影片主要讲述的是我党地下工作者，男一号(李侠)，被派往上海做地下工作，潜伏在日本最高情报机构76号，用高超的间谍手法，为抗日战争胜利做出了伟大贡献的故事。李侠，在潜伏期间为我军发送了许多重要的情报。正当革命成功之际，李侠却发出了他人生中的最后一次电报：“同志们，永别了，我想念你们!”
