五、作品评选

1.评奖办法

初赛由作者提供作品照片，复赛由作者邮寄作品原稿。大赛组委会将邀请知名书法家、教育家组成评审委员会，对有效的参赛作品进行严格初评、复评和终评，最终评选出各类获奖作品及入选作品。获奖作品的作者将受邀参与活动主题电影《西游新传3》电影故事创作并在片尾展示作品。

2.奖项设置

本次活动分为小学组和中学组两个组别。小学组、中学组将分别评出一、二、三等奖及优秀奖。

组织奖

奖励组织工作扎实、活动成效突出的省、市、区、县级教育行政部门。

指导教师奖

奖励积极组织学生参赛、并给予学生作品有效指导的基层教师，请附学校证明原件或教师资格证、工作证复印件。

六、征稿要求

作品以“一笔一画·梦想开花”全国中小学生传承中华优秀传统文化系列公益品牌活动主题电影《西游新传2-真心话大冒险》为典型表现题材，具体内容可为你最喜欢西游记里的哪个人物，你最像西游记里的哪个人物?你在西游记的故事里学习到什么?孩子们可用毛笔、硬笔、绘画或图文结合等形式进行创作，并请自己的父母写一段感言或寄语。

规格与要求

书法和国画作品无需装裱，尺寸不超过四尺整张宣纸(138cm×69cm)。

其它作品规格为297mm×420mm(A3纸张大小)。

七、参赛规则

1.凡参赛作者，应视为已确认并接受《征稿启事》的各项规定。

2.每人限投一件作品，禁止一人多投、重复参赛。

3.作品必须是由学生个人原创作品，不得由他人代笔。指导教师可给予学生绘画技巧或知识背景等方面的指导和帮助，但不得代替学生创作。

4.主办单位对所有参展作品享有研究、收藏、出版的权利。同时享有在相关活动、资料中使用(包括录像拍照、印制光盘、编辑作品集、相关书籍或用于展览、宣传等)的所有权，作者享有署名权，凡投稿作者均视为同意此约定。

5.所有复赛、决赛来稿作品，原则上不退回。如有特殊退稿需要，请来电咨询组委会，自行负担邮费。

6.本次大赛为公益性质，不收取任何费用，请各单位、个人谨防上当受骗。

从小时候开始，我就有了一个梦想，从来没有与人分享过。

现在很多学生写作文都写过自己的梦想，有的是作家，有的是记者，有的是交警……而说起我的这个梦想，并不像其他人一样那么伟大，那么令人骄傲。甚至有一点儿可笑。

我相当一位优秀又出色的演员。

我想，应该很多人也想当演员吧！

但是，我也知道，演员不是那么好当得，也不是你想当就当的。因为，你一定要考上初中和高中，才会被大学录取，你才能当上演员。演员要在拍戏的时候，要你哭就哭，让你笑就笑。要当演员要有艺术，还要有想象力。可惜，我没有机会。

但是，我相信自己，只要坚持努力，没有事情不能成功。我一定可以走上演艺之路的，这就是我的一个小小的梦想。

如果你只想这个梦想，不去做的话，你的梦想永远不会实现。如果你想又去做的话，你的梦想会用你的努力来实现。只要你有努力，你的梦想就会实现。我会坚持不懈的实现我的梦想！

有了这个梦想，我就有了一个奋斗的目标，我的生活变的美好了。

我会朝着这个方向努力。

我相信，总有一天，我的梦想会变成现实的！

6月5日是世界环境日。

联合国环境规划署确定今年世界环境日主题为“七十亿个梦想：一个地球，理性消费”。

中国环境保护部日前确定我国的主题为“践行绿色生活”。

中国的主题与联合国的主题相呼应，都是向人们传递和弘扬人与自然和谐相处、建设生态文明和可持续发展的理念，提升人们的认识和理解，并自觉转化为实际行动。

在世界环境日，人们呼吁正本溯源，人类离不开地球，人类发展离不开自然。要想可持续发展，我们必须尊重和兼顾自然，探索一条可持续发展的生态文明新路。

在世界环境日，人们呼唤发展路径的绿色转型,提倡生态文明建设，不再简单地以GDP论英雄，把资源消耗、环境损害、生态效益等体现生态文明建设状况的指标纳入经济社会发展评价体系，使之成为推进生态文明建设的重要导向和约束。

在世界环境日，人们期盼青山、绿水，绿水青山就是金山银山，这是发展理念和方式的深刻变革，也是执政理念和方式的深刻变革。

在建设生态文明的征途上，中国将与世界共同迈向可持续发展的明天，而世界也将更加看好一个美丽中国。

是啊!这一双承载着梦想的翅膀应当很累吧!可是路是自我要走的，就算明白结果会不好，哪怕你在半空中没有力气，你都仅有坚强，我很庆幸，我拥有这双承载着梦想的”隐形翅膀“，既然上天对我那么好，给了我这么一双翅膀，握有何必浪费呢?

为了自我，何不努力的飞一回呢?

俗话说：”站的更高，看得更远。”有时候发现梦想离我们很近，但又遥不可及，就像太阳，离我们仅有一天一地的距离，可是我们摸不到，唯一不一样的是，梦想有完成的那一天，而太阳却永远也摸不到。

所以又说它现实却又高于现实，它不是无源之水，无本之木，它有它的现实土壤。

梦想需要想象力，需要创造性。不敢想，只能屈从于现实;不会想，也无力改变现实。敢想，是勇气;会想，是本事，所以我敢想我已婚后是一个演员，一名音乐家，会想我的以后，我的人生，梦想即需要“敢想”，也需要“会想”，更需要“实践”。

一个人的未来和今日的付出是成正比的，尽管羽毛的脱落，尽管皮肉的痛苦，当你到达你梦想的那一刻，他们都是值得的。
