Will Christmas Replace the Spring Festival？

Christmas arouses increasing attention year by year in China。 Christmas cards bee popular with students。 People hold Christmas parties and exchange Christmas girts。 A lot or TV and radio programs about Christmas are on。 Meanwhile the Spring Festival is less appealing （有吸引力的）to youngsters。 Thus some people wonder whether Christmas will replace the Spring Festival。

年夜饭已是除夕之夜中必不可少的一项习俗，瞧，今天我们刚刚打扫完屋子，又要忙着做年夜饭，这时妈妈喊我来包饺子……

妈妈不一会儿就准备好了工具，可是我从来都没有包过饺子，擀的皮就像一个鸡蛋似的，包的饺子也变成了馄饨，看我包成这样，妈妈沉不住气了，手把手的教我，嘴里念念有词，经过妈妈的精心指导我擀的皮又快又圆，包的饺子也非常好看。

包过饺子后妈妈就开始做自己的拿手好菜——糖醋排骨。

妈妈首先把排骨切成小块，用冷水来煮，等到水开以后撒上调料，把火转的小一些，再煮一小时。煮完后在成出一些排骨汤。然后在锅里倒一些油，在里面放几勺糖，把排骨导进去，撒上料酒，酱油，醋，之后把排骨汤导进去再炒20分钟左右。最后再放进冰糖，撒上芝麻就可以了。

不一会儿，妈妈就做了很多菜，我们一家人开开心心的吃了一次年夜饭。

年夜饭也被说成团圆饭，今年我们一家是在老家吃年夜饭。

爷爷起了大早上街买菜，就为下午的一顿年夜饭。爸爸和妈妈开始忙活起来，当然也少不了我的帮助。爸爸认真拣菜、洗菜；妈妈仔细烧菜；我不慌不忙地一个一个把菜放在桌上摆好。第一个菜是“小鸡顿蘑菇”，第二个菜是“红烧鲤鱼”……总共有八样菜，色香味俱全。看起来丰盛好吃，闻起来香味扑鼻，吃起来肯定无比美味。“爷爷，吃团圆饭。给爷爷一个大鸡腿。”我亲手夹给爷爷。“我的大孙女长大了，真乖！”爷爷笑得合不拢嘴。我们一家都跟着笑起来。

On national day, I, mother, Pan Luyao, and Sun Yichao to play in Jinhua. We

went to dream Valley, also went to the underground river, to a lot of places,

送灶君上天

榆林人从过年前的一个月就开始准备了，一直到正月十五吃元宵、闹秧歌、转九曲、观灯、放花才算基本结束。榆林人讲究过富年，对于年货的准备极为重视。腊月里踏进集市，会看到一派热闹非凡的红火景象。

腊月二十三是恭送灶王爷、灶王奶奶升天向玉皇大帝汇报的日子，家家都要杀只鸡（据说它将成为灶王爷的坐骑）、上供香，恳求灶王爷“上天言好事，下界保平安”。关于祭灶糖的作用有两种说法：一种是说这种糖很甜，让灶君和灶王奶奶吃了之后就不在人间搬弄是非。而另一种说法则是，这种糖很粘，可以把灶君和灶王奶奶的嘴粘住，让他们不能乱说话。腊月二十三榆林人要送灶君上天

年茶饭

临近过年了，最具特色的就是忙前忙后做那些年茶饭

主食有白面馍馍、软米油糕。豆沙馅黄米馍馍，像个圆圈的油馍馍，还有切得像纸一样薄的灌肠。真正引起榆林人极大兴趣的是那些丰盛的菜肴。家家户户的主人会把猪、羊、鸡、鸭、兔子诸种肉做成八大盘菜，一起做出来。或者，将八种菜盛于一碗，一人一碗，又称“首顿八碗”，也有做成十三碗或十五碗的，多则能上二十四个菜。

家家做油馍馍。油馍馍也是用黄米兑上软米浸泡一夜后，捞出来，在碾子上压成面，发酵一夜，然后做成环状，在油锅上炸熟即可食用了。油馍馍讲究小巧玲珑，颜色金黄，味道甜美，醇香可口。

还要蒸黄馍馍。黄馍馍是用黄米兑上软米，淘洗过并浸泡一夜后，捞出来，在碾子上压成面，然后在锅里炒一炒，发酵一夜，在笼上蒸成的。黄馍馍可以包上枣泥馅或豆沙馅，金黄金黄，又香又甜，别有风味。过年时，正是数九天，黄馍馍冻上冰渣渣了，孩子们仍吃它，味道更甜美，更好吃。

也要蒸白馍馍。白馍馍上还要点上食品红绿点点，图个好看吉利。

更要做米糕。米糕是过年的必吃食品，“糕”者，高也，期盼年年高、代代高。

All family members get together on Happy New YearEve to have a big meal.At the same time， everyone celebrates to each other.At about 12 oclock，some parents and children light crackers.The whole sky is lighted brightly. We may watch the fireworks excitedly.How busy it is!

On the first early moring of one year， many senior citizen get up early and they stick the reversed Fu or hang some couplets on the front door. Some houses windows are sticked on red paper cutlings.

The Chinese Happy New Year lasts fifteen days. So during the fifteen days， we always visit our relatives from door to door. At that time， children are the happiest because they can get many red packets form their parents，grandparents， uncles， aunts and so on. The last day of the Chinese Happy New Year is another festival. It names the Lantern Festival.

So the Chinese Happy New Year comes to the end.

Spring festival is the most important festival to Chinese people.

It always lasts for 15 days.Before this day,all the family members eat dinner together.Last spring festival,my parents and I had a wonderful time. We had the most delicious dinner. After dinner, my parents watched the Spring Festival Gala on CCTV together.But my cousins and I went outside and set off fireworks.
