语文能力是生活、学习、工作的基础，作文能力是语文能力的综合体现。作为中学语文教师清楚地知道：中学阶段作文教学肩负的重任——要让学生掌握三种文体和应用文等写作能力，作文水平达到规定的层面，以适应升学或就业的需要。然而具体到实施作文教学，教师往往一口难言，尤其是对于农村中学教师难教、难改；学生难学、难写。作文教学陷入重重困境。

困境之一：源于教材。首先，写作知识和训练点散见于阅读之后或课文分析之中，缺少片断等基础单项训练和梯度性的作文训练。整体上明显的现出重读轻写，写作依附于阅读的情况。第二方面，课本上的写作知识介绍简约，训练点分布零散，点与点间联系疏松、衔接不强；缺乏具体的作文教例、教参、教案等工具书。第三方面，写作训练量少。

困境之二：源于教师。教师苦于手中无作文教材，仅凭单元之后的短小作文指导来进行教学是远远不够的。造成教师作文课难备、难教，故作文课堂教学弹性大，或多讲，或少讲，甚至不讲，只将作文题目和写作要求往黑板上写出，整堂课时间交给学生支配完成。这样随意、自流、无序的作文教学，知识含量低，往往收不到教学的预期目的。

困境之三：源于学生。大部分学生怕作文，究其原因：农村学生生活面相对较狭窄，又忽略生活的观察，因而素材少——没话写；没有掌握各种文体审题、立意和布局谋篇的基本写作知识及方法——不会写；认识能力低，语言词汇单薄，驾驶语言能力不高——写不好；这是农村学生作文“三大难”问题，其中自然有学生自身的因素，也有教师和教材原因。

总之，面对种种境况，农村中学作文教学确实陷于重重困境之中。那么，应如何走出困境呢？寻找出路是不可逃避的问题，这是语文教师务必面对和肩负反思的职责。要从反思中寻求出路，要勇于正视上述陷我们于困境的种种问题，针对问题，寻求对策。

语文教学的重点在作文，这是地球人都知道的事。

其一，人学文的目的有二：一是读，二是写。读可以使人明事理，阔视野，照“章”行事；写是一种记录，记忆再好的人也不可能将所有做过的事一一刻在脑子中，更有诸多的细节，事后会随时间渐渐消弥。如果想“留名史册，那就用笔把它记下来，不但可以传示后人，更有通过“记”促进人们对已有行为、事件的反思，更利于今后行事中少有过失。从这个意义上来说，写有时比读更重要。

其二，就是现的学习，还要考试，而且考试还是非常重要的，因为考试“决定”着一个人的人生前程。而语文考试中，作文是必不可少的，小学满分100，作文40分，占全卷的40%，中考满分120，作文50分，占全卷的41.7%，。高考满分150，作文60分，占全卷的40%，（有的个别省市甚至达70分,占全卷的46.7%，)。且有继续上涨的趋势——甚至有专家学者呼吁语文考试只考一篇作文……

作文如此地重要，但我们学生的作文情况却不容乐观。现实的状况是学生不愿写作文，怕写作文，把作文叫做“作难”，再有就是学生的作文水平不容恭维，内容上虚假，书写上潦乱，更有数量只是把作文当成作业，一周一篇。

造成此种状况的原因大致有这么几种，其一作文的时间不足。如果按考试中作文占得权重来说，作文课应该占语文总课时的半壁江山，可现在就算按国家规定的语文课一周五节来算，一周一节的作文课也只占总数的20%，而其他的自习安排则更没有作文的事了，其二，教学的重视程度不够。教师虽然知道作文占得分多，但在平日里教学中，却认为作文是慢功，非一日能成，拿出时间来练作文不如强化点语文知识来分来的快，也就是说明知西瓜大，却偏偏去捡芝麻。当然，这也与当下学校的教师任课有一定联系，很多学校为了保证教师考核的公正与公平，学生是一年一分班，教师自然是一年换一回，所以，没有人愿意牺牲当前“利益”，为他人做嫁衣。三是，教学方法不科学。作文要写得好，不仅是要会写，更要会读，而现在的课文教学却是对课文的肢解，让学生学不到原汁原味的东西，就如把牛肉进行了分解，成了没无色无味的化学元素，学生当然没有了胃口；作文教学则成了课文教学的逆过程，老师把现成的作文元素甩给给学生，要他们去合成，这种“实验室”作文，自然效果不会好。因为，牛肉是生长的，不是合成的，即使你五味俱全，也不一定调出美味来……

作文是慢功，作文更是一个系统工程。重视作文教学首先要给予时间上的保证，其次是人员上的保证，在一个学段之内，语文教师最好保持相对稳定，再次是方法上改革，课文就是作文的例子，愚以为，学课文不是为了肢解它，恰恰相反，是为了整体把握它，字在句中，句在段中，段在篇中，只有“囫囵”吞下，才不至于丢失了其色味，“吞”下，再把它“吐”出来，就是作文了，至于理解它，你想，“吐”出来的作文都给原文差不多了，原文难道还没有消化？

中国农民作家周述恒只有初中学历，他想把他的打工经历写成小说，但却不知道怎么写。于是就找来他当时能找到的唯一小说《中国式离婚》，边看，边写，连小说名都仿叫《中国式民工》，在网上发布后很受读者欢迎，成书出版后也甚至是畅销。无独有偶，笔者有一位忘年交的亲戚，是一位只有中专学历的退休干部，退休后，他整理家乡传说，把我们家乡的秃尾巴老李的传说写成了一部近二十万字的《秃尾巴老李传奇》 。他说，他为写这本书，把家中原有的五本小说都翻烂了。笔者也作过仿写。暑假里进行远程研修培训，结束时要每人写一篇总结，我不想固板地按格而行，想搞点创新，恰好手边放着徐志摩的《再别康桥》，顺着其“诗路”，有了下面的文字：

因此，课文是一个例子，是一个作文的例子，我们的语文教师应很好的利用之。

钱穆

一九一九年之秋秋季，余（钱穆）转入后宅镇泰伯市立第一初级小学校任校长之职。是年，余二十六岁。

（次年）是春，余之国文课退居在后，不占重要地位。乃以作文课代之。

余告诸生：“出口为言，下笔为文。作文只如说话，口中如何说，笔下即如何写，即为作文。只就口中所欲说如实写出，遇不识字，可随时发问。”一日，下午第一课，命诸生作文。出题为“今天的午饭”。诸生做卷讫，择一佳者，写黑板上。文云：“今天午饭，吃红烧肉，味道很好，可惜咸了些。”告诸生，说话须有曲折。如此文末一语。

又一日，选林纾《技击馀谈》中一故事，由余口述，命诸生记下。今此故事已忘，故以意说之。有五兄弟，大哥披挂上阵，二哥又披挂上阵，三哥亦披挂上阵，四哥还披挂上阵，五弟随之仍然披挂上阵。诸生皆如所言记下。余告诸生，作文固如说话，但有时说话可如此，作文却宜求简洁。因在黑板上写林纾原文，虽系文言，诸生一见，皆明其义。余曰：“如此写，只一语可尽，你们却写了五句，便太啰嗦了。”

又一日，命诸生带石板石笔及毛边稿纸出校门，至郊外一古墓；苍松近百棵。命诸生各自择坐一树下，静观四周形势景色，各自写下。再围坐，命诸生各自陈述。何处有人忽略了，何处有人遗忘了，何处有人轻重倒置，何处有人先后失次，即据实景互作讨论。

余又告诸生：“今有一景，诸生多未注意。诸生闻头上风声否？”因命诸生试各静听，与平日所闻风声有何不同。诸生遂各静听有顷。余又告诸生：“此风因穿松针而过，松针细，又多隙，风过其间，其声飒然，与他处不同，此谓松风。试再下笔，能写其仿佛否？”诸生各用苦思写出，又经讨论，余为定其高下得失。经半日，夕阳西下，乃扬长而归。如是，诸生乃以作文课为一大乐事。竞问：“今日是否又要作文？”

一日，遇雨。余告诸生：“今日当作文。但天雨，未能出门。令诸生排座楼上廊下看雨。问，今日是何种雨？”诸生竞答：“黄梅雨。”问：“黄梅雨与其他雨有何不同？”诸生各以所知对。令互相讨论，又为评其是非得失。遂命下笔，再互作观摩。如是又半日。

余又令诸生各述故事。或得之传闻，或经由目睹。或闻自家庭，或传自街坊，或有关附近名胜古迹，桥梁庙宇。择其最动人者，或赴其处踏看，或径下笔。每作一文，必经讨论观摩，各出心裁，必令语语从心中吐出，而又如在目前。诸生皆跳跃，认为作文乃日常人生中一乐事。

如是半年，四年级毕业，最短者能作白话文两百字以上，最多者能达七八百字，皆能文从字顺，条理明畅。然不从国文课本来，乃从国语课及作文课来。而作文课亦令生活化，令诸生皆不啻如自其口吐出。此为余半年中所得一大语文教学经验。

今天在组内上了一节研讨课，由于时间关系----第三节课只上了24分钟，没有如期完成教学任务，并非是执教者的原因。其次，由于时间紧张，课件制作不够精美；再者，在学生自主答问时，孩子们争相恐后地抢答，导致短暂的混乱。因此留下了些许遗憾。不管怎么样，我还是简单地说说这节课的感受：

这节课的主要任务是学习12个关于读书、治学的成语和趣味语文中的看图猜成语。如果说汉字是人类文化的瑰宝，那么，成语就是最闪亮的钻石。成语相沿已久，约定俗成，结构严谨。人教版教材从一年级的教材开始，每册教材都有意识地给孩子呈现一些平时常见的成语，如果我们的孩子只会读成语、背成语，那是有缺憾的，是与教材的呈现目的背道而驰的。于是，我便根据教学内容确定本节课的教学目标和环节设计。

成语在语言交际中的使用率很高，我们在学生年龄小、记性好的最佳学习时期，让他们多读、多记些成语，使学生们掌握一定数量的常用成语，对提高学生的语言能力，无疑是有意义的。然而以往的语文教学大纲中对成语的教学缺少明确的要求，在小学语文教学中，这一语言“精品”没有得到足够的重视。长期以来，成语教学形式比较单一。由于对成语教学任务不够明确，在教学中教师只注重成语的死记硬背，忽视了对成语的意义理解和使用的引导，成语教学流于形式，导致学生在使用成语时出现褒贬不分、望文生义、张冠李戴、自相矛盾、画蛇添足等乱用成语现象。让学生在自己喜闻乐见的多种形式中接触成语、了解成语、理解成语和运用成语，是目前成语教学的一个首要任务。

一、朗读中理解

学习成语首先得会读，在本节课中，我设计的第一个环节是充分地朗读，借助拼音读准，形式也多样，自由读、领读、男女赛读，小组开火车，然后再根据镂空式巩固熟读，达到熟读成诵。其次就是理解成语，这里的理解不是要求学生深入理解每一个成语的意思。于是我又设计了：看意思猜成语，读句子体会成语的含义，引导孩子们联系生活实际，大致了解成语的意思。几个环节下来，孩子对这些成语有了深刻的印象。

二、理解中积累

本次教学的任务是“日积月累”，这四个字已经明示了学习方法和目的，教学时，需要精心构思每一次积累的训练方式。古人云:“不积硅步无以成千里，不择细流无以成江海”。它重视的是长期坚持的积累过程。从二年级开始，我在鼓励学生看书的同时，也鼓励孩子们准备一个专用本做成语（佳句）积累，这是我一直比较注重的方面。平时教学中我也有意识的把包含生字的成语，抄在黑板的“词语百花园”里，让学生摘抄，在摘抄中积累。在本堂课的设计中，我也有意安排积累的环节。孩子们通过读、看、说大致了解成语的意思后，我便出示了与读书、治学相关的名言佳句，通过多形式的朗读、理解，再加镂空式的背诵，不知不觉孩子在课堂中便积累下来了。

三、积累中运用

用学习积累成语的最终目的是为了运用，要现学现用，能将所学的成语在一个特定的语境中很自然地表现出来，那才是成功地学会了成语。教学这12个成语，我采用了“选词填空”，“联系生活用成语”，“读成语故事谈学习收获和体会”，丰富积累，学以致用。

短的二十四分钟分钟，孩子们的学习状态一直处于兴趣盎然，在学以致用的环节中，时时碰发出了令人惊喜的灵感火花，锻炼了学生的思维能力，达到了积聚、理解、运用成语的目的，更体验到了成语的无限魅力。可惜的是由于时间关系，“联系生活用成语”，“读成语故事谈学习收获和体会”，都没有完成。

新课标特别重视积累和实践。要学好语文，平时多积累最重要。在平时的语文教学中，教师都要重视学生“字词句”的积聚。采用多种方法来检测学生的学习效果，从而激发学生学习语文的兴趣，使学生的语文素养得到有效的提升。

Mid-autumn Festival is one of the most important festivals for Chinese

people, which even occupies the same position with Spring Festival. It is said

that the festival originated from a love story. A man with great strength shot

nine suns and left only one, while his wife ate the pills by curious heart. At

last, she flied to the moon and had to be separated with her lover. Nowadays,

the meaning of Mid-autumn festival is to let the families get together and enjoy

the time to appreciate the full moon. My families always prepare for some

snacks. When we finish the dinner, all the members will come to the balcony and

sit down, appreciating the full moon. We talk and enjoy the chatting hour. I

have a good time with my families.
