向人们倾诉着，埋怨着，可是，又有谁会去听呢？

写人作文是最常见的作文题目之一。表面上看，写人作文是一种类型的文章，但是它却是贯穿了整个中学阶段各种类型中。只有将人物写好了，其他类型的文章才能更加的深入。

首先，我讲了人物描写的基本方法，主要包括外貌描写、心理描写、动作描写、神态描写等几种描写形式。我将这一环节的重点放在怎样安排人物的外貌描写。在这一点上，初中生和小学生是不一样的，小学强调五官描写，而初中更注重细节描写。

我总结了初中作文外貌描写中几个需要注意的地方：

1、描写要细致，即用放大镜来写人，将人物外貌的细微之处写出来。

在这里我重点将小学和初中对人物描写做了对比。打个比方：小学生写人物外貌就像是画漫画：鼻子、眼睛、嘴巴、耳朵画出大概的轮廓就可以了，从人物外貌很难推测人物经历。初中生写人物外貌就像是画素描,对画画的功底又有了进一步的要求：人物脸上的皱纹，胡须等轮廓要进行细致的描写，人物衣着和身上附着物都要进行仔细的刻画。这样，我们可以从这幅画上面看出人物的年龄，猜出他的职业甚至他的某些不为人知的经历。

2、对人物有特色的地方，需要进行具体且详细的描写，一些与文章主题关系不是很大的其他地方可以忽略不写。外貌描写主要是为了突出人物性格和隐藏人物经历等与主题密切相关的东西。

3、人物外貌描写安排详略要得当。我举了一个例子，就比如说鲁迅所写的《孔乙己》多次提到他的那件衬衫，而对于其他地方则一带而过。我们在写的时候也可以让同样的描写贯穿到文章的各个地方，使之成为文章主题的一条线索。

为了加强学生的写作基础，培养学生的观察能力，我专门让学生任选一个人物（班级内），还给学生展示了卡通人物，将其外貌写出来。大家猜猜看他写的是谁。这样，学生就会抓住人物的主要特征去写，刻画出来的人物也往往比较成功。

这样，通过精心的准备和积极的引导，学生写人物的兴趣和欲望不知不觉就被激发出来了。通过这种授课方法，不仅能让学生学会写人的方法和技巧，更能让他们体会到写作的乐趣，真正寓教于乐。

不知是什么原因，在吾曰我事演讲中，我的声音非常非常的小，我自己都听得不怎么清楚，一点也不洪亮，我也想让自己大点声，可就是不行，到最后，越来越害怕，就连吐字也不怎么清楚，也是有一点胆怯。

我讲的是我擦楼道的事情，中心也是围绕着这件事情来说的，只不过擦楼道的过程没有写，不是很详细，要是再加上一些擦楼道时候的场景，就更好了。

我的语言组织的不怎么好，有点卡壳，也不是特别的生动，没有用一些修饰词把事情描写的生动，以后我会适当用一些修饰词，来让文章变得生动起来。

因为我事先已经写好了稿，所以并没有口头语，要是不拿稿的话，我肯定口头语一大堆，我一定会努力改正这个缺点的。

但是，当我在听别人讲的时候，就有点力不从心了，比如乔婉凝在讲去车库的事情，我就有点被他绕晕了，一直也听不进去，就在下面玩东西，我现在已经知道这是一种很不好的行为，我以后一定会认真听同学们演讲。

一提起作文，不仅让学生头疼，也会让老师头疼。特别是在我们这样偏远的农村中学，许多优秀学生有时见了写作文也会“一声叹息”，就更不用提那些“学困生”了，他们要么简简单单三言两语应付了事，更有的学生干脆不写。问其原因，他们都是振振有词，不会写或者是无事可写，无话可说，要想让他们说爱写作文还真是不容易。看到这种情况，我不禁思索起来：“是啊，他们本身写一两句话都不容易，要他们流畅地写出一篇600字左右的文章，何其难啊！”但是有没有可能激发他们的写作兴趣，让他们也有话可说呢？通过平时在写作教学中有意无意的尝试，我摸索出了几点激发“学困生”写作兴趣的方法：一、选取贴近生活的“学困生”关注的素材。“学困生”总是一副事不关已，高高挂起的态度，不闻不问甚至睡大觉。可是一次训练“缺陷也能变成长处”这一作文时，我问同学们有哪些材料可选，前面的同学纷纷举了贝多芬等经典名人事例后，我又问还有没有其他一些热点的素材呢？正在班上鸦雀无声时，坐在最后的最调皮的大个子韩清同学扯起嗓子喊了起来：“火箭队的布鲁克斯，他在nba里算个子小的，本不适合打篮球，但他作为得分后卫身体灵活，速度快，带领火箭队打败了强大的湖人队！”我一听，感觉眼前一亮，这不正是像他这样的学生关注的适合写作的素材么？于是我马上对他加以肯定和表扬，并鼓励他在自己的作文中就可以运用这些材料。在以后进行作文选材时，因为这些“学困生”对热点事件比那些“优秀生”更关注，我就经常让他们说一说有关热点，这样既激发了他们对作文的兴趣，又为其他同学要提供了很好的平时没有关注的热点素材，真可谓一举两得。由此我们也感受到了这些“学困生”并不是无话可说，而是老师没有挖掘出他们感兴趣的话题和素材来发挥他们的潜力呀！ 二、引进多媒体等“学困生”感兴趣的教学手段  针对许多“学困生”喜欢上网这一特点，我尝试着把多媒体教学适当引入作文课堂，使“黑白”世界变得有声有色，特别是在我们这样的农村学校，多媒体对学生而言还是新鲜事物，更具新鲜感，自然怀有一种猎奇心，进而积极主动地参与其中。

如我在教授《热点素材在作文中的运用》这一内容时，针对08年很多省市的中高考作文出现了汶川地震有关的内容，我就结合这次地震中感人的人物和事迹，从网络上找到了一些相关文字，图片，诗歌等，通过分类组合，配上音乐，利用多媒体展示给学生，连那些平时上课就无精打采，左顾右盼的一些“学困生”看到这些画面后也都鸦雀无声，有的甚至开始抽泣，学生对这些人和事的印象非常深刻，不仅这些写作上的“学困生”也能在作文中自如运用，更让学生在思想上深切感受到人间大爱和真情，激发了学生的凝聚力和爱国热情。这样真正做到了教书育人，特别是让那些“学困生”也能主动参与到写作中来。

三、尊重“学困生”个性，引导他们讲真话，抒真情

在平时的写作时，我们总是习惯于让学生根据教师的要求写作。作文一旦布置下去，学生就没有再选择的余地，甚至连表达的思路、立意都无法选择。这样的作文，学习优秀的学生可能会按照老师要求的模式写下去，而“学困生”们总是要么写一些停留在小学生水平的假大空话，要么干脆不写。可是我在一次作文训练《老师，请你__》时，一位平时一写作文就睡大觉的学生写了一篇《老师，请你也多关注我》，针对教师只关注前面成绩优秀的学生而不管他们这些所谓的“差生”这一现象，发表了自己的观点和看法，表达自己的不满，希望老师的眼光能多看他们一眼。整篇作文可谓情词恳切，表达流畅，写的全是自己和所感、所想。我觉得这篇文章相比来说有创造性，真正做到了“以我手写我心”。原来，这些“学困生”并不是完全不会写作文，而是教师为了应对考试，要求学生为了高分跟着一些套话转，按照固定模式写。而“学困生”往往都有自己的个性，不愿跟着转。我就想，对于这些学困生，为什么不让他们去选择自己写作呢？为什么不能划出更多的自由写作空间呢？他们也需要更多心灵表白，把自己的所思所想写出来。于是，我在以后的作文教学中，对于那些“学困生”，引导他们自由写作，甚至可以让他们自己命题，尽可能让他们选择感兴趣的话题，让他们在自由状态下表达内心的想法，然后加以适当的引导，让作文成为他们表现自己，张扬个性的一面镜子。这样作文竟然也成了他们感兴趣的一课了。

People are enjoying the comfortable life of the modern civilization,

meanwhile, they are also experiencing more and more competitions and suffering

much more stress than before.With the tremendous rhythm of living imposed by

todays world, it isnt unusual for people to feel tired and to try to evade from

the daily problems and stress. I think that there is no magic way that is

As we all realized that every one of us will fail during our life. Take me

for an example, I fail in my exam. In fact, failure always does appear, which

also means that failure is a daily occurrence, however, when facing the failure,

different people have different attitudes.

Some people hold the view that failure is the meaning whenever they could

not be successful. Thus, if meeting with failure, they will feel so nervous that

they have no idea what they are supposed to do. As time goes by, they become

On the contrary, there are some people tending to believe another idea.

From their point of view, failure is outstanding due to the fact that it can

From my perspective, failure is neither an excellent thing nor an

appreciating thing. Sometimes, it is capable to offer us with encouragement,

failure, never could we be scared. What we should do is to face it bravely and

never give up.

In summary, I wish when failure appears, each one of us could confront with

it bravely and beat it, if possible.

Imagine in the summer vacation is happy, secure and laughter always around. But everything out of my expectation, this summer vacation is boring, lifeless. About myself: I left school at 16 because I wanted to earn a bit of money. After that I got a few part-time jobs as a waiter, etc. But I didnt stick to any of them for long. Recently Ive been doing a bit of hitch-hiking round

Europe so Ive had some experience of traveling the hard way which should come in handy on the expedition youre planning. By the way, Im a great guitarist so I can keep you all amused round the campfire at night.Let me know when I can call in for a chat about dates and other details, etc.

Yesterday, it was really a nice day. I got the English Host in the end.

Now, allow me to tell you the gain of writing English articles.

The first, I learned a great many new words. They are very useful for me. While writing, meeting some new words are ineluctability. And when I met the new words, I would look up the dictionary immediately, and I would remember them soon. Bit by bit, the new words will be in my mind.

The second, I grasped a lot of practical verb tense and sentential form. Such as Past Tense, Future Tense, Future Continuous Tense, etc.

They are very useful for my writing.

The third, I got many praises and encourages. They made me very happy, and I made progress more and more.

Last, I got so much fun. English writing makes me happy. I study in it, and harvest in it.

昨天真是美好的一天，我终于得到了“英语达人”称号。
