相传尧舜时期，我国就有这个节日，殷商甲骨文的卜辞中，亦有关于春节的记载，有庆祝风首春节的风俗，但当时历法，是靠“观象授时”，是否准确，尚难确定，到了公元前104年汉武帝太初元年，我国人民创造了“太初历”，明确规定以农历正月为岁首，从这时起，农历新年的习俗就流传了2000多年，直到新中国成立，改用公元以后，这个节日就改为春节。

在我国最古的文字记载中，有许多关于岁首的故事，腊月和新春，正是“秋收冬藏”以后的农闲季节，汉郑玄也说过，岁未年初“劳农以休息之”。拿我们今天的话来说，就是劳逸结合的意思。

那么春节到底是怎么来的呢?相传，在很久以前，有一个名叫万年的青年，看到当时节令很乱，想把节令定准，一天，他上山砍柴，坐在树阴下面休息，树影的移动启发了他，他设计了一个测日影计天时的日晷仪。可是，天阴雨雾，影响测量，后来，山崖上的滴泉引起他的兴趣，他又动手做了五层漏壶，天长日久，他发现每隔三百六十多天，天时的长短就会重复一遍。

那时的国君叫祖乙，天时风云的不测，使他很苦恼。一个名叫阿衡的大臣，为讨好皇上，奏称要设天台敬祭天神，祖乙认为有理，便带领百官去祭天，却无济于事，万年知道后，忍不住带着日晷仪和漏壶去见皇上，对祖乙讲清了日月运行的道理。祖乙听后龙颜大悦，感到有道理。于是把万年留下，在天坛前修建日月阁，筑起日晷台和漏壶亭，并派了十二童子服待万年，祖乙对万年说：“希望你能测准日月规律，推算出准确的晨夕时间，创建历法，为天下的黎民百姓造福。”

有一次，祖乙传旨要阿衡去了解万年测试历法的进展情况，当他登上日月坛时看见天坛边的石壁上写了一些字，阿衡看见后，知道万年的历法已研究成功，怕皇上重用他，于日派人刺杀万年，结果刺客被士卫抓住了，祖乙知道后，惩处了阿衡，亲自登上日月阁看望万年，万年指着天象，对祖乙说：“现在正是十二个月满，旧岁已完，新春复始，祈请国君定个节吧。”祖乙说：“春为岁道，就叫春节吧。”

冬去春来，年复一年，后来，万年经过长期观察，精心推算，制定了准确的太阳历，后来为了纪念万年的功绩，便将太阳日命名为“万年历”封万年为日月寿星，以后，人们在过年时挂上寿星图，据传说就是为了纪念万年的。

现在我们过年也有一些习俗，如倒贴“福”字，放爆竹，拜年等等。

branches are the signals of autumn. It is the color filled with ripeness. Gold

is the symbol of harvest.Winter is the world of snow. Therefore, white is the

color of winter.

Seasons have colors and the changing of the four seasons makes the land

colorful and energetic.

品一品牛年新春的“吉祥三宝”

春节寄托着中国人对团圆的渴望和对家的“憧憬”，在“春风送暖入屠苏”中，与亲人分享“一盏”人生路上的成长与快乐，传递“阖家”的幸福与团圆，是如此让人心旷神怡。值此之际，与广大党员干部共品“吉祥三宝”一道，惟愿2021年的漫漫征途中，紧握奋斗之桨、高扬实干之帆，推动中国号巨轮继续破浪前行。

“吉祥三宝”之“值班值守”，在春节保障中践行初心使命。春节值班是广大党员干部必不可少的职责之一，为让人民群众过上一个安全祥和的牛年春节，广大党员干部要强化责任心和使命感，统筹好疫情防控和春节保障，为人民群众过上一个安全祥和的牛年春节“保驾护航”。2021年春运从1月28日开始，根据交通运输部预计，今年春运期间长途旅行会大幅减少，但是中短途出行可能增多，做好人民群众的出行通畅和交通安全成为春节期间的重要工作之一;要坚守值班岗位，细致严密地做好能源、通信、安保、物资供应等节日期间的各类保障工作;要扎实开展走访慰问，让困难群众温暖过节;要关心关爱“就地过年”的外来务工人员，为他们带去丰富的物质文化生活;要做好疫情防控相关工作，构筑起联防联控、群防群治的“铜墙铁壁”，以优异的成绩庆祝中国共产党成立100周年。

“吉祥三宝”之“年夜饭”，在万家灯火中抒发为民情怀。近期，全国多地相继出现零星散发和局部聚集性的新冠肺炎疫情，“外防输入、内防反弹”容不得丝毫麻痹和疏漏。为巩固当前来之不易的防疫成果，多个省市发出了“就地过年”的倡议，以最大程度缓解防疫压力，广大党员干部更应以身作则，做好“就地过年”的打算，正如苏轼所云“此心安处是吾乡”，这顿年夜饭无论是在工作所在地，还是在温馨的家中，更或许在奔波的路上，都有着特别的意义。2020年是新中国历史上极不平凡、具有里程碑意义的一年，这一年我们战斗在疫情防控和经济社会发展的各条战线上，落实好“六稳”“六保”工作任务，实现了经济增长率先由负转正。脱贫攻坚任务如期完成，“十三五”圆满收官，“十四五”全面擘画，全面建成小康社会取得伟大历史性成就。常言道“一家不圆万家圆”，望着中华大地处处万家灯火、欣欣向荣，这一顿“年夜饭”无论在何地，相信都会品出生活的吉祥如意和幸福圆满。

“吉祥三宝”之“春节联欢晚会”，在其乐融融中扬帆起航。“家是最小国，国是千万家。”家国情怀深深植根在历年的春节联欢晚会中，自1983年中央电视台面向全国人民直播第一次春节联欢晚会以来，这一道精美的视觉、精神“大餐”也成为当代华夏儿女大年三十晚上守候期盼的“新年俗”。1984年的春晚，香港歌手张明敏以一曲《我的中国心》，引发了海内外中华儿女的思乡情怀和中国情结;1985年《十五的月亮》，唱出新时代中国军人默默奉献的心声，成为一个时代的“歌声嘹亮”;1990年陈佩斯与朱时茂表演的小品《主角与配角》，一串串笑点，让春晚成为欢乐时光;1998年那英、王菲“珠联璧合”《相约1998》，抒发了浓浓的爱国情怀;2011年“旭日阳刚”组合以独特的农民工气质唱响了《春天里》，打动了亿万观众;2021年春晚共有歌舞、小品、诗朗诵等40个精彩纷呈的节目，寄托着中国人对家、对美好生活、对伟大复兴中国梦的无限情思，让我们一起期待、一起守候。
