1.巧设教学游戏，在游戏中学拼音。低年级学生好奇好动，仍保留着学前儿童游戏的兴趣，甚至企盼游戏活动。作为教者要巧计游戏，吸引学生。如：教完23个声母后，我设计了“排队”这个游戏，我把声母卡片分给学生，然后说：“现在我请声母来排队。看谁站得又对又快。”这个游戏不但能巩固以前所学知识，而且训练了学生注意力集中、思维敏捷、动作迅速，一举两得。诸如此类行之有效的游戏方式还有很多： “摸字卡”“摘星星”“拼读游戏”“变魔术”……

2.形近字母比较识记。

汉语拼音是符号文字，由一些固定的字母笔画组成，包括左半圆、右半圆、长竖、短竖等。在教授由这些笔画组成的b、p、d、q等字母时，可将这四个字母分成两组启发学生采用比较的方法学习。这组形近字母在比较时，可以引导学生想：b-p都是右半圆，听广播（b）天线往上拉，泼水（p）水往下流；d-q都是左半圆，马蹄（d）向上带土，气球（q）下边拉绳。还可同时加上手势和口诀：右下半圆b，左下半圆 d，右上半圆p，左上半圆 q。学生在边看、边说、边比划的过程中加深了对这两组字母的记忆。两个相近字母一目了然，使学生模糊的形象变得清晰，明了。

3.组织两人合作，在合作中学拼音。如让同桌两人互当“小老师”的活动，一个读拼音，一个当小老师，互考互问，学生们在小老师和学生的角色互换中兴趣不减，体验着当老师的成就感和学习的乐趣。在拼音的拼读教学中两人合作学习更能激发兴趣。如：“找朋友”游戏，同桌两人一个拿声母卡片一个拿韵母卡片，老师说一个音节，学生们在《找朋友》的音乐中找出声母和韵母，再一起拼读。学生在合作学习中兴趣浓、劲头足，并且参与面广、效果好。还有很多合作学习的方式，如：学习小组合作、大组合作等。

虽然在拼音教学中我有了一点点的收获,但与此同时，我也深深感受到了汉语拼音教学的难度。我坚信只要我们善于把字符变活，把学习的主动权交还给学生，相信我们的学生定能在拼音王国里尽情驰骋并乐此不疲！

Christmas Day is on December 25th. It was originated in the western

country, but today, this festival has been celebrated by the world. For the

manufacturers, they are very happy to make this day as a shopping day. I enjoy

the great atmosphere.

I had a very special Christmas day last year. I experienced the western

style festival. There was a new foreign teacher taught us the lesson. She was

about 50 years old and she was very kind and we all liked her. On Christmas Day,

she brought us the desserts she made early in the morning. We enjoyed the

home-made cakes. Whats more, she invited us to came to her house and spent the

day with her. Then for the first time, I ate big turkey, which was so delicious.

The turkey was filled with many stuffs and the flavor was so good. After dinner,

we sang songs and danced.

Thanks to my foreign teacher, I experienced the American style festival. It

was such funny for me. Though today many people enjoy shopping in all kinds of

festivals, the meaning of these festival should be remembered.

Everybody will meet all kinds of difficulties during their lives, of

course, they are willing to accept success, but the fact is that no one can win

all the time, they will meet failure now and then. Fail is an unpleasant thing

to face, people treat fail a bad thing. While for me, I think we can learn from

failure and be a better man.

Everyone is afraid of facing failure, because failure brings them the sense

of frustration. When facing failure, people choose to avoiding talking about it,

they feel that they will be looked down upon by others. Indeed, no one likes to

failure anything, they want to be successful all the time.

If people change their idea about failure, they can see the positive side.

There is an old saying that failure is the mother of success, which means that

people will learn from failure and make preparation for the success. So failure

is not that hard to face, if people take right attitude towards it, they will

作文难写，是很多学生的心声，这一难题就落在语文老师的头上，那么，语文老师，怎样上好作文指导课呢？

一、发挥学生的主体作用。作文指导课要充分发挥学生的主体作用。首先把学习的主动权还给学生。让学生通过读题，找到作文“要写什么，为什么写，怎样写”，教师只在学生不懂或有困难的地方帮助解释即可。其次，教师要注意教给学生学习方法，培养学生独立审题，独立作文的能力。因此，在作文指导课上，教师要教给学生一些规律性的东西，如审题的规律、确立中心、选材的方法、布局谋篇的方法等，只有这样，才能使学生在以后的学习中自如写作。再次，鼓励学生说真话。让学生把自己所听到的、看到的、想到的以及做过的事真实记录下来，哪怕是错的也要如实记录。只有这样，作文才能有血有肉，令人信服，作文的质量才能得到保证。

二、帮助学生拓展思路。第一，教师要指导学生多角度去考虑问题。面对话题，多方求问就是激活思维的有效途径。比如：围绕话题“爱心”这一话题，学生可以观察生活，发现生活中具有爱心的人和事，小事大事，不同领域的典型事件，多角度解读话题，使学生的作文立意更深刻、更新颖。第二，教师要善于指导学生从小事中抽取出带有本质性的东西，丰富学生作文的选材。教师一方面要引导学生发现生活中的小事，一方面要引导学生从这些小事中提炼出中心，这对丰富学生作文的素材，开拓学生作文的思路是十分重要的。

三、读与写相结合。教师要把读和写结合起来，让学生通过“读”去解决写作当中遇到的实际问题。

典范的文章，非常适用于“写”的指导。尤其是教材在安排训练上，很多都照顾到了“读”与“写”相结合。在教学中，教师可以引导学生回忆些范文的写作特点，也可以在学生写作中，遇到实际问题时，引导学生再读课文，从中受到启发，找到方法。

“读”也可以是教材外的内容，在选取内容时，通常是为了解决作文中的某一问题，而选取一个片断，让学生通过阅读，对作文的一些方法有所感知和领会。

四、作文与做人相结合。作文指导课，教师很少关注学生的思想动向，造成一些学生在作文的立意上出问题。

教师必须在指导学生作文时，结合具体的类型作文，同时渗透理想、道德教育。例如：在指导学生写“人物”的作文时，教师一方面要求学生选取先进的典型人物，抓住人物的外貌、语言、动作、神态和心理描写，刻画出人物的特点，启发学生写出人物的高尚品质。

As everyone knows, stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is

no way to avoid it. As the pace of modern life continues to increase, we are

always feeling on the go from morning till night. And it is hard to slow down.

Therefore, stress goes hand in hand with the life in a competitive society.

Different people, however, think of stress quite differently. Some believe

that stress is not the bad thing it is often supposed to be. They are of the

《语文标准》明确提出 写作要感情真挚，力求表达自己对自然、社会、人生的独特感受和真切体验。如果学生连说真话的勇气就没有，我们很难要求他在作文中有所创新，只有敢于说真话，讲实话，才能谈创新。因为只有学生把写作当作是一种需要，把写作当成是自己情感渲泻，真情流露，价值体现，理想放飞,表述真善美，鞭笞假恶丑的舞台时，学生的内驱力才能调动起来，学生智力中潜在东西才会涌现，创造性才会得到充分的发展。然而，学生的作文长期以来形成了一种假大空 的不正之风。我们在作文教学中，经常会发现这样让人啼笑皆非的现象：

The Lunar New Year occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts about the first

four days of the year, during which people do not work except for the workers on

duty. Students do not go to school, and shops are closed.

Several days before the new year, people begin to prepare. Farmers kill

pigs, sheep, cocks and hens. City dwellers buy meat fish and vegetables. Houses

are cleaned; couplets are posted on the doors. Colourful lanterns are hung at

the gate.

On the eve of the new year, each family has its members gatherd together

and eats a family reunion dinner. After the meal they watch TV until the clock

。学生怕写，老师怕教，而传统的作文教学，却只能在低谷中呻吟、徘徊。对于农村小学来说，作文更是语文教师的一大难题，为了写好作文，师生都必须付出许多努力，但常常收效不大。所以，结合自己的教学实际，我认为小学作文教学应注重以下几点：

一、注重平时的积累

作文也像语文基础知识、阅读一样需要积累，比如好词、佳句、精彩片段等。

1、根据课文内容来积累。“重视文本”也是新课标的要求，而且很多课文的思考练习中都出现“背诵自己喜欢的自然段，摘抄好词、佳句”这样的练习，让学生在背诵时感受语言文字的优美，摘抄中积累材料。如果学生能掌握一些好词佳句就为写作做好了铺垫，能够让他们有词可用、有话可说。

2、通过写日记来积累。坚持写日记是积累材料的最好方式，也是练笔的最佳途径。由于日记的内容很广，可写听到的、可写看到的、也可写想到的。总之，自己的喜怒哀乐都可无拘无束地表现出来，这样就让学生有一个自由表达的空间，也能够写真实的事情。比如：每搞完一次大扫除，都可让学生把当时的情景和感受用日记的形式写出来。

二、形式多样，及时有效

作文评价与批改结果的呈现形式多种多样，可以是书面的，也可以是口头的；可以采用分数、等级来表示，也可以用评语来表示；还可以采用多种评价形式进行综合评价。平时我们常说的精批细改只是作文批改中的一种重要方法而已，但不是惟一的方法。那种认为老师把学生的作文改得越细越好的看法是片面的，如果教师在所有作文批改中均采用精批细改这一方法，要把每一篇小学生作文均改成小学生优秀作文的想法和做法那是不太现实的。因为好的作文是很难一次成功的，学生的能力提高也是循序渐进的，教师绝不能急功近利，揠苗助长。

三、注重作文的评价

教师的评价对学生十分重要。评价得当，能激励学生敢于作文、乐于作文，因而对学生的文章不能千篇一律，也不能一棒打死。应根据不同水平的学生给予不同要求的评价，对基础好的学生要有较高的要求，基础差的哪怕是用了一个好词、一个佳句也应该及时表扬。记得有一次，我发现一个平时作文很差的学生在文章中准确地用了一个表示时间过得很快的词“刹那间”，于是我在批语中这样写道：今后能多看点书，认真作好记录，教师相信你的作文会更上一层楼！这样做，能让一些差生得到鼓励，看到希望。

总之，作文教学不是件容易的事，教师必须在教学理论中不断探索，在教学实践中获得。

Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

stage.

This interview taught me a lesson that I must get over my fear, or I will

lose chances. So I practise hard and dare to stand in the stage.

There are three people in my family. Theyre father, mother and I。My mother is a Chinese teacher. She is not tall, nor short, just right. She is fat. She likes to eat noodles and vegetables. Her favorite colors are brown and red. She doesnt like animals. She lets me to learn playing piano. I love her because she is nice and hard-working. She cares for me a lot. She is take cares of grandparents. Sometime my father and my mother fight each other。

My father is a manger. He is thirty-six years old. He is fat and tall. He is good at maths and physics. He cares for me much. Sometimes he buys me stationary. I like my dad。

Now its my turn. My name is Tina. Im eleven years old. Im not thin, nor fat, just right. Im tall. I go to Simon English School. Im in grade four class one. I like to eat french-fries and some friends but I dont like meat. I can paint. My best friends are Lily and Helen. My favorite colors are black, white, yellow and blue。

Sometime in my family everything is very nice。
