第一单元作文训练是写一种喜欢的植物，即指导孩子们写身边熟悉且喜欢的花草树木。就花园般的校园里而言，有月季、山茶、丁香、玉兰，紫荆花等，孩子家里也都种有各种各样的花草、盆景。对于这些花花草草，我想他们应该是再熟悉不过了，可如何把这种熟悉转化成文字，并按一定的顺序描写出植物的特点来，对于初学作文不久，所掌握的写作方法及语言的积累还非常少的三年级学生来说，就有一定的难度了。于是，我做了以下几个准备与设计：

小学三年级是作文教学的起步阶段，这个阶段的学生写作时总是困难重重，无话可说，无事可写，成为普遍现象。久而久之形成的写作恐惧心理更是教学中的障碍。为了学生作文起步顺利，我注重了激发学生的写作兴趣和愿望，我从以下方面入手：

一、培养学生的观察能力

观察是人们认识事物的第一步。如果学生对身边的事物缺乏直观感性的认识，就让他们去描写，去评论，无疑是很难的。对小学三年级的学生来说，认识世界的主要途径是观察，只有亲身去接触事物，仔细的观察事物，才能获得真实、深刻、细致的第一手资料，写作时才有话可写，写出的文章也比较真实生动。因此，作文教学应注重培养学生的观察能力，引导学生做生活的有心人。例如学习描写一种水果，在学习《我爱家乡的红橘》这篇课文时，我让学生观看关于红橘的资料图片，还让学生访问种植红橘的农民伯伯，使学生对红橘生长过程和红橘树的外观有一个直观的了解，对红橘的色彩、形状等有一个感性的认识，并把红橘果实拿到课堂上让学生观察、品尝，加深对红橘的印象。这样不仅有利于学生对课文的理解，也在潜移默化中让学生初步掌握描写一种水果的方法。到了正式写作时，再请学生拿出自己喜爱的水果，让他们说说应从哪些方面观察，就比较容易了。这时，老师趁热打铁，引导学生有顺序的观察和了解水果的外形、色泽、味道、吃法等等。激发学生的观察兴趣，并使他们懂得观察的重要性，逐步养成细致观察的好习惯。学生通过观察，积累了大量的素材，写起作文就不会觉得困难了。

二、“不积跬步，无以到千里”。量的积累才有可能导致质的提升。没有大量的语言积累，学生是无法写好作文的。而小学三年级的学生大多缺乏自觉性，只有不断的鼓励和督促，才能帮助他们积累语言，提高语言的储备量。本期我布置学生每周摘抄好词好句，定期检查。课外向学生介绍一些名言、古诗词、儿童诗歌，要求他们熟读成诵，并学习运用。在班队课，文体活动课，开展读书交流会，朗诵比赛，文学知识竞赛，成语接龙等有趣有益的活动，提高学生自觉积累的兴趣和积极性，加深他们对语言本身及其应用的印象。除了让学生多进行课外阅读之外，还让学生每周写两个日记，督促他们养成良好的自觉学习的习惯，从生活中去领悟，去积累，引导他们掌握更多的学习方法。比如从互联网上查阅资料，做实验、做手工，咨询别人，在旅游或外出时留心观察并做记录等等，这样既丰富了学生的见闻，又帮助他们获取了真实生动、记忆深刻的素材。

三年级的小学生刚接触作文，帮助他们树立写作信心很重要，所以作文的命题范围应比较宽泛，要留给学生最大限度的自由发挥空间。

如果条条框框限制太多，学生的畏惧心理就会更加严重，写出的文章也会内容空洞，缺乏活力。老师要根据本班实际，选择合适的题目，开发学生的写作潜力，要使学生觉得有话想写，有话可写。老师可以根据儿童的特点，带学生参加一些有益的课外活动。如：“老鹰抓小鸡”，“丢沙包”，“桌子上拔河”等游戏。学生亲身感受，有更多的素材可选，他们觉得写作文并不太难，逐步树立写作文的信心。此外，在初学作文时，学生的水平并不高，老师在批改作文时，要善于发现文中的闪光点，多鼓励，多表扬，以增强学生的写作信心和兴趣。

一、丰富习作源泉，让学生敢写。

习作离不开生活，丰富多彩的学习生活是学生习作选材的重要源泉。在习作教学中，课堂上，我不是指导学生应该写这个，可以写那个，而是安排学生先观察自己周围的一切，草木虫鱼、山川河流、日月星辰等，培养他们的观察力，让学生多见多识，纵向延伸，开阔眼界，积累习作原料。通过如诗如画的大自然熏陶他们热爱大自然、热爱社会、热爱祖国的情操，从而树立敢写的信心，然后，我又横向拓宽，放低要求，让学生撇开心理负担，自由选材，引导他们在丰富的习作源泉里对号入座，产生生动直观的形象。有纵有横，扫除学生怕作文的阴影，使学生放开手脚敢写。

如，我在教写《我的校园》一文时，我先带领学生到操场上，找好角度，然后引导学生从大处着眼，从小处落笔，从外到内地让他们参观校园，这样，学生心中对校园就有了比较清晰的印象，写起来就没有什么可怕的了。

二、激发创作动机，让学生想写。

习作是一项具定创造性的作业，必须激发学生主动参与的欲望，才能有所成效。俗话说的好，兴趣是最好的老师，当学生在鼓励性语言的作用下，会产生很好的创作欲望，从而克服习作的心理障碍。

教学中我努力去发现学生习作的闪光点，哪怕是一点儿微小的进步，如一词、一句，都及时给予鼓励。一旦发现习作中的毛病，并不急于批评，而是耐心地和学生一起研讨交流，让学生弄清自己的不足之处，以及怎样该好。让学生的热情也能水涨船高。在要求不断提高的情况下，我又给学生增加“营养”，用心评改，鼓励学生自读自赏，让学生自己动手动脑改作文，从而让学生自愿地把看到的、听到的和想到的写下来。

如，教《一件难忘的事》时，我先引导学生讲述自己的难忘事，然后相机点拨，鼓励学生把刚说的写下来，自读自赏，动手动脑互评习作。这样既有利于培养学生的兴趣，又激发了学生的创作欲望，让每个学生的闪光点都能闪光，从而让学生想写。

2、规律性。小学作文教学必须遵循小学生习作的认知规律。以上作文教学设计，从"师生共同评析病例作文--师生共同总结--学生深入实践动笔写作--修改习作--评赏习作"几个环节的纵向联系来看，既符合辩证唯物主义"实践-认识-再实践一再认识"的认识论原理。

这次英语期中考试我没有考好，没有达到期中考试前制定的目标。我知道父母和老师对于我有着很大的期望，可是我还是没有考好。对于这点我感到十分抱歉。但是既然犯了错误就要改正，所以，通过考试我也想了很多。我知道期中考是一面清澈的镜子，在它面前，我羞愧地低下了头。仔细看看试卷发现竟然错了很多不该错的地方。我的基础知识部分扣了很多分，主要是单词掌握不好。阅读题扣了8分，说明我的阅读量不够，我的阅读速度慢影响了做后面的题，思考的时间少了。老师狠狠地批评了我。我的这次英语作文只得了8分，这与我的词汇量不够，阅读积累不够有很大的关系，分析原因，主要是课前没有做好预习，课堂上没有积极的举手发言，课后不认真复习，把写作业当成一种完成任务。

于是，在期中考的时候，我得到了我应有的“报应”。 经过我的仔细反思，有这样的结果是我 在做作业时，囫囵吞枣，没有仔细审题，认真做题，这让我失去了一次特别好的自我提高的机会。我应该把写作业当成一个新的开始，而不是上一段学习的结束，每一次的作业都要当做一次小的考试。我要增加一些仿写和阅读的练习。在今后的学习中，我在课堂上要积极回答问题做好笔记，多记一些老师拓展的知识点，每天回家要复习一遍老师讲的内容，认真完成一篇阅读与完形填空，我有上进心想去学更多的英语知识，自己努力，超越自己，比别的同学更好。

Dear Sir,

I am writing to apply for a British Council scholarship to study in Britain. I did my five years basic training in medicine at Shanghai University. After this I successfully completed a one-year postgraduate course in Ophthalmology at the Peoples General Hospital, where I am at present serving a two-year probation in the Eye Clinic.

As a result of the publication in 2003 of my article in New Scientist entitled "Soft and Rigid Contact Lenses ", which was based on a survey of 37 patients over 6 months, I made contact with Dr. Li Ming of the Capital Hospital and Dr. Ma Li of the University College Hospital. I have received their help and advice with my current research project, which is a two-year survey of the acceptance of various types of contact lenses in 200 patients.

Despite their help, I feel that I cannot make real progress in this field unless I can actually have day-to-day contact with these specialists. I would therefore like to continue my research at either the Capital Hospital or the UCH as soon as my probationary period here is completed, and I would like to study in Britain for two years.

I enclose a detailed curriculum vitae and an offprint of my article, together with two letters of recommendation from Dr. Li Ming and Dr. Ma Li.

一次新的体验 A new experience

Yesterday I did commonweal in library to earn my public service

scores(which is similar to the compulsory credits).I arrived library at 8’clock

in the morning,a librarian let me to wipe the mirror in every toilet from one to

six floor.Then I started to wipe the mirrors.It was been two hours after I

finished all work.I was very tired,but looking at the shiny and clean mirrors I

had wiped, I felt very happy.To be honest,I had never done the things like it at

home,so it was a new experience to me,and it make me realize the hard work of my

parent.

昨天，我在图书馆做公益去获取公益实数(类似于学分)。我早上8点到达图书馆，一个图书馆管理员让我去擦一楼到六楼的厕所里的镜子。然后

就开始擦镜子了。等我完成了所有的工作，已经过去两个小时了。我非常地累，但是看着被我擦得干净闪亮的镜子，我感到很开心。说实话，我在家里从来没有做过像这样的事情，所以，这对我来说是一次新的体验，这也让我体会到了父母的艰辛。

在教学过程中，我力追求简约，追求和谐：

首先，在教材处理上，追求简约，剪裁重缝。课堂上学生们围绕“卡罗纳是一个怎样的孩子?”和“周围的人们又是怎样表达对卡罗纳的爱的?”这两个问题品读感悟。学生通过人物语言、动作、神情的描述，品读、批注、交流，感受师生对卡罗纳的真切关爱之情。学生那同情与怜悯的神情，使我深切地感受到他们正沉浸在爱的教育中。在此基础上，追问：“这些‘爱’卡罗纳感受到了吗?从哪儿看出来?”抓住“他什么也没说，也没有抬起头来，只是把他的手放在我的手上。”

体会卡罗纳将坚强面对现实，成为生活的强者的内心感受。

其次，努力做到工具性与人文性的和谐统一，追求三维目标(知识与能力、过程和方法、情感态度和价值观)的达成。我注重了对学生关爱他人美好情感的熏陶和正确的情感态度和价值观的引领。在朗读中潜移默化，在过渡语、小结语、激情语中不断渗透。引领学生寻找感受周围的人对卡罗纳的爱的词句，从动作、眼神、心理等方面捕捉爱、感受爱。如体悟“我本想跟他说几句话，但不知说什么才好，就把一只手放在他的肩膀上，脸贴在他的耳朵上，对他说：‘卡罗纳，别哭了。’”时，千言万语化为“放、贴”，做这个动作表示什么?请你把动作背后隐藏着的东西朗读出来。千言万语还化为一句话──(齐读)“卡罗纳，别哭了。”

又如：“放学的时候，大家围在他身边，谁都没有说话，只用关切的目光默默地看着他。”我用一句“目光默默地看着他，什么话都没说，那一双双眼睛里写满了什么?如果你就是卡罗纳的同学，你要用这目光告诉他什么?”将学生置身于同学和卡罗纳的直接对话中，激起了学生的情感波澜，对话中加深内化了关爱的情感。

教学，永远是一项遗憾的劳动。借班上课，异地而教，对学情不够了解，未能及时处理好课堂教学资源。如在最后环节，原来预设在学生朗诵过程中渗透手语教学，因为手语而多次重复朗读。后来得知，他们学校在两周前就进行过手语教学。其实，完全可以让学生自己打手语诵读，达到“巧借东风催芳菲”的效果。

因为年轻，所以更需锻炼;因为追求，所以更想提高。路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索。

首先，我讨厌英语高考试卷中最后一道试题被叫做“书面表达”，叫做“（英语）作文”难道有困难吗？如果说尽管是高考，实际写作情况算不上“作文”，那么，我们汉语考试中，小学生写的文章应该叫什么呢？叫“神马”吗？现代高考英语写作从本质上讲，写的水平大约也只能算是等于中国小学生汉语作文的水平。我们的孩子写作文，很难写出自由的、真实的内容来，高考英语作文从内容看、从形式看也是空空如也。如果持怀疑态度，你大可以看看高考以来英语作文的参考范文。正因为如此，我的学生在我的倡导下，开始了双腿走路的英语作文习练：也就是，作业本练习应试作文（100词左右的试卷末题“书面表达”）；日记本练习自由作文，无字数、题材、体裁限制，随便写。

一般而言，应试作文是“八股文”的翻版.每一种文体或题材内容都有相对固定的格式，也就是作文被“格式”化了，它是可以用来检阅学生英语习得的一些情况的。但是如同选择题的标准化一样，作文按照作文的“标准化”写作，根本就不如干脆考单句翻译或者句群翻译，免得徒有其名，未有其实。

下面是借用博友博文中的一个片段，对于其中的现象，不知你以为然否？华东师大的一位研究者曾经在中学做过一个简单的即兴调查：“作文写过自己妈妈的，请举手。”课堂上的学生几乎都举起了手。“文章里写自己生病，妈妈送去医院的，请举手。”多数又举起了手。“写去医院的时候，是半夜，天正下着大雨的，请举手。”举手的仍然是一大片。“写妈妈吃力地背着自己，身上被雨水淋透的，请举手。”下面不仅举起了一大片手，而且还有哄堂大笑。

如果是英语试卷，那么这个题目可能是这个样子的-----书面表达：人人都有自己的母亲，母亲是世界上最伟大的人。记得有一次，半夜里，天正下着大雨，我肚子疼得厉害，我母亲吃力的用自己肩，背着我冲向医院，她身上被雨水淋透了，我非常感动。请以John的名义，写一篇日记，字数100左右，参考词汇:XXX，注意，文章开头已经给出，不计入字数。

我想坚持让学生双腿走路。一方面，不瞄准应试，那是十分危险的；另一方面，坚持自由写作，“吾写吾心”会更好的锻炼学生的写作能力的。
