4.注重兴趣培养，慎防两极分化。从试卷分析中可以看出，每个学校都不同程度地出现了令人担忧的“两极分化”现象。初学阶段一定要注意激发培养学生的学习兴趣，关注学生的情感，营造宽松，民主、和谐的教学氛围，保护每个学生的自尊心和学习英语的积极性。只有这样，掉队的学生才会减少，也才可能大面积提高人平。

5.注重课堂“时效性 ”，在优化课堂组织教学、合理设计教学活动，加大训练强度和密度的基础上，注重因材施教、分层教学。既要使大多数学生掌握好基础的知识与技能，同时注重知识的扩展和规律性知识的总结与归纳，让好学生也能获得充分的发展。

1 唤起写作的欲望和激—情

兴趣和爱好是最好的老师，是作文最重要的内驱力。小学作文教学要想点燃孩子们的创作欲望。首先，作为小学教材的创造者——教师，必须在浩瀚的文学作品中撷取最富有童趣，最具有典型意义的作品，引导学生换一个角度，从文本语言表达的风格化和阅读意义的“可写性”来审视。给学生提供广阔的自由解读空间，激发读者展开丰富的想象。使读者在文本中找到“缝隙”和“空间”，进而创设有“情”可发，有“形”可依的语言训练点。这样，既能唤起学生写作的欲望和激—情，又能发挥他们口语表达的潜力。其次，教者必须始终保持一颗纯真的童心，用“童真”“童趣”去拨动他们心里诗的琴弦，激发他们写作的热情，最后，教者要放飞童心，让孩子乐于写作。

童趣，解人乏味，我用来激励孩子写作。在作文教学过程中，我应该感谢的是孩子们，是他们那颗玲珑剔透的童心给了我莫大的帮助。此时，我不由得想起了冰心老人文中的一句话“只拣儿童多处行”，小学生作文《浅谈小学生作文教学》。是的，孩子们永远先拣自己感兴趣的。作为他们的老师，就只能拣孩子们感兴趣的了。这样，才能让他们“知之者不如好之者，好之者不如乐之者”。这样的作文教学无疑激发了孩子的写作兴趣，召唤了孩子的天籁童真，这样的作文教学是一种新的突破，实现了有效的意义建构。

2 处处留心，学会观察

“问渠那得清如许，为有源头活水来”。优化作文教学的关键在于帮助学生走进“生活”这一广阔的舞台。作文教学必须把学生从课堂上和课本里解放出来，把丰富多彩的社会生活，灿烂多姿的大自然作为学生作文的“源头活水”。这就需要教者注意培养学生的观察能力，这里谈几种培养小学生观察能力的方法：

（1）调动各种感官进行观察。

调动多种感官进行观察，主要是培养学生能抓住被观察事物的颜色、形状、还有味道、气味，且把这些观察到的都写下来。这样的作文就显得既充实又准确，既形象又充满生活情趣。

（2）观察要抓住特点。

（3）观察要按照一定的顺序。

只有做到观察有序，并按照一定的顺序去写，你的作文让人读起来才会觉得清晰、自然、完整、明了。

3 引导学生坚持写日记

鲜活的榜样是最有感召力的。要想激发学生写日记的积极性，最好的办法是教师的身体力行。我的做法有：①展示了我多年的日记本。想想看，当学生看到我那厚厚的一摞装帧精美的硬皮本。他们是多么惊讶和佩服啊！②从中抽出几篇念给学生听，让学生感受日记的好处。翻开日记，记忆之水潺潺流出，多美啊！③从今天起，教师坚持和学生一起写日记，并定期交流（当然要注意保护隐私）。这一条对培养学生写作水平很重要，也很有用。

4 培养学生善于积累素材

素材是未经提炼加工的写作材料，是作文的物质基础，犹如木之本，水之源。古语说得好：“不积跬步，无以至千里，不积小流，无以成江海。”只有从点滴入手，日积月累。这样，学生的知识才能越来越丰富。其实，古今中外的很多大作家，他们成功的秘诀之一，就是善于积累素材。法国大作家司汤达之所以能写出举世闻名的小说《红与黑》，他的灵感就来源于报纸上的一条新闻，正是这条新闻为他塑造主人公于连的形象提供了素材。还有著名小说家雨果，深受小朋友喜爱的安徒生、格林兄弟等，他们都是善于积累素材的大作家。所以，我们也要善于积累素材啊！

激活新形势下的小学作文教学，实施素质教育，从以下几方面做起。

一、多阅读，勤摘记

为学生创造阅读的条件，班内组建图书角，学生自由阅读，定时到阅览室阅读，将自己最喜欢的摘抄下来，分门别类，日积月累，积沙成塔。班内定期交流、评比。

二、善观察、勤记录

小学生无意性、情绪情表现的较明显，注意力往往不稳定，教会孩子们观察：观察要有目的、观察要有顺序、观察要有重点、观察要抓住特点等等。

三、写日记、尝乐趣

外面的世界很精彩，学生生活却显得有些单调，他们几乎很少有自己的业余爱好，教师要学生尽情收看电视里的少儿节目，并把自己喜欢的写到日记里，尝尝同龄人成功的乐趣。写观后收获：充实其生活，开拓其视野，生活的无限乐趣就会出现在日记里。

四、练想像、提能力

日常生活中，上街、旅游、做家务、课外阅读等，常因为看到、听到、做到、想到而产生一些灵感，一瞬间闪念：如这里真美啊，这盏粉红色的灯真柔和，温馨浪漫，这个故事真好听，这段话写得真好，这里的环境真美，这菜真香，这水真烫等等，在某一种感受上进行扩散思维，展开想像，逐渐形成句群，段落。

由某一灵感，某一词语，某一物体，展开联想，扩散思维让学生的思维活跃，兴奋起来，就会有话可写，既培养了写作兴趣，又培养了思维的灵活性，开放性，创造性。

五、改方法，常批阅

1、教师要在批改上下功夫

用肯定的批语，激发学生的习作热情，实行多就少改保护学生习作兴趣。小学生习作是初步学习阶段，他们写出的作品多是半成品，缺点毛病自然不会少，这是很正常的，尽管如此，他们习作完成之后，常有愉悦之情，并有希望得到教师表扬的心理。

2、在改上做文章

（1）会合作

由于学生之间的思维方式与表达方式接近，比起教师的批改容易理解与接受，同桌之间学会合作，互相修改，学生不仅获得了帮助，而且还能从中得到分析、表达能力的锻炼，习作技巧也能得到提高。

（2）搞交流

大部分学生的初稿往往破绽百出，若让教师批改，必是满篇触目惊心的红色，容易使他们产生自卑感与畏惧心理，在教师批改前，小组一起讨论交流是解决这一问题的最好途径。

（3）写体会

学生每次习作后要写体会，指导讲评课上必然听得认真，对教师评语也必然看得仔细，这样一来，学生也就真正搞清了自己习作的优缺点，不少学生通过写习作体会，逐步掌握了写好同类作文的规律，丰富了习作知识，培养了习作能力。

在教师指导下，学生边讨论边修改，这比教师一人批改效果要好得多，增强了学生对于习作后讨论修改的兴趣和重视程度，教师重批，学生重改，师生共同努力，才能更好地完成习作批改的任务。

Thanks for your letter which finally caught up with me in London. I suppose youre keen to hear how the trip has been so far. So heres a short description of whats happened.

Well, you remember we left Sydney on Monday and arrived in London 24 hours later. After such a long and exhausting flight the first thing we did was to have a good, long sleep. And after that?a good meal to make up for all that horrible airline stuff!

The first real day of our holiday was spent just walking around London to get a feel of the place. After that, however, we were more particular and planned each day carefully.

First, we looked at all the historical sights, such as the Tower of London, the Houses of Parliament, the British Museum and the National Gallery. Then we visited some other famous places, such as Kew Gardens and Hampstead Heath. Finally, we took a one-day trip to Oxford, which is really the most marvelous town. You should make sure to go there when you visit England.

After we had seen a lot of London, we flew to Paris. A t first, we didnt like the place-I suppose because it was so different from London. Later, though, we began to really love it and started to appreciate its differentness.

The final stage of our trip is a visit to Rome, after which we will be staying in Singapore for two days before returning to Australia.

Dear Liu Qi,

I, the undersigned, am a senior in Peking University. The 2008 Beijing Olympic Games is coming in four years. After watching the 2004 Athens Olympic Games, I can not help writing to you.

First of all, here is my suggestion for the preparation work of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. The construction work of the sports building must be completed in time according to the contract. I am at present a student at Mary High School, Hong Kong, where I have been studying for the past five years. It is neither genius nor extraordinary ability that gives us power to deal

with and overcome whatever hardship one is confronted with.2、As in the picture,

有一天，天朗气晴，风和日丽，艳阳高照，火辣辣的太阳在广阔的天空中站岗。期中考试到了。在学校的二年级四班，正准备考试， 忽然，一声考试铃铛响了。把小美吓得一动也不动。上面的考试铃铛说：“请监考老师发卷。” “监考老师王老师开始发卷了。大家加把劲，就能考一百分”有人小声嘀咕着。丽丽已经开始写名字了。明明确在那里东张西望，显得很不专心。考试开始了。丽丽一马当先的写起来。明明过了一会儿才反应过来迅速的写上了班级、姓名、学号。丽丽已经做到背面了，明明有一道大题还不会做呢！明明想：“要是丽丽会做的话，她告诉我这道大题的答案，那该多好啊！”他想了一想，说：“有办法了！有办法了！我只要看她的答案就可以了呗！这太简单、太简便了。”明明就赶紧把头一转，却只偷偷看见了一小题的答案。他很不服气。

丽丽看见了，很不高兴。把自己的答案用手给遮住了。明明的开心劲没了。明明想了想，终于明白了。丽丽说：“你不会做的题，等下课后我帮你补习，不就是了。”他们都给笑了。考试铃铛又响了说：“请监考老师收卷。”丽丽放心大胆的把写完的卷子交了上去，明明没写完但是他也把卷子交了上去。下了课，明明心里忐忑不安想：“我还没有做完呢。我会考几分呢？”回到家里，明明正在写作业，突然，有人敲门，明明去把大门打开了，丽丽拿着雨站在门外了，头发湿漉漉的，她说：“外面还下着丝丝细雨呢，但是我说过，我会帮你补习的。”明明很感动，立刻搬来了一把小板凳让丽丽坐。丽丽就这样给明明补习到晚上。

Although the winter vacation, I will continue my learning, in the morning,

is a good time to read, with the early morning, our family to read with relish,

poetry. A book, lets open horizon, increase knowledge. Reading good books is

Winter vacation, there is a Spring Festival, this is my most happy moment.

The New Year, my father came back from the street to buy a dozen small red

根据学校的安排让学生能把说写结合起来，我特地安排了一节习作课———《自我介绍》

一、教学环节的设置

我把整个教学过程分为几个部分：

1、游戏导入。通过和学生做游戏让学生找出是谁或是干什么的。从而告诉学生这些不同的地方都是每个人的特点。抓住特点就能介绍清楚，从而引出课题。

2、仔细观察，说不同。为了引起学生兴趣，我有意选择我自己让学生通过观察来找出不同。

二、教学中反映出的问题。

虽然自己经过准备，并且做了大量的铺垫，但是在实际教学中学生掌握的情况却并不理想。主要存在以下问题：

1、学生的概念模糊不清。在教学中涉及到“特点”、“身材”、“衣着”等词语。由于我并没有做详细的讲解和比较，许多学生理解模糊，没有弄清楚含义，从而导致了学生到后来不知道该怎么写。

2、教学设环节设计混乱。在教学一开始，我就将“特点”这个抽象化的要领抛给学生，学生在没有深入理解的基础上，一知半解，使得后来我在后期虽然做了大量的讲解，但学生还是没有明白。

3、没有考虑到学生的需要。在教学中给学生设置了较低程度的要求，对学生指导过细对人物描写外貌不需面面俱到。

4、课堂最后一个环节，全班学生一齐观察我，造成学生的作文雷同，思路没有打开，缺乏个性，如果最后分组讨论：你准备写谁？小组交流，全班交流的环节效果会更好一些。
