在这欢声笑语中，伴随着噼里啪啦的鞭炮声，敲响了新年的钟声，我们迎来了崭新的一年。我爱春节!

吃年夜饭，是家家户户最热闹的时候。

除夕那一天，我们全家人一起来公公，婆婆家吃年夜饭。

因为婆婆家很远，所以要好长时间才能到。

我一进家门，就看见大桌子上摆着好多好吃的菜，有螃蟹。南瓜饼。鸡汤。鸭子肉。牛肉。还有可乐。果粒澄。我们就大口大口的吃了起来，“哇！好好吃啊！”大人们又给了我压岁钱，我真想把红包打开，可是给妈妈拦住了，妈妈说：“这样很不礼貌的。”我听妈妈这么一说，我就把手伸了回去。

吃年夜饭真让大家难忘，一直到现在，我还想在吃一次美味的年夜饭。

【年夜饭的“老三样”】

年夜饭，又称年晚饭、团年饭、团圆饭，是过年的重头戏，不但丰富多彩，而且有很多寓意。随着社会变化、经济发展，年夜饭的菜式也越来越丰富多样，但有三道菜却年年出现在我们家年夜饭的餐桌上，成为年夜饭的“老三样”。

第一道菜：三鲜锅仔，清爽实干显初心。三鲜锅仔，以老母鸡汤为底料，加入蛋饺、泡发银耳、手撕鸡丝等原料，味道鲜美，口感清淡，是补充营养的绝佳汤品，但烹饪时切忌汤水油腻，不然容易消化不良。“油腻”意味着浊气沉重，了无生气。亦如当下少数“油腻干部”，是油腔滑调的“笑面虎”，是见风使舵的“投机者”，是精通世故的“老好人”，不仅损害群众利益，也影响党员形象。“作诗而多芜音累气，皆由浮膘未尽耳。”作为一名党员干部，要“去油止腻”，回归清爽，眼里装着群众，心里想着群众，一步一个脚印，用真抓实干凸显为民初心。

第二道菜：蒸牛肉丸，千锤百炼出韧度。蒸牛肉丸，味道鲜美，嚼劲十足，寓意团团圆圆、和和美美。牛肉丸好不好吃，就在于筋道不筋道、有没有韧性。制作牛肉丸是一项重体力劳作，从牛肉到牛肉丸要经过上千出捶打，打到不见一丝纤维，简直可以说是千锤百打下的“脱胎换骨”。“千锤万凿出深山，烈火焚烧若等闲。”作为党员干部，要正视挫折，认识到唯有严冬才能孕育腊梅的芳香;要敢于碰硬，把困苦挫折当作“炼钢炉”，百炼成钢，坚韧不拔;要无畏艰险，把艰难险阻当作“磨刀石”，越挫越勇，越磨越砺。

第三道菜：青菜豆腐，清清白白扬正气。“鱼生火肉生痰，青菜豆腐保平安。”青菜豆腐是我们家餐桌上的“常客”，也是我们年夜饭必备的“解腻菜品”。青菜豆腐，吃起来味美价廉、钙量充足、营养丰富;青菜豆腐，寓意“清清白白、堂堂正正、心底坦荡”。古有“于青菜”于成龙严格自律、躬行节俭、清操苦节，被誉为“天下廉吏第一”;现有“穷人的财神爷”饶才富，扎根基层、心系三农、坚守原则、廉洁奉公，被评为“全国优秀共产党员”。作为党员干部，要坚持尚俭戒奢，艰苦朴素，清白为官，干净做事，老实做人，时刻坚持“高线”、守住“底线”、不踩“红线”，带头弘扬清风正气。

The Lunar New Year is a great occasion to the Chinese people. It lasts

about the first four days of the year， during which people do not work except

for the workers on duty. Students do not go to school， and shops are closed.

Several days before the new year， people begin to prepare. Farmers kill

pigs， sheep， cocks and hens. City dwellers buy meat fish and vegetables. Houses

are cleaned; coupletsare posted on the doors. Colourful lanterns are hung at the

gate.

On the eve of the new year， each family has its members gatherd together

and eats a family reunion dinner. After the meal they watch TV until the clock

strickes twelve. Then every family sets off long strings of small firecrackers

and other fire works to welcome the new year. On the first day of the new year，

almost everyone is dressed in his or her best. When people meet on the way， they

say to each other "Happy New Year". Friends and relatives pay new year calls and

gives presents to each other. Children indulge themselves in games.

Similar to the importance of the Christmas Day for the westerners， the Spring Festival is the most important celebration for Chinese people. Although the meaning and the methods of celebration of the Spring Festival are changing with the time， the important status of the Spring Festival is incomparable.

Chinese Spring Festival has a long history， which is nearly four thousand years old. Initially， the festival had no name or fixed date However， people called Spring Festival “the age” according to the revolution period of Jupiter by B.C. 2100. Before B.C. 1000， people used “the year”， which means “Great Harvest” representing the Spring Festival.

According to the traditional custom， the Spring Festival lasts from the 23rd day of 12th lunar month to the 15th day of 1st lunar month， and the climax should be the New Year Eve and the first day of first lunar month.

类似于圣诞节对于西方人的重要性，春节是中国人最重要的节日。虽然庆祝春节的意义和方法随着时间的变化，春节的地位是无与伦比。

Chinese New Year or Spring Festival is the most important of the

traditional Chinese holidays. It is sometimes called the "Lunar New Year" by

English speakers. The festival traditionally begins on the first day of the

first month (Chinese: 正月; pinyin: zhēng yuè) in the Chinese calendar and ends on

the 15th; this day is called Lantern Festival. Chinese New Years Eve is known

as chú xī. It literally means "Year-pass Eve".

Chinese New Year is the longest and most important festivity in the Lunar

Calendar. The origin of Chinese New Year is itself centuries old and gains

significance because of several myths and traditions. Ancient Chinese New Year

is a reflection on how the people behaved and what they believed in the

most.

Celebrated in areas with large populations of ethnic Chinese, Chinese New

Year is considered a major holiday for the Chinese and has had influence on the

new year celebrations of its geographic neighbors, as well as cultures with whom

the Chinese have had extensive interaction. These include Koreans (Seollal),

Tibetans and Bhutanese (Losar), Mongolians (Tsagaan Sar), Vietnamese (Tt), and

formerly the Japanese before 1873 (Oshogatsu). Outside of Mainland China, Hong

Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, Chinese New Year is also celebrated in countries with

significant Han Chinese populations, such as Singapore, Indonesia, Laos,

Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. In countries such as Australia, Canada

and the United States, although Chinese New Year is not an official holiday,

many ethnic Chinese hold large celebrations and Australia Post, Canada Post, and

the US Postal Service issues New Years themed stamps.

Within China, regional customs and traditions concerning the celebration of

the Chinese new year vary widely. People will pour out their money to buy

presents, decoration, material, food, and clothing. It is also the tradition

that every family thoroughly cleans the house to sweep away any ill-fortune in

hopes to make way for good incoming luck. Windows and doors will be decorated

with red colour paper-cuts and couplets with popular themes of “happiness”,

“wealth”, and “longevity”. On the Eve of Chinese New Year, supper is a feast

with families. Food will include such items as pigs, ducks, chicken and sweet

delicacies. The family will end the night with firecrackers. Early the next

morning, children will greet their parents by wishing them a healthy and happy

new year, and receive money in red paper envelopes. The Chinese New Year

tradition is a great way to reconcile forgetting all grudges, and sincerely wish

peace and happiness for everyone.

Although the Chinese calendar traditionally does not use continuously

numbered years, outside China its years are often numbered from the reign of

Huangdi. But at least three different years numbered 1 are now used by various

scholars, making the year 2009 "Chinese Year" 4707, 4706, or 4646.

“春节”是我国传统节日之一，它是每个中国人都向往的节日，寓意新的一年的到来。众多传统节日里，我最喜欢春节。

在春节的前几天时间里，家家户户都出门买年货，大街上人山人海。红红的春联贴在每家每户的门外，倒贴“福”字寓意福气已到，各形各色的灯笼像是排着队似的，等着春节的到来。

过春节这一天，男女老少穿起新衣，互相道福的声音百听不厌;欢快的笑声回荡在大街小巷;令人回味的饭香味飘荡在各个角落里。人们通过电话、微信、视频等多种方式互相拜年，相互庆贺，每个人的脸上都挂满了甜蜜蜜的笑容，每个人的眉毛、眼睛也在不停地笑。

听奶奶说，“拜年”是这么来的：传说有一只头顶长独角、口似血盆的怪兽名叫“年”，每到腊月三十的晚上就窜出山林，掠食噬人，人们只好备些肉食放在门外，关上大门，躲在家里。直到初一早晨，“年”吃饱后扬长而去，人们这才开门相见，互相道喜、祝贺……于是，就有了过年时要拜年的习俗。

在过年这一天的晚上还要包饺子。把饺子皮盖在手上，放一点馅儿，从左往右捏，再从右往左捏，一个胖嘟嘟、圆滚滚的饺子就出来了，什么样的饺子都有：小鱼饺子、金字塔饺子、乌龟饺子……奶奶会趁我们不注意，偷偷的准备几枚硬币，在我们不知情的情况下放进去。称之为“幸运饺子”，谁吃到硬币饺子，寓意以后一帆风顺、好事连连、越来越好!

最后一步：煮饺子。香喷喷的“小船儿”在热锅中沸腾着，给人一种奇妙的联想。上升的热气中随带着香味，让我闻了，真是口水直下三千尺啊!如果在这时配上一点醋，就更完美了。饭后，盘子空空，饺子吃光光，我和弟弟的肚子早就都成了一面小鼓了。

除夕夜，家家灯火通宵，处处张灯结彩，家人们团团围坐，吃着苹果，磕着瓜子，抢着红包，观看联欢晚会。这天晚上，除了很小的孩子，几乎没有人睡觉，都要守岁。小时候不知道什么是守岁，现在，我知道守岁有三种含义:一种为对如水逝去的岁月含惜别留恋之情，又对未来寄予美好希望;第二种为年长者守岁是“辞旧岁”，表示珍爱光阴;第三种为年轻人守岁，是为父母延长寿命。就冲这儿，我们也要守好岁。

春节的习俗多姿多彩，令人回味无穷。春节过得红红火火，以后的日子才会更红火。这就是我家乡的春节!

Will Christmas Replace the Spring Festival?

Christmas arouses increasing attention year by year in China. Christmas cards become popular with students. People hold Christmas parties and exchange Christmas girts. A lot or TV and radio programs about Christmas are on. Meanwhile the Spring Festival is less appealing (有吸引力的)to youngsters. Thus some people wonder whether Christmas will replace the Spring Festival.

This worry is fairly unnecessary. Why ? One reason lies that Christmas only affects Christians，college students and joint-venture (合资企业)workers. Another reason is that Christmas is mostly celebrated in cities. Few people in countryside show extreme interest in this exotic(带有异国情调的) festival. By contrast，the Spring Festival is the most influential traditional festival in every family.

I think，it is natural that with increasing exchanges with the West，a lot of Western holidays have been gradually introduced into China. For us Chinese we should never neglect or even discard our own traditional festivals. For centuries Chinese have observed this traditional holiday to welcome the beginning of a new year. And we will treasure the Spring Festival forever.
