我好奇地问道：“杰仔，你这是干什么？”他煞有介事地一边摆头一边吟道：“事情有了结果，你自然就知道了！”说完，他看着我大笑起来。不一会儿，一条水渠完工了。我恍然大悟，原来他是想把水引到低洼处。果然，水流哗哗地流了下来。我们高兴地拍着手掌，又蹦又跳。可是想起泥坝，我们又埋头干起来。终于，一个结实的泥坝堆好了。

我们开始把水沟的水舀走。虽然要站在水沟里，但是脚跟触到鱼儿在水里打转，十分有趣。当我们把水舀到只有脚跟高时，水里的鱼儿纷纷跃出水面，溅起的烂泥花射得我满脸都是。杰仔望望我，我也望望杰仔，大家不由得扮起鬼脸来。

我们把大的鱼儿一条条捉入篮子里，留下小鱼在这里继续生活。收拾一番后，我们把泥坝拆了，再把低洼处填平。

回到家，杰仔把所有的鱼送给了我，让我好好养活它们。

直到现在，这些鱼儿在我家的鱼缸里活得自由自在。
