“有钱没钱，回家过年。”往年的春节，都是伴随着人头攒动的“春运”迎来阖家团圆的日子，而今年，号召“原地不动”的过年方式一经发出，“春运”预估客流量也由往年的近20亿人次以上降到今年的11.25亿，过年的“口号”也变成了“有钱没钱，就地过年”。如何平衡好疫情期间春节的“留”与“守”，避免“一刀切”式的简单处理，是能否让大家过一个“与众不同”舒心年的关键。
